Jackson and William saw no need to hide their faces when walking into Knockturn Alley, nor the fact that they were obviously wealthy men by their clothes; you would think that such behavior would've meant instant mugging but the brothers had a few things in their favor at the moment.
One, their walk was confident without being cocky and they looked fit. Two, they had that ominous feeling around them that screamed 'dangerous creature, stay away', never mind that their magical auras were throbbing in the still, dank air. Three and most important for anyone possibly still considering attacking, their eyes were completely black and their black claws were obviously out. These were clearly not two males to mess with, especially to the dark wizards clearly hiding in the shadows. If anything, the denizens of the alley shrank away from them as they went by.
When the two brothers entered the wand shop, the slippery-looking owner visibly shivered and instinctively bowed to them. "What may I do for you, my lords?" his rasping voice held fear and respect. William spoke for them, saying, "We have need of two wands that the Ministry will be unable to trace. It is a matter of utmost secrecy." Within moments, they had the wands and an Unbreakable Vow from the man, who was very glad to see them go. They returned to Diagon Alley and then Apparated to Privet Drive.

The guards had hardly balked at letting Magnus, Marcus and Sabrina have a meeting with Sirius, after Sabrina 'dosed' them with her allure, of course. Sirius was brought into the chilly room roughly and chained to a chair, his eyes shining in recognition behind his dirty hair. That recognition turned to curiosity after he laid eyes on Magnus but he remained quiet until the guard left at Sabrina's insistence. Marcus hid a wince at how thin the animagus was. They really needed to get the man out of this horrid place and quickly.
"You were a little late this year, Sabrina." Sirius' voice was gravely from lack of use. Sabrina smiled at him. "I may be late but I would never abandon you, Padfoot. Do you remember Father?"
Sirius' eyes widened slightly. "I thought that my eyes had deceived me after so long. Lord Marcus, is it truly you?" Marcus reached out and touched Sirius' hand and said, "Yes, lad, it's me. She finally told us everything that happened. I'm so sorry, son, if we had known sooner, we could've done something to help."
Sirius shook his head even as he squeezed the older Veela's hand. "Not while Bagnold was Minister. Not to mention Crouch wouldn't have allowed it. You would've been thrown into the cell next to me or worse, knowing Veela tempers the way I do. And who is your companion? I know I haven't met this one before, not in all the times I visited the manor."
Magnus chuckled. "That would be because I've been a hermit in Russia the past few decades. I am Magnus, chieftain of the Wildwind clan. Your god-son is my new protégé." Sirius nearly gaped, for Marcus had mentioned this Veela before and the achievements that followed his name. "Whoa... well, pleased to meet you, sir."
Sabrina giggled. "I think that this is the first time you've been rendered speechless in years, Siri. Don't worry, Uncle Magnus doesn't bite." Sirius turned his attention back to her. "Alright, now that my mind's been completely blown away, tell me the real reason you're all here, Sabrina. If you brought Marcus and the Chief, this isn't just a social visit."
Marcus took over at that point. "Much has happened the past year, Sirius and not all of it good. You must control your temper for us, will you promise to do that?" Sirius looked confused and slightly apprehensive. "You have my word, now what's going on?"
Harry's past was brought to light once again and Sirius was hard-pressed to keep his word. But his anger lessened upon learning of Harry's adoption by the Wildwinds and how they were helping him heal. He was relieved to learn that Harry was making friends at Hogwarts and that Dumbledore was constantly being thwarted in his many attempts to control the boy. When he was told that there was a great possibility that he could get out of his hell-hole, Sirius nearly wept with disbelief and hope. He'd been constantly tortured by guilt, depression and loneliness for eleven years; any chance to leave would have his full cooperation. The poor man was desperate to be heard, to redeem his name, if only to finally see his god-son.
Privet Drive, Surrey
Jackson and William Apparated into a nearby alley on Privet Drive and walked casually up to #4. Almost immediately, they heard Vernon calling to his wife, sounding very pompous and Petunia replying in a high-pitched voice that grated on their sensitive hearing. William knocked on the door and Vernon answered. Their first impression of him was that he indeed looked like a walrus and it was no stretch of the imagination to assume that the son would very much resemble a baby whale.
"Yes, what is it?" The man was only barely polite. "Vernon Dursley, I presume? We have news that concerns you and your wife, may we come in?" Vernon was clearly reluctant but allowed them inside. "Pet, we have visitors!" His call fairly shook the house and the brothers exchanged looks of disgust as he didn't invite them to sit, taking the couch all for himself. Petunia entered and there was immediate lust in her eyes upon seeing the two gorgeous 'men' in her living room. "Yes, what can we do for you, gentlemen?"
William thought he was going to hurl at her sickly-sweet tone as Jackson took over while he subtly cast a silencing ward over the house to prevent the neighbors from overhearing the coming confrontation. "We wished to ask some questions... concerning your former nephew, Harry Potter."
Immediately, both adults tensed and Vernon spat, "No one respectable knows about the boy. You're one of those stick-waving freaks! Get out!" Jackson slapped the man so hard, he fell back against the couch, ignoring Petunia's shrieks. "You do not realize the trouble you are in right now, Muggle, so you'd best not shout at us."
Although stunned by the physical reaction, Vernon continued to voice his outrage. "I'll have you reported to the police. I'm a respected man in this neighborhood and have many friends!" William laughed harshly. "You'd just be considered mad if you said anything. After all, magic doesn't exist to normal people, does it?"
Jackson towered over Petunia, who whimpered fearfully. "Hard to believe that she's Lily's sister, isn't it, Will? Lily would've taken Dudley in and treated him as her own if given the opportunity, yet Petunia did the exact opposite. I wonder why?"
Fear momentarily forgotten at the mention of her 'perfect' sister, Petunia glared at him. "Why should I have cared for the freak? Being a product of that Potter and Lily, he was going to grow up to be just as unnatural as she turned out to be! I treated him as he deserved to be treated, more than that!"
"SILENCE, WENCH!" William had heard enough and released his wings. "Our nephew is no freak but a child to be cherished! His presence would've seen you blessed but you let your hate and your whale of a husband make his life miserable. Well, we have righted the wrong you did him, given him a true home and family. But you must still pay for what you have done. It is only right."
Vernon quivered with fear. "What will you do with us?" Jackson smiled deviously. "Ah, there it is. The fear of a bully who has come up against someone stronger than him; he sits there whimpering like a beaten dog when we haven't even done anything yet. Think he'll die of heart failure when we do start the punishment, Will?" William actually laughed. "Why don't we find out, brother dear?"
Jackson pointed his wand at Vernon and hissed, "This is all for all the pain that you caused Harry, be it physical, emotional or mental. Crucio!" While Vernon thrashed about and screamed as his nerves were attacked with excruciating pain, William pointed his own wand at Petunia and said, "If you think that's unfair, let's see what you think of the evidence my sister possesses of your evil ways. Legilmens!"
The boys' work was soon finished and they were well-pleased with it. Petunia was made to think that Lily had come back to haunt her, the illusion never stopping. If she did manage to sleep, she would have nightmares of the journals filled with her sins, the dreadful moving pictures that proved her guilt even more. She would always think that her house was never completely clean.
Vernon was cursed to always feel hungry, too hot or too cold, to feel claustrophobic even if he walked outside his house. His clothes wouldn't seem to fit properly or be clean, even if they were fine. When the Dursleys would eventually leave Surrey after Dudley came home from Smeltings for Christmas, the curses would follow them until they felt true repentance over what they had done to Harry. Not that the Wildwind men ever thought that they would feel such a thing.
Dudley wasn't left out of the vengeance either, for he'd also played a part as well in making Harry's life miserable. In place of Harry, he would become the house-elf serving his family, doing all the work and suffering the same cruel punishments that Harry dealt with thanks to his parents also being cursed to repeat their past behavior on their son, even if they knew he wasn't Harry.
However, there was one mercy put in place for the child: Dudley would have the opportunity to leave once he turned seventeen, if he survived the abuse. If he did survive, William and Jackson had made an exception in the spell that would slowly heal him of all hurts the day he left the house for good. Only time would tell if he would prove to be as resilient as his cousin had been.
Jackson and William left #4 feeling vindicated. Their magic would not be detected because of their special wands, Harry had been avenged in the best way they knew and Dumbledore would be left without a back-up plan. Now, they were going home to rest and wait for the others to return as well. And then they would put another step into action, this time with help from the goblins.
