Dark side: i thought someone could only have one devil fruit, and another one would kill them
Me: That is true in the normal case, however there was a poll for who gets the Mera Mera no Mi and Luffy won it. Blackbeard has Two DFs (minimum, maybe more now) I believe he main reason why he has two is because He's a D (eventhough Whitebeard said he wasn't a true D) and since Luffy is also a D (a true one) he probably can have two as well.
Storylove5: Great chapter but i just have one question why would Mikoto have such a hard time channeling chakra to her eyes since she has sharingan?
Me: simple answer, there is 0 evidence that Mikoto had the Sharingan. There are absolutely 0 indications in the Manga and the Anime that even remotely stated that she had the haxed eyes. Yes she was a Jonin level ninja and an Uchiha, but that doesn't mean she automatically had the Sharingan. If you can find ANY CONCRETE evidence (from Kishimoto! Not Fan Based speculations) in the Manga that she had the Sharingan I shall stand corrected.
Paradoxreader: Nice crossover but i wish if you can keep naruto identity as the finance/the one she is suppose to fight in future a secret for a while longer at least until their fight in the future especially from erza ... In addition to that it will be nice for narutp and kurama to each develope their own special ability since if they don't then they will have the exact same ability... Overall nice story can't wait for the future updates...
Me: the fact that Naruto and Erza are "engaged" has not been revealed to anyone except Nyon. Minato, Kushina and Jiraiya don't know who Erza is and Naruto clearly doesn't know that he's betrothed to marry Erza

XXXV: Master Yoshi
Back tracking a bit and moving to a different location of the world, on Amazon Lily.
After the whole Nami vs Hancock fiasco the Robin, Nami Hancock, Marigold, Sandersonia, Margurite and Erza were all together in one room discussing what had happened
"So it's official?" Robin asked Nami with a knowing smile.
Nami flashed the older woman a smile before she showed all the women her left hand, or more specifically the ring that was on her ring finger. There was nothing too fancy about the ring. It was a simple golden band with a red ruby embedded in a golden rose.
"So you and Luffy are engaged now?" Margurite asked
"Yeah you could say that" Nami said "I don't know when or even if we'll get married. But I am pretty sure it's going to be after we achieve our dreams…"
"If you want you two could be married tonight." Hancock said, speaking up for the first time
"What do you mean?" Nami asked confused
"I mean I am the empress of this island and therefore the ruler so hypothetically speaking I could marry you and Luffy at any time." Hnacock replied "Another thing is that Since both Luffy and I are captains you two can legally be married on your ship at any time."
"Really?" Nami asked to which Hancock nodded "Thank you Ane-chan!" Nami then proceeded to hug the empress out of sheer gratitude, kind of forgetting all the gripes she had with the empress. Hancock didn't know how to react to this and looked very uncomfortable but soon gave in and returned the hug
Robin chuckled at the scene. "So it's settled?"
"yeah I've got to tell Luffy this!" Nami happily exclaimed as she let go of the Empress "Thank You Hancock!"
Over with the guys they were having a rather tense conversation. Everyone, except Zoro who was sleeping against a column, was in on the grilling of one Monkey D Luffy, well specifically Sanji for obvious reasons.
"So…" Sanji growled in a low tone while he grilled Luffy "You and Nami-swan are engaged."
"Uhhh…yes" Luffy replied feeling rather uncomfortable before the cook.
"If you EVER and I mean even ONCE make her cry, I WILL skin you alive and feed you to the FISH!" Sanji promised as he gripped Luffy by the collar.
"I would never do that!" Luffy retorted
"Promise!"
"Leave him alone dartboard" Zoro said waking up from another nap "If he says he isn't going to hurt Nami he won't."
"Shut up marimo or I'm gonna put dead rats in your next meal!" FWOOOM yellow flames surrounded the blond cook
"Go ahead! Better yet make sure they got some deadly disease! My immune system could use the workout!" FWOOOOM a large amount of blue fire surrounded the swordsman
"AAAAAHHHH!" Chopper screamed waving his hoofs between the two men stopping them before they could go at it. "None of that! None of that!"
"Find I'll kill you later dolt." Zoro said
"Luffy-san I am jealous of you" Brook said as he took a sip of tea from his cup.
"Why?" Luffy asked
"You get to look at Nami-san's panties everyday…sip"
"I still don't see the point of your obsession with them." Luffy said folding his arms. "Seriously Nami and I've been together for almost a year now… I'm pretty sure she'd beat me up if I asked her to see her panties."
"OW!" Franky yelled as he slapped Luffy on the back "Today's a great day! Mugiwara's becoming a Man! OW! YO USOPP! BROOK! CHOPPA! KURAMA! NARUTO! LET'S CELERATE!"
"YEAH!" the six party animals yelled as they began to dance like morons.
CRASH the doors to the room burst open and in ran Nami. She ran straight over to Luffy and pulled him into a hug. Tears of happiness could clearly be seen in her eyes. "sniff…Luffy guess what?" she asked wiping away one of those joyous tears.
"What?" Luffy asked grinning
"If you want…we can get married sooner rather than later…"
"We Can?" Nami nodded
"Hancock said that since she's the ruler here she can marry us."
"That's awesome!" Luffy yelled happily "Let's do it then!"
"Wait Luffy!" Nami said catching her captain's attention. She took a deep breath. "On my way over her I was thinking…the other option is to wait until we accomplish our dreams…"
"Nami…?"
"At first getting married right away seems like a great idea but…" she looked down "I don't want to distract you from your dream…" Luffy remained silent and listened to his Navigator "So…I would like to get married sooner but…later is probably the best thing…" she stopped when she felt a familiar object being placed on her head and a pair of lips cutting her off. For the two lovers there wasn't anyone else in the room.
"Ahmmm!" Zoro coughed catching the couple's attention "If you two are done…"
"Oh yeah!" Luffy said "Nami whatever makes you happy is OK with me. If you don't want to get married right away then OK. We'll do it later…but let me say this. Us getting married won't distract me from my dream, nor will it you from yours" he placed a finger on her chin lifting her face slightly "We'll all accomplish our dreams! No matter how long it takes!"
"WAHHHHAHAHAHAAH!" Franky Brook and Kurama cried
"OW!" Franky said between tears "DAT…SNIFF…WUZ…SNIFF… DOOO…SNIFF… BUTIFUL!"
"It's so beautiful I'm crying my eyes out! Ah but I have no eyes! YOHOHOHO!"
"You don't have tear ducts either…" Chopper said
"Eh Kurama are you crying?" Naruto asked turning towards a teary eyed fox
"NO!" The Nine tailed fox yelled back while wiping his eyes "I'm just sweating through my eyes!"
"Sure you are…" Naruto said rolling his eyes.
One more we must move to the other side of the world in order to see what Kushina, Mikoto, Natsumi and Menma are up to at the Uzushiogakure Hidden Temple.
The three women found themselves kneeling in a large chamber. Kushina was in the middle holding Menma, Mikoto was off Kushina's left while Natsumi was off Kushina's right. Mikihisa and Yúan standing on Mikoto's left and Natsumi's right respectively. Shen was standing about five feet in front of the group, his head was lowered and covered with about three lumps as a short old man was scolding him.
The old man was very short with white puffy hair that shot outward in the back with a bald area on the top of his head and black eyes. He wore traditional Blue Japanese style robe with a dark red vest over it and a leaf themed haramaki around his waist, he wore geta sandals with socks, was smoking a three foot long pipe and had a two foot long walking stick behind his back.
"So Shen got anything else you'd like to add?" the old man asked in a raspy voice
"No Yoshi-sensei…" Shen said
"OK…phweeee" Yoshi exhailed a large amount of smoke which drifted right into Shen's face making the Assistant to the Master cough. "Now then…who are you three again?" he asked turning to the three women and the baby
"Yoshi-san you already asked this question…"
"No I didn't" the old man took another puff of smoke
"O…K…This is Uchiha Mikoto…" Kushina gestured to the black haired woman "My daughter Natsumi…and my son Menma" She gestured to two of her three children. "And I'm Uzumaki-Namikaze Kushina."
"Ah yes you're the Umikaze-Namimaki family" Yoshi said puffing out another cloud of smoke "Kushina, Mushi and Kazumi. And this must be Uchiwa Yahakino"
"Those aren't out names" all three women said waiving their hands in front of their faces.
"Sensei" Mikihisa spoke up. The old man turned to the redhead, taking another puff of smoke as he did "Never mind" he said
"Alright you four I had my doubts about training you because of what did you your son Kushime." the old man stood before all three women "Mushi-kun has the best chance of accomplishing his training. Mikihisa Yúan will be in charge of training Mushi-kun. Shen will train you three…phweeew."
"Thank you sensei!" she said bowing to the little man
"After I speak with Kushina." He said seriously
"Yes sensei" Mikihisa Yúan and Shen said bowing. Mikoto and Natsumi got up and followed shen out of the room while Kushina reluctantly handed Menma over to Yúan. Soon the only people in the room were Kushina and Yoshi.
"So Kushina…" the old man said leaning forward on his walking stick. "Three years ago you and your husband made a mistake yes?" Kushina only looked down at her knees. "Oddly enough it was the same mistake your father made so long ago; thirty nine years ago if I'm not mistaken…You really are your father's daughter."
"M-my father neglected his own child?" Kushina asked bewildered
"Yes…He practically abandoned Hadario for Ryūboku then he did the same thing again about eight years later with you." Kushina was completely stunned, her father had committed the same mistake that she and Minato had only on a much worse scale doing it to two of his four children.
"Words cannot describe how disappointed I am with you for doing this to your own flesh and blood." Yoshi said "However your father's main reasons were because you eldest sister fell in love with someone who wasn't a member of the clan."
"Who was it?"
"I have no idea. No one met the man who captured Hadario's heart. The only things I know is that he rescued her during the four years she went missing."
"I never heard this story."
"Of course you didn't as it shamed the entire clan. When she was twelve Hadario was kidnapped, we don't know who did it or why, but we didn't see her or hear from her for the next four years…by then Ryūboku had already been born...and your father began to pour all his attention to Ryūboku and over the next four years while Hadario was constantly trying to get a team of shinobi to return to where she was held."
He blew out a puff of smoke and recalled some old memories…
'Hadario-sama what's the matter?'
'It's nothing Old Man Yoshi…sniff…'
'Is this about that boy you won't stop talking about?'
'he's not just A boy! I love him!'
Hadario… You know you can never be with him…As the Heiress to the clan and The next in line to replace Mito-sama-'
'Why can't I live my life the way I want to? Its always do this! Or Do that! Or; No you can't do this because of that! Why can't I marry for love?'
'Our clan has never-'
'Mito-sama did!'
'yes but that was only because Hashirama-sama was a well-respected shinobi and a distant cousin to our clan.'
'Old Man Yoshi…sniff…please…sniff…just help me save him!'
'Why are you so obsessed with returning to that hellhole? Those monsters kept you locked up in there for four years and yet you want to return? What's so important there?'
'The man who saved me is still trapped there! And I promised I would return for him! Father refuses to send any shinobi to save him so I'm begging you!'
'It's been four years! How do you know he's even alive?'
'I just know…He's a natural born fighter, he gave off an aura of a king when I first met him…'
'…'
'Yoshi-sama…?'
'Fine I'll help…but your father won't like it…'
'You don't know how happy this makes me Old Man Yoshi!'
"What your father did was, in his mind, for the good of the entire clan. In his mond he could never allow his own flesh and blood to become tainted by outside blood. Had Hadadio never been kidnapped and had Ryūboku never met that man, this clan and the village probably would still be around."
"When exactly did Hadario and Ryūboku leave?"
"Your eldest sister left for good when she was only twenty shortly after a rescue mission that she led, and we haven't heard of or from her since. As for Ryūboku…phweeew…he left about a year after you were sent to Konoha…"
"You mentioned Ryūboku met someone." Kushina asked "He wouldn't by chance have worn a yellow-orange mask with a single eyehole and black waves on it?"
"hmmm…" Yoshi pondered "No, Ryūboku never met anyone like that in his life as far as I'm concerned…The relationship between Ryūboku and the men he met began when Ryūboku was only seven…
'Arrgh! Avast Me Hearties!'
'Ryūboku what are you doing?'
'Ahh Yoshi-sama look at me! I'm going on an Adventure!'
'And what will you do on this Adventure of yours?'
'I'm searching the world for buried treasure!'
'That's quiet ambitious Ryūboku, but what about your responsibilities as the clan heir?'
'What about them? I didn't see that stopping Hadario from leaving. Besides what's the point of living if you can't do what you want?'
'That's a valid point but as the heir of the clan-'
'Screw the clan! When the captain returns I'm gonna prove to him I'm strong enough to go with him on his next adventure! Once that happens I'm gonna go with them.'
'Your father will miss you Ryūboku.'
'No he won't…ever since mom and Araumi died he's focused almost all his attention on Kushina-chan. In the short time that I've known the captain I felt closer to him than I ever felt with my own father! Why do you think he gave me his hat? face it Old man He'll be glad when I'm gone!'
'Ryūboku…'
But that is a story for another time…phweew…for now you have some training to do Kushina."
"Yes Sensei." Kushina said putting her fist in her open palm and bowing. Soon after she left the chamber Yoshi breathed out a large amount of smoke and closed his eyes as more old memories of Hadario and Ryūboku
Outside Kushina met with Shen, Natsumi and Mikoto in the training grounds. Both Mikoto and Natsumi were sweating profusely while Shen stood there calmly.
"Ah Kushina-san it was about time you arrived" Shen said "I hope you're ready"
"Ready for what?"
"We're going to have a little spar." Shen said holding his hands out in front of him, both with the thumb and pinky folded in.
"Kushina be careful!" Mikoto warned her best friend "Natsumi and I couldn't even touch him!"
"Im not like them Shen." Kushina said as she pulled of her outfit revealing herself to be wearing a skin tight navy blue suit that exposed her midriff and lower shins, there were bracers on her arms, and a flak jacket while her long red hair was pulled back in a high ponytail with two strands framing her face and a Leaf headband was on her forehead. On her back was a katana in a white sheath. She reached up and pulled her katana out of its sheath
"You've already drawn your sword?" Shen asked
"I only do when facing a powerful opponent, like Starjun. I can already tell you're very powerful."
"I'm flattered." Shen said as he placed his right thumb over his right pinky, at the same time he placed his middle finger over his right ring and index fingers. "For that I'll use my bloodline. Come at me with the intent to kill…"
"You have a bloodline?"
"Yep, I got it from my mother." She cocked back his right hand "Watch closely or you'll miss it." Kushina charged Shen as fast as she could, swinging her blade for his head. KLANG Shen raised his right hand and intercepted the katana strike with his bare flesh.
"What? Kushina wondered. Breifly she could have sworn there was a kunai hovering around his right hand, colliding with the blade. While Kushina was bewildered Shen raised his left hand to his lips in a half hand sign.
'Kōton: Chimei-tekina Ken Reppū!' He took a sharp intake of air. BOOOOM-WOOOSH A massive wind emerged from Shen's mouth and swallowed Kushina as it tore through the arena. The wind alone was fierce enough to tear through solid rock with slight resistance, add that to the thousands of small blades dancing in the gale and you have one terrifying technique. Kushina barely was able to raise her sword, as she was thrown around, to divert the wind around her to avoid maximum damage. When the fierce wind died down Kushina stood just off the far wall, covered in small scratch wounds and her sword held up in front of her.
"What the Hell was that?" She demanded
"Part of my bloodline" Shen said raising his right hand in its strange position; he also raised his left hand. Its middle finger was placed over the index and ring fingers while the pinky and the thumb were spread out wide. "From my mother I inherited the lost art of Kōton. As far as I know, I am the last remaining Steel Release user in the world. Now watch closely…" He cocked back his right hand "KUNAI!" he shouted as he thrust his right arm forward. BOOOOOM In that instant a black Kunai, larger than normal, emerged from Shen's hand and rocketed towards Kushina.
The red haired Shinobi raised her sword and swung down to intercept the large kunai. KLANG Sparks flew as the two blades collided with great force. KREEESH-BOOOOOM after a struggle Kushina managed to slice the kunai in half and the two pieces sailed right by her, crashing into the far wall as they did.
"Nice spring loaded Kunai Shen. Kushina said as Shen simply smiled.
"Shuriken Storm!" Shen flung his left arm forward and out of nowhere thirty shuriken formed out of thin air and flew right at Kushina. The red haired kunoichi dodged and weaved through the oncoming shuriken, only getting a small cut on her shoulder.
"If it's OK with you I'll be attacking now." She added grinning.
"About time if you ask me" Shen replied holding his hands out to either side; each one in its own unique position. "Let's have some fun."
