A/N: Yeah. Don't hate me. Or hate me. I don't care. Here you go

UPDATED. COMPLETELY LEFT OUT A PART.

Bumper barely had time to fully comprehend what had just happened, before Aubrey flipped around and her fist connected with his jaw. He stumbled backward as Beca began to wiggle away from Jesse, making it far enough to bring her knee up between his legs before he could stop her. He grunted in pain and she was able to stand and grab Aubrey, Chloe quickly made her way over and stood in front of them, as Bumper held his hands up, an angry scowl on his face from Aubreys hit. Jesse shook his head and rose to his feet.

"Stupid, stupid, stupid." He said. "Now all you have done, is manage to piss me off even more," he growled at Chloe. The bullet had passed straight through. A clean shot. They stood at least 6 feet apart, and continued to step back away from them when,

"Mommy?"

Chloe didn't take her eyes off of Jesse, though she felt her heart sink. Beca and Aubrey both looked to where Alex was coming in through the back door.

"Alex?!" Beca gasped and moved to get her, but Bumper, being closer, beat her too it, grabbing the small child off of the ground and taking to Jesse.

Beca watched with wide eyes, as he handed her off to Jesse who easily slipped his gun into his belt and placed her on his hip, as if it were just another day and he didn't have a gun pointed at him.

She didn't fight it, knowing that Bumper got angry easily. Jesse smiled at her.

"Mommy, you didn't come back," Alex said as she was passed to Jesse.

Chloe had left Alex at the end of the drive way, with instructions or stay there, and wait for her.

"Jesse, let go of my daughter." Beca said stepping up, Aubrey took Chloes other side. Beca and Chloe were visibly worried at why Alex wasn't fighting to free herself, and why she hadn't even acknowledged Jesse. Aubrey however knew why, and hated herself for this.

"Alex, remember what I told you? About him?" Chloe asked.

Beca looked at Chloe, unaware of what Chloe had told Alex upstairs.

She nodded. "He is a bad man." She said and looked shyly at Jesse.

"Are you really my Dad?" She asked.

Chloe could feel the tears in her eyes. She didn't dare look at Beca. Beca could feel herself crumbling.

"Yes, Ali. And I'm not bad. I just really wanted to meet you, and see your Mama again. I love her and you very much."

"Alex, don't listen to him." Beca ordered. "Jesse, please... What do I have to do? I'll do anything, just let her go."

Jesse shook his head. "You see Chloe?" He asked Alex. Two small eyes landed on Chloe who still had the gun pointed at Jesse.

She nodded. "Yes."

"If she shoots that gun, she will miss and it will hit you." He said.

Alex looked at Chloe, who had begun to shake, the gun visibly moving in her trembling hand. Beca looked from Chloe to Jesse, then her eyes met Alex's.

She seemed calm. A little scared, but as if this was just another day in her life. Like she had been through this, and it was nothing new to her. She was five. Yes, she was smart, and mature beyond her years. But, she was still just five years old. Should t she be crying? Or trying to get away from him? Shouldn't she want to be with her mothers?

Why did she seem so comfortable with Jesse? Beca wondered all these things as she watched her daughter in the arms of the man who had plagued her nightmares for years. She slowly stepped over and placed her hand over Chloes. Lowering the gun.

"Beca?" Chloe asked in a small voice.

She looked at the redhead, seeing the pain and fear in her crystal blue and bloodshot eyes.

"Not while he is holding our daughter." She said and leaned in placing a soft kiss on her cheek.

"I love you, Chloe."

Jesse glared as he watched Beca step over to Aubrey and do the same.

"I love you Aubrey."

She then turned and the two watched in disbelief as she walked over, her eyes locked on Jesses. She nodded.

"Okay. You win, I just have one request. Please?"

He looked down at her. "What?"

"Leave Alex, Chloe and Aubrey, here, and unharmed."

Aubrey and Chloe looked at each other.

Jesse studied her. "You want me to leave our daughter here?" He asked.

"Please, you don't want her. She needs 24/7 attention. You don't want that responsibility." She said.

He seemed to think about it. After a moment, he smiled. "We will have more." He said and Chloe and Aubrey watched in disgust as Jesse leaned down, cupping Becas face and kissing her softly on the lips. She froze, letting his lips move against she's for a moment, and let out a shaky breath when he pulled back.

"Say your goodbyes." He said and passed Alex to her.

the moment the little girl was in her arms, Beca held her tightly.

"Listen to your mommies. I love you so so much Alex. I'm so sorry."

Chloe and Aubrey were restlessly standing a few feet away. Not knowing what to do. Not believing what Beca was doing.

She set the little girl down. "Go to them." She said softly and Alex looked up at her with anger on her face.

"You're leaving?"

Beca closed her eyes to stop her tears. "Yes."

Alex shook her head. "I hate you."

"Do not speak to your mother like that!" Jesse suddenly roared stepping forward, but Beca moved in front of him.

"Don't. It's okay." She said. "Alex go."

Alex turned and ran over to Chloe and Aubrey, Aubrey picking her up and holding ear tightly. Kissing her head as she cried.

"I'm not leaving here with out Aubrey." Bumper growled. "She is mine."

Beca looked over at him, anger and hate radiating off of her. "She belongs to no one." She growled.

"Fuck you. Enjoy what he has planned for you-"

"Shut up bumper!" Jesse yelled making everyone jump.

Beca looked at him. "I have one more request."

He looked down. "what now?"

She stood up on her tip toes and put her lips next to his ear, whispering to him.

"Chloe take Alex to the guest room. Stay there and give Beca your gun." Jesse said.

Chloe looked at Beca who nodded her head slowly. She shook her head. Not understanding what was happening. How this could be happening. She handed Beca the gun, and took Alex from Aubrey.

"Do anything stupid. And I kill her." Jesse told Chloe and nodded at Aubrey. She looked at them all before walking to the guest room with Alex in her arms.

Beca made sure the gun was ready to go.

"Aubrey. Come here please?" She asked softly.

The blonde slowly walked up next to Beca. Bumper watched in confusion and Jesse smiled.

"Beca, what are you doing?" She asked.

Beca looked up at her. "Doing what needs to be done. So that he can't hurt you ever again." She said calmly. Her eyes on Aubreys for a second before Bumper spoke.

"What are you going to do, kill me?" Bumper taunted. Beca turned back to him and shook her head.

"Nope. But if left untreated you might die. And no one here is going to call for help." She said.

"What?" He asked.

"You should never have touched her." She said and raised the gun, pulling the trigger. He screamed in pain as the bullet hit and Aubrey gasped her hand flying up to her mouth as Bumper fell to his knees, the crotch of his pants soaked in blood.

Jesse winced slightly and Beca lowered the gun, her face still calm.

"Like I said. You should have never touched her."

Bumper fell onto his back, shivering and gasping in pain, his hands clutching at his jeans, and the panic setting in at where Beca just shot him.

She turned and handed the gun to Aubrey. "I love you." She said.

"I'm so sorry."

With out another word, she turned to Jesse and nodded. He smiled and wrapped his arm around her waist. Leading her toward the door. He was taking her. Aubrey watched as he walked her away. Then it hit her. She had the gun.

What she didn't see was Bumper, painfully scooting the few feet to detective Kendrick and lifted the bottom of his pants, to grab the small pistol on his ankle.

Aubrey had just raised the gun, aimed for the back of Jesses head when yet, another shot rang out.

Aubrey heard a thud and her eyes shot downward. Jesse was on the floor his face twisted in pain, next to him, face down, was Beca. A single bullet hole in her back.
