He snuck into her room, nudging the shoji screen with his paw. Silent, deadly, the young lord was the epitome of grace and perfection.

Kagome stirred in her sleep, stirring as she heard the soft patter of paws approaching her.

"Fluffy?" She whispered, her sight becoming clearer as she woke. Red eyes peered into hers as he lay on the floor next to her, his nose touching hers. She smiled, lifting her hand out, caressing his temple softly.

"No, I should start using your real name, right Sesshomaru?" She kissed his nose, flinching as blinding light poured from him.

"Sesshomaru?!"
