So I generally detest story updates that are not chapters but author's notes, however, I'm making an exception this time due to my horrible, unexpected silence over the last few months :( Truth is, I became extremely burned out with writing and this story in particular, as well as moved to a new place with my family and got way too busy to even think about writing. But I have good news! I have been rethinking some aspects of this story and, with the help of my two favorite e-friends, figured out ways to get myself back into the story and revamp it a little bit. So, I am once again motivated to write, and I hope to have a new chapter up in the next few weeks, and within the next month at the latest. I never meant to have this long of an absence from writing, but I reached a point where I'd written so much in a relatively short period of time (for me) that I definitely needed a break. BUT, I'm way over that now. Hopefully there's still some of my fellow BatCat shippers still around to read once I start updating again.
Again, I apologize for the silence, and I thank those of you reading this, and those who have left reviews and messages asking where the heck I went. It makes me feel all kinds of guilty, but it's also kind of nice to be missed. (Better shut up before I have a "You like me! You really really like me!" moment)
As a sidenote, some big news happened as I was in the middle of my hiatus - Ben Affleck. I'm happy with it. Anyone with me? (I actually love Daredevil, too. Guess I'm in the vast minority, though, but meh, haters gonna hate). And another sidenote - Thor: The Dark World. Loki. Ahem. November is taking it's sweet time getting here. And my Loki obsession is on the verge of eclipsing my Batman obsession at it's pinnacle. It's all Tom Hiddleston's fault.
