BaconBaka's Bites: Oh, man… I am so very sorry that it took me this long to finish off the chapter! Thing is, I was working on other projects. And dealing with some stress. But here you are, an early Easter gift in the form of a chapter! In either case...
Here's hoping things go swimmingly well!
Right out of earshot near a building near the pool, Korpse was giving off a look at Drake, while Drake was looking really nervous.
"Okay, Drake. I'm going to ask some questions, and I want some responses. Don't keep me hanging like a dating sim." Korpse said out loud.
The nervous Drake took out what appeared to be some beef jerky, and started to chew on it, shivering in fear all the while.
Confessional: This has gotta bring back some bad memories…
Drake: How can I even explain what I did to Korpse? It's gotten so bad that I started to stim again! If I was in a past life, what did I even do?
Drake was chewing on the jerky, all while Korpse watched.
"Okay, first off… What was the deal with voting for me? And second… Why are you chewing some jerky during a pool based challenge?" Korpse questioned. "Don't you wanna get a leg cramp?"
Drake quickly shook his head, as Korpse took a closer look.
"Nevermind that… Look. Why did you vote for me last night?" Korpse questioned. "And I won't take your silence for an answer."
Drake sighed. He knew he was screwed…
"I… Didn't want my secret to be revealed..." Drake admitted. "If I didn't vote for you, then my secret would be out in the world..."
"Hm..." Korpse hummed with interest. "I know you hang around with Stella a lot, so you can't be gay. And even if you were, then we would accept you for who you are."
"No, that isn't it..." Drake replied back, as he sighed. "I… might as well tell you now, being that I am hosed..."
He took some deep breaths, as he looked at Korpse.
"I'm… Autistic." Drake admitted.
Korpse's glare went from cold and hard, to soft and easy.
"Drake… Why didn't you tell us?" Korpse asked.
"Because… What would you all do, if you all found out I was autistic? You know how they treat people with my condition." Drake answered back.
"Dude..." Korpse said sternly, but gently. "We accept you for who you are; a gentle giant with a love of cartoons… Who cares about some condition? My little bro back at home has it, too!"
"So… I've got nothing to worry about?" Drake asked.
"Not at all." Korpse reassured back with a smile.
Drake breathed a sigh of relief, as Korpse got close to him.
"Now, then… Why don't we do this challenge right?" Korpse instructed.
Drake observed the pool, and back at Korpse.
"Korpse, it's full of kids. You sure you can do-" Drake started to say, as Korpse raised her hand.
"Eh, I dodged plenty firepower aimed at me virtually, and I swam with ease at pool parties, and their pools were way bigger and crowded. This is Easy Mode for me." Korpse smirked back.
The two of them started to walk back to their team, as Drake gave off a smile…
Chris dropped what appeared to be a chocolate bar in the pool, as a kid rose from the waters, and ate the bar, and dove back down. Freight looked at the kid swim off.
"I seriously hope that doesn't raise any eyebrows, Chris..." Freight said out loud.
"Hey, you try vacating a pool full of kids." Chris replied back.
"Well, it ain't happening." Walter responded back in a snooty tone. "Now, don't you have some challenge to do, philistine?"
Chris started to shake in his hand, as he looked at Freight.
"Freight, you have any younger siblings?" Chris asked.
"Only child right here. Why?" Freight questioned back.
"Damn… Nevermind." Chris cursed, as he turned towards the contestants. "Okay! Even with a full-enough pool, we still have a challenge to do! Now… Which one of you knows about water polo?"
Ellis raised his hand rather quickly, much to Chris' surprise.
"It's a sport that's similar to soccer, only that you use your hands, and it involves water!" Ellis answered back.
"Why… That's right." Chris responded. "Who knew that you, of all people, knew what water polo was..."
"Hey, when your big sis is nuts for soccer, you tend to know these things." Ellis excused.
"Chris… If it is like soccer, wouldn't you need goals and goalies?" Heidi asked out loud.
"Well, yeah. But that's what our water polo set for public pools is there for!" Chris replied back with a grin, as he looked over to Freight assembling one of the goals. "In either case, due to the length of the pool, we're only gonna have three players out for each team, along with a goalie as well, leaving for you to choose four of your fellow teammates. Now… Anymore questions?"
Thunder raised his hand. "Chris… Did you buy those goals off IKEA's website?"
Chris could only silently whistle to himself, as he walked away, leaving the teams to themselves.
"I'll take that as a maybe?" Thunder questioned out loud.
"Whatever, philistine. Hurry up and do this challenge so my people can have the pool." Walter ordered back.
Thunder growled softly at the bratty kid.
Confessional: Let my people swim!
Thunder: If this was a tween based season, and I didn't run the risk of getting sent to the showers…
Powerhungry Polar Bears
The team was currently huddled together, as to not let the Geeks overhear their plan.
"Okay, since it's similar to soccer, and it involves balls… You want this one, Heidi?" Korpse offered.
"That… Sounded better on paper, to be honest." Heidi replied back truthfully. "But yeah. Gotta work off some steam."
"Nice. Now, Stella… Since you can't play, due to still healing up from getting inked, do you wanna chose who gets to be goalie?" Korpse asked.
"Hmm..." Stella thought, as she looked at her teammates. "How about you, Drake? Are you able to block any balls from going in our goal?"
"I guess… But my dad knows a LOT more about sports than I do with him being a sportscaster and all." Drake answered back truthfully. "But I'll try my best."
"Okay, we got Heidi as a player and Drake as goalie. Now, who else..." Korpse said, as she looked over at the team some more. "Twiggy, you got some pep in you. You wanna play some?"
Twiggy gave off a smile. "You got it, bud!"
"Now, as for our last player…" Korpse said out loud, as she looked at the remaining contestants. "Hmm… Thunder is in no shape to play, and I rather not send Steph out..."
She then gave off a grin.
"I shall take to the water." Korpse continued.
"But all you ever do is play games. What can you even do, Korpse?" Steph scoffed at the idea of Korpse out there playing.
Korpse gave off a chuckle. "Oh… I got a few ideas up my sleeve..."
Confessional: Yeah, we already used the sleeve tattoo joke prior.
Korpse: Here's where watching Doomtaku's anime pays off! Sports anime, don't fail me now. Fail me later!
Giggling Gryphons
Much like the Populars, the Geeks were also huddled around, figuring out a plan.
"Okay, this is just too easy, dudes; Moana as a player, as well as Ellis. We're halfway done with our team selection!" Mozart gave off a grin.
"Well… I did want to take off into the water." Moana replied back. "And with Ellis' soccer skills… We'll be swimming circles at the Populars! But now, a goalie..."
Ellis looked over at Marissa, and smiled. "Marissa, you must have a high agility stat. You wanna take being a goalie for us?"
Marissa gave off a warm look. "I'm game if you are, cutie."
"And now, for one last player." Moana said, as she looked around. The first person she eyed was Olivia.
"While I could, I rather stay on dry land." Olivia shook her head. "Besides, what if some random little girl starts singing Bieber outta nowhere? I gotta teach her what GOOD music sounds like!"
Moana then looked over at Sting, who was playing around with the children in the pool.
"Marco!" Sting called out.
"Polo!" A kid called back.
Moana then looked over at Nelson.
"You game for this challenge?" Moana asked.
"Sure! Besides, I'm always down for a challenge if Korpse is involved." Nelson smiled back with a blush.
Cherri chuckled. "You sure got your piorties straight..."
"Yep!" Nelson chuckled back.
Confessional: A One-Track Mind
Nelson: And besides, gotta impress her friends back at home now that I'm going out with her. With that group she hangs out with… You think I should get blue highlights in my hair?
Xantara: I'm staying outta this. Maybe I can use this time to meditate away?
Now in the pool, Moana, Ellis, and Nelson of the Geeks, as well as Heidi, Twiggy, and Korpse were looking at each other, as Freight floated by on an inner tube.
"Ref Gal Freight here, as well as Scorekeeper Freight here!" Freight saluted.
"Dude, how many jobs do you even have?" Korpse asked.
"Eh, enough to rival Barbie's resume." Freight shrugged. "Now, are you ready to rock?"
Both teams nodded in response to that.
"Then… Let's POLO!" Freight said out loud, launching a polo ball into the air, as one of the residents grabbed it first.
"Rah-Boom-Bye!" Twiggy grinned, as she started to make her way towards the Geek's goal. Eying the goal in question and swimming close, she lobbed the ball right at the goal in question…
…
…
...Only for it to be blocked off by Marissa.
"Gotta level grind harder to pass by this shield, captain." Marissa smirked, tossing the ball right at her group. "Ellis, go towards the goal! Drake's open!"
Twiggy frowned. "Hey, you could be more accurate. I'm not captain of the cheerleading team… Brooke is."
"That's good, Marissa!" Verna coached from the side of the pool. "Stand your ground, almost like a Pyukumuku!"
Both Marissa and Twiggy blinked at the Pokemaniac in confusion.
"Puke-a… Muu… What?" Twiggy asked.
"Yeah, that one is new to me..." Marissa nodded back.
Ellis, meanwhile, was keeping control of the ball, as he was swimming towards the Popular's goal, where Drake was keeping watch.
"Okay, gotta step it up..." Ellis muttered. "For you, Marissa. And sis."
With Drake, however, he was squinting, due to the sunlight reflecting off the water.
"It's too bright..." Drake said to himself. "And Ellis is coming in and fast… What do I do?"
"Drake!" Stella yelled out from the side of the pool, as she was holding onto a pair of sunglasses. "Catch!"
She tossed the sunglasses, as he caught them, and looked at them. But seeing that he had no time to think, he quickly placed them over his eyes, as…
"Ellis! ERUPTION!" Ellis yelled out loud, as what appeared to be the image of a volcano formed behind Ellis, as he launched the ball right towards the Popular's goal…
…
…
Only for Drake to catch the ball barely.
"What the heck?" Drake asked, as he tapped the side of the sunglasses. "Stella, what kinda shades are these?"
But Ellis was stunned. "H-How did you even block my Ellis Eruption? The only one that I know of that did that is Isabel!"
Drake suddenly snapped back to attention, as he looked around the pool.
"Oh, right! The challenge! Let's see here… Kid… Kid… Kid…" Drake muttered, scanning the pool which a few kids were in currently. He soon spotted one of his teammates awaiting to score. "Heidi!"
He tossed the ball to Heidi, as she caught it, as she made her way back to the Geeks goal in order to try to score a point.
"Okay, time to put my legwork to work..." Heidi smirked. "Er, armwork?"
Confessional: Someone missed arm day…
Stella: I knew that Drake was struggling to see in this bright light. So, while the challenge was being set up, I snuck over to the local pool shop and brought a pair of shades for him to wear. And judging at how he blocked that ball… I guess it worked.
Heidi: I can't let Grace down; she's at the Playa, rooting hard for me!
Back with Heidi, she was swimming towards the Geek's goal, dodging Nelson and Ellis' attempt to grab the ball. But there was one more obstacle in her way…
Moana was catching up to her, and fast.
"Crap, forgot Moana was a sea gal..." Heidi thought. "Gotta think of something..."
She then looked over at Cherri, who was looking down at her stomach.
"Hey, Moana!" Heidi yelled out loud, getting her attention. "Isn't Cherri's bee tattoo moving?"
Moana looked over at the poolside to where Cherri was giggling.
"Nah, that tattoo's still embedded in her skin." Moana shook her head.
"Yeah, you're right. It's just a normal bee." Heidi continued.
Moana then suddenly froze in terror as Heidi swam past her.
"Psyche!" Heidi smirked back, as she eyed the goal, and lobbed the ball into the Geek's net, past Marissa and earning the Populars a point. "Heh… Still got it."
"And the Populars score one point!" Freight announced out loud.
"Hey!" Moana yelled out loud, swimming as fast as a torpedo over to Heidi. "You mean to tell me that bee was trying to pollinate Cherri's belly with crummy results, and she LIKED it?!"
"The distraction worked, didn't it?" Heidi responded back, as she swam back to her team for the next serve.
"Let's POLO!" Freight cried out, tossing the ball into the air, as Nelson took control of the ball, and started to make a beeline towards Drake.
"He's breaking for the goal!" Twiggy yelled out.
"Yeah, control your boyfriend, dude!" Heidi added. "What were your plans, anyway?"
Korpse gave off a smirk. "Just you watch..."
She soon swam to where Nelson was, ready to lob the ball into the Popular's goal.
"Okay… How does Marissa do this? Oh, yeah..." Nelson muttered, as he gave off a look at Drake. "Tomomi TUSSLE!"
He held up his arm, ready to toss the ball, as suddenly, Korpse surfaced right beside Nelson, as she laid a kiss on his cheek. He froze up, stunned by the sudden kiss, as the ball dropped and started to float towards the goal.
Drake gave off a look at the floating ball, shrugged, and grabbed the ball, tossing it towards Korpse, as the gamer girl swam off. He continued to look at the frozen Nelson.
"Nelson? Er… You gonna be okay?" Drake asked out loud.
"Just give him a minute or two. He'll be fine." Stella reassured from the side of the pool.
With Korpse, she was swimming, ball in hand.
"Ah, the ol' sneak-n-kiss. Good play, Korpse!" Heidi smirked, swimming by her side. "Can I borrow that the next time I see Grace?"
"Sure, go ahead." Korpse answered back. "But now… How to approach Marissa."
"But aren't you already taken, Korpse?" Heidi asked back.
"Nah, not like that, silly." Korpse chuckled back. "I mean getting this ball past her. You have any plays in your head that could translate into water polo?"
"You… Aren't the sportsy type, are ya?" Heidi questioned.
"Not at all." Korpse shook her head. "Besides, I usually did livestreams during the Big Game. Still, you think Marissa has some holes in her defense?"
Heidi looked over at Marissa, and smiled.
"She usually sticks to the center of the goal. Why not try faking her out?" Heidi suggested.
"Hmm… Good call. She'll never see this coming, at all." Korpse responded back, swimming ahead of the football fan.
Confessional: Swim hard, sweet chariot!
Korpse: Okay, now to translate my skills at Captain Tsubasa into this challenge! Think someone can provide some appropriate music? -The 5 Minute Warning theme from Captain Tsubasa for the Famicom starts playing- There we go! Now we're talking.
Korpse swam swiftly in the pool, inching ever so closer to Marissa, who saw the goth coming, and began to stood her ground.
"Your ball shall NOT pass." Marissa smirked. "Come at me, Korpsie..."
Korpse then dove into the water, as Marissa looked around, trying to find her. Just then…
Korpse dived up from behind her, turned Marissa around, and kissed her on the cheek. The distracted Marissa could only stand there, as Korpse lobbed the ball behind her, scoring the Populars another point.
"Well, not how Captain Tsubasa would do it, but..." Korpse said out loud. "Think that's a tale for an Yaoi fic?"
"And the Populars score another point!" Freight announced out loud.
Korpse then looked at Ellis, and sighed as she swam towards him. "Hey, sorry for kissing your girl there. But how else could one get past her defense?"
"But aren't you straight?" Ellis asked back. "And have a boyfriend?"
"Eh, I experimented back in middle school. Surprised I still got it." Korpse shrugged.
Confessional: It was for SCIENCE!
Korpse: Hey, gotta do something between game releases.
Ellis: I would have tried experimenting, but Grandma would had condemned me if I got caught doing so.
Nelson: -He smiles- I love my goth girl…
Freight blew a whistle, as the teams swam back to the middle of the pool.
"And that does it for this segment of the challenge. And the winners are… The Populars, scoring two points!" Freight announced out loud.
Twiggy, Heidi, and Korpse cheered, while Drake smiled, content at his victory.
"And now, we shall prep for the next portion of the challenge." Freight grinned, as a burst of wind suddenly hit the pool, and sent the goals crumbling down. Freight kept her grin on her face. "Take note, everyone; never buy anything from IKEA."
"Already noted." Korpse agreed. "Why do you think my jewelry and game shelves are custom made?"
At the pool's edge, Stella was lying on her stomach and catching some rays, as someone approached her. She lifted her sunglasses and smiled at the newcomer.
"Hey… Aren't you Stella?" One of the party-goers asked out loud.
"Yeah, I am. You need something?" Stella asked gently.
"Yeah… I want to get Steph's autograph, because she's one of the funniest on the show, next to Olivia. I already got hers, but when I asked Steph… She told me to… Well, I rather not repeat what she said." The party-goer answered back.
Stella sighed, as she looked at the party-goer.
"Kiddo… Steph is actually, well… A jerk, to be honest." Stella declared.
"I know that, now..." The party-goer lamented.
"But hey, you've already got a fan, rooting for you." Stella said out loud.
"Who?" The party-goer asked.
"You're looking at her." Stella gave off a smile.
The party-goer smiled back, as she handed over her autograph book over to Stella, as the Idol signed it happily.
"Thanks, Stella. I feel loads better, now!" The party-goer said, as she made her way back to her friends, as Stella watched them.
"You're quite a sweetheart, Stella..."
Stella looked up to see Drake, smiling as he sat next to her.
"Thanks for earlier." Drake said out loud.
"Hey, I couldn't leave you getting blinded by the reflection from the sun on the water." Stella replied back. "Plus, those sunglasses make you look even more cuter."
Drake blushed a shade of red, as he turned around and poked his fingers nervously…
"Drake and Stella, sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" A few of the kids looking at the two started to sing out loud.
Both Drake and Stella started to blush, Drake even deeper so.
"Let's move somewhere more… private." Stella suggested, giggling.
"Yeah, that may be a good idea." Drake agreed.
Meanwhile, Marissa was lying back in a beach chair, resting before the next part of the challenge, with Ellis by her side.
"This is what we needed..." Marissa said out loud. "After all the hecticness of surviving a hurricane, monsters, and trying to sing onstage, some relaxation at the pool is just what the Healer ordered."
"Plus, who knows what other quests may arise?" Ellis questioned. "We may have to build pets, or take care of bikes..."
"You got the order backwards, bud." Marissa giggled. "But that's what I love about you; you're always a valiant guy."
"And you're my frizzy haired princess..." Ellis blushed, as the two got closer, ready to kiss, as…
"En-Guarde!"
The two looked forward to see a young girl, wielding a sword made out of a few balloons.
"Thou art I, Marissa!" The young girl cried out. "Together, with my trusty blade, I shall slay the dark-hearted queen known as Steph!"
The young girl's balloon sword then popped, as she looked around, nervously.
"...As soon as I get another sword, I shall take you down, Queen Steph! For I, Mar-" The young girl yelled back, as she looked towards the two lovebirds. "Mar… Mar..."
"Who were you expecting, FF2's Gordon?" Marissa joked.
"Pfft, that's setting the bar low." Ellis stated. "You're more of a FF5's Leena."
"Oh, my GOSH!" The young girl yelled, as she went over to Marissa, and shook her hand. "I can't believe it's the Dungeon Queen herself!"
Marissa smiled, as she returned the gesture. "Nice to meet you, miss."
"And you even got your boyfriend with you as well!" The young girl grinned, as Ellis blushed. "Oh, man… I've been a fan of yours since I saw the pamphlet showcasing your latest season!"
"Pamphlet?" Marissa raised an eyebrow.
"Yuh-huh! You were running and looking cool and everything..." The young girl responded back.
Marissa chuckled, as she smiled at the young girl. "Annnyyywwaayyysss… Word on the street says that you need a new sword to fight the dreaded Dark Queen Steph."
"Yeah, she is a toughie, alright. We're still figuring out some kinda strat to slay her." Ellis commented.
Marissa looked outside a chain-link fence surrounding the pool area, and smiled.
"Wait here." Marissa instructed, as she left both the young girl and Ellis alone.
"Sooo… Do you kiss her every night?" The young girl asked.
Ellis blushed a deep red."Um… We only been together for about 2-3 days. Or 2 years in fruit fly years."
"But have you gotten to second base yet?" The young girl continued. "My older sis has with her boyfriend..."
Ellis' entire body was now blushing. "Er… I don't think you're talking about baseball, if I get what you're saying..."
"But that girl with the green hair and her boyfriend got to second." The young girl stated.
"Ada and Nick?" Ellis asked back. "I barely even talked to them, and even when we were at the cottage, they were too busy smooching and 24 hours later got ejected. Or probably medivaked. Most likely booted off. Probably."
"Kylee..." A new voice said out loud. "That stuff was supposed to remain a secret."
Kylee, the young girl, giggled. "Oopsie. Sorry, sis."
Kylee's sister then patted Kylee on the head, as she turned towards Ellis. "Sorry about my little sister annoying you..."
"Eh, it's fine. Always nice to meet a fan." Ellis responded back.
"By the way… Where's your Marissa?" The older sis asked.
"Da-Da-Da-DAAAAAAAAA!" Marissa, having returned, sung out loud, holding what appeared to be a sword… Or a look-a-like sword, which was actually sticks taped together with duct tape. "My dad taught me how to craft this when I was six years old, and now… I present thy wooden blade to you, Madame."
Kylee's eyes lit up, as she hugged Marissa. "Thank you, Marissa! I now have a blade to take on the evil Dark Queen Steph!"
"Oh, brother..." Kylee's older sister shook her head.
"Now, onwards, as I dive thyself into adventure!" Kylee announced, as she ran off.
"I… should follow her." The older sis remarked. "Her imagination can get a bit wild."
"Yeah, I can tell..." Marissa smiled, watching Kylee slash her sword in the air.
"I will get you, Queen Steph!" Kylee yelled out loud.
Confessional: Did I mention Steph is a royal pain in the butt?
Marissa: I can see a LARP group in Kylee's future… Still, are we really inspirational to children everywhere?
Ellis: Yeah… Maybe I should wait until we're married before me and Marissa really do it. Consent and all. -He blushes- That, and I rather not have the label of teen dad stamped onto me.
At another section of the pool, Xantara and a couple girls were busy meditating.
"Ohhhhmmm..." Xantara hummed, as the girls joined in as well. "Clear your minds of any impurities..."
In the pool, Sting and another boy was in the water.
"Marco!" Sting yelled out loud.
"Polo!" The boy responded back. "So… What's the current score, Sting?"
"I dunno, I lost count, Bobby!" Sting shrugged.
"Still, thanks for playing with me. Kinda hard to find someone to play Marco Polo with, ever since my brother Or in this case… Sister?" Bobby responded back as he sighed. "She… kinda ran away."
Sting's smile dropped. "What… happened? Sorry if this is kinda a touchy issue."
"Parents got really pissy when she came out that she was Trans. They then kicked her out of the house… I'm not even sure where she is. What if she..." Bobby answered back, as Sting swam over to him and gave him a hug.
"I'm not sure what's in your parent's head, but that was a really crappy thing for them to do." Sting relented back. "And I am sure that your sister is doing fine."
Bobby returned the hug. "Francisca… I miss you..."
Confessional: Ouch…
Sting: -He is shaking his head- I can't believe parental figures would stoop so low as to boot out their own kid for being Transexual… They're worse than Nick and Thunder's parents put together…
"Anyway, why would you hang with me, other than your friends?" Bobby asked. "You've got a challenge going on."
"Yeah, but I saw that you were lonely, and figured you needed an older figure to play with." Sting shrugged. "That, and we've got Moana on our squad. I think we can manage well."
"I hate to tell you this, but the Pops won the first challenge of the day." Bobby replied back.
Sting's eyes went wide. "Crap. Well, guess I'll be seeing you around. Later, Bobbo!"
He then floated off, as Bobby watched.
"Good luck, Sting. You may need it." Bobby said to himself.
At poolside, Chris, Walter, and Freight were standing side by side, looking at the contestants.
"Okay, it's time for part 2 of our challenge!" Chris said out loud, as he presented to them what appeared to be a water pistol.
"Whoa, dude!" Mozart exclaimed. "How you managed to smuggle that baby in is beyond me!"
"You think it would be confiscated..." Nelson nodded in agreement.
"If you will let me explain… Part two is all about shooting each other with water pistols! But there's a catch with these right here. They've got a dye in its water which, if hit by any part of the body, it stays on said part of the body. Think of it as paintball." Chris explained. "Now, the team to dye their opponent with their dye wins the challenge!"
Freight then handed over three guns to random members of their respective team, as Olivia pulled up one of her pigtails, and held the water pistol close to her hair, ready to open fire.
"And the dye does come out later on, so no dying your hair permanently with that stuff, Olivia." Chris interrupted.
"Awww, weak!" Olivia dropped her pigtail, and pouted.
"Chris, does this sound familiar to that retarded Splatoon challenge a few days ago?" Steph spoke out.
Chris did some thinking, as he shrugged. "Well, instead of covering walls, you will be covering yourselves? Oh, and if you shoot a kid by accident, you detect points from your score. So be careful at who you're shooting."
"And if you all dare shoot me, philistine… I will see it that you and your entire family's out on the street." Walter butted in, clearly trying to annoy the contestants.
Thunder growled, as he was starting to raise his water gun to splat Walter, as Drake put a firm hand on his shoulder.
"No… It isn't worth it." Drake said out loud.
Thunder growled, as he lowered his gun.
"You're lucky Drake was here to stop me." Thunder muttered over to Walter.
Powerhungry Polar Bears
The team was again, huddled in a circle.
"Okay, we got three guns upon us, meaning we're sending in three people in the water." Stella said out loud, as she looked over at Korpse. "Korpse, how good are you at those shooting types of games?"
"Hey, you seen my skills in that Contra challenge. I think I can manage well enough in a pool." Korpse grinned back.
"Okay, that's one down. Now, the other two..." Stella continued.
"Excuse me, why should Stella choose who should take part?" Steph interrupted.
"Because she knows what's best for our team?" Heidi exclaimed.
"Fine… Then why not you go out there and shoot?" Steph suggested rather rudely.
"Okay, okay… Yeesh, why don't you dream of one of those hot vampires or something?" Heidi muttered.
"Now with that out of the way… Twiggy, you wanna shoot?" Stella asked. "I've a feeling you're a talented marksman."
"Well, kinda." Twiggy replied back. "I'm not that good, but with you out due to you not being able to get your healing skinart wet, and Thunder's ribs still aching… I'm gonna have to take charge."
"And that should be all, everyone!" Stella clapped her hands. "Now, let's go out there and win!"
The team dispersed, as Twiggy walked next to Heidi, as the two started to head for their waterguns.
"Hot vampires… Really?" Twiggy asked out loud. "Twilight's been beyond old news by now."
"Hey, I tried to pander to her interest." Heidi answered back truthfully. "What else is there for a bitch like her to like, other than bullying students under her social food chain, and men having bods?"
"I heard some words coming out of other cheerleaders mouths from other teams… Offer to teach you some of their taunts?" Twiggy suggested.
"Eh, sure. Not like I may use it." Heidi nodded back, as she got her gun, and aimed it at Steph. "5 bucks says this turns Steph's hair blue."
"I… think you may wanna save the ammo for the match, Heidi." Twiggy replied back.
"Yeah, you're right..." Heidi lowered her gun. "But hey, here's hoping."
Giggling Gryphons
The Geeks were also huddled together, as well.
"Okay, we're evenly matched. Now… Who should we choose who does all the shooting?" Cherri asked out loud.
"Ooh, me!" Olivia gave off a grin. "You'll need a human shield in this kinda situation!"
"Pfft, all you want is one of those dyes to hit your hair, Olivia." Cherri giggled. "But we can send you in. Now… Anyone else?"
"I think I can give off a few shots." Nelson smiled.
"Okay, Nel; you're in. And finally, a third shooter..." Cherri pondered, as she looked at her team. "Hmm..."
"Hey, if we're dealing with shooting stuff, I'm your gal!" Marissa exclaimed. "I think I can translate well into waterguns; they're like crossbows, only even less lethal!"
"She's got a point there." Ellis agreed.
"In either case, we've got a team, now." Verna said out loud. "Let's go bag ourselves a victory!"
The team dispersed, as they left to grab their guns, as Verna and Marissa looked at each other and shared a nod.
"So, you confident enough for this?" Verna asked.
"Very confident." Marissa answered back with a grin.
"Then, riddle me this! Can you nail an apple in the mouth of a roasted pig?" Verna questioned.
Marissa blinked. "Um… Probs, but I never tried that. Did that happened during Katniss' training in the Hunger Games? And I thought you were always about Pokemon!"
"Hey, I've got other interests!" Verna giggled back.
In the pool, Olivia, Nelson, and Marissa were ready to square off against Korpse, Twiggy, and Heidi.
"Okay, shooters ready?" Freight asked out loud, as the two teams nodded back in response. "Then… Here we go!"
Freight then leapt out of the water, as the two teams started to shoot at each other with their paint balls.
"Yo, populars!" Olivia yelled out loud. "If/when you do shoot me, aim for my hair!"
Twiggy gave off a shrug, as she laid a pot-shot at Olivia, which missed and hit her on the shoulder. The metalhead looked down, and sighed.
"Awww, boring-ass orange?" Olivia lamented. "This sucks; I want some of the more cooler colors!"
"Olivia, you DO know that we gotta dye the other team, right?" Nelson asked.
"You should know me by now, that I live for being unique and wild!" Olivia gave off a grin, as she shot at Twiggy's hair.
She looked up to see a spot of purple in her hair, and groaned.
"Hey, purple's a good color this time of year!" Thunder cheered from the sidelines.
"Thunder, these are my golden locks we're talking about!" Twiggy replied back, as she was splatted twice by Olivia.
Olivia gave off a grin, as she looked for other people to splat with her gun's paints.
With Marissa, she was firing off her shots at Korpse, all while the rich goth was ducking.
"You can't keep hiding forever, Korpse!" Marissa said out loud. "Your lung stats aren't at a high enough level!"
Underwater, Korpse gave off a slight grin, as she tried to fire her gun, only for her gun's dye to go all over the place. She quickly surfaced.
"Damn… I thought I could apply game and cartoon logic to this challenge." Korpse muttered, as she was splatted on the arm twice by Marissa. The LARPer then swam over to her and quickly wiped off some of the paint, leaving behind what appeared to be a skull mark on her arm.
"You certainly know what goths adore, huh?" Korpse smirked.
"Hey, you're part of the Gothic Job Class, these things come natural to ya." Marissa joked.
"Indeed they do!" Korpse grinned. "Shame I have to headshot you, now."
She then splatted Marissa on her head, as she wiped some of the paint off her face, leaving behind heart markings.
"Now we're even." Korpse chuckled. "Gonna dye my Player Two a cute color, now."
She soon swam off, as Marissa followed.
"Not if I catch ya first!" Marissa responded back.
Confessional: Dye for your art.
Korpse: -She smirks, as paint drips from her hair- Heh, I am glad I packed so much Manic Panic on me for my highlights...
Nelson: -He has some paint spots in his hair- I always wondered if highlights would ever work for my hair, and now I know. -He grins-
Not too far nearby, Verna and Mozart were kicking back, the former playing on her 3DS, as Walter approached her.
"Hey, philistine." Walter snootingly remarked out loud. "You're in MY sunlight."
Verna looked around, and sighed.
"Dude, there's tons of sunlight to pass around. Why is this classified as your spot?" Verna questioned out loud.
"Yeah, brah! We can just sit back, relax, and let the magical sun's rays hit our skin..." Mozart said out loud.
"Then how about a deal? You and me, in a Pokemon battle. The winner gets to stay in this spot. The loser has to move elsewhere." Walter challenged. "We have a deal?"
Verna, without a second thought, grinned back.
"You've got yourself a challenge." Verna replied back.
Walter then clapped his hands, as a butler then appeared right beside Walter.
"Your 3DS, Master Walter." The butler said out loud, puzzling the Inventor.
"Whoa, where the old dude come from?" Mozart asked, raising an eyebrow. "He just appeared..."
Walter then gave off a smug smirk. "Just as you know, I had my team trained to their fullest potential. There's no way you'll defeat my powerhouse team..."
Mozart looked at Verna with a serious expression in his eyes. "Babe, you know exactly what you're doing?"
But Verna gave off a simple nod. "You haven't seen me battling that much, did ya? Just you watch; you may learn a trick or two."
Confessional: Trick or Treat!
Verna: Knowing the young dude, he may break out the Legendaries. So… I think it's time to employ the secret weapon.
Mozart: All I know is that this is gonna be one tubular match… Here's hoping my babe Verna isn't wiped out too fast.
Butler: -He is holding a Teleportation Made Easy book- Master Mozart should know that butlers are always at the beck and call...
Xantara continued to hang with the girls, each of them sporting flower headbands now. They were in the middle of a yoga position.
"Now, this pose is called the Downward Dog..." Xantara instructed.
Several minutes passed, as the six shooting were now standing outside the pool. Olivia, with her hair down, was busy scrubbing some of the paints in an attempt to dye her hair.
"And with most of the Populars body covered with the opposing team's colors, the winners of this challenge are… The Geeks, with 75% of their opponent painted!" Chris announced, as he eyed Olivia, who was still scrubbing away. "Olivia, your team won; you can quit trying to steal victory from the Pops."
"Who said anything about stealing victory?" Olivia asked. "I'm going for an awesome hairstyle! I don't care if this washes away later on, I want a really badass hair color, dammit!"
She then sported a grin to a couple kids, holding super soakers. "Okay, kids! Fire away!"
The kids then shrugged, as they sprayed Olivia's hair with water, allowing for the dye to set in.
"Hell yeah..." Olivia continued to sport a grin.
"In either case, it's time for our final portion of the challenge!" Chris announced. "Now, who's familiar with jousting?"
"You talking about horseback jousting? Or in most cases, ostrich-back?" Marissa asked. "Cause I'm familiar in that field."
"You're about half-correct, Marissa." Chris continued. "But I'm talking about the Joust event from a certain TV show that our neighbors down south aired back in the 90's… American Gladiators!"
Everyone looked at each other in confusion.
"Um, don't mind me asking this, but… What dude has a hobby of watching old TV shows from the 90's?" Mozart asked out loud.
Moana quietly raised her hand. "Comes with living with a little bro who has an athletic girlfriend…"
"How does that connect with joust?" Thunder questioned back.
"She linked me to some of the episodes online." Moana admitted.
"In either case, it'll be a one-on-one duel to the finish atop some floating platforms over the water!" Chris announced, as he looked at the two platforms looming above, with Freight working on the finishing touches on them. There seemed to be some netting on the bottom of the platforms as well. "But knowing you all, you would send your most skilled contestant into battle. So, I decided to spice it up a bit!"
The host then took out a pad, and grinned.
"Now, whoever is picked for either team, will have to duel." Chris announced, as he pressed the button, as the camper's faces rapidly appeared on his screen. It soon stopped, as he sported his signature grin. "And the lucky combatants are… Sting for the Geeks… And Drake for the Populars!"
Both Sting and Drake stepped forward, as Sting looked up at his opponent. Drake, in return, looked down.
"Good luck, Drake." Sting sported a smile.
"Same to you too..." Drake replied back.
Confessional: Would this be considered a rematch from Day 1?
Sting: At least, there won't be anyone to catechize Drake for good sportsmanship this time.
Drake: Hope I won't hurt Sting too badly.
The two contestants were on top of their platforms, holding pugil sticks.
"Best of three! You two ready?" Freight announced from a megaphone. "Then let the joust begin!"
The two of them nodded at each other, as they soon swung their pugil sticks at each other. Despite the size difference, it appeared to be a complete stalemate.
"Man, we're both at even strength, even if he is bigger..." Sting muttered.
Drake continued to hit on Sting with the stick, as he knew that it was a stalemate. He knew that he had to find a weakness, and fast.
"Hmm… His legs are unprotected… But do I really wanna do that to him?" Drake thought to himself. "There has to be another way..."
He then tightened his grip on his stick, and looked at Sting.
"Sting… Forgive me for this..." Drake muttered, as he poked at Sting's stomach with his stick, sending the cheerful emo right off the platform, and splashing into the water below.
Sting soon resurfaced, shaking the excess water out of his hair. "Whoa, Drake… You're more of a toughie than I've imagined!"
"And Drake earns a point for the Populars!" Freight announced. "But don't relax yet; it's time for round two!"
Sting soon climbed back up onto his platform, and tightened his grip on his pugil stick.
"Round two! Drake and Sting, are you ready?" Freight announced, as the two nodded back. "Then here we go!"
The two went at it again, and again, it was a stalemate.
"Man, you're quite the toughie to take down." Sting muttered, blocking Drake's blows, as he tried to look for a weakness within Drake to exploit.
All of a sudden, a strong gust of wind started to blow, letting loose some of the netting of the platforms. Sting held his ground, but the gust of wind flew Drake's sunglasses off his head, and into the water below. He instantly squinted by the brightness of the sun.
"Please forgive me for this, man..." Sting said, as he swung at Drake, sending him into the pool's waters.
"And Sting earns himself a point for his team!" Freight announced, as the audience cheered. "Now the score is tied. Next match wins it."
Confessional: They're in it to win it!
Sting: Is it me, or did that wind come at such a right time?
The two were on the platforms again, for the final time.
"Final Round! Are you ready?" Freight announced. "Then GO!"
The two struck their pugil sticks at each other, and it was clear that whoever wins, their team or the other team was heading to the campfire later that day. They continued to swing, with the same result as before.
"Drake! You gotta run towards Sting!" Stella coached from down below. "Do not be afraid, you can do it!"
Drake overheard what Stella said, as he looked over at Sting. Nodding, he started to run towards the Cheerful Emo…
When all of a sudden, Drake started to slip due to his wet feet, and while holding his pugil stick…
…
…
"Oooooohhhh!" Sting moaned in pain, dropping his stick and holding his crotch in pain, as he fell off the platform, and landed into the water with a big splash.
Drake jumped up, horrified at what he done. "Sting?!" He shouted out loud, as he looked in the pool, but Sting wasn't surfacing.
"And that does it! The winner of this match is Drake, meaning the Populars take this challenge home!" Chris announced, as he looked in the water. "Sting, you can resurface now."
Again, Sting did not surface. Chris was starting to get concerned.
"Sting, while I would make some kinda emo joke here, I do NOT wanna get sued again." Chris continued, as he saw bubbles coming from where Sting landed. "Oh, crap..."
Moana, seeing what was happening, ran to the pool's edge, and lept in, hoping to save her crush. She soon resurfaced, as she looked around.
"Sting's leg is caught in some net! I gotta untie the knot keeping him submerged!" Moana said out loud.
Freight, hearing that, also jumped in as well.
"Sting..." Bobby muttered.
Drake looked on in pure horror at what he accidentally done.
Confessional: …
Drake: -His eyes are wide open in terror- I seriously didn't mean for that to happen! Sting! I am so very sorry!
Steph: Ahhhh, my bad boy is up there, doing bad boy things! Now if we're lucky, that freak won't be shelling out any of his freakish offspring in the future if he does survive. If he doesn't… Well, sucks for them.
Everyone watched, as after a few minutes of the two being underwater, Moana came out, dragging Sting above the water, with Freight surfacing as well. It was clear Sting was underwater for too long. Moana laid Sting's body on the ground, as everyone soon started to surround the two, as Moana looked at them.
"Make some room!" Moana ordered, as everyone backed off, before looking at the unconscious Sting. "Okay, I was truly thought in this kinda thing… I will save him."
She soon started to do chest compressions on Sting, in the hopes that he is still in the world of the living.
"Dammit… You are NOT going out like this, Sting. You're one of the most awesomeness boys I've ever met..." Moana muttered, as she started to put her mouth over his mouth to give him some air.
"Cough-Cough."
Moana looked down at her crush, as he started to open his eyes. "Sting?"
"Moana… Thank you." Sting gave off a smile, as everyone started to cheer.
"Sting, take it easy; you've been without air for almost 7 minutes." Moana instructed.
"I don't know what happened… All I remember was Drake nailing me with that pugil stick accidentally..." Sting replied back. "I forgive him, though."
Moana lightly hugged Sting, as Chris approached the two teams.
"Contestants; after that bout of drama, it is clear as day that the Populars won the joust, meaning that they are today's big winners!" Chris announced, as the Populars cheered out loud, except one.
"I still don't feel like a winner..." Drake muttered, as Stella pat his back in comfort.
"As for the Geeks, they shall be sent to the Campfire later on." Chris continued. "Now, we should dry off and vacate the pool, because Walter is getting rather pissy."
"You bet I am." Walter remarked back. "I still hate your show, though."
He then looked over at some of the party-goers and gave off a smug grin.
"Now, only the coolest of the cool shall come over to my premise later tonight, and we shall watch some late-night Cinemax!" Walter announced.
Cherri gave off a grin. "Hey-hey! You were right, Olivia! He IS one of those cool kids that advertises Cinemax!" She then looked over at Olivia, who was stunned. "Olivia? You are not feeling all head-bangy right now. You okay?"
"...I lost him… I lost my bad boy…" Olivia muttered.
Drake, passing by Olivia, groaned even harder.
Confessional: True heartache…
Olivia: -She is just looking at the camera, as she sighs-
Drake: I shouldn't have won that match… I almost killed Sting today… And I broken someone's heart as well... I hope you can forgive me for that, Olivia...
A few hours later at the Cottage...
Back in their normal clothes, Heidi gave off a wicked grin while the group was in the dining room.
"Hey, hey! We finally nailed a victory after so long!" Heidi grinned. "We may be outnumbered, but we went in and took the ball in for a touchdown!"
"Yeah, but did something seem a bit… off about that last move Drake pulled?" Twiggy asked.
"The hell even happened?" Thunder questioned, as they gave off a look at their fellow contestant.
Drake only looked down at his food, barely having taken a bite out of it. Stella was still comforting Drake.
"I… Didn't mean to him him in the crotch..." Drake muttered, still distraught at what occurred earlier.
"Drake, you did nothing wrong. It was a pure accident!" Stella reassured, as she remember how it occurred. She soon stood up.
"Stella? What's on your mind?" Korpse asked, noticing Stella.
"Guys? I've got to admit something… It was my idea for Drake to lunge forward and knock Sting into the water. I didn't think it would almost drown him!" Stella confessed.
"Stella..." Drake muttered.
"If he doesn't get voted off, me and Drake'll explain everything." Stella continued. "I'm just hoping he can forgive us."
"Some dude like that? Or course, he will!" Korpse agreed. "Now… Who do you think of the Geeks will get the boot?"
"I am not sure; they are really tight-knit. Probs Xantara? I dunno..." Twiggy shrugged.
"I'm think it's probably gonna be Olivia. I noticed her being distraught on the way home for some reason. There's no way she'll be of any use to any of them no more." Thunder noted.
"Either case, drama will be spilt." Heidi said out loud, as most everyone nodded in agreement.
Confessional: Who will it be? Who knows!
Steph: Guess Drake done a good after all. If only I could drink up Olivia's tears…
Gigglin' Gryphons
In their room, Mozart and Verna were hanging together, with GENKI and Woodstock nearby.
"So, did you actually take down that brat?" GENKI asked. "Come on, spill GENKI all the details!"
"Eh, all I really had to use was my defensive walls to take down his Legendaries." Verna shrugged. "And man, he was salty..."
"Squeak?" Woodstock squeaked.
"Gamer term, dude." Mozart gave off a smile at his pet rat.
Verna then leaned back, and saw Olivia walking in the hall. The downtrodden metalhead then looked over at the Pokemaniac.
"Hey, Olivia! Who you're voting for?" Verna asked out loud.
"Vote for me, I don't care anymore..." Olivia muttered, as she walked away.
"Yikes..." Verna said out loud.
"GENKI detects a 73% chance of her being a bit of moping around." GENKI noted. "What is her malfunction?"
"A broken heart, my mechanical sis." Mozart answered truthfully. "She really loved Sting, from what I could feel."
"What should we even do? Should we even vote for her?" Verna asked.
"All we can do is do what feels right..." Mozart answered back. "But she just needs time, right now."
Moana, meanwhile, was sitting next to Sting, still taking care of him.
"Moana… Thanks for earlier." Sting smiled back. "I am not sure what could have happened, if you've didn't save me in time."
"Well, the show would have been canceled, Chris and the network would have been sued… Tons of court proceedings for the host… Poutine Shores would be investigated clearly..." Moana listed away.
"Yee-ikes. And all that from my potential death?" Sting asked, as Moana nodded in agreement. "The law can be unfun at times."
"So, who's on your ballot for voting?" Moana asked.
"Probs Ellis. The guy is cool and all, but he and Marissa can be a powerful pair if they team up." Sting answered back.
"I'll be going for Olivia myself. Not to be mean, or anything… But that she is in no shape to continue playing." Moana said out loud.
"Speaking of who, I wish I could talk to her and explain. But every time, she just turned her nose at me." Sting explained. "Her crush on me must have been huge."
"As huge as Metalica, or whatever she listens to?" Moana questioned.
"Probably..." Sting answered.
"And yeah, I should explain to her that I only tried to save you. And that things went kinda…" Moana blushed. "I can't help that your lips are soft!"
"And I couldn't help that wearing a cup in the pool is not natural." Sting added. "Speaking of which, I really should talk to Drake, and forgive him for temporary nailing me where it hurts."
"Yeah, I agree with that." Moana nodded. "Either case, since we've got a few hours before vote-off… You up for some game shows?"
"Always." Sting smiled back.
Confessional: Come on down!
Sting: I shouldn't worry about Sting Jr. being axed; I can recover from this, no prob. But can Olivia recover? Heartache can be pretty nasty; I saw it from Quillon first-hand.
Outside in the garden, Cherri was walking by herself.
"Man, Olivia wouldn't even talk to me on the way back home..." Cherri noted to herself. "It's like all the joy within her faded almost instantly… Wish I could help her..."
She soon noticed what appeared to be a beehive, with a hole large enough to fit her hand in. There appeared to be a select few bees around the hive. Cherri then noticed that something suspicious may be in the hive itself.
"Well, when in Rome..." Cherri said, as she quickly reached her hand inside…
Confessional: She's got balls!
Cherri: -She is holding her left hand, which has a few wilts from a few stings on it- Worth it!
In their room, Ellis and Marissa was watching TV.
"Man, our first vote-off in a while…" Marissa said out loud. "I hate breaking up our own party!"
"Yeah, I agree! Everyone we know is so friendly..." Ellis answered back. "In either case, who should we even vote off?"
Marissa sighed. "While I really hate to do this, I gotta go for Olivia. She is not herself… And maybe a few days at the Playa will give her the help that she needs."
"I agree; we both know what heartbreak feels like." Ellis nodded.
"But at least we found each other at the end..." Marissa smiled, as she softly kissed Ellis on the lips.
"Geeks! It's time to hit up the Campfire!" Chris announced through the intercom speakers. "That means you too, little miss Mope-Fest."
"Well, it's our turn to strike. Come on; we can reach the Merge… Together." Ellis grinned, as he held Marissa's hand. "Lead the way, Dungeon Queen!"
Marissa chuckled. "You got it!"
The Garden of Survival
The Geeks were currently sitting on the steps, awaiting their fate. Cherri was done bandaging her hand up, Ellis and Marissa were holding each others hands, Mozart was twirling a wrench with his finger, and Olivia was looking down, clearly heartbroken. It didn't take long for the host to arrive.
"Geeks! This is your first time in the Garden of Survival. But not your first time voting off one of your own." Chris stated. "Nevertheless, in just a few moments, you'll be voting off one of your own."
"Yeah, we've been in that old song and dance before, dude." Mozart said out loud.
"But first, I wanna ask a few questions. Moana! If you were able to let loose in the challenge, do you think your team could have won?" Chris asked.
"To be honest, most likely." Moana agreed.
"Second… Olivia! How does it-" Chris started to say, as someone pointed what appeared to be Mozart's bo at Chris.
"Not… One… Word." Cherri gave off a dark glare at the host as the bo staff sparked a bit.
"Cherri, you may wanna turn that option off, brah?" Mozart suggested. "It's still a prototype!"
"Okay… Not gonna ask. Gee, sorry." Chris responded back.
Cherri lowered the bo, as she sat back down and handed the bo back to Mozart.
Olivia could only sigh at that response, as Chris looked around for one more person.
"Ignoring that outburst from Cherri… Sting! You very nearly died today. Did you see the light?" Chris asked.
"To be honest, I did. But it may have been the sun, today was rather bright out today." Sting admitted. "You think peek-a-bangs would provide you prevention from the sun's bright rays, at that."
"In either case, it's time for you all to vote!" Chris announced out loud.
Confessional: Vote Time! Who shall be heading home?
Olivia: Who even cares anymore about the game? ...I might as well vote for… (She sighs)
Moana: Olivia, I'm voting for you. Not to be mean, but you need some time away. I promise you, you WILL find the one someday.
Marissa: So many good party members! Why didn't this season give us several Kefkas?! ...Wait, that be a really, REALLY bad deal! Either case, I'm voting for Olivia.
Nelson: I gotta go for Ellis. He's good and all, but I don't really see anyone else I have to vote for.
Once the last person (Xantara) returned, Chris arrived with a plate full of bags of chips.
"Geeks! You know the deal; if I call out your name, come up and-" Chris started to say, as…
"Chris! Before we bump one of our own outta the hive… I like to play THIS right here!" Cherri announced, holding up a Chris Idol… Which was coated with honey.
"Cherri… Where did you find that idol?" Xantara asked out loud.
"In a bee's nest. It was as simple as reaching in, grabbing the idol, and getting out." Cherri sported a grin.
"But it looks like you got stung..." Xantara noted.
"Xan, you don't know me that well, don't 'cha?" Cherri winked. "I been stung tons of times via different insects! And hundreds of times via tattoo needles… Either way..."
She then turned towards the host.
"Again, I like to play this idol! But… Not on me." Cherri continued. "Instead, I like to play it..."
…
…
…
"...On Olivia."
Olivia looked up at Cherri in surprise.
Chris then took the idol, and examined it carefully.
"Geeks, the rules of Geeks vs Populars state that if a Chris Idol is played on someone or themselves, then they receive immunity. This..."
…
…
…
…
…
…
…
…
…
"...Is a GENUINE Chris Idol! Therefore, any votes on Olivia are null and void!" Chris announced.
Cherri smiled, but not before looking back at the host.
"You may wanna ditch that Idol soon. Those bees I swiped it from? May still be agitated." Cherri warned, as she returned to her seat.
"Cherri… Why?" Olivia asked.
"I did it for you, pal." Cherri patted Olivia's hand. "No future punk's going down like this."
"Now with that settled… It's time for the votes!" Chris said. "Olivia, since you are immune, you get the first bag of chips.
Olivia could only sigh. "Yeah, yeah… I know."
"Cherri, you're safe too."
Cherri looked at her bag of chips and chuckled mentally. "Honey flavor… Ironic."
"Sting..."
"Verna..."
"Mozart..."
"Nelson..."
"Xantara..."
"Moana..."
Soon, it came down to Ellis and Marissa. The both of them held each other's hands tightly as Chris held up the last bag of chips.
"Ellis… Marissa… This is the final bag of chips of the night. For one of you, your grand adventure ends here. But the one not mentally shish-kabob'ed by Sephiroth is..."

"...Marissa."
Marissa sighed, as the bag of chips landed nearby her.
"Well, guess the two of us reaching the finals together was a pipe dream..." Marissa said, as Ellis patted her back.
"Marissa… You gonna be okay?" Ellis asked, concerned.
"Yeah… I'm just a bit pissed that Chris used the most infamous scene in FF7 on us two." Marissa answered back. "Too soon, man..."
"In either case, if you wanna see Ellis off, please report over to the Dock." Chris stated.
At the Dock, Ellis was holding Marissa's hand, as Mozart and Verna were nearby.
"Well, so much for us two reaching the Finals together." Marissa muttered. "We been fightin' aside each other since day 1. And now, I'm working solo. Can I truly do this?"
Ellis gave a gentle look at Marissa. "Marissa… You're tougher than you think you are. You lasted this long, and you can last even longer. Why? Because you're my Dungeon Queen of a cutie. And that's NO lie. And our campaign we're on? We can always pause it until we're back together." Ellis stated warmly.
Marissa gave off a smile, as she grabbed Ellis, and landed him a huge kiss on the lips, as the Boat arrived. She separated, as Ellis, now blushing red and glowing, stumbled onto the boat, clearly with glee in his heart.
"And once I do win, or we're back together… Our campaign will continue on..." Marissa gave off a smile.
"Heh, guess you laid a powerful spell on him, big time..." Verna teased out loud.
"Er… Uh..." Ellis stumbled, as the boat set off, leaving the show… Marissa watched, as the boat went far beyond the horizon.
"As for the rest of you… You're safe… For now." Chris said out loud, as he made his leave.
Marissa started to walk back, as Verna walked next to her.
"Hey, sorry we all had to vote off your BF." Verna apologized. "Who knew that Cherri had a Chris idol, let alone dig one out of a bee's nest of all things?"
"If I can do it for him... Then I can achieve anything." Marissa smiled. "And no Beedrill wannabee's gonna stop us!"
"You said it!" Verna gave off a grin, as someone cleared their throat.
"Speaking of Beedrill… Did that buggy babe say something to the host about ditching that idol before those bees returned?" Mozart asked. "It's still sitting near the campfire."
"Yeah… Why?" Marissa asked, as there appeared to be some low-volume buzzing. They soon recognized that sound. "...Shit. RUN!"
The three ran into the house, as the buzzing got louder and louder…
Inside the Cottage…
Drake and Stella were watching cartoons, while Cherri made a visit to help lotion Stella's back.
"So, how long before my tat's completely healed?" Stella asked.
"Well, I would give it a couple more weeks. But it's getting there." Cherri smiled back. "And I made sure it was perfect so any touch-up work needs to be done."
Stella sighed. "A couple of weeks… I rather not go through that again."
"Well, word in the swarm says you're adopted. Don't ask how I know. Maybe you would like an adoption symbol-" Cherri teased.
"No, no… I'm good!" Stella quickly denied.
"I'm only joking, honest!" Cherri then chuckled, as she noticed Drake. "But how's your man? He seems out of it."
"He still thinks he nearly killed Sting. Which was only an accident." Stella answered back. "That, and he continues to say he broke Olivia's heart as well. Which seems out of nowhere."
"Well, I should explain. Olivia loved Sting, but Sting loves Moana. And Olivia usually crushes on who she determines bad boys." Cherri explained.
"...Like me? Would I qualify?" Drake asked out loud, having paid attention.
"Only if you dyed your hair blue and got pierced and tattooed." Cherri stated. "But knowing you, you're not gonna got through with it anyway. Either way, Olivia's been a sad sack ever since we returned back here from the pool."
"You… Think we should cheer her up?" Stella suggested. "Heartbreak's pretty dang bad."
"Trust me, I know..." Drake agreed.
"That… Sounds like a good idea." Cherri smiled back. "After all, despite you being on another team, you are the Cool Big Sis around here."
"Er… Explain?" Stella asked.
"You don't frequent TV Tropes, do ya?" Cherri questioned back.
"Not really..." Stella admitted.
"So, where is Olivia?" Drake asked.
"Well, I would try Ada and Nick's old room. It's the most empty room currently." Cherri suggested. "But it may be a bit difficult to walk in, to be honest. Believe me, I tried."
"I see..." Drake nodded. "Well, we'll try our best."
Chris was on stage, ready to give out the outro. Bees are circling behind him, with Freight donned in a Bee Keeper outfit trying to smoke them away.
"And thus, Ellis has left the game, and that's no lie! But now, these questions arise! Will Sting and Moana's friendship truly blossom into a lot more? Will Olivia get over losing her bad boy? Is Moana gonna be safe without her signature party member? Will Drake get over nailing Sting in the gonads? And who's the next one out? Find out next time! On..."
"Total!"
"Drama!"
"Geeks VS Populars!"
The bees got closer, as Freight continued to spray at them.
"Bee Keeper Freight, still at your service! But I recommend that you get inside, now." Freight suggested.
"Why?" Chris asked, as a bee flew past the host. "Yeow, that bee nearly nicked my beautiful nose!"
"Show no fear..." Freight warned.
"Forget this!" Chris yelled, as he ran away, leaving Freight to her own devices. She then looked at the camera.
"...Looks like I'm doing the intro next episode, huh?" Freight asked, as the camera almost seemingly nodded. "Welp, good thing I went to Magic Steve's hosting camp at age 9."
The Playa
The boat docked, as Ellis walked off it.
"I am surprised I was able to sail that thing after Freight jumped ship to battle bees of all things…" Ellis said to himself, as he looked forward. Some bass sounds were pounding through the walls. "And I guess Ada's partying down, I guess?"
"Don't you know it..." Lance remarked, arriving with Benny as well.
"So, how's my buggy babe back on the show?" Benny asked with a grin.
"Well, she kinda did a power play involving bees and an idol. Got her hand bandaged up at that after potentially being stung a lot." Ellis answered back.
Benny chuckled and Lance went wide-eyed. "That's my Entmologist gal!"
"Jeez! Is she THAT insane?" Lance asked, surprised and horrified that Cherri did such a thing.
"Lance, you don't know my girl that well, do ya?" Benny grinned.
"So, other than swinging my hips, what else is there to do?" Ellis asked.
"Well, relax. At least until the day arrives." Lance shrugged. "Not like someone like you would… Nevermind, forget that I said anything."
Ellis looked over at Lance, and shrugged, as he started to enter the Playa.

Ellis… What can I say about him? He was a last minute addition, after he was given to me by my good friend Shu-No Kurohi out of the blue, and I could see he went through several labels becoming the liar he once was. And with his story, it was about him getting over his lying all the time. I have to say, he very much succeeded at that mark, as he won over several friends, and won the heart of Marissa as well, even helping her with her fear as well. And hey, other than Ada/Nick, this was the first Interracial couple I ever truly tackled. Heck, he was slated to not win Marissa, until I saw that the two made for a really great couple.
Like him for his character and fibbing, or hate him for just being there to fill a few slots, this was his time to go.
NEXT TIME: Let's A-Go! It's a Mario themed Challenge!
Ellis: So long! And that ghostly bunny on your shoulder? It's not real. Gotta have one last lie before I hit the road!
