Wooooooooooo! Finally a new chapterrrrr! Thank again for everyone's support and luv, y'all know how much it means to meee! I feel like I', supposed to say something but i'm forgetting what so if I was supposed to say something tell me okkkkk. THIS CHAPTER HAS NOT BEEN EDITED YET! "Expelliarmus!" He croaked, pointing Ron's wand at them.

Alice's, Harry's and Hermione's wand shot out of their hands and flew right in Black's own bony hand. His eyes lingered on Harry but focussed on Alice, who seemed frozen in place. Black opened and closed his mouth a few times..

"You—You look like both of us," Black said hoarsely. "Like your mum and I…"

Alice only stared at him, her face pale as a sheet.

"I always thought about you, but never I imagined you so perfect…" He took a step forward and stretched out his arm. Alice flinched and took a step back. Something flashed in Black's eyes and he pulled back.

"I'm not going to hurt you," He said calmly, "I would never—"

"Liar!" Harry suddenly said. "You killed them, my mum and dad, Alice's mum too. And you're going to try to kill us both!" He positioned himself in front of Alice. Hermione suddenly leaped forward and stepped in front of them.

"If you want to kill them you're going to have to kill us too!" She said. Ron made an agreeing noise as he tried to get up.

"Lie down, you're only going to hurt you leg even more." He said quietly.

"Didn't you hear us? You have to get through all of us!" Ron cried out, still struggling to get up.

"There will only be one murder tonight." Black said calmly.

"Oh? Only one? Why's that?" Harry taunted pushing Hermione out of his way. "Didn't seem to care when you killed all those muggles? When you killed Pettigrew! When you murdered your own wife, the mother of your child…What's the matter? Gone soft in Azkaban?" Black's face drained of all of it's blood and tinged green.

"I never—"

"YOU KILLED MY MUM AND MY DAD!" Harry roared. He suddenly threw himself on Black, forgetting about magic, forgetting he was a scrawny thirteen year old kid whereas Black was a tall, full-grown man. Harry was fuelled by this rage, he wanted to hurt. Black didn't even raise his wand, he just fell backwards, Harry on top of him. Harry gripped the man's bony wrists trying to force the wand out of his hand.

Jets of sparks shot every way, Hermione was screaming, Ron was yelling. Harry was punching every part of Black he could find when he felt the older man's shrunken fingers wrap around his throat. Harry choked as the grip tightened.

"No," Black hissed, "I—have—waited—too—long"

Suddenly, Alice's foot swung inches away from Harry's face. Black let go of Harry, grunting in pain as he clutched his broken nose. Ron and Hermione had thrown themselves on Black to keep him from getting up. There was a the faint sound of clatter; Black had dropped the wands. Alice and Harry both threw themselves towards their wand but Alice suddenly cried out in pain.

Crookshanks had jumped on her, his claw sinking deep into her arm. Harry grabbed the cat by it's tail and threw him in the corner but the feline was darting back towards their wands.

Alice tried to kick Crookshanks aside. The cat jumped aside and hissed at her. Harry grabbed both of their wands and yelled at Ron and Hermione to get out of his way. They scrambled to take their wands and Hermione helped Ron getting on the four-poster bed. His face was getting green as both of his hand clutched his injured leg.

Black was sprawled on the floor, breathing heavily. His nose was bleeding and a purple bruise was forming under his left eye as he watched Harry walked towards him, his wand pointed directly at the man's chest.

"Are you going to try to kill me Harry?" He asked.

"You killed my parents. And Alice's mum" Harry said, his voice was shaking but his grip on his wand was firm and steady.

"I am responsible for their deaths, yes," Black said quietly. "But if you knew the whole story—"

"The whole story?" Alice spat, speaking for the first time. "You sold them to Voldemort! And made it back home in time to kill my mother!"

"You have to listen to me," Black said, his tone urgent. "You have to know everything, you don't understand—"

"We understand perfectly!" Harry said loudly. "Do you know what I hear each time a Dementor's around? My mum… trying to stop Voldemort from killing me… begging him to kill her instead! Do you know how many times you daughter cried because of you?"

"And what do you think I hear?" Black shouted brokenly. "I hear my infant daughter crying for me and her mother! No need to say that I'll hear her calling me a murderer for the rest of my life if you two don't hear me out!"

Before anyone else could say anything, Crookshanks streaked past Harry and settled himself right over Black's heart. Black blinked and nudged the cat.

"Get off," He murmured, but the cat wouldn't budge, the feline just stared at Harry defiantly. Hermione sobbed quietly.

Harry stared at the cat. So what if he had to kill the cat too? At this point, Harry didn't even care who else got hurt, as long as he could avenge his parents, as long as he could hurt Black. And the cat seemed to know what he was getting into. If Black saved the cat, it would only prove he cared more about the animal then Harry's parents, or his own daughter.

Harry raised his wand, now was the time to do it… Now was the time to avenge his mother and father. To avenge Alice's mother. The room was completely silent…Until they heard the sound of footsteps—someone was downstairs!

"WE'RE UP HERE!" Hermione screamed suddenly. "WE'RE HERE! HELP! SIRIUS BLACK!"

Black made no movement of getting up but Harry still glared at him, gripping his wand, daring him to move. A little voice in his head was telling him to do it now but it was too late already; the footsteps were thundering up the stairs and the door flew open.

Professor Lupin rushed in the room, his face drained of the blood that was circulating in his veins, he looked at Ron, who was lying helplessly on the four poster bed, Hermione, who was curled up on the floor, Alice, who looked at him with a relieved expression, Harry, who had his wand still pointed at Sirius Black and then finally at Black himself, who was gazing back at his daughter, barely acknowledging Lupin.

ALICE P.O.V

Alice's heart fluttered in relief as she saw her 'guardian' burst in the room. She usually didn't hide behind him, she had gotten out of trouble all by herself many times but this was something else, she knew she just couldn't deal with this situation alone. This was not like any mess she had ever been in, She could deal with dangerous situations, where she had to fight to survive, but this was different. This was something emotional. This was her father, a murderous lunatic but her father nonetheless. This showdown with him had been featured in so many fantasies and so many nightmares yet it hadn't been enough to prepare her for this. She had so many mixed feelings about the whole ordeal that she felt like she was going to explode and it was in those moments that she needed her Dyadya, he was her rock, the only one until Harry who could really help her deal with her emotions. She almost wanted to run up to him and hide in his shirt like she did when she was younger but his wand was already raised…towards Harry?

"Experlliarmus!" He shouted.

Harry's, Ron's, Hermione's and her own wand shot out of their grip to Lupin's free hand. He then pointed his wand at Sirius Black.

"Well, well, Sirius, looking rather ragged aren't we? Finally… the flesh reflects the madness within…" He said.

"Well, you'd know all about the madness within wouldn't you Remus?" Her father answered. It looked almost as if… they were joking with each other…

"Where is he?" Lupin asked. Alice frowned, what was he playing at? Where was who?

The two man stared at each other, her father looked as if he couldn't believe what was happening, like he wasn't sure what Lupin meant. Very slowly, he raised a bony hand and pointed at Ron, to everyone's astonishment.

"That was it? That's how he did it?" Lupin asked, more to himself than to anyone else. "But… how? Why haven't he showed? Unless…"His face drained of colour and he looked at Alice, " "Unless you switched… without telling anyone…"

"I couldn't risk it…I couldn't risk them… He would have known how to get to me…" Black whispered.

"Professor," Harry began, "Professor what are you—" But he was cut abruptly as Lupin lowered his wands and to Alice's horror, helped Black up and hugged him as a brother. Alice felt herself suddenly grow cold. That man had helped raise her, the first she had told when she lost a tooth, if scraped her knee… He had witnessed her first exhibit of magic… He had always been there. And all this time, it had been an act, he had been secretly siding with her father… She felt empty and betrayed.

"I DON'T BELIEVE IT! YOU…YOU AND HIM?" Hermione screamed. Dya–Lupin tried to calm her down but it was useless, she was hysterical .

"I didn't tell anyone!" She went on. Lupin visibly paled and Alice's head snapped in Hermione's direction. "I could've but I didn't!"

"Hermione, listen, don't–" Lupin began but to no avail.

"We trusted you! Alice trusted you!" Hermione cried, "But all this time… All this time you've been his ally!" She hesitated a bit. "He's a werewolf!"

Her words echoed, no one said a thing… They were all too shocked to even breathe.

"As expected from the brightest witch of her age…" Lupin murmured, "But I'm afraid you are not entirely right. I have not been Sirius' ally, I didn't know where he was until he was spotted not far from here… Of course I didn't want to believe it, I didn't want him anywhere near Alice or Harry, but his little stunt on Halloween proved that he was indeed trying to get to them…But I won't deny that I am a werewolf."

Ron whimpered and as Lupin turned around to face him, he crawled back, trying to get away from his teacher. Lupin stiffly turned back around to face Hermione. "But may i ask how you found out?" His eyes sliding over Alice who dared not to look at him.

"I had every right to tell her, she's my friend. But even then, she already was suspecting it, I only confirmed her suspicions…" She said coldly.

"I've known for ages now," Hermione said. "Since Professor Snape set the essay…"

Lupin sniffed. "I'm sure that it was his plan… That someone would make the links between my behaviour and the symptoms… Was it by checking the moon chart? Did you noticed that my absences where always around the full moon? Or was it the moon boggart?"

"Both."

Lupin gave a weird strangled laugh.

"You really are the cleverest witch of your age…"

"I don't think so," Hermione said. "If I had been, I would have told everyone about what you are a lot sooner!"

"But most do," Lupin said. "At least, the staff does."

"And you still got the job? Dumbledore hired you even though he knew you were a werewolf? Is he barking mad?" Ron cried out.

"Not all welcomed me so warmly. Some… had to be convinced that I was trustworthy–"

"BUT YOU AREN'T! HE WAS WRONG!" Harry yelled and Alice noticed how his hands, balled in fists, were shaking of rage. "YOU HAVE BEEN HELPIN HIM ALL THIS TIME!"

He glared at Black as he dragged himself to the four-poster bed, making Ron try to get as far as he could from him but Black didn't even notice, his face was in his hands.

"I have not been helping Sirius, if you would just let me explain–I… Look," He handed them all back their wands. "You all are armed and protected. Now, if you'd just listen…"

Harry eyed him suspiciously… Was he trying to trick them?

"If you have not been trying to help him, how did you know he was here? that we were here?" He asked.

"The map." Lupin said simply. "I saw you all come here, following Sirius Black, through the Marauder's Map.

"You know how it works?" Alice asked eyeing him warily. her input made her father look up once more, his gaze fixed up on her. Her eyes travelled towards him and met his briefly before she looked away though she new he was still looking at her.

"Of course I do," Lupin said hastily, "I'm one of the creators of the map, one of the Marauders… I'm Moony, that is what my friends called me at school."

"You're–?"

"The important thing being that I had been surveying it because I had a an idea that you four would sneak out to see Hagrid before the Hippogriff's execution. Turns out I was right." Lupin explained.

"But no one saw us…" Ron mumbled and a ghost of a smile passed over Lupin's face.

"If you knew the number of times I saw James disappearing under it, Sirius and I often joining him…" Lupin trailed off and Black gave a soft chuckle. "Even though you were the cloak, you still appear on the map, I saw you four enter Hagrid's cabin but when you came out, you were 5."

"What?" Harry exclaimed, "no we weren't!" He turned to look at Alice who shook her head, denying it too.

"Oh but I couldn't believe it either," Said Lupin, "I thought the map was not working properly, after all these years… But he was there, he was with you."

"There wasn't anyone with us!" Insisted Hermione.

"But then I saw another dot approaching," Lupin continued. "Labeled as Sirius Black, I saw him run into you and pulled two of you into the Whomping Willow."

"It was only me!" Cried Ron, "He only dragged me!"

"No, Ron." Lupin said, You were two… Could I have a look at your rat actually?"

"What?" Ron asked, "No! Keep away from Scabbers! He hasn't anything to do with this!" Scabbers appeared not willing to get close to Lupin either as he began to squirm away from the werewolf's intense stare.

"That's not a rat." Croaked Black suddenly.

"What? Of course he,s a rat you lunatic!"

"No… No, he's not." announced Lupin. "He's a wizard."

"Actually an Animagus," said Black. "By the name of Peter Pettigrew."

Wow I hope I haven't let anyone downnnnn! I hope you all liked this! Also I hope you liked the Alice POV, It's been a while since I've done one (and since I've done anything, really) so I thought it would be nice to have one here! Please please please reviewwwwww!
