Jazzy: Georgia is gullible as f***. Just like me in real life, but she is a 15 year old emotional teenager. So, you have a reason to be like this.

Haruhi's P.O.V

I watched as my friend was thrown around the street like a brown haired rag doll. She wasn't concerned about herself, she was concerned about the other in the area. You could see it when she was paying attention to see whether those people she saved got away safely, leaving herself completely vulnerable to his attacks.

Each time I tried to pry inside her mind, I was blocked out by her overflowing magic. I think that she has so many thoughts running through her head that she can't think straight. It's making her way too irrational, and it's not good for her. She could get hurt, or worse…dead.

The two were locked in combat now, with Georgia wings flittering at high speeds just to keep her out of harm's way. I hid myself in alleyway, which was far enough away to not be in any line of fire, but close enough so that I could see how she fought. It was reckless. Her attacks had no thought in them, just an underlying goal, which was to take Blayze down by any means necessary.

When water started flowing out of the drain close to me I was amazed. Truly amazed at how someone had too much power, but she was reckless non the less. Weeds in the alleyway started to shrivel away and die as small droplets of was pulled from their leaves She really Is powerful.

Water danced around her, before she extended her arms which commanded them to charge at the coal haired boy. It's like they were extension of her arms. Blayze countered the water, with fire pouring out of his right hand. It seemed like e was barely interested, leaving his left hand to limply lay by his side, where as Georgia…she quite literally poured all her magic into this spell.

But as I watched Blayze, something caught my eye. It was a little gleam in his eyes, accompanied by a small smirk as he twisted his arms around, allowing her water to come closer, to the point where he could reach out and touch it. And he did.

With one touch, there was ice spreading down trapping her hands in a long blocks of ice. Fire spiralled down those block not too long after the ice did, and in an instant, the chains were formed, connecting her to the ground. "Ge-" I began to shout before slapping a hand over my mouth, trying not to draw attention to myself.

My mouth was opened in a silent scream as I watched as the fairy was strapped to the ground, screaming and struggling to escape. Her arms ignite, and it's not melting the chains. "Those chains are enchanted you know. You can't break them with magic." He taunted, "You can learn some interesting spells in the Asteria Library. Che' has an interesting choice of literature. It's a shame she wasn't on my side." He said landing on the ground in front of the Princess. "I had to…remove her. She posed too much of a threat."

I want to do something, I had to do something! But if I run in there…Georgia won't be there to protect me. And I can barely protect myself. What am I going to do? How can I help. I grabbed a nearby rock, and thought about it moving across and hitting him, but it barely moved in my hand.

Come on Haruhi, you can do this. You've done it before!

I tried again, but it just wouldn't work. It just wouldn't. God I'm useless!

"You need to believe in yourself. Trust in your mind and heart." A voice echoed around me, and I take a step further into the alley.

"who are you?" I question, my head whipping around to find the source of the voice.

"that does not matter. All that matters is you protecting your friends life. If her magic is taken out of her by that spell, it will destroy her."

My eyes widen at what I heard, although there was nobody around, I still looked. "How? How can I do anything?"

"Believe in yourself, believe in the magic you possess…" Her voice began to fade away to an echo.

"Please! Don't leave! I need help!"

"You already know what to do…" Her voice was even softer, going on a whisper.

"No! Please…I need help…" I whispered that last part to myself. That's when Winters words entered my mind 'you need to help Georgia save the worlds….it's in your destiny.' And if what she said is true, I can't let her die. I need to help, even if it means I could be seriously hurt. My friend is in danger, and I need to help her and I'm the only one who can do it.

She needs me and I know I can do this!

What I felt next was almost indescribable. It was that rush I felt whenever I used my magic, but so much stronger. I felt stronger. But there was a pulse in my head, almost like a head ache.

I felt strong. Really strong. Like I was able to do something. "STOP!" I felt like I glided across the street, and just as easily, I was I'm between the maniac and my friend, with a dark blue and purple shield stopping me from getting hit with that spell. I could feel the darkness from that spell he's firing.

I could hear Georgia behind me, her heavy breathing was right behind me but at least she was breathing, I don't think she was before. "WHAT?!" Blayze roared, and I felt both his focus and his spell falter. "WHO ARE YOU?!"

My focus remained on keeping this shield up, because I wasn't sure how I was doing it. I just kinda did it, but the physical strain was there too. "this is so much harder than you make it look. "I mutter to myself, taking in a deep breath trying to keep it steady.

"H-Haruhi?" Georgia barely whispered behind me, and I glance at her over my shoulder. She was barely lifting her head to look at me, and she was a mess. She looked with hope in those tear stained jade eyes.

I felt my foot beginning to slip, so I turned back to focus on what was at hand. Blayze looking over his armoured shoulder caught my attention. It was her, Lady Red standing there watching.

"Don't just stand there! Get her!" He screamed with a weak voice, and I was right. His spell was weakening. I found it easier to hold my protection spell, and the force of his black spell weakened, shooting off into the distance.

I gasped when I noticed Lady Red crouched down, red and gold spear in her hand. She was ready to strike, and I was the target. She moves at in human speeds across roof, before jumping at least 10 storeys to the ground below.

My stomach dropped as I shut my eyes, waiting for it all to be over. But what I hear instead as the shattering of glass. Then I heard it again.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" Blayze screamed dropping the spell entirely. I watched as Lady Red bounded back onto the building, standing there not even a hint of emotion on the parts of her face which weren't covered by a mask. No smirk, no nothing. "You're under my command, you do as I say!" And with that betrayal, he dropped the spell, and I let go of the breath that I didn't realise I was holding.

"Obviously not anymore." Georgia's voice poured into my ears from behind me, it was raspy but still full of power. I glanced over my shoulder and saw her standing above shattered ice, with the reminiscent of ice shackles around her wrists. She melted them off almost instantly and the thunder began to rumble. "You're gonna pay for that."

FLASH!

Lightning struck Blayze from mid-air, and he violently shook. Lady Red took her turn, hitting him with the hilt of her spear. One good clean his was all it took from his to go skidding across the ground. I watched, slightly horrified as I saw the guy struggling to stand up. He didn't look any older than us, and Georgia and Lady had no remorse for him.

Georgia stomped her foot into the ground, and rocked began to rise out of it, which he narrowly avoided by rolling out of the way.

Even though he did just try to kill Georgia, I don't think killing him is the answer. She's not trying to catch him. She's trying to kill him. I could in his eyes, there was shock, weakness and worst of all fear. Fear when he looked at the two of us, but he hides it well.

The boy in question stumbled as he rose to his feet, brushing his messy hair from his eyes. "Of course something went wrong." He laughed to himself, "Something always goes wrong. But not next time." He glanced straight at me, blood red eyes pouring into mine before he smirked. The back ring on his right and caught my attention, a

Georgia stood tall, and spoke with a triumphant tone in her voice as she saw Blayze swaying. "There won't be a next time!" Georgia shouted.

"That's what you think…" My attention was on his glowing ring which started to create what seemed like a portal. With the slash of his wrist, it opened completely, and he stepped though. Only just missing the a bolt of lightning which I'm assuming came from Georgia.

I noticed Georgia's fists tighten until her knuckles turned white. "Sh*t!" She cussed through clenched teeth. I saw under her foot, the pavement cracking under her feet, like a pattern of spider webs. Even from here, I could feel the heat of her skin radiating into the air. "He's gone."

I look over my shoulder to an empty street and building top. No sign of where the girl in red stood. "She's gone too." The sky began to clear, but the storm clouds still lingered in the distance.

Voices began murmuring behind us, and a crowd of people came in out of nowhere. "We can't be here."

Georgia

I took hold of the girls hand and lifted her off the ground as the crowd below us cheered, send us praises about how we saved the day. I noticed camera, reported and the general public all staring up at us as I dragged Haruhi across the sky. She felt weightless in my grasp, which I didn't expect.

In the centre of the city, atop one of the buildings I stopped, putting Haruhi down, who held onto her wrist tenderly with her other hand.

I didn't expect a lot of things to happen today, with Blayze's arrival being one of them. He came out of nowhere…he found me so easily. He attacked me with one of my best friends power. How is that even possible? I've heard rumours that if a person was to lose their magic, they could possibly…possibly die. Does that mean that Yuki…?Blayze told me so. He killed her, and there was nothing I could do. He did it to all of them.

"He killed them all…" I hissed, my lips quivering and tears in my eyes. "I was too late…"

"What?" Haruhi asks.

I turned to her with a glare. "Didn't you hear me! I told you I was too late. I couldn't save any of them. I let them down. It's just like he said, I'm completely useless!"

Haruhi's violet eyes widen behind the dark blue mask, and she gasps. "You're listening to him?" She looked at me bewildered.

"What else am I supposed to!? He killed them! He killed my friends! And now he's going after my family! And I'm stuck here like some useless prick!" I turned my back on her as tears spilled from my eyes, hitting the cracked rooftop at my feet.

"I'm sure it's nothing! Just calm down, we can working this out…"

"Calm? How the hell am I supposed to stay calm?! My friends are dead, my kingdom is in ruins! By the looks of it I have nothing to go back to! And you're telling me to be calm!? Oh boy you're really dumb for a smart girl." How dare she tell me to be calm. I am calm, I could be much worse considering what just happened.

I could be going on a rampage, sending the city into elemental ruins! I could be setting alight buildings, creaking holes in the ground to the point where Tokyo may become uninhabitable! Honestly, it is so tempting right now. Just to cause this destruction. Beautiful destruction, matching my own realm to this one!

"Please, just cool down. You're magic-"

"My magic is what Haruhi? Weak? Useless? It can't protect me, let alone an entire kingdom! Training has done nothing if he was able to take me out so easily!" I shout at her, throwing my arms across the space between us. "What's the point of me getting back if there is nothing to go back to."

Haruhi just looked at me completely confused by what I just said. "Would you listen to yourself right now?! This isn't like you at all!" She shouted at me, and the grip on my forearms tightened. When little nails had were beginning to pierce my skin. "You're listening to a deranged lunatic. And you're as equal as one for listening to what he had to say! Get a hold of yourself!"

"Enough!"" I scream, flinging my arm out to her. But I didn't see what was gonna happen next. All that rage I felt was replaced with worry and my own fear. It was almost in slow motion, the flames just…erupted at her. Igniting, racing straight towards her. And the look in her eyes, that's what stabbed me in the gut. I know whose eyes, but not like this. Beautiful violet was covered in fear. She was scared of me.

She feared me…

She cried out in pain, putting her hands up to defend herself, but she wasn't fast enough to protect herself from the fire created by my own magic. She crouched over, holding her hands to her chest tenderly. It burned through her . "I-I didn't mean to!" I stumbled over my words, "Haruhi…" I reached out to youth her shoulder, but when my hands were only centimetres away from her, I pulled back my hand.

She looked up at me, tears in her violet eyes, before they faded to brown. The rest of her returned to normal, her hair shortened, clothes turned from vibrant colours to much duller ones. The one thing that didn't change, was the look in her eyes.

That look…I can barely describe it. It was almost like, distrust. She didn't trust me. It was hidden deep in those eyes. I collapsed to my knees, and buried my face in my hands. That lump in my throat appeared as I began to quiver. "I'm sorry…" I cried, "I'm so sorry!" I sobbed into my hands, as I felt my own magic disappear, making me appear human.

I can't believe I hurt her. I didn't meant too, I just…I lost control. Oh my god I lost control of my magic. I hurt someone, I hurt my friend. She was only trying to help…oh god what have I done? She was just trying to help, she knew what was going to happen but I was so wrapped up in what had just happened that I wasn't thinking straight. All that rage and doubt I had just burned inside of me…then out of my hand.

I'm so god damn stupid…

"It's alright." Her soft voice rang in my ears, "Look at me…"

I didn't. I can't look at her, not after what I had done.

There was a light touch on my shoulder, "Please, just look at me."

Hesitantly I do what she said, looking at her through watery yes. "I'm sorry…" I cried, wiping tears from my eyes, and she placed a hand on my cheek, tenderly wiping away tears. Her other hand still clutched close to her chest. "I didn't mean to hurt you…I never wanted…"

Rumbles in the distance caused Haruhi to flinch, "Hey, calm down. I need you to listen to my voice. It's alright, I'm alright" she paused looking to the sky, "I'm alright. You just need to stay calm."

Her voice was so soothing, like a melody in my ear. And the look in her eyes changed. I no longer saw fear, instead I saw my friend with vibrant eyes, full of passion, hope and kindness.

I controlled my breathing and the sun shone, warming my skin, and drying my tears. Tenderly, I reached out and grabbed her burnt hand, assessing the damage. Parts of her skin were charred, and flesh wounds were presents. Haruhi wined as I turned her hand over, my eye trailing the burn which continued down her wrist and part of her arm.

"I didn't-"

"I know. And I forgive you. But is there any chance you can do something about it?"

I swallowed the lump in my throat, "I think so." I focused my water powers on her wound. Water has healing properties, especially when combined with a healing spell. I grabbed water from the air and it began to spiral down her arm, before turning glowing white.

Haruhi bared her teeth and hissed, and bit my lip, thinking that I'm putting her though that. I've just caused her so much pain, putting her through watching me attack Blayze with no remorse. In my eyes, all I saw was a crazed lunatic who needs to be under control, and she saw something different. She saw her friend brutally attack someone else.

She just wasn't prepared for it.

"You girls alright?" A puffed voice called. Winter sat herself beside the two of us as the water evapouated off Haruhi's arms.

"We're fine now." Haruhi replied, but then her eyebrows furrowed, "Where were you?"

Winters red feathered head tilts sideways, before straightening, "Oh, well while I was of fighting against Lady Red, I realised that she was being controlled. The thing about control spells, is that they're almost unnoticeable, except for one thing. Their eyes. I noticed she had glazed over eyes, almost doll like and lifeless. So I tried getting through to her. You kinda just see the change in their eyes. And I noticed it the first night we met her."

The girl growls at me before super jumping and swiping at me in the air. I dodge by flying backwards. "Hey, I don't want to fight." I tell her.

"Then you're just a coward who just hides behind a mask." She says turning to leave. "You not even worth my time." She says walking away.

"Wait!" I call out landing back onto the building. The red-head doesn't turn around, she only turned her head so she can see me in the corner of her eye. But, she does put a smirk on her face, and trust me, it was scary.

In a flash she again attacked, but I put up a shield with my left hand. We were in a dead lock, and she only did it in one move. I could see her eyes more easily now, they seemed glassed over, with almost no emotion within them. She was using her brute strength against me, and she was pushing me backwards. TO counter I sent a surge of light energy to send her backwards. She stumbled back a few steps, but then regained her stance.

"Ahh!" She yelled as she again swung her spear at me. I dodged to the left, just making I clear get away, but she works fast. In another few seconds, she had struck again, leaving me with next to no time to react, so again there was another shield in between the two of us. Again I looked into her eyes, they seemed to flash bright red only briefly and her facial features softened form a malicious smile, to an almost confused one. I take the small opportunity to push her back again and this time she stayed back. She turns on her heel and begins to walk away, obviously pissed off.

"I noticed it too." I sigh, remembering, "How did I not make the connection?"

"I didn't pay much attention to it either. I didn't think Blayze could control someone from Asteria. But I guess he wasn't there. Fire is connected to power, and the Fireons were able to manipulate it into control."

Haruhi straightens up, "Sorry to intrude on this conversation but can we do this somewhere else? I don't feel like the rooftop is very private."

I had transported us back to my house, and that's where we continued this conversation.

"So, Blayze fired a dark spell at you, which went into your chest and pushed colour out of your back?" Winter asked on the table. I nod and she winced, "Good thing that was stopped, because it sounds to me like a 'Retrieval Spell'. Ain't nobody surviving that."

I stood up, with a big topic in mind. "Um, can we talk about the elephant in the room? Haruhi actually transformed and saved my life! She's a witch! But what kind?"

"I'm a Logic Witch." The brown haired girl states as a matter of fact. "It makes logical sense, if my mother was a Logic Witch. It's like Winter said, magic follows the laws of genetics. So it's a high probability that that is what I am."

Winter just nodded her head in agreement, "Sounds 'bout right."

"But I have my own question…How? How did I do it?"

I don't know…powers are determined when you get tested when you're 10. It's basically the start of when you're at you're most emotioal. From the age of 10 until your around 19 is when magic is most strongest because it's linked to our emotions. That how I hurt Haruhi when I lost control. My emotions weren't under control. And im assuming that's how Blayze took over Asteria. Both with his out of control power and the fact that he had the whole Fireon army behind him. And he attacked on the night of the Blood Moon, which is when the Fireons are at their peak in power.

Winter hummed, flying around Haruhi. "It's because you broke through your human barrier. Since ya part human, and part Enchanted and you grew up as human, you began neglecting your Enchanted self which tucked itself away for a rainy day. Which was today."

I narrowed my eyebrows, "That doesn't really answer her question…"

She look at me annoyed, "I wasn't finished!" She snapped before turning back to Haruhi, "By putting the safety of your friend over your own safety, that magic wanted to protect you, but it couldn't do it in a human shell. So it broke free.

"So that's why I transformed?"

"Precisely."

So…that just happened…what do you guys think?

Sorry this is so short, but until next time!

Silva Out!
