Thank you Maiden Warrior for the idea! Sorry if I didn't do it justice, I wasn't sure really how to write it.

Haruichi yawned around his toothbrush, his hair still in a tangled mess known as bedhead and a pair of shorts and a plain shirt known as pajamas. He blinked sleepily as he continued slowly working the toothbrush over his teeth, his mind not fully awake. He barely registered it when Eijun and Furuya took their usual spots on either side of him and began their morning routines as well.

Eijun's lips twitched as he saw the current state of his smallest friend. He'd been surprised when he first saw it; having thought the small teen looked more like a morning person. The second time he saw it, he took a picture because he thought it was 'cute' and 'adorable'.

Furuya never said anything, but mornings were his favorite part of the day simply because he got to see the pink haired teen with his adorable bedhead and sleepy expression. Setting his things down and standing behind the shorter male, he ran his fingers through the pink hair, gently working out the knots before grabbing Haruichi's brush and running it through the teens' hair.

Satisfied with his work, he put the brush back and spread some toothpaste on his toothbrush before starting to brush his own teeth.

Staring dazedly, Haruichi spat out the toothpaste and rinsed his toothbrush off and his mouth out. Eijun smiled as the teen was about to walk away, grabbing his arm and wiping the excess toothpaste off his mouth and chin before handing him his things and letting go.

The two watched him go, making sure he didn't run into anything (such as the last time when he ran into the wall rather than the door) before continuing on with their routines. It had become a habit, for the two to help their friend out in the mornings so he didn't forget anything or forget to do anything.

Trudging back to his room, Haruichi dropped his things near his desk and began the task of putting on his uniform. He had to keep redoing his shirt, since he kept messing up with the buttons and eventually decided it was too much work so early and left them undone, slinging his tie around his neck without tying it and sliding his legs into his pants, only to take them out and flip them around as he'd put them on backwards. Tightening the belt (since they were slightly too big for him) he slipped into his socks before shrugging his blazer on and grabbing his bag, jamming his feet into his shoes on the way out.

Shuffling toward the dining center, he attempted to button his shirt again, getting it right this time, and stuffing the bottom of the shirt into his pants as was required. Leaving the tie for later, he pushed open the doors to the dining hall and grabbed a tray and food before slumping into an empty seat.

Just as he started eating though, Miyuki laughed from nearby and put a hand on his shoulder. "You'll get in trouble if you don't have your tie tied. And your shirt is crooked. You need to look nice for today!"

Haruichi stared blankly at his senior, not understanding what he was saying. Deciding it wasn't worth listening to he turned back to his meal, ticking Miyuki off in the process.

"Oi, don't just ignore me. That's our monster rookies' job. Besides, aren't you curious about what day it is? I thought for sure your brother would tell you." Getting no response, he pulled the first year to his feet and turned him so he was facing the catcher. "You need to look nice for today."

Not giving the teen a chance to say anything, he started straightening the boys' shirt while Kuramochi grinned from behind him and tied his tie for him. The two kept straightening, pressing and smoothing out his appearance until they deemed it perfect before moving onto their next victim, namely Eijun (much to his protesting).

Haruichi stared after them, confused before sitting back down and continuing to eat. Ryousuke chuckled as he watched the two second years go around fixing everyone's appearance to their satisfaction and everyone else's annoyance.

"Why the fuck are we doing this again?" Jun grumbled, tugging at his tie to loosen it a little.

"Because it's tradition," Ryousuke answered, reaching up to smooth down some of his hair. Jun swatted his hand away and stabbed at his breakfast with his chopsticks, angrily muttering to himself as he did so.

Haruichi finished his food and grabbed his bag before making his way to class, feeling more awake than before. Miyuki grinned when he saw the teen leave. 'You should have let me explain earlier rather than ignore me~.'

"You didn't tell your brother about today?" Tetsu asked, turning to the older Kominato after the younger had left.

"Ah, must have slipped my mind." The grin on his face said otherwise, but nobody commented on it.

Haruichi frowned a little to himself when he felt a sudden shiver run up his spine. Looking around, he didn't see anyone, which was a little strange, but he didn't think about it as he continued on to the school building, a sense of dread welling up with every step.

The second he stepped foot inside, he was nearly tackled by a force slamming into him from the right, though he managed to stay up through sheer luck. Turning his head, he flushed and was about to say something when a flash went off and the girl let go, only for another to take her place and another flash to go off.

Turning to the source of the flash rather than focus on the girl clinging to him, he found a first year in his class and in the photography club standing and snapping a picture of each person that wrapped their arms around him.

Wondering what the hell was going on, he tried to back away once the second girl let go, but backed straight into one of the guys from Eijuns' class who wrapped an arm around his neck and grinned from the camera, holding up a peace sign.

Haruichi wasn't sure his face could heat up anymore, but he was proven wrong when he was sandwiched between two third year girls who each wrapped their arms around him and planted their lips on each of his cheeks.

"W-w-w-w-w-w-wa-wa-wa-wha-wha-what?"

"It's free hug day!" A second year girl called, taking her turn hugging him and smiling for the camera. "It's a baseball club tradition! Didn't anyone explain it to you?"

Haruichi shook his head, vaguely recalling Miyuki trying to tell him something this morning before him and Kuramochi 'fixed' his appearance.

Groaning inwardly, he fidgeted and flushed while receiving hugs, eventually shyly returning them when prompted by the people surrounding them. He wasn't sure his face could stand the heat that was continually rising, and eventually found a small break to escape and run to his class, hoping they wouldn't follow him.

He wasn't big on the touchy-feely as it was embarrassing and uncomfortable. The only people he could stand giving hugs to were his family, and even then it wasn't that often. Letting his head slam onto his desk, he silently cursed whoever had come up with the stupid tradition.

When the bell finally rung, everyone took their seats and Haruichi prepared himself for a long day of attempting to dodge more hugs.

By the end of the day, all the regulars were disheveled in appearance and exhausted. Miyuki and Kuramochi were grinning while talking about all the hugs they'd received that day. Jun was complaining about how many he'd gotten, while Tetsu simply listened and recounted his own experience that day. Nori was smiling slightly with a light blush on his cheeks. Furuya looked impassive, though thoroughly worn out. Eijun was yelling at Miyuki for some comment or another. Ryousuke simply smiled and watched everything before turning to his brother whose face was almost a permanent red.

Oh he couldn't wait for tomorrow when the photo books came out.

So...yeah! Tell me what you thought or if you have any ideas! Also, my poll is currently tied with four. The princess, the knight and the dragon. Aladdin. Cinderella. Romeo and Juliet. At this rate I'll be stuck at ties forever! And if you can't vote for some reason, leave it in a review and I'll add it in later. Anyway, I needed some fluff or cute after that depressing thing I wrote earlier today before my test that nearly had me crying during it -_- so a huge THANK YOU to Maiden Warrior for this idea, all her other wonderful ideas, and to everyone for their wonderful reviews! They all make me so happy! And if you have an idea, leave it in a review, message me on Tumblr (akirafanatic) or shoot me an email at akirafanatic2 . Thank you all!
