"We never tell anyone about this." Maxwell hissed and Livy just chuckled.

"Why not? It's sweet that you're doing this for Nura. I know she'll really appreciate this." Livy smiled. She and Maxwell broke into Nura's house while the woman was out and started decorating it for Christmas.

Maxwell overheard how Nura wanted to decorate for Christmas but never had the time.

"She's lucky to have an employee so dedicated." Livy smirked. "Are office relationships allowed?" At that statement, Maxwell's face turned dark red.

"I-I don't love her! I told you my type and you know it. I'm looking for blonde hair, blue eyes and big tits. All three Nura lacks. I just wanna do something nice for her since she's been really nice and understanding to me." Maxwell sputtered.

"Uh huh. Sure." Livy smirked, rolling her eyes.

They were quickly finished with the decorations and Maxwell left a wrapped present under the tree.

"Aw, you got her something." Livy beamed, and she would have sworn that Maxwell was blushing.

"Well, she said that after I fixed the draft in her apartment that it still occasionally got cold so-"

"Wait, you fixed a draft?" A scene from one of Livy's favorite books flashed through her mind. It was from Holes when the school teacher kept saying things were broken and a guy named Sam kept saying, 'I can fix that.'

"Livy, don't be getting any ideas. I just help her around when she needs it. It's nothing." Maxwell grumbled, looking down at the present.

"So what did you get her? Sorry I cut you off the first time." Maxwell let out a loud sigh, but told the girl.

"I got her some sweaters and something that she kept eyeing in a store window." He shrugged.

"Something she was eyeing in the store window? Like what?" Livy couldn't help but pry.

"It's none of your business." Maxwell grunted, but Livy pouted.

"Pleeease. I gotta know."

"Fine, but don't go blabbing it to her."

"Cross my heart and hope to die. Now, what did you get her?"

"I got her a necklace she was eyeing at the store window. She said that she wanted to buy it but she felt like she'd be spoiling herself too much and that it was too fancy for her to wear anyway." Maxwell explained. "But I think she'd look beautiful in it, and I know that she hates buying things for herself because then she feels selfish, but she's not being selfish at all. She's one of the most kindest people I ever met so she shouldn't feel wrong spoiling herself. So I got it for her."

Livy couldn't help smirking.

"You really like her."

"Shut up! I already told you that it isn't like that."

"Whatever you say." Livy chuckled and the two finished up with the decorating.

Needless to say, Nura was very shocked and grateful when she walked back into her house and found colorful lights and decorations everywhere.

When Livy visited the bakery the next day, Nura was wearing a silver necklace.

"Where'd you get that necklace? It looks really nice on you." Livy grinned and Nura blushed a bit.

"It seems that Santa broke into my house and gave it to me." she smiled and Livy laughed.

"You don't say."
