~Chapter Thirty-Four: Death Becomes Her~

Alexander's POV

Looking up as I hear a gasp come from my right I turn my head to see Raven staring at me in shock and I knew my eyes were glowing. Smiling a little to reassure her I move around to the front of Luna. Before I could say anything else she screamed, "WAIT ALEXANDER PLEASE! LET ME EXPLAIN."

"EXPLAIN WHAT?" I growled. "HOW YOU TRIED TO KILL MY SON AND FIANCE? HOW YOU WENT AROUND TOWN BRAGGING ABOUT IT? HOW YOU PLANNED TO DO IT AGAIN? OR THAT YOU HAD PLANS TO KILL YOUR OWN FAMILY? THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN SAY NOW TO CHANGE WHATS ABOUT TO HAPPEN."

"B b b but your suppose to be with me. We were promised to each other and I was always told that I would be your queen. Than all of a sudden you change your mind, move away and fall in love with a HUMAN! HOW FUCKED UP IS THAT? I WAS HUMAN AND YOU REJECTED ME, BUT THIS IRRELEVANT TRAMP WALTZ IN AND YOUR SUDDENLY LOVE STRUCK? WHAT DOES SHE HAVE THAT I DON'T? WHAT COULD SHE POSSIBLE GIVE YOU THAT I CAN'T?"

"THAT IS NONE OF YOUR FUCKING BUSINESS...I NEVER MADE THAT AGREEMENT TO MATE YOU AND WITH OR WITHOUT RAVEN I NEVER WILL! I DON'T WANT YOU!" With that being said I manifested some tape over her mouth and inhaled deeply. Reaching deep within me I closed my eyes until I felt all the power I had in me rise to the fore front. Opening my eyes and looking straight at her I decided to start her torture.

Summoning a ball of fire I threw it so it could create a circle around her in the chair. Focusing on her right shoulder I reached out with my power and broke her bone. Making it push out through her skin as she screamed in agony. Smirking I sealed her shoulder close with the bone on the outside. After repeating the same method with her other shoulder, I summoned some lightning and aimed them at her bones. Watching the lightning going through her over and over while she screamed gave me an immense sense of joy. Once I saw her shoulders were black and blooded I decided to give her a small break and turn to the computer screen.

"That was only the beginning. Hmmm I wonder what else I could do?"

"Alexander wait?" I heard coming from the screen. I waited as the person stepped forward, until that moment I didn't realize it was her mother. "Please don't do this, just send her home to us. PLEASE?"

"I can't do that Mrs. Maxwell. She was going to kill the people I love. I won't let that go. I warned you numerous times to keep her under wraps and everytime she managed to fool you. Not this time, SHE DIES TONIGHT!" I growled out.

Manifesting a chair, I sat in front of Luna and decided to have a little fun with her mind. Using my mind I released one of her arms. Getting into her head was much easier than I thought, once our minds were linked I sent out the command for her to use her nails and dig into her skin. Her mouth was screaming "NO" but her body acted on my command. I watched as she dug into her left arm over and over again until clumps of skin and blood lie on the floor by her feet. When I saw that she reached the bone I stopped her and manifested a knife. Walking over to her I handed it to her and whispered, "Slice open your knees!"

"Please Alexander don't make me? I'm sorry and I promise I won't try it again. Just please stop!"

"But I thought you liked torture? Isn't that what you had planned on doing to my love? Now slice them open!" I watched as she tried to fight the command but in the end she lost. She sliced first her right knee and leg all the way to the bones, than she did her left one. Hearing all the scared yet fascinated voices coming from the computer screen I paused long enough to see Raven had turned her back and covered her eyes.

Momentarily leaving Luna to her own devices I walked over to Raven, "Love are you okay?"

"Yes, I I I just don't want to watch. I don't want our son to see you like this."

"Me either but she needs to die and I wanted you here so that you will know she is dead."

"I understand. I just" she sighed, "I just don't like seeing you this way. I know it has to be done I just wish you would kill her already so we could leave."

Before I could even come up with a response I heard everyone yell "NO" right before I saw the knife I gave to Luna sailing through the air right at Raven's belly. Before I could react I saw this blue wall wrap around Raven and when the knife hit it, it shattered to pieces. Not touching her at all. What the hell? Reaching out tentatively, I touched the wall and nothing happened to me. I pushed my fingers through to touch Raven and again nothing happened. All the "Oohs and Aahs" coming from the screen almost distracted me until I figured out where the wall came from.

Leaning back I said, "Thank you son for protecting your mother." Kissing her cheek and rubbing her belly I turned back to a shocked Luna and a bunch of vampires (on screen and off). "Tsk Tsk Tsk Luna, you tried and failed yet again. Seems my son can protect his mother just fine." Walking up to her as my eyes flamed red I didn't hestitate to shove my hand through her chest and rip out her heart. "Silly bitch you never did learn." Seeing the pure terror in her eyes as I hold her heart in my hand. Manifesting an axe in my other hand I lift it open and swung it at her neck beheading her. Her head flew across the room and with a menacing laugh I conjured up a ball of fire and threw it at her body. When it turned to ash in a matter of seconds, I quickly grabbed her head and went to the screen. Holding her head in one hand and her heart in the other I said, "And this is what happens when you fucking cross me. DEATH TO ALL TRAITORS WITH NO MERCY!" I said right before I sent her remaining body parts bursting into flames.

Wiping the ash from my hands I walked to Raven, wrapped my arms around her and headed towards the door. Right before we walked out I turned to Demitri, Siri, and Sebastien and said, "Finish up! If they have any questions tell them to save it for later. I'm taking my family home."

And than we left. We walked the ten minutes home in complete silence. I know Raven wanted to say something but she didn't. Which I was thankful for because I still hadn't calmed down enough to make my eyes return to normal. When we reached the house, we went inside and she ran me a bath. When she started to leave the bathroom I said, "Will you join me please?"

"Yes. I was just going to get us a snack and some blood. Little man's starving and I know you have to be too."

"Oh that sounds nice."

"Get inside and relax for a bit until I come back."

"Ok love." When she left the room, I got undressed and into the tub. I closed my eyes and leaned my head back. I must have sat there for fifteen minutes before she returned with a tray. Once she got undressed and got in with me, I opened my eyes. She handed me a goblet and I drunk half in one gulp.

"Are you ok Alexander?"

"I'm fine. Just a little tired and a bit sad."

"You didn't like doing that did you?"

"No. I don't want to have to kill anyone."

"Well at least we know our son is AWESOME!"

Smiling, knowing thats why she said it, I replied, "Was there ever any doubt? Look who is parents are!"

"You right what was I thinking."

"Are you okay with what you saw? I didn't scare you did I?"

"No Alexander, you didn't scare me. I was more worried about how you would react after it was over."

"Yeah me too. Anywa lets talk about something else."

"Like?"

"How beautiful you look naked"

"Oh stop it" She blushed. And just like that I was feeling much better. We ate our snacks and enjoyed our bath before heading off to our room and lying down together just holding each other.

Sebastien's POV

I walked over to the computer and saw all the vampires still logged in, staring in fear and shock. Yeah that's the only way to describe it and I can't really blame them. Alexander was beyond scary when he was like that.

"Umm are there any questions or comments to what happened here tonight?"

"Yes? Umm umm what happened to the knife that flew at his fiance?"

"I would say the baby shattered it."

"But how? Its not even born yet."

"He's powerful, like his father. His powers have already come in."

"Wow." They all said.

"So was this just to show us his strength or what?"

"No. It was most definitely a warning to anyone who tries to come after his family again. I wouldn't advise it either because he could have done a lot worse. I'm pretty sure he would have, had she not thrown that knife." Said Demitri.

"Any other questions?"

"No" They all said.

"Good I call this meeting over, until next time." Everyone signed off except for the Maxwells. I saw the mother crying, holding on tightly to her husband.

"Jagger?" She said.

"Yes mom?"

"How could you let this happen to her?"

"What did you want me to do? He issued an order, he's our king and she wouldn't stop."

"You were suppose to find her and bring her home."

"I was going to, until I found out she was going to kill you guys and blame it on ME! SHE GOT WHAT SHE DESERVED."

"I I I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN. UNTIL YOU MAKE IT RIGHT YOU ARE DEAD TO US!"

"WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO?"

"KILL HIM!"

"YOU DON'T MEAN THAT! DAD TALK TO HER. SHE'S TALKING ABOUT TREASON!"

"Son your mother is emotional right now." But before he could finish his statement Demitri said, "Mr. Maxwell I will advise you to tell your wife to watch what she says. I could have her brought up on charges of treason against our king. If you love her, you better keep an eye on her because if I ever hear her say that again. I WILL KILL HER!"

"We will kill her." Siri chimed in.

"I understand she's just upset about losing our only daughter."

"I'm sorry for your lost but as his guard we have to protect him. Keep that in mind before she tries to do something stupid."

After a few more minutes of listening to them talk, they finally logged off. Jagger decided to leave and once he was gone Siri said, "We need to keep an eye on that family."

"Of course. But can you guys believe what Alexander did?"

"It was incredible. Scary but incredible."

"Yeah I didn't know he had it in him"

"Me either but DAM!"

"Yeah and that protective shield the baby put around Raven. WOW!"

"Oh that was TOTALLY AWESOME. Their family is going to have powers we haven't even heard of."

"Alexander already does."

"My concern is how this night will affect him. He doesn't like violence."

"Could have fooled me."

"He doesn't and I'm pretty sure once he bottles up his powers again. He will regret what he had to do here tonight."

"Yeah I know."

"Lets go back to the house. I'm freaking starving and I want to be there in case he needs us."

With that we packed up everything and headed back to the mansion. This was a long, stressful night. God I can't wait to get in so I can call Oynx.
