"Game Over!"
Super Buu's energy wave was ready to fire, to incinerate Gotenks, until a flash of green zoomed by and stole the boy away. Allowing his blast to strike the ground where the boy had been standing, Super Buu's eyes looked off into the sky, knowing that Cell had intervened. Buu's attention was then brought directly above him, taking in Frieza's figure and the large ball of energy above the tyrant's head.
Frieza slammed the beach-ball sized energy blast down to Majin Buu, igniting the area in a massive explosion.
High in the sky and far away from the explosion, Cell appeared with Gotenks by his side. The grimace and stern expression on the perfect android's face told of his anxiety. Soon enough, Frieza appeared at their sides, expression filled with just as much worry.
"This is bad!" Frieza declared. "H-he's gotten Gohan and Piccolo! He was practically undefeatable when he just had half of your power, Cell!"
"I know, Frieza!" snapped Cell, irritation in his face and voice. "I just have to think for a moment. There has to be something that we can do!"
"It's actually quite simple…" came a blood-chilling voice from behind the threesome.
All three looked back slowly, nervous sweat drops forming on their foreheads. The wall of pink behind them was possibly the worst sight that either of them could've seen at that moment.
"…you die." Majin Buu quirked a sideway smile as he took in the fear of each would-be hero.
"I-I didn't even sense him," muttered Cell, shock etched into his face.
"H-how could he move that fast?" added Frieza, fear and shock evident in his voice.
Gotenks could only watch in horror, eyes wide and jaw clenched in expectation of the attack.
Majin Buu uttered a dark chuckle before moving forward in a blinding speed. In his blur of movement, he dropkicked Cell in the face, axe handled Frieza, and roundhouse kicked Gotenks. Each respective warrior was sent away, throbbing pain radiating over where they'd been struck.
Frieza was the first to regain his composure. With a surge of power, the super Arcosian immediately halted his descent to the ground. He aimed to fly back up to Majin Buu, but stopped abruptly once he realized that the mighty majin was no longer in sight. Frieza's head whipped left to right for a moment before halting. The chilling sound of his accoster froze him in place.
"Looking for me," hissed Majin Buu, his back floating against Frieza's as he held a very confident smirk on his face. "You might want to turn around if you are."
Frieza emitted an irritated growl, anger winning out over his shock, as he rapidly spun and sent a fist at the pink demon. Just as fast as Frieza had turned to attack, Majin Buu was gone. The monster then appeared to Frieza's left before disappearing again as the tyrant shot another fist forward. Majin Buu continued evading, zipping away just before Frieza's strikes could hit, which was doing nothing but making the tyrant's fighting sloppier.
After the sixth dodged attack, anger wrapped around Frieza's body. "Raghhh! Be still and fight me, you coward!" shouted the Frost Demon.
"Sure," was Buu's quick reply as he halted directly in front of Frieza.
With the pink monster in sight, Frieza shot a powerful fist forward, only for it to crash ineffectively against Buu's forearm. The smirk on the monster's face fueled Frieza further as he began unleashing punch after punch upon Majin Buu. His efforts were proving fruitless, though, as Buu countered against each one. Super Buu then caught one of Frieza's fists before sending a powerful kick to the Frost Demon's left oblique.
Holding on tightly to Frieza's fist, Buu chuckled again. "So, when do we get to the part where we fight?" questioned the monster mockingly.
Busy with mocking Frieza, Buu was left open to the fist that suddenly slammed into his face. Taken by surprise, Majin Buu released Frieza's fist as he was sent flying back. However, he didn't go far before effortlessly halting his progression. Looking upon the enraged expression on Cell's face only brought more joy to Buu's already entertained demeanor.
"Frieza, are you okay?" asked the super android as he managed to look over at his comrade while also keeping an eye on the monster in front of them.
Despite the tyrant having pupil-less eyes, Cell could still notice the eye roll that Frieza had just done. Okay, so it was a dumb question – judging by the way Frieza was holding his side and actually breathing heavily – but still.
"Don't be too concerned for Frieza, Cell. You should be more worried about your current condition," stated Super Buu, his body crouched down like a tiger ready to pounce on its prey.
Cell raised an eyebrow from the statement. Sure, that dropkick earlier hurt, but it wasn't that bad.
Not given more time to ponder over the odd statement, Buu suddenly appeared directly in front of him. Android eyes went wide from shock before sprouting from pain as Buu slammed a fist into his stomach. Next was a smashing roundhouse kick to his neck, followed a simultaneous knee to the stomach and elbow to the back. With his body practically radiating pain, Cell could only watch as Majin Buu spun and struck him away with kick to the face.
"You imbecilic, waste of energy, bastard!" shouted Frieza as he rushed forward with a fist aimed at Buu.
The pink demon shot a glance to the corner of his eye before ducking under the incoming fist. As Frieza's fist passed over, Buu wrapped his head tentacle around the appendage and proceeded to spin the tyrant around in the air. His uproar of laughter sounded all over as it mixed with Frieza's yells of discontent at being spun around like a carousel. Buu then brought the tentacle down and began to toss the Super Arcosian to the earth. That is, until he yanked Frieza back up like a yoyo and slammed a mighty fist into the tyrant's face. Frieza was sent piercing into the ground below like a falling star.
Frieza was in serious pain. He thought that Majin Buu had hit hard earlier! The punches earlier were more like bee stings compared to these. He carefully opened his eyes, the sound of Majin Buu's laughter just as painful as his punches. Looming above the tyrant was Cell, and he had a hand offered out to assist. Frieza resisted the urge to roll his eyes because he really needed some assistance. It still didn't mean that it didn't annoy him, though.
Taking Cell's hand, Frieza was pulled back up to his feet. The tyrant gave his body a once over, taking in the various scratches and bruises all over his otherwise ivory skin. Most importantly, he looked at the large welt forming on his side where Buu had kicked him earlier. Bringing his hand to his throbbing face, Frieza felt around the bone mask, happy to know that it hadn't been broken by the massive punch a few moments ago.
"This is worst then I'd thought," stated Cell.
The super android's words brought Frieza out of his momentary daze. He looked up to his comrade and took notice of the various scratches on Cell's body. With a few hits, Buu had already wounded them both, and Frieza was willing to bet that the pink demon was just getting started.
"Tell me about it," replied Frieza before looking back up to Super Buu. He sneered at the overconfident stance of the monster. "Look at him floating up there with his arms folded. He could at least pretend like this is an actual fight."
"Could we really say that we wouldn't be doing the same thing," stated Cell. A smile actually formed on the perfect being's face.
Frieza smiled as well, knowing full well that he would in fact be behaving exactly like Majin Buu if the roles were reversed. "Good point," Frieza said before his mood shifted to seriousness. "Still; what are we going to do, Cell? His power is unstoppable. We can't even follow his movements."
Cell locked eyes with Frieza, his expression extremely solemn, but there was a sense of pride in the expression; Cell wouldn't be giving up, ever! "We'll do the same thing that we've been doing this entire time. We fight!"
"Plan whatever you'd like!" declared Super Buu from above, the confident smile still on his face. "You'll never stop me!"
Frieza looked up to the sky. He leered hatefully before looking back to Cell. "I didn't plan on doing anything else!"
Without another word uttered, Frieza and Cell sped back into the air.
"This is bad! THIS IS SO BAD!" announced Goku, leaping out of his seat as he took in the latest event in the fight.
"Hmmm…" hummed Old Kai as he looked into the crystal ball. "This is bad, indeed. Majin Buu has absorbed Piccolo and Gohan into his body. With Gohan alone, he would've been near unbeatable. Add in the intelligence and the fair power of the Namekian, and I'm afraid that none of the others stand a chance at all."
"Elder, there has to be something that we can do! This is…this is just unfair!" declared Supreme Kai.
"I agree! We must be able to do something!" added Kibito, his expression just as frantic as Goku and the Supreme Kai.
"Yes, I agree with all of you as well. This is very unfair, but fights don't always occur in the matter of fairness. Majin Buu found a way to increase his strength and has definitely capitalized on it," said Old Kai in a matter of fact tone as he sat cross-legged on the ground.
"I'm going to help them!" declared Goku as he stomped away from the others.
"But Goku, you're dead! You can't go down there and help!" Supreme Kai said, as he attempted to stop Goku from leaving. The kai ran ahead of Goku holding out his arms to stop the bull-headed Saiyan. "I understand that you want to help, but there's nothing that you can do!"
"Supreme Kai, I refuse to just laze around up here while my sons get slaughtered! I'm going!" demanded Goku as he tried to step around the deity only for Supreme Kai to jump in his way. "Supreme Kai move!"
"Goku, what exactly do you expect to do?" asked Old Kai as he casually looked over to Earth's greatest hero. "If you think that your SS3 is going to even out the fighting, you're dead wrong. Majin Buu is down there right now toying with Cell and Frieza. We already know that Cell is about equal with you in power, and Frieza isn't too far behind. All that you'll do is go down there and get slaughtered right along with them."
Goku turned back to Old Kai, staring sternly. "What should I do then, Old Kai? I refuse to stand idly by anymore."
"I wouldn't expect you to, son," replied Old Kai with a small chuckle as he stood back to his feet. "I have a two part plan for you. First, come here please."
Goku turned around to Supreme Kai questioningly for a moment before walking over to the eldest deity. He halted just in front of Old Kai and said, "What should I do now?"
Old Kai smiled happily and stuck out a hand expectantly. When Goku didn't immediately do the expected, he said, "Well don't just stand there! Shake my hand."
"Umm…okay?" Goku cautiously stuck his hand out and took a hold of the smaller lavender-colored one.
A white aura wrapped around Old Kai's body. His kind smile stayed in place as he said, "Now…I die."
With that, the white aura around Old Kai wrapped around Goku. The old deity then fell onto the grass, Goku releasing his hand from the shock of what just happened.
"Elder? Elder!" yelled Supreme Kai as he neared. He fell to his knees beside his ancestor, tears beginning to fall from his face as he said, "Why did he do it? Why did he just kill himself? Was he that frightened of Majin Buu? His old heart just couldn't take it any longer, but why did it have to happen so suddenly?!"
Goku scratched at his head nervously as he watched the scene. Did he just kill an old man?
"GOKU!" yelled Kibito, drawing the hero's attention "Yo-your halo is gone!"
Goku's eyes sprouted before he looked upward and absentmindedly grabbed at the air above his head. "It is, isn't it? That means I'm alive, right? Right?!"
Supreme Kai stopped his sobbing over Old Kai's death and looked back to Goku. "It is gone! Goku, you're alive! This is great!" Supreme Kai leapt from his seat and turned back to the Saiyan hero, happiness etched into his face.
"A little new news and you are completely forgotten about. You young people are shameful!"
A chill ran up Supreme Kai's spine before he leapt over to Goku's side. Goku, for his part, was just as shocked as Supreme Kai. Judging by Kibito's widened eyes, no one had a clue what was going on.
"Oh would you all get yourselves together!" announced Old Kai as he dusted some of dirt from his clothing while he sat cross-legged on the ground. "I sacrificed my life for Goku's; he definitely needed life more than I did." Old Kai pointed above his head at the halo to emphasize his statement. He then reached for the earrings on his ears as he said, "Now, for part two of my plan. By the way, who do you like more: Cell or Frieza?"
"Huh?" asked Goku as he scratched his head, confusion settling heavily onto his shoulders.
This was ridiculous.
No matter how hard they fought. No matter how much effort they put into their movements. No matter how hard they concentrated. They weren't able to touch Majin Buu, unless the monster was actually countering against an attack.
On top of all of that, Cell's body was racked with pain. He'd gotten an assortment of new bruises and scratches since restarting the battle. Judging by the two crushing blows that Frieza had just received, the tyrant wasn't doing too much better.
Watching Frieza get backhanded away, Cell flung an energy wave Super Buu, only for it to completely get dismissed. His eyes widened in horror as Buu brought an energy orb up of his own and placed it directly in front of his face. Before Cell could even think of dodging, the blast encapsulated his body and sent him flying back down to the ground.
Thankfully though, Cell managed to catch himself before striking the ground and kicked the energy wave away. Frieza soon landed beside him as they both took a moment to regain their senses.
"We're getting nowhere fast," announced the galactic tyrant.
"I've noticed," responded Cell, not trying to sound sarcastic but too tired to care if he did.
"There has to be some type of plan brewing in that head of yours." Frieza kept a hesitant eye on Buu above as he tried to read the facial expression of Cell.
Cell's brow furrowed for a moment as tried to think of anything that could stop something as powerful as Buu. "Well, there are two things. My first idea is our last resort; the attack that we created while in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber."
"The Solar Kamikaze?" questioned Frieza. When Cell nodded his acknowledgement, the tyrant said, "What else do you have? I don't think we're quite that desperate yet."
"There's always fu…."
Cell was cut short by a sudden surge of energy. Both he and Frieza turned back, and were shocked to find an amazing sight.
It was Gotenks! The fused boy was floating high in the air, energy surging all around his body. Even debris found its way circulating around the boy's body as he glared maliciously over to Super Buu. The power and the way it formed around the boy reminded Cell of when Gohan had first transformed into a Super Saiyan 2.
"Maaaajinnn…Buuuuuuu!" growled Gotenks as his energy soared to higher heights. "I'll make you pay for taking Gohan and Piccolo!"
With that, Gotenks exploded through the air and rushed directly for Majin Buu.
Surprised at the sudden rush of energy, Super Buu watched mesmerizingly for a moment until he came back to his sense. Reacting just in time, Buu brought his forearm around to block the massive punch that had been aimed at his chest. Even then, the power radiating off of the SS3 fused boy was enough to shock Buu.
"Glad to see that you've returned to the fight!" chimed Buu as his shock faded and was quickly replaced his confident demeanor. "Now, we can have some fun!"
"Ahhhhhhh!" was Gotenks's reply as his golden aura flared even more!
Utilizing the sudden rush of energy, Gotenks managed to slam a fist into Super Buu's face and send the pink demon piercing down into the ground. The fused boy quickly followed behind as the sounds of their fighting rang throughout the battlefield.
"That was unexpected," mentioned Frieza, eyes slightly wide. Courage and stamina returning, Frieza added, "Let's go! Maybe with all three of us, we'll be able to make a dent in that pink freak's skin."
"Wait, Frieza!" demanded Cell, halting his comrade from flying off. "This won't last. Gotenks is fighting off of the loss of Gohan and Piccolo. Soon enough, his energy will deplete. In fact, he doesn't have that much longer until his fusion is over period. We have to find a way to defeat Buu."
"How about you give me some ideas because I have nothing, Cell?! Either this pink bastard will regenerate from whatever I throw at him, or I won't even have enough power to actually harm him. I have no idea what to do!"
"How about fusion?" replied Cell hastily.
Frieza opened his mouth to speak, but then abruptly closed it. Finding some remnants of his tongue, Frieza said, "W-what?"
"RAGHHH!" roared Gotenks as he continued to battle it out against Majin Buu.
The fused boy flung fist after mighty fist at the pink demon before him. Eyes flashed with rage as his strikes picked up more steam and gained more anger-fueled strength behind them. If only he was able to land a single punch, though.
Super Buu smiled, laughed even, as he effortlessly dodged around each of Gotenks's punches. Moving in a blur of motion, the only thing that could be made out on the mighty majin's face was his cocky smile.
Continuing to speed around Gotenks's punches, Majin Buu finally halted the attack by taking a firm hold of both of the SS3 boy's hands. Chuckling darkly at the increased anger of Gotenks, Buu said, "C'mon Gotenks; is this really all that you can bring to the fight? If so, I'm glad that I decided to go for Gohan instead of you."
With another roar of anger, Gotenks lifted both of his legs before slamming them into Buu's chest in an effort to break free of the monster's grip. Super Buu appeared winded by the attack, his eyes had even sprouted from simulated pain, but that pained expression quickly shifted to a smile. Gotenks grimaced at the unexpected reaction from Buu before feeling a tight grip around his feet. Looking back to Majin Buu's chest, the boy found that Buu's body had pulled his feet into the pink flesh
"MUWHAHAHA!" cheered Super Buu as he released his grip on the preteen's fists and began to spin around.
With Gotenks feet trapped in his chest, Buu took great pleasure in the fearful expression on the boy's face. Buu's god-awful cackle sounded throughout the area as his rotations gained speed. Moving in a blur of speed, Majin Buu continued to spin around in midair with Gotenks trapped by his body until the boy was finally released and sent piercing down to ground below.
Chuckling quietly to himself, Buu watched as Gotenks slammed into the ground below. In expectation of the boy's return, the pink demon held a hand in front of his body as dark-red energy began forming. Five small discs formed within the dark ball of energy as Buu awaited Gotenks's return. And sure enough, as soon as the fused Super Saiyan appeared out of the ground, Buu threw the energy attack down.
Gotenks's eyes sprouted wide as he watched the dark red orb of energy split off into five ki discs. Evading as quickly as he could, the boy sped away, leaving the five discs to smash explosively into ground behind him. Gotenks continued to fly, looking back and breathing a "phew!" as he sped off into the air.
"You're not safe yet," chimed Super Buu, who'd suddenly appeared at Gotenks's side.
Eyes sprouting wide from shock, the fused Super Saiyan boy wasn't given a moment to block before a powerful kick slammed into his chest. Breath being knocked from his body, Gotenks was left wide open to a boot at his side. Buu then began hammering Gotenks in the face with kick after kick. His arms remained folded as he kicked away at the boy, chuckling ever so happily as he did so.
"What's wrong, Gotenks?" asked Majin Buu in a playful tone as he continued to slam boot after boot into the boy's face. "Don't tell me that you've run out of steam already!"
Super Buu halted his kicks as he chuckled again, enjoying the bloodied and bruised face of Gotenks as the boy tried to catch his breath.
"Look at you! You've done nothing more than bore me. Are there any last words? I do still have Cell and Frieza to get around to killing before I waste this rock," stated Buu matter-of-factly as he watched Gotenks expectantly.
The fused boy emitted another irritated growl before charging forward with a fist aimed to harm Buu. Only Super Buu moved at the last second, leaving Gotenks shocked into paralysis. A long and firm pink tentacle then wrapped around the fused boy's neck as it latched on with steel crushing strength.
Smiling at the pained gasp of Gotenks, Buu said, "If there's nothing else…" A large pink orb of pulsing energy formed in Buu's hands as he pressed it against the small of Gotenks's back. "…This is your official curtain call."
There was a flash of light from below, but Super Buu ignored it as his eyes focused solely on the figure before him. He heard Gotenks emit another pained gasp as he tightened the grip on the boy's neck and relished in the sound. Energy blast poised for killing, Buu was ready to release it, ready to exterminate Gotenks, and then move on to Cell and Frieza. Except, before the energy blast could be fired, a sudden slash of energy struck between him and his target.
With his tentacle sliced in two and his hand containing the orb sliced away as well, Buu's eyes went wide from shock as he watched Gotenks's body fall away from him. Most of all, Super Buu couldn't wrap his head around how much that slash of energy had burned.
Shifting an angry head at the only two people who could've been foolish enough to do something like that, Majin Buu was shocked to find that they were no longer there. In their places, there was one lone figure.
He sat poised on top of a small boulder, legs crossed with his index and middle finger still pointed in the air from when he'd sent the attack. He looked like Cell, except that his skin was white with a green-spotted exoskeleton, save for the forearm guards and crown which still had Cell's green skin but also the green scales. Instead of Cell's black body armor and bio-gems, they were also replaced with a dark hue of purple. This new being's eyes held sinister piercing-red orbs. Judging by the long, white with green spots, appendage wrapped around the seated being, Buu assumed that was its tail. To top it all off, the beings frame was small and lean, very similar to Frieza's fourth form. Just who was this person?!
"Wh-who do you think you are butting into my affairs?!" growled Super Buu as his body replaced the missing hand and cut off head tentacle.
The ivory-skinned, green-spotted being smiled cheerfully as he lowered his hand to rest in his lap. The long tail behind the being flapped playfully like a pleased dog as he tilted his head to the side. "Well…" started the unknown being, his voice an eerie combination of both Cell and Frieza. "Depends on what you call a Cell and a Frieza. I think Cieza sounds pretty good, how about you?"
"I don't believe it…I just don't believe it!" Dende said, stupefied expression on his face, but it soon melted to a broad, happy smile. "I just can't believe it!"
"Don't believe what?" questioned Mr. Satan as he sat to the side of Dende. He scratched his head puzzlingly as he stared over to the battle. "And what happened to Cell and that Frieza guy?"
Dende leaped as he turned to Mr. Satan, a broad smile on his face. "Mr. Satan! They have fused! Cell and Frieza have used the fusion! This is great!" Dende turned back to the fight as his eyes practically sparkled with joy. "Separate, neither Cell nor Frieza could even touch Majin Buu, but now I bet that they're unstoppable!"
"What makes you say that? Didn't those two kids from the tournament do that fusion thing? They weren't able to beat Majin Buu either," stated Mr. Satan solemnly.
"Yes; that is true. But you have to think about it. Neither Goten nor Trunks would be strong enough to defeat 18 on their own, but together they made a being that – at his base level – was every bit as powerful as the Majin Buu that you had gotten to know. Cell and Frieza are both as powerful as Majin Buu on their own, so imagine how powerful their fused being would be! I don't care how strong this Majin Buu thinks that he is, Cieza is about to crush him!" Dende held a clenched fist out for emphasis, reveling in the fact that Buu was about to be defeated.
"Cieza, huh?" stated Hercule, pondering over Dende's words for a moment. "Well, at least they have a catchy name. Hey…uhh Dende? Don't you think we should go and check to see if the kids are alright?"
"Oh?" gasped Dende, just then realizing that he'd completely ignored the fact that Gotenks had just gotten pummeled by Majin Buu. "Yeah, we probably should."
Ceiza was now standing to his feet, punching at the air at an enormous rate of speed. He leapt from pseudo-boot to pseudo-boot like a boxer as he warmed up his muscles for the upcoming battle. Smiling proudly to himself, Ceiza halted his punching to say, "Someone should really stop me. I'm breaking too many records over here. Hehehehe! Then again, who could?" He chuckled slightly before continuing to punch at the air again.
Super Buu, for his part, was dumbfounded. He simply just watched as Cieza warmed up, completely loss to what was happening. Well, that is until it hit him over the head like a lead weight. Smiling confidently down to Cieza, Majin Buu puffed out his chest and said, "Oh, I get it now. Cell and Frieza have done a fusion to create you. Too bad they couldn't have done something a little more original, though."
Cieza stopped pummeling the air and looked back up to Majin Buu questioningly. "Original? You're one to talk; haven't you been stealing bodies all day?"
"You call it stealing, I call it recycling for better use!" Buu chuckled at his own words. "With the end results, I don't see any better use that they could've served."
"Meh!" replied Cieza with an unconcerned swiveling of his hand. "I've seen more impressive."
A vein bulged from Buu's forehead as he leered down to Cieza. Thrusting his body forward with the spurt of anger, Majin Buu roared, "You've seen nothing more impressive than me, you fool! And I'll be sure to make you eat those words!"
"Dropping his guard already; poor thing," muttered Cieza under his breath before aiming a deadly eye upon Super Buu. With a simple wink of the eye, Cieza released a powerful beam of invisible energy that slammed directly through Buu's abdomen, effectively leaving a very large hole in its wake. "Look at you; we haven't even started yet and you're already losing your stomach."
Buu looked to his abdomen, shocked to see that it had been completely blown out of his body. With a sneer of rising anger, Buu glared back down to Cieza as the hole in his stomach closed up. "I hope you enjoyed that because it'll be your last time surprising me."
"Is that so?" was Cieza's simple reply before speeding off into hyperspace.
Moving almost instantaneously, Cieza suddenly appeared at Super Buu's right. The fused villain smiled widely as he took in the shock that appeared on Buu's face. "Looks like I just surprised you again."
Majin Buu growled a malicious noise before lunging at Cieza, only for the fused tyrant to speed away at the last second.
Cieza then appeared at Buu's backside, floating upside-down with his arms folded as he looked over at Buu. "Did I surprise you again?"
Buu threw an enraged arm back in blinding movement in hopes of striking Cieza, but again the tyrant sped away at the last second. Before the pink demon had time to recoil his arm, an ivory fist slammed into his side, eliciting a howl of pain from Super Buu.
"Now, I know that I surprised you that time," stated Cieza with an evil smile on his face.
With a dark chuckle from the ivory super being, Cieza sped away with blinding speed. In a blur of motion, Cieza first struck the side of Buu's neck with his knee. Next, Cieza appeared with a yellow pseudo-boot to the pink demon's abdomen, followed by a spinning backhand to the pink flesh of Buu's face that knock the monster's face in slightly. Finally, Cieza slammed a powerful elbow to the small of Super Buu's back that effectively forced the monster's face back out and sent tremors of pain throughout the pink body. Another humored chuckle and Cieza took a hold of Buu's ankle with his tail before speeding out of the air.
Red-piercing eyes were focused on the ground below as dark lips curled into a smile. From behind, Cieza could clearly hear Buu's yells of discontent at being hurled through the air, which only made the ivory villain smile more. Just as the duo was approaching the ground, Cieza began flipping through the air before releasing his hold on Buu's ankle.
The mighty majin was sent slamming into the ground back-first before looking back to the sky and seeing the large orb of golden energy held back in Ceiza's right hand. Just as the ivory villain was ready to fling the attack, Super Buu zipped away using Instant Transmission. Cieza smiled as this happened, still not throwing the bomb.
His crimson eyes then cut to the side as he took notice of Buu before the pink demon could even appear. Quickly throwing the energy orb, Ceiza declared, "Not good enough!"
As suddenly as Super Buu appeared, his eyesight was filled with nothing but golden light. A small shriek left his lips before his entire head was blown off of his shoulders. The pink demon's head quickly sprouted back onto his shoulders as he leered hatefully over to Ceiza, his gaze intensifying at the casual chuckle leaving the ivory demon's dark lips.
Super Buu's glare then suddenly dropped to a sinister smirk as he gazed upon Ceiza. "This is certainly an unexpected joy. I never would've guessed that I'd actually have a challenge for this newfound power of mine. Well, 'challenge' might be a little too strong of a word, but still you get my point; I have someone to actually entertain myself with."
Cieza smiled as well, cheerfully looking across to Majin Buu. "Yeah, sure. I'll be your entertainment. You'll have to try pretty hard to be mine, though."
"I don't entertain weaklings…I kill them!" roared Buu as he charged forward and slammed a powerful fist into Cieza's forearm.
Overconfident smirks were given from both adversaries before they both zipped off and began clashing all throughout the area.
Old Kai chuckled as he gazed into the crystal ball in front of him. A wide grin on his face, he declared, "I knew it!"
Kibito Kai looked over to his ancestor with a confused expression. "What did you know, elder?"
Old Kai glanced over to the fused being of Supreme Kai and Kibito. "That Cell and Frieza would fuse! As much as those two desired to destroy Majin Buu, it was the only likely thing for them to do."
"Oh…So, why did you bother with all of this if you knew that they were going to fuse." Kibito Kai gestured to the halo above of Old Kai's head, his fused body, and the absence of Goku.
"Well…." Started the elder Kai as he tried to think of a reply. "It's always nice to have a backup plan. And besides, Goku is better off down there than up here with two stuffy Kais, even if they've been fused together to form one extremely stuff one."
"I guess you're right," replied Kibito Kai as he looked back to the crystal ball. A moment passed before the words of the elder settled in his mind, "Heyyyyy!"
Super Buu lunged at Cieza, readying to rip the head right off of the fused super being. However, each time that he lunged forward, Cieza would thrust a finger forward and blast him away with a minor energy blast. Blast after blast after blast rang across Buu's body as he continuously tried to rush Ceiza.
"C'mon, Majin Buu! I'm right here!" teased Cieza with a bright laugh as he shot beam after beam of energy at the charging Buu.
"RAGHHHH!" roared Buu as he leapt over the previous energy blast, much to Cieza's surprise.
Red eyes sprouted in shock before Cieza's face was hammered against by Majin Buu's mighty fist. The power of the strike sent Cieza piercing out of the air, dazed by the fierce impact. Buu soon caught up with Cieza's rapidly descending body, and halted the fused beings fall with a massive knee to his ivoryback. Buu followed up with an axe handle to the abdomen that sent Cieza shooting out of the air like a falling star. The ivory-skinned demon struck the ground below with an explosive impact that was soon followed by a huge bombardment of pink energy blasts.
High in the sky, Buu roared with laughter as he sent off the storm of energy blasts, having them rain down upon the surface like normal precipitation. Orb after orb of energy struck igniting the surface of the Earth in various domes of exploding pink energy that singed and tore at the ground below. Allowing his assault to let up, Buu stopped sending the blasts and looked upon his handiwork; he reveled in his destructive power. But he wasn't done yet.
While continuing to look off into the exploding domes of pink energy below, Super Buu lifted his hands above his head and instantly formed a large ball of destructive energy. His red-rimmed eyes followed the destruction below, looking for any sign of Cieza so that he could truly finish that green-scaly freak off.
All of a sudden, though, a severe pain radiated from Buu's back.
The monster's eyes sprouted wide as sputum involuntarily shot from his mouth. With the energy in his hands fading away, Buu looked down and took in the large protrusion through his chest. He then slowly turned to look back and saw that the speedy Cieza had his yellow, pseudo-boot slammed into his back. The ivory demon quickly snatched his foot back as Buu released another pained cough.
Arms folded confidently and an even more defiant smile on his face, Cieza said, "Majin Buu, you should really work on your aim; I didn't know if you were trying to hit me or the broad side of a barn, either way you really weren't damaging anything." Cieza's dark lips stretched further at the hateful glare that Buu was giving him over the pink shoulder. "I thought the whole point of stealing bodies was to make yourself a better fighter…"
Super Buu's eyes flashed red as he suddenly spun with a hand encapsulated in pink energy. The pink demon fired a massive wave of energy at point-blank range upon Cieza. The energy wave was so massive that it could've swallowed the ivory warrior's body three times over as it soared for miles and eventually veered off into space.
"MUWHAHAHA!" sounded Buu as he tossed his head back in gleeful laughter. While the smoke from the powerful attack filtered away, Buu reveled in his obvious victory. "Point-blank range? Let's see you live through that, LOSER! MUWHAHAHAHA!"
"Ouch, Buu! That really hurt!" came a very familiar, very sarcastic, and very unnerving voice for Majin Buu.
As the smoke began to dissipate, Majin Buu was alarmed to see that Cieza was not only alive, but completely unharmed. Right where he'd been floating a moment earlier, Cieza was still floating with a dome of purple surrounding his entire body.
With a small chuckle, Cieza dropped the Android Barrier from around his body and said, "I can't help but feel like you've been introduced to the Android Barrier once already?"
Super Buu narrowed his eyes on Cieza as three pulsing veins appeared on top of his head. Steam poured from his skull and arms as he roared an angered growl. Buu pulled his arms and legs close to his body for a moment before thrusting them outward in a huge display of power. A pink aura surrounded his body as he charged his energy further. Winds splayed out in all directions as the very Earth shook from the enormous amount of power that Majin Buu was putting out.
Even Cieza seemed pleasantly shocked by this sudden turn of events. Winds rushed by the Frost Demon-android hybrid as his long tail casually tossed in the blowing winds. Then, suddenly, the winds began blowing and shifting at an even greater rate. The mighty Cieza was even forced to place a protective forearm over his face as the rushing wind slammed against his body. Over the rushing wind, Cieza could clearly hear Buu's roar of charging energy, and he smiled knowing that nothing Buu could do would stop him.
A brilliant flash of light splayed across the area, so much power rushing behind it that even Cieza was pressed to land on the ground to get away from the blinding light.
When Cieza was finally able to look clearly back into the sky, he was alarmed at what he saw. High in the sky, Super Buu floated and in his right hand, the monster held an enormous globe of radiating pink energy. "N-no way," muttered Cieza, shock setting in at the massive amount of energy that Buu was able to generate.
Super Buu emitted a dark chuckle as he took in Cieza's words. "Way…" hissed the mighty majin before offering a sinister smile. "Over the eons, with every planet that I have destroyed, I have taken a small amount of energy from it. This here is the culmination of every destroyed planet, this is my absolute power!" A roar of Buu's laughter sounded across the area before he continued. "Now, let's play a game! I'm going to throw this and you're going to catch it. If you don't, that will be the end for this planet and everything on it! So, if I were you Cieza, I wouldn't drop the ball on this one! MUWHAHAHA!" With that, Buu tossed the star-like orb of energy down up the ground.
The pink glow of the massive ball spanned across the entire area as it headed down towards the ground, ready to meet Cieza head on. The perfect Frost Demon remained steadfast, though. He even offered a casual smile as the massive ball of energy neared.
Then, a purple, fiery like energy suddenly gathered in both of Cieza's palms as he continued to watching the ever so nearing ball of pink energy. "Chaoticcccc….." chimed Cieza before crouching slightly and pressing the fiery palms at his side. The ball was just within a meter of colliding with Cieza, almost ready to engulf the ivory warrior's entire body. "KAMEHAMEHAAAAAA!" roared Cieza before thrusting the palms forward and releasing a devastating wave of purple, pulsing energy.
The massive wave of purple energy slammed into the heart of Buu's globe of destructive energy. The energy hit with a denting slam as it pressed back against the massive ball, but they seemed at a stalemate of power. Cieza held firm as he pressed more and more energy into the attack, but Buu's ball of power was beginning to move forward. A chuckle of happiness sounded from the sky and struck Cieza's eardrum as his sight was filled with only Buu's radiating ball of pink energy. The planet destroyer was starting to overwhelm Cieza, but the perfect tyrant wasn't done yet. Just as the ball was ready to overtake the Chaotic Kamehameha, Cieza squared his feet with the ground and crouched down slightly. A very confident smirk graced his features before an unbelievable roar of power surged from his maw. In an instant, his entire body surged with purple energy before it all poured into the devastating Kamehameha. With this new push, Buu's planet destroyer was pressed back at an alarming rate and send straight back into the sky from whence it came.
Buu was absolutely dumbfounded as he watched his ball of destruction head back towards him. Ever so casually, he moved to the side as the ball and the Chaotic Kamehameha pressed by. The pink demon then looked back down to Cieza as the normal color of the planet fell back into place. That was his ultimate attack, and Cieza dismissed it, with little effort at that. Even now, the fused super being was down there smiling proudly up at Buu.
Super Buu watched as Cieza casually lifted back into the air, only to stop a few yards across from him.
"That was actually interesting, Majin Buu," stated Cieza pleasantly. "Next time, though, you should actually try for something that could actually kill me. I can survive in space, so blowing up the planet really wouldn't do you any good."
"Y-you deflected it…" Buu said, disbelief still evident in his tone. Buu shook his head slightly and then turned serious. "If you could do that, then you've been holding back your power this entire time. You've only been toying with me!" Anger began to diffuse across Buu's body, at not only the fact of being bested but of being toyed with as well.
"Guess I've been caught with my hand in the cookie jar!" replied Cieza with an innocent shrug. "I guess I have been toying with you, Buu, but play time is over." Cieza shot a very stern glare over to Super Buu as his body crouched in slightly. "It's time that I show you just how useless your attempts to stop me have been!"
Cieza's purple aura exploded from around his body. "Ahhhh!" came the power-infused roar of the super being as his gaze settled on Buu, taking in the shock on the monster's face. Body expanding outward and power splaying, Cieza released all of his energy as his body began to transform. First, his limbs grew longer and more muscle seemed to press all throughout the perfect Frost Demon's body. The scaly-exoskeleton of the fierce fighter began glowing as his body pressed through the changes. Slowly, Cieza's red eyes expanded until the pupils were no longer discernible. Curved spikes suddenly appeared at Cieza's forearm guard, leg guard, and at the end of his long tail. Finally, Ceiza's purple energy exploded into a golden-electrified aura.
Super Buu was trembling, whether it was from anger or fear was unknown. But the pink demon was definitely trembling as he took in the new form of Cieza. Mouth agape, the mighty majin had no words to say.
Cieza chuckled darkly as he observed Buu's stupefied demeanor. "Impressed? You should be," stated the overconfident super being as his electrified aura sparked around his body. "You can call me Super Cieza, by the way. As for you, I'll just call you dead!"
