Angelina POV
"You have to let me see my WIFE!" Fred yelled loudly.
"Oh no," I muttered rounding the corner. George was trying to grip Fred's arm but he wasn't having it. Fred was yelling at the Healer in front of him.
"I'm sorry sir, she is in surgery right now." The Healer said blandly. "You will have to wait."
"But my wife and children?" Fred gasped his eyes popping horribly. "Please, you have to tell me what's happening."
"Your wife is having an emergency C-section. She should be done delivering shortly. I'm sorry but I need to check on my other patients." The Healer said before turning away. Fred looked like he wanted to rip the Healer to shreds but George quickly grabbed him around the waist and pulled him back.
"You won't do Hermione any good if you get yourself thrown out!" George growled holding him tightly.
"Fred!" I snapped crossing the room quickly. The two of them turned to me quickly. George smiled but Fred looked confused. "Don't you dare do anything stupid to get yourself thrown out!"
Fred glared at me but his body went limp a moment later. His head dropped and his shoulders shook. "I — don't know — what — to do!"
"Oh Fred." I ran forward and gave him a hug. He clung to me like a broken child and started to sob. George wrapped his arms around the both of us. Fred leaned more into George than me and I took a step back.
"I — love — them!" Fred sobbed softly his breath coming in gasps as he tried to control himself.
"I know you do." George said simply holding him tightly. "but I know you love our family too. And how much it's killing you to be away from Dad and Mum."
"You — know — I do. I — just — hate — what mum — said about — Angelina! You love — her — so much!" Fred gasped trying to compose himself.
I sniffled softly and wiped a tear from my eye. What Molly had said about my pregnancy had been horrible but George and I had talked to her and made up two months ago. Only Fred didn't know that. We had tried to tell him but he wasn't willing to listen. Of course he wasn't. He was furious over the fact that his twin was hurt.
A soft hand touched my shoulder and I jumped. Molly came to stand next to me and gave me a sorrowful look. "You know I'm really very sorry about what I said, dear."
"I know Molly. I forgave you a long time ago. But I think you should talk to Fred. He needs you." I said nodding over to Fred. He and George were whispering back and forth.
"Fred?" Molly asked tremulously. Fred turned around slowly. His face was splotched red and his face was blank of any emotion.
"Mum." He said croakily. His eyes flickered before he threw himself into Molly's arms. She gasped before wrapping her arms around Fred's frame.
George stepped over next to me and wrapped an arm around my waist gently caressing our baby through my dress. To think that in only four months our baby would be here.
"Mr. Weasley!" A Healer yelled out a door. Fred jumped and looked up.
"I'm Mr. Weasley, hows my wife? My children?" He asked stepping forward.
"Your wife is slowly coming out of the potions we used to put her under. She has a massive cut on her head that we healed but she can not under any circumstances move her head. Do you understand?" The female Healer asked raising her eyebrow.
"Yes! I understand, now what of my children? How are my daughters?" Fred all but roared.
"Your daughters are in a magical incubator it is like a stasis charm so that their bodies can continue to grow as if they were still in the womb. They are so small at twenty-two weeks the chances of survival is slim but we are hoping that the incubator will work. I'm sorry. You can go in and see your wife when you are ready." The Healer walked away her head down.
"Fred, you need to see her." Molly said shakily tears streaking down her cheeks. "Hermione will be up any minute."
Fred didn't respond. He seemed to be in shock. His face was pale and he was shaking horribly. George didn't seem to be doing much better, I was doing my best to hold him up.
"Fred, come on your wife needs you." Molly said pulling him towards the room. Halfway there Fred fell to the ground sobbing brokenly into his hands. I hung my head and silently wept. George pulled me close to him and tried to comfort me. But it wasn't working. Not while I could see Molly curling her body around Fred's as sobs wracked his body.
