Long time coming, again! I'm sorry for making you all wait for too LONG again! Like I said, I'm busy with other crap. Anyway, here you go.
Book Two: Earth
Chapter 15: Events of Ba Sing Se
Tale of Lucy, Erza, Wendy, Katara, and Toph
It has been months since the gang know about the conspiracy of Ba Sing Se and they are in their house and Aang is shaving his head with his shaving tool while Sokka uses his machete to cut off some facial hair while Katara puts her front braids together while Lucy combs her hair and puts on her side ponytail.
Lucy and Katara enter a room and they find Toph and Jiba lying in their beds with their blankets sloppily laying over them and Toph's hair is a mess and Lucy and Katara gasp.
"Toph! Aren't you and Jiba gonna get ready for the day?" Katara asked and Toph gets up while causing her hair to fly around and then she spits a nearby vessel making it spin on impact and Toph gets on her feet and dusts off her sleeping dress.
"Jiba's asleep, but I'm ready." Toph said and Lucy and Katara have shocked faces.
"You're not gonna wash up? You've got a little dirt on...everywhere." Lucy said.
"You two call it dirt, but I call it a healthy coating of earth." Toph said.
"Hmm. You know what we need? You, Lucy, Erza, Wendy, and I should have a girl's day out!" Katara suggested.
"That sounds like a good idea." Lucy said.
"Do I have to?" Toph asked.
"It'll be fun." Katara said.
"Let's go ask Erza and Wendy." Lucy said.
Later on Lucy, Katara, Erza, Wendy, and Toph are outside of a building.
"The Fancy Lady Day Spa? Sounds like my kinda place." Toph said sarcastically.
"I suppose we should start our girls day out." Erza said.
"Are you all ready for some serious pampering?" Katara asked.
"You know I am." Lucy said.
"I think it will be fun." Wendy said.
"Sure. Whatever you say. As long as they don't touch my feet." Toph said entering the building.
In the building Lucy, Katara, Erza, and Wendy are all relaxing while having their feet scrubbed but an attendant is scraping massive amounts of dirt on Toph's feet making her annoyed and so she Earthbends and sends the attendant flying out of a wall.
Later on the girls take mud baths and as an attendant takes clean towels and walks over to Toph she inhales air and exhales air while Earthbending mud on her face creating a scary appearance scaring the attendant and she runs away and all the girls laugh while Toph makes the mud on her face smile.
The girls are now in a sauna and Toph kicks the ground while bending a rock from a pile and it flies into a pile of hot rocks while Lucy and Katara Waterbend and make splashes on the hot rocks creating steam and all the girls sigh in relief.
Later on the girls leave the spa and are now walking around the streets of the city and they all have make-up on.
"Well, that wasn't so bad. I'm not usually into this stuff, but I kinda feel...girly." Toph said.
"I'm glad." Katara said.
"At least we all get to do some things together without some boys being around." Lucy said.
"Indeed." Erza said.
The girls are now walking on a bridge over a creek and then they walk past three girls.
"Wow, great make-up." One of the girls said.
"Thanks." Toph said.
"Thank you." Wendy said.
"For a couple of clowns." The girl said and the two other girls laugh making Wendy and Toph frown.
"Don't listen to them." Lucy said.
"Let's just keep walking." Katara said.
"I think they look cute. Like that time we put a sweater on your pet poodle-monkey!" One of the girls said and they laugh.
"Good one, Star!" Another girl said and they continue to laugh and Wendy cries and she runs from the bridge.
"Wendy!" Lucy called but Wendy is gone.
"The three of you shut up or I'll make you shut up!" Erza threatened.
"Erza..." Lucy stops talking.
"You? I'm so scared!" Star said laughing.
"That's it! You just signed your death warrant!" Erza said.
"No, no, Erza. That WAS a good one. Like your poodle-monkey." Toph said laughing. "You wanna know what else is a good one?" Toph asked as she Earthbends the bridge causing a circular hole to be created under the three girls and they fall into the creek.
"Now THAT'S funny." Katara said.
"I agree." Lucy said as the two bend the creek and creates a wave making the girls get swept away as they scream.
Toph walks away from the bridge but Lucy, Katara, and Erza catch up to her and then they find Wendy.
"Those girls are too stupid to know what they're talking about." Lucy said.
"It's okay. One of the good things about being blind is that I don't have to waste my time worrying about appearance. I don't care what I look like. I don't need anyone's approval. I know who I am." Toph said slightly crying.
"That's what I really admire about you, Toph. You're strong, confident, and self-assured. I know it doesn't matter, but I think you're really pretty." Katara said.
"I am?" Toph asked.
"Yeah. You are." Katara answered.
"I'd return the compliment, but I don't know what you all look like." Toph said.
"Wendy, are you okay?" Lucy asked.
"I'm fine... Hearing what Toph said about not caring what others say about her makes me want to be like her." Wendy said.
"You don't have to be like Toph. You just be who you really are, Wendy." Katara said.
"Yes. We all know that you're also strong. Everyone in Fairy Tail knows that." Erza said.
"Thank you." Wendy said.
"Thanks, girls." Toph said punching Lucy's, Katara's, and Erza's shoulders.
"Ow..." Lucy and Katara said.
Toph also punches Wendy's shoulder.
"Why did you do that?" Wendy asked.
"That's how I show affection." Toph answered.
Tale of Iroh and Aiko
In the marketplace of Ba Sing Se Iroh and Aiko are walking through the streets and they arrive at a shop and buy a basket and Iroh examines a basket.
"If this is for a romantic picnic, might I suggest this lavender one?" The shop owner asked pointing at a lavender basket.
"No, it's not a romantic picnic, but it is a special occasion." Iroh said as he gives the shop owner a coin and takes the basket but then he notices a flower in a vase and so Iroh pushes the flower into the shade making it bloom. "The moon flower likes partial shade." Iroh said as he bows to the shop owner and he and Aiko walk away.
Iroh and Aiko then make their way to the next shop that sells musical instruments but just then they hear a crying little boy in the middle of the street and his mother is trying to calm him down.
"Shh. It's okay. Shh." The boy's mother said.
"Poor boy." Aiko said and Iroh takes an instrument and walks to the boy.
"Leaves from the vine, falling so slow. Like fragile, tiny shells, drifting in the foam. Little soldier boy, come marching home. Brave soldier boy, come marching home." Iroh sang to the boy and kneels to him and the boy stops frowning and crying and smiles and pulls Iroh's beard making him groan but smiles and pats his beard while the boy smiles.
"That very kind of you, Father." Aiko said and the boy's mother takes her son and they leave.
Iroh and Aiko arrive at a courtyard and they see four boys playing a game of earth soccer and one of the boys hits the ground with his foot and the ball shoots up and goes back down and then the boy kicks it followed by Earthbending making a patch of earth rise to create a path for the ball to roll around but the other player Earthbends to prevent the ball from going to the goal causing it to launch to the direction where Iroh and Aiko are standing but the two dodge in time but the ball crashes into a window.
"Hey!" A male voice yelled.
"It is usually best to admit mistakes when they occur, and seek to restore honor." Iroh said.
Loud noises are then heard and they see a very large body through the window.
"When I'm done with you kids, the window won't be the only one that's broken!" The large man yelled.
"But not this time..." Aiko said.
"No. Run!" Iroh said as he, Aiko, and the kids run out of the courtyard.
Iroh and Aiko hide in an alley in a marketplace street and they look out to see if they're being chased but then Aiko notices a man holding a knife behind them.
"You! Give me all your money!" The mugger said.
"What are you doing?" Iroh asked confused looking at the mugger's poo stance.
"I'm mugging you!" The mugger answered.
"With that stance?" Iroh asked confused.
"Huh? What are you talking about? Just give me your money, old man!" The mugger said.
"With a poor stance, you are unbalanced, and you can be easily knocked over." Iroh said as he quickly grabs the mugger's arm and disarms him and then pushes the mugger to the ground but Iroh twirls the knife and helps the mugger back on his feet. "With a solid stance, you are a much more serious threat." Iroh said as he demonstrates a proper stance and the mugger tries to imitate but is not in correct form so Iroh holds his head still and adjusts the mugger's stance. "Much better! To tell you the truth, you don't look like the criminal type." Iroh said.
"I know. I'm just confused." The mugger said.
"What's your name?" Aiko asked.
"Tycho." The mugger named Tycho answered.
"Tycho, maybe instead of trying to mug someone, you should at least do something better." Aiko said as she sits Tycho down while Iroh pours a cup of tea.
"Like what?" Tycho asked.
"Well, you like you would make a good masseur." Iroh said.
"You think I do." Tycho asked.
"We think so. This is so great. No one has ever believed in me." Tycho said.
"While it is always best to believe in oneself, a little help from others can be a great blessing." Iroh said.
The sun is now setting and Iroh and Aiko walk to a hill that has a tree that's dropping leaves and Iroh places his basket down while taking off his hat and then rests his knees and piles some rocks at the tree's base and removes several things from the basket and places them at the bottom of the tree near to the pile of rocks.
Iroh then pulls out a sheet of paper and looks at it for a few seconds before closing his eyes and and places the paper down and then pulls out two incense sticks and lights them with his fingers by Firebending and has created a memorial for his deceased son and Aiko's deceased brother Lu Ten.
"Happy birthday, my son. If only I could have helped you." Iroh said as he starts to cry.
"I wish there was some way for me to help him." Aiko said as she starts crying.
"Leaves from the vine, falling so slow. Like fragile, tiny shells, drifting in the foam. Little soldier boy, come marching home. Brave soldier boy, comes marching home." Iroh and Aiko sang at Lu Ten's now created memorial.
Tale of Aang, Natsu, and Jiba
Aang is flying through the air with his glider searching for Appa and later on lands on a street while twirling his glider back to his staff and sees Natsu and Jiba.
"Any luck?" Natsu asked but Aang shakes his head.
"He has to be here." Aang said.
"Well, c'mon. Let's find him already. Hopefully those Dai Li bastards don't get in our way." Jiba said.
The three walk down the street which is lined on both sides with various cages and pens built into the rock and while going through Aang looks at different type of creature looking sad and depressed and Aang is having the same feeling and looks up at a group of dragon flies and then looks at another cage with an elephant-mandrill looking bored and then Aang sees an armadillo-lion gnawing at the bars keeping it in.
"Hi there, little fellow. You look really hungry." Aang said approaching the armadillo-lion and holding his hand out but the armadillo-lion roars at Aang making the Airbender get back.
"Friendly animal." Jiba said as the armadillo-lion curls itself into a ball.
"They are hungry." A voice said and it's the zookeeper. "The Dai Li won't give me any money because the kids stopped coming. The kids stopped coming because my zoo is nasty and broke." The zookeeper said.
"That's just wrong!" Natsu said.
"What kind of animal is that?" Aang asked pointing at a cage.
"That's a rabaroo. I wish I could get her a big open prairie that she likes. I'd let her hop away to happiness." The zookepper said.
"Then let's do it!" Aang said.
"What?" Jiba asked.
"There's a big open space right outside the walls of the city." Aang said.
"You sure that's a good idea?" Natsu asked.
"How're gonna transport all these wild critters?" The zookeeper asked.
"Don't worry. I'm great with animals." Aang said.
Just then a vessel is being broken by hog-monkeys who are causing havoc around in one of the shops in the city and the shopkeeper swings a broom to get the hog-monkeys out of his shop and they leave the shop and go to the street while the elephant-mandrill comes rampaging around the street while people run for their lives.
Another group of people are running through the street while covering their heads from the group of dragon flies flying over them and a platypus-bear enters the streets while standing on its hind legs and roars as more people run away and it chases after the group of people to an alley while the armadillo-lion rolls around the street.
The rabaroo is eating a pile of cabbages and the cabbage merchant is trying to save his cart.
"My cabba..." The cabbage merchant stops talking as the rabaroo keeps eating the cabbages and the cabbage merchant gives up. "Oh, forget it." The cabbage merchant said as he leaves.
Aang, Natsu, and Jiba see the chaos in the city.
"Nice idea, Airhead." Jiba said sarcastically.
"This was a lot better in my head." Aang said.
"Now what?" Natsu asked.
Aang gets an idea and takes out his bison whistle from his shirt and then throws the whistle in the air and then uses his Airbending to inhale the bison whistle in his mouth and blows the whistle causing a soundwave to spread from where Aang is and then all the animals that are causing havoc in the city hear the sound and go to its source and Aang creates an air scooter while still blowing his bison whistle and rides by the main street while a group of animals follow him and even a turtle-seal is following Aang.
"Hang on, Spiky." Jiba said as he creates rock skates and carries Natsu and starts rock skating through the city to follow Aang.
Meanwhile the zookeeper is talking to the guards of the wall.
"But you have to open this gate!" The zookeeper said.
"Or what?" One of the guards asked.
"Or THAT!" The zookeeper answered pointing at Aang being followed by a stampede of animals.
"Open the gates!" The guard yelled.
Both guards run in opposite directions to open the gates and Aang stops blowing his whistle and jumps off his air scooter and rides on his glider as the animals leave the city and are now outside and Aang soars through the air while the animals spread out in the opening and Aang soars behind the animals and hops on his air scooter again while Jiba rock skates into the outside of the city and the two boys begin punching the ground and causes a large wall of earth to rise in a large circle to create a pen to block the running animals and then Aang jumps off his air scooter and lands in the center and Earthbends again causing a square portion of the ground to descend and create small pits and then Aang turns and raises his arms up to cause large pillars of earth to rise making plateaus, turns, and punches outwards to create more walls to separate the animals.
Later on the zookeeper, the guards, and the kids come out and look at the new zoo and the kids run to it to look at the animals and a rabaroo is drinking water from a pond before looking up while three young rabaroos pop out of her pouch.
"Well, Mr. Zookeeper. How do you like your new facilities?" Aang asked.
"Excellent job, Avatar. You should think about working with animals for a living." The zookeeper said.
"Not bad, Airhead." Jiba said.
"Mommy, Miss Snowflake got out of the house again!" A kid said.
"Fluffykins? What are you doing down here?" A woman asked as a cat is hissing at the elephant-mandrill.
"That's not pretty..." Natsu said
"On second thought, you should stick to helping people." The zookeeper said.
"Yeah. I should." Aang said as he laughs.
Tale of Sokka and Gray
Sokka and Gray are walking down a candle-lit street at night and Sokka pulls out his boomerang and throws it at the sky and then it comes back while Gray makes an ice ball and throws it up and down and catches it and later on they pass a building and go into an alley where they see men struggling to pull an ostrich-horse and while passing a window Sokka hears voices.
"What's this?" Sokka asked sticking his head in the window.
"Sokka, what are you doing?" Gray asked.
The two see a room where they see females and a lady is on a stage.
"Through all the long night, winter moon glows with bright love, sleet her silver tears." The lady said.
"Ahh, poetry." Sokka said.
"Please. You're only interested in the girl." Gray said.
The ostrich-horse is still struggling and then kicks backward and hits Gray and Sokka in their backs sending them through the window and are inside the room making the females startled.
"I am so sorry. Something struck us in the rears. We just...wound up...here." Sokka said.
The females laugh and the applaud at Sokka's unintended haiku making Sokka surprised but he grins widely.
"Five, seven, then five, syllables mark a haiku. Remarkable oaf." The teacher said while bowing her head.
"They call me Sokka, that is in the Water Tribe. I am not an oaf." Sokka said while counting his fingers and the females laugh at his haiku.
"They call me Gray Fullbuster, that is in Fairy Tail. Do not insult us, Lady." Gray said while also counting his fingers and the females laugh at his haiku.
"Tittering monkeys, in the spring they climb treetops, and think themselves tall." The teacher said.
"Ohhhhh." The females said.
"You think you're so smart, with your fancy little words, this is not so hard." Gray said.
"Ohhhhh." The females said.
"Whole seasons are spent, mastering the form, the style, none calls it easy." The teacher said.
"I calls it easy. Like I paddle my canoe. I'll paddle yours too." Sokka said as he smacks his behind and the females laugh.
"There's nuts and there's fruits. In fall the clinging plum drops, always to be squashed." The teacher said as she takes out a fruit and drops it on the ground and stomps on it.
"Squish, squash, sling that slang. We're always right back at ya, like his...boomerang!" Gray said as he takes Sokka's boomerang and the females laugh again and the teacher leaves the stage.
"That's right, I'm Sokka, it's pronounced with an 'okka', young ladies, I rocked ya!" Sokka said but his 'haiku' was not laughed at this time and the females now have angry looks and Sokka counts his fingers and realizes that it's more than five.
"You screwed up, big time." Gray said and just then two guards grab Sokka and Gray.
"That's one too many syllables there, bubs." The guard said as they throw Sokka and Gray out the room.
Gray and Sokka are back outside.
"Poetry..." Sokka said.
"Nice going, oaf." Gray said as he gets up and walks away and Sokka follows him.
Tale of Zuko
In the Pao Family Tea House Zuko walks down the shop while carrying a tray of tea cups and then looks behind a girl and then he walks to Iroh and Aiko who are stacking things on a counter.
"Uncle, Aiko, we have a problem. One of the customers is on to us. Don't look now, but there is a girl over there at the corner table." Zuko said as a girl is sitting in the corner and drinking her tea. "It's like she knows we're Fire Nation." Zuko said and Iroh looks at the girl. "I said don't look!" Zuko said pulling Iroh back.
"You're right, Zuko. I've seen this girl in here quite a lot. Seems to me she has quite a little crush on you." Iroh said.
"What?" Zuko asked shocked and just then the girl comes to the counter to pay.
"Thank you for the tea. What's your name?" The girl asked.
"Here we go..." Aiko said.
"My name is Lee. My uncle, my cousin, and I just moved here." Zuko said.
"Hi, Lee. My name is Jin. Thank you and well, I was wondering if you'd like to go out sometime." Jin said and Zuko is stunned by what Jin said.
"He'd love to." Iroh said.
"Great. I'll meet you in front of the shop at sundown." Jin said as she walks away.
Iroh throws his arms at Zuko's shoulder and Zuko just glares at Iroh.
It's now evening and Zuko comes out with his hair combed and walks out to the middle of the street and looks around while Jin comes out of the alley and walks up to him.
"Hey. Well, look at you. You look cute." Jin said as she ruffles Zuko's hair.
"It took my cousin ten minutes to do my hair." Zuko said and Jin grabs Zuko by his arm and takes him away from the tea shop.
Zuko and Jin are now in the town square and are eating at a restaurant and Jin is drinking her tea while Zuko is poking at his meatball with his chop sticks while not looking at Jin.
"So, how do you like the city so far?" Jin asked.
"It's okay." Zuko answered not looking at Jin still.
"What do you like to do for fun?" Jin asked.
"Nothing." Zuko answered.
"Excuse me, sir. Would you and your girlfriend care for dessert?" The waiter asked.
"She's not my girlfriend!" Zuko yelled as he pounds his fist on the table and everyone turns to him as the waiter walks away.
Zuko then looks at Jin who slurps down a large bite of noodles from a bowl and Zuko is surprised.
"You have...quite an appetite for a girl." Zuko said.
"Um, thanks? So, Lee, where were you, your uncle, and your cousin living before you came here?" Jin asked.
"Um...well, we've been traveling around for a long time." Zuko answered.
"Oh. Why were you traveling so much?" Jin asked.
"We were uh, part of this traveling circus." Zuko lied.
"Really? What did you do? No wait, lemme guess...you juggled." Jin guessed.
"Yes. I juggled." Zuko said slightly annoyed.
"I've always wanted to learn how to juggle. Will you show me?" Jin asked as she holds some items to Zuko.
Zuko was uneasy at first but then takes the objects and throws them in the air but is unable to catch them and the objects drop on his head and they break.
"I haven't practiced in a while." Zuko said wiping pieces off his hair.
"That's okay. Hey. I want to show you one of my favorite places in the city." Jin said as she leads Zuko through the city. "I'm so excited to show you the Firelight Fountain. The lamps make the water sparkle and reflect in the pool in the most beautiful way." Jin said as she takes Zuko to an open area with a large fountain and several posts with candles surrounding the fountain but the candles are not lit. "I cam't believe it! They aren't lit." Jin said.
"Close your eyes and don't peek." Zuko said and Jin does what she's told and Zuko closes his eyes for a minute and then opens them back and starts Firebending by using his pointer and middle finger to shoot small burst of flames at the candles to light them and all of the candles are lit. "You can look now." Zuko said and Jin opens her eyes.
"Wow." Jin looks at the now lit candles and then looks at Zuko. "What happened? How did they light? What did you...?" Jin stops talking and smiles at Zuko and holds his hands and Jin leans to Zuko for a kiss but then Zuko holds something between them.
"I brought you something. It's a coupon for a free cup of tea." Zuko said.
"Lee, this is so sweet." Jin said.
"Don't thank me. It was my uncle's idea. He thinks you're his valuable customer." Zuko said.
"Your uncle is a good teacher. I have something for you too. Now it's your turn to close your eyes." Jin said.
Zuko closes his eyes and Jin leans to Zuko for a kiss and then Zuko kisses back but then stops and turns his back.
"What's wrong?" Jin asked.
"It's complicated. I have to go." Zuko said as he leaves.
In the tea shop Iroh is looking out the window for Zuko.
"Father, he will be back soon." Aiko said and Zuko returns to the tea shop.
"How was your night, Prince Zuko?" Iroh asked but Zuko walks into a room and slams the doors behind him while not saying a word to Iroh who has a confused look and resumes his work.
The door opens and they see Zuko's face in the crack between the doors.
"It was nice." Zuko answered as he closes the doors again and Iroh smiles and resumes his work.
Tale of Momo, Happy, Carla, and Grace
Appa flies to a very tall tree in the clouds and the tree has many fruits hanging on the vines and Appa hovers under the fruits.
"Yay! Fruits!" Happy said as he flies to the fruits and Momo follows.
The two start eating fruits and then toss some fruits to Appa who eats them and the two continue to eat the fruits but then Appa roars loudly.
"Ahh!" Happy screamed as he's startled and looks around and finds himself in Team Celestial Avatar's home and he's sleeping next to Natsu who is snoring loudly. "That was just a dream... It's been a week and no sign of Appa. Where could he be?" Happy asked as he sneaks out of Natsu's room and and goes to Wendy's room and finds the sleeping Carla. "Carla...wake up." Happy said poking Carla.
"What do you want, Happy? I'm sleeping." Carla said.
"Carla. I had a dream and it was about Appa." Happy said.
"You just miss him. It happens to us to those we miss." Carla said.
"But he has to be in this city." Happy said.
"He will be found." Carla said.
"Come on." Happy said as he drags Carla out of Wendy's bed.
The two Exceeds are now in the living room and they find Grace who is sleeping on the floor.
"Grace, wake up. We're finding Appa." Happy said as Grace perks her ears up and looks at Happy. "Yup. You heard me, girl. Let's go find Momo." Happy said.
Just then Momo flies down to them and shows them a piece of fur.
"Momo, what is that?" Carla asked.
"I think this is..." Happy was cut off by Grace sniffing the white fur.
"Grace, do you think..." Carla stops talking as Grace lets out a whimper.
They see what looks like a shadow that looks like Appa.
"Appa?" Happy asked.
They climb out of the window and are in a yard and they go to the shadow to see if it's Appa and Happy and Momo fly to a tree and see the shadow but the shadow turns out to be a cloud.
"You're kidding me." Happy said but Momo chitters are something. "What, Momo?" Happy asked and Momo flies to what appears to be Appa's head. 'Appa!" Happy cheered as he and Momo fly to the a roof of a house but the head of Appa was just a tree with white leaves and branches that look like Appa's horns. "That's not him..." Happy said disappointed.
Later on Momo flies around the sky of the city while Happy and Carla are riding on Grace through the street of the city and they come across an alley and Momo and Grace start drinking water from a barrel.
"I should have brought the whistle with us. Appa always responds to that." Happy said.
"If the Sandbenders said Appa's in this city, then he would have to be." Carla said.
"I have a feeling those Sandbenders tricked us." Happy said.
Momo wags his tail and accidentally knocks over a stick nearby and causes it to fall to the ground alerting three pygmy-pumas and they growl.
"Uh-oh..." Happy said.
Grace growls at the pygmy-pumas and then barks at them and the pygmy-pumas leap at Grace and attack her but Grace attacks back and fights against the pygmy-pumas.
"Grace!" Happy cried.
"There's no time! Grace, come!" Carla called.
Grace keeps fighting the pygmy-pumas but Momo manages to grab Grace and gets her to run with them and the pygmy-puma chase after them through the alley and Grace carries the three and keeps running but one of the pygmy-pumas get Grace and causes her to drop Momo.
"Momo!" Happy cried and Grace turns to try and get Momo but then a group of people block the way.
"Not good." Carla said.
Momo is then picked up by a man in the crowd and is placed on a hat and an orange grinder plays making two monkeys beside Momo dance to the music and Momo dances along to the music and the crowd cheers and the pumas stalk Momo while Grace looks for Momo and find him dancing and is now stacked with the two monkeys making him struggle with his balance and the pumas roar and attack Momo but Grace interferes and attacks the pumas and allows Momo to get away but the pumas go after Momo and try to slow him down and grab onto him and the four crash to the ground and dust clears and Momo is now pinned by the pumas.
"Momo!" Happy said.
"We have to help him." Carla said and Grace runs to help.
Just then a net covers Momo and pumas and are drag away into a cart and into a cage and the cart starts to move.
"Oh, no!" Happy said.
"We are NOT losing another friend! Grace, follow that cart!" Carla said and Grace runs after the cart.
Momo is now in a butcher's shop and Momo sees the butcher and the animal catcher arguing and Momo manages to reach the peg of the cage and pushes the cage open.
"Momo!" Happy said as Grace arrives at the butcher's shop.
"Good. You're free. Let's go." Carla said but then the pumas stare at them sadly.
"Fine. We'll free you." Happy said as he opens the cage and allows the pumas free.
The two men return and they find the cages deserted and Momo and the pumas escape to the rooftops while Grace takes Happy and Carla out of the shop.
Momo is on the rooftop with pumas but one of the pumas take the white fur from Momo and they run off making Momo chitter loudly and follows them and the pumas run pass Grace, Happy, and Carla.
"Now what?" Carla asked and Momo chitters to them.
"What? They took that fur?" Happy asked and Grace barks and runs after the pumas.
The pumas lead them through the streets of Ba Sing Se and one of them places the fur down on a footprint and Momo, Happy, Carla, and Grace go to the area with the footprint as the pumas run off.
"What's that?" Happy asked.
"No...it can't be..." Carla stops talking as she examines the footprint.
"Appa's...footprint?" Happy asked and Grace whimpers.
Momo goes to the footprint and lies down while holding the fur and Grace also lies down on the footprint and rain starts to fall.
"Appa...where ARE you?" Happy asked sadly.
FINALLY! Chapter end! I know what you people are going say. Yes. What I did in this chapter was lazy, but here's the thing, I...DON'T...CARE! I did what I could on this chapter. I hope you enjoyed this. I'll see you in the next chapter. Hopefully. Take care until then.
