Hello! Happy New Year everyone and surprise!I managed to write a new chapter. I'm being serious in that I finally want to finish this story. I hope you all enjoy the new chapter.

Trapped
Megatron froze when he heard Elisa scream. It was as if the next few moments went down in slow motion as Elisa went through the bridge and it closed behind her. He was brought back to reality when he heard wings flapping and he looked to see Phoenix and Mecha retreating through another bridge in the air. Everyone was quiet.
Netiryi was the first sparkling who started to whimper.
Megatron looked at his only granddaughter, who looked around, very distraut, as she couldn't find her carrier or her brother. Moonlight and Orion were sniffing around trying to find them while Netiryi started to cry. He gently picked her up and she looked up at him crying in distress with tears coming down her face.
"Shhhhh…it's alright little one." Megatron whispers gently. Optimus hurries over and collects his other two sons as they start to cry as well. "We need to go back to the Nemesis, maybe we can get a signal." Megatron suggests only to blink in aggravation as his ship shares the same name as his grandson's kidnapper. Soundwave helped them onto the ship and immediately started to get to work as Ratchet tended to the sparklings. They couldn't be consoled as this was the first time they had been separated from Elisa, so no one could really do much. Unfortunately Soundwave wasn't having much luck either as he couldn't get a trace on Elisa. She must have gone to a place that was shielded or something.
Elisa?
Megatron calls out through his own bond and waits…and waits…but he doesn't get an answer.
"She's not responding through the bond Soundwave." Megatron says pacing.
"So what should we do?" Smokescreen suggests. Megatron wants to growl at him but he holds back because he knows the solider is trying to help.
"Maybe we should spread out…do some scouting?" Bee suggests. When Megatron nods Ultra Magnus steps in and pairs everyone off to start looking. Optimus, Ratchet, and Megatron stay for the sparklings, while Soundwave stays on the monitor.

When Elisa lands everything feels cold and the negative energy overwhelms her for a moment. A small cry gets her attention and she quickly grabs Megatronus into her arms.
"Oh baby…I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." She whispers as she kisses his wounds.
"So you are Elisa?" A voice speaks behind her. She jumps and turns to see the black dragon with metal in his wings approaching her.
"You're Mecha…aren't you?" She asks him.
"That is correct." He says. He starts to circle her, looking over her.
"Wait? Where are Magma and Rhodius?" She asks looking around.
"They're dead." Phoenix says smugly.
"You killed them…after all that's happened?" Elisa says confused.
"Yeah, Magma held me back. I'm good where I am now." She says giving Mecha's shoulder a little rub. Megatronous growls at both of them.
"You're not going to hurt my sparkling." Elisa says firmly. Phoenix rolls her eyes.
"Really sis?" Phoenix says in disappointment. Elisa only growls in reply when she is suddenly thrown back hard by her neck. She's slammed into the ground as she tries to gasp for air. Predator looms over her and her eyes go wide as she holds her sparkling tightly. Nemesis has the claw from his tail around her neck as he stands behind her watching Predator.
"What are you?" Elisa gasps.
"I'm Predator and you've met my son Nemesis." He chuckles at her. "We are Destroyers." He says proudly. Elisa can tell why they would be called that given their large bulk, not to mention the claws on the tails as she sees Predator has one too. "Now I'll take that." Predator says reaching for her son. She holds him tightly and tries to snap at him only for the claw to squeeze her neck so tightly that her grip weakens. Megatronous is taken from her arms as he squeaks in protest while trying to get back to his carrier. The claw leaves her throat and as she tries to get up she is immediately pinned down again making her flinch as she watches Megatronous get farther and farther away from her.
"Please no…" Elisa begs. Her request is ignored as Megatronus is put in a cage. He whimpers and curls up in fright as he starts to shake. Mecha stares at him curiously for a moment and frowns at the colors that made his name.
"Chain her up." Mecha orders the other two. Elisa tries to struggle but it's useless as they get her in a cell and chain her up before slamming the door behind them. She flinches at the sound before she tries to get out of them. She bites and claws at them before she uses her fireclaws and nothing happened. "They're fire proof." Mecha says through a loud speaker. She growls at the ceiling.
"Give me back my son!" She screams, but there is no answer. She didn't feel any pain through the bond…yet. Mecha stares at the young sparkling for a few moments before he walks away.
"Are you going to do anything with him?" Phoenix asks.
"No, he's too young, but I can use him as leverage against Elisa." He explains.
"Are you going to use dark energon on her too?"
"For starters, a long time ago, back in ancient times long before the war, supposedly dragons could harness energy and put it in a crystal shard. Once the energy was contained they stuck in their sparks, like I did with you, and they could harness that energy to its full potential. I'm hoping to do that with you and Elisa." He says as he looks at a monitor.
"But you have dark energon in you too. Aren't you doing that right now?" She asks.
"I've barely scratched the surface. I basically have an energy boost. There is so much more to unlock." He grins excitedly. "Plus if I do it to Elisa first I'll know what to do so you don't get hurt." He adds before he gives her a quick kiss.
"Yuck." Nemesis mutters.
"Shut up." Phoneix snaps at him. She goes over to the cage where Megatronus is. He's curled in a tight ball because he's scared out of his mind. He stares at Phoenix while he's shaking. She tilts her head curiously at him as she realizes that she is staring at her nephew. He lets out a small whine making her rolls her eyes as she leaves. Phoenix is not interested in having children any time soon. Mecha is exciting enough. She looks forward to sharing the ultimate power with him. To her it just sounds intoxicating.

Mecha preps a sample of dark energon to put in Elisa. It was basically a sliver compared to the other shards Phoenix has seen. She hangs around the doorway as Mecha enters with the shard.
"Get that away from me!" Elisa shouts the instant she sees the shard.
"If you don't cooperate just imagine what this will do to your son." Mecha says darkly.
"You wouldn't…" Elisa gasps fearfully.
"Then don't test me." He growls. Elisa reluctantly nods and keeps still as Mecha shoves the shard into her chest. She shouts in pain and falls over, whimpering and shaking as her body suddenly feels cold. She does her best to fight it as Mecha watches making mental notes on her reaction. He's not pleased with the result as Elisa moans on the floor. She's withering and shaking as she's gasping for air. Her chest feels like it's on fire. Mecha's eyes start to glow and Elisa lets out another scream of pain. Phoenix shudders at the feeling as it makes her body tingle.
Get up Mecha orders telepathically. Elisa only grunts as she twitches. I said get up! He orders again and gets the same reaction. He growls in frustration before he leaves the room, storming past Phoenix, who closed the door.
"What is it?" Phoenix asks him.
"The sample I put in her is too small. It's not powerful enough to let me take control of her along with the fact that she's fighting it." He says.
"Maybe it needs more time?" Phoenix suggests.
"I'm going to let her deal with the pain for the day. We have time." He says with a frustrated sigh.

When the shard entered Elisa's body Megatron felt it and he doubled over with a gasp.
"What is it?" Optimus says only to be distracted as the sparklings start yowling in pain.
"He put dark energon in her." Megatron gasps as he looks at the sparklings. While Megatron can deal with the pain, everyone feels for the sparklings as they are just miserable. Ratchet reluctantly gives them a small dose of pain medicine that quickly puts them to sleep.
"How are we going to help them if…if the pain they are expericing gets worse?" Ratchet askes hesitantly.
"We have to try and keep them as comfortable as possible." Optimus says.
"You should bond with them Optimus. You are the sire after all. It might help them with the pain." Ratchet suggests. Megatron agreed with that as well. Sparklings thrived with a healthy spark bond from both parents. Optimus would only do it after they woke up though as they were still sound asleep for the moment. Soundwave still hadn't found anything, not even a trace of a dark energon signal. That base where Mecha was at must have been cloaked very well, but then again it was Mecha's job to think of everything. Galvatron and Cyclonus were extremely frustrated as well.
"You know I just got her to like me too." Galvatron said trying to lighten the mood. Megatron did manage a small smirk at the thought as they all knew he meant well. "I can't find a trace of her aurora. I haven't seen her color anywhere." He says sadly.
"Thank you for your help Galvatron." Megatron says gently. "You should get some rest." He suggests. Galvatron shakes his head no, but Cyclonus pulls him away so they can lie down. It was starting to get dark out and no one was going out then, but no one was going to sleep well anyway. Megatron was pacing. Optimus and Ratchet watched over the sparklings and were dozing a little bit. Galvatron and Cyclonus were just staring at the entryway and everyone was just trying to sleep. Morning isn't much better as everyone takes their cube before going out on patrol to find Elisa again. Megatron and Ratchet keep an optic on Optimus as he bonds with the sparklings. He misses Megatronus though and he hopes that he and his mother are alright as he lays down to sleep with his other three sparklings.

Elisa has managed the pain by the next morning but she hates the sick feeling it gives her. Mecha comes in bright and early looking her over.
"You really are a fighter…what a shame." He huffs. She tries to snap at him as he shoves her onto her side with his foot. He grabs her by the neck and reveals another dark energon shard in his hand.
"I don't understand, shouldn't that all be destroyed." She says confused as she tries to fight.
"Unicorn is imprisoned…not dead. If he was dead then there would be no more dark energon…and probably no more Earth for the matter." He explains. "But I'm not a planet eater or a god killer. Now that is waaayy out of my league." He smirks.
"So then what do you want?" She says.
"As long as I have the most powerful weapons then I have control over Cybertron and that is what I want." He says before he shoves the larger shard into her spark. Elisa screams in pain as purple energy crackles all around them. He moves away with his eyes glowing as she rolls around in pain. Get up…He orders her telepathically. This time she does get up and look at him. Her normal bright blue eyes glowing a familiar purple as she stares at him like an obedient slave. Phoenix comes up to Mecha and she grins up at him when she sees he has full control over Elisa.
Back at the base Megatron shouts in pain and falls to his knees.
"No! Elisa…Phoenix…stop this!" He pleads. Phoenix ignores him but Elisa blinks and twitches as if she's heard him.
"Ignore him!" Phoenix snaps at Elisa. She stares back at her sister.
"Girls…I know you can hear me. Please I'm begging you. Stop this. Come home…I love you…both of you!" Megatron begs as others come to check on him.
"…Carrier…" Elisa whispers, looking off into the distance despite the dark energon inside her.
"I said ignore him!" Phoenix shouts before she smacks Elisa hard making her fall to the ground. "Give her another shard!" She snaps at Mecha.
"No."
"What? What do you mean no!?" She gasps.
"You want control over her. Use the power I gave you." He says calmly. She blinks as she quickly understands his instructions and starts to focus. Mecha grins as her eyes glow a familiar red.
"Look at me!" She orders Elisa. She flinches in pain as she looks up at Phoenix. "Stand up." Elisa stands on shaky feet.
Megatron grimaces as Phoenix just cuts herself off from him completely, severing the last thing between them. Elisa! Listen to me! Your sparklings need you! Megatron pleads through the bond. Phoenix holds firm on her grip to her sister and Elisa doesn't budge.
"Good…follow me." Phoenix grins walking back. Elisa follows her. Megatronus sees his carrier and starts chirping loudly for her attention. Both sisters look at him The slight falter allows Elisa to break away for a moment.
"My baby." She whispers as her eyes blink quickly.
"Phoenix!" Mecha snaps.
"NO!" Elisa shouts and slams her claws into the ground sending a blue energy that throws all the other dragons backwards. Now that she is back in control, Elisa tears at her chest trying to get the dark energon out of her but she only makes herself bleed. She panics when suddenly a small chirping gets her focused and she hurries to grab her son. Clutching him tightly she tries to find an exit when Predator and Nemesis block her growling deeply.
"You can't escape." Predator growls. She turns and realizes that she is surrounded.
"No…no please…" She gasps, spinning around.
"Give me that little runt!" Phoenix says trying to grasp Megatronous out of her hands. He lets out a high pitch screech of protest that makes Elisa let out a mighty sonic roar that makes Phoenix fall back with a grunt. The others blink in surprise as Phoenix gets up with her fire claws glowing. "I'll tear that little thing to pieces!" She roars charging at Elisa. Without hesitation Elisa tailwhips Phoenix as hard as she can. Phoenix yelps in pain as a few ribs crack before she slams into a steel support beam, falling unconscious.
"Ewwww….ouch!" Skyknight squirms in pain and covers his eyes. While the others are shocked, Elisa bolts down a hallway hoping for a way out.
"Stop." Mecha orders, his eyes glowing as he tries to take control of her. Elisa snarls as she does her best to fight the pain growing in her chest. Her back spikes light up blue and she fires her heatray into a wall until she can't breathe. She does her best to keep running and luckily the heat makes the metal weak enough for her to shatter through it and back to the familiar sight of an empty cybertron. Her relief is shortlived as she is tackled hard. She cries out in pain as Megatronus whimpers against her chest. She tries to get up but yelps when a familiar claw wraps around her throat and lifts her off her feet. She tries to hold onto her son but again Nemesis takes him from her as Mecha walks up to her with yet another dark energon shard. She tries desperately to get away, knowing she's done for, but she can't move much as the shard is shoved hard into her spark. She can barely scream as the energy overwhelms her again. A purple energy wave erupts sending everyone back yet again.
"Man, that's annoying!" Shadow grumbles getting up. He gasps when he sees Elisa surrounded in crackling purple and blue energy, her hind legs and her wings open. Unbelievably her eyes are glowing silver as she lets out a battle roar, making even the Destroyers back away.
"Yes that's it!" Mecha grins proudly at his creation. He only realizes that he's not in control when it's too late as Elisa, as the humans would say bitch-slaps, him aside to grab her son before she frantically flies off.
"We've got a lot of signals!" Starscream shouts as they pop up on screen. Soundwave opens a bridge and Megatron is first to run through with his cannon firing only to see that the dragons are already retreating somewhere else.
"Where's Elisa!?" He shouts at them, but they don't answer as their own bridge closes up.
"Megatron I've got one signal flying away from you, fast, and heading south. It could be Elisa." Ratchet says through the comms. He looks ups and is surprised to see a faint trail of crackling energy in the direction he spoke of.
"I'll call for backup if I need it." He says before he flies off. No one argues for him not to go alone as he follows the trail.

She doesn't know where she's going but all she knows is that she needs to get away as Elisa keeps flying. Her chest is still bleeding and a small whimpering makes her look down at the fragile bundle that is her sparkling in her arms. She feels his fear and she understands it as the energy is still swirling within her and her eyes are still an unfamiliar silver. She looks at him as she decides to land.
"It's alright Megatronus." She whispers kindly, giving him a gently lick. He recognizes her voice and starts chirping and purring against her. She looks around and she realizes that they are in an energon field. Primus didn't waste any time making the planet thrive again. The crystals glow a beautiful blue as she stares at them. She closes her eyes to focus and finally the energy stills to allow her body to calm down. She groans and stumbles as she puts Megatronus down. She panics all over again, trying to figure out a way to get the dark energon out of her. Her hand shakes as her fire claws glow and she shouts as she manages to pull the shards out and they crumble to pieces on the ground before she collapses, bleeding badly now. Megatronus squeaks and tries to nudge her but she can't move as she passes out.
Megatron isn't too far behind as he too lands in the energon field.
"Elisa!" He calls out only to get a frantic squeaking in reply off in the distance. "Oh no." He gasps to himself as he runs to the sound. He finds Elisa passed out and bleeding as Megatronus squeaks at him as if to say "help her!" "Elisa…Elisa…" He repeats as he pulls her up. He grimaces at her chest wounds knowing she literally clawed the dark energon out of her. He feels that she has a pulse too. He jumps when something forms on the ground in front of him. After a few moments a glowing blue crystal is pulsing with energy in front of him. He lifts it up confused for a moment as he stares at it. A rainbow of colors twinkles as he moves it. He looks down at Elisa and her spark is pulsing with blue light in tune with the crystal. He swallows nervously as he realizes what he must do. "Primus…I hope you're right about this." He whispers before he thrusts it into her spark. Elisa gasps to life as a silver glow heals her wounds. He sees her eyes glow silver briefly before she passes out again. The energon crystals glow with energon and comfort for Megatron as if to tell him not to worry.
"I need a bridge. I've got Elisa and Megatronous." He finally says through the comms.
