"Just stop it, will you, Leroy, stop it!" Marlene yelled at me, her eyes flashing with fury and anger, "After all I've done for you? Look, you've been one of my closest friends here, and now you're trying to betray me?"

"What?" I asked, crossing my arms over my chest. "What do you mean?"

"Oh, and you're doing it effortlessly. You don't know what you're doing? Well, I'll tell you. You're ruining my life. You're ruining Sirius' life. Would you stop trying to make a move on the guy I fancy? Stay away from Remus!" She burst out angrily.

"I haven't been near him, I swear I haven't talked to him since t-two days ago. He doesn't ff-fancy me, he's your boyfriend!"

"No, he doesn't, Sabione," she whispered brokenly, sinking to the wooden floor, which was a huge change of emotion. "He told me he fancies you."

"I don't fancy him in the slightest, Marlene." I told her.

"Really?" she asked.

"Really," I replied. She looked comforted. "Maybe a bit," I whispered, she glared at me, but the expression broke into a watery smile.

"I don't blame you."
