To Zari Thorn96: Yeah…updates will take a lot more time, if you've read my profile. I'm just getting interested in other writing websites and writing on my own for my friends. I'm just losing interest for FanFiction. But, a promise is a promise, and I promised a long time ago that any story I'd start, I'd finish.

Enjoy!

Chapter Thirty-Six:

Trap Him, Trap Them

Sarah moaned happily and muttered into her pillow, "It's a Friday."

Tan arms wrapped around her waist and Sonic appeared over her shoulder, resting his jaw on the joint. "Hmhm…"

The curtains hid the rising sun as Sarah stretched and got out of Sonic's grasp. "Hey, hey, I still have a job to go to."

Sonic whined and put his head in her pillow. He cracked open in his eyes and gazed up at her. "I can drive ya."

Sarah rolled her eyes. "You get to make sure everyone in the house stays alive by the time I get back."

"And after you get back?"

The lime green hedgehog stared at her fiancé with a blank stare. "Don't push it, Sonic."

~~~.~~~
Shadow was surprised when he woke up to find himself alone. If he hadn't been on the side of the bed he hated, he'd had thought all of what happened was a dream. He sighed in relief when he saw it wasn't.
He quickly got dressed in his normal attire for another farm day before heading out into the hallway, padding softly with the help of white socks. He looked around the living room to see Silver rolled over on the carpet while Blaze hogged the blanket. Esperanza was curled up one of the couches while her husband was softly snoring on the other.
In the main entrance room with Shadow's desk at the side of the door and the two soft couches and stove, Manic was huddled with Sunny while Aleena was missing from her bed on the couch. The sleeping bags were empty which grasped Shadow's interest, knowing Benjie and Lewis generally were the last ones to wake up.
Shadow ventured into the kitchen and was delighted to see the rose hedgehog cooking with Aleena. Amy beamed at him and with a soft limp, walked to the table in the middle of the kitchen. She placed a plate softly on the tablecloth. "Good morning."
Aleena sensitively grinned as the two make eye contact. She could just feel the tension slither away when Shadow saw Amy last night. Everything seemed to be in place when those two were together. Without Shadow home with Amy, everything slipped out of their grasp and they lost all control of their emotions.
Aleena pondered on her sudden thought and believed it to be true. If nothing else appeared to become a justification for what happened yesterday, her notion could. She flipped the pancakes before settling some on a white plate. "You better get Sarah before she has to leave," she said to no one in particular.
Amy nodded and glanced at Shadow. "Would you mind?"
Shadow gave her a curt nod, "Not at all."
He vanished from the kitchen to travel down the hall to open Sonic's door. Sonic's head flashed over to Shadow, not used to being disturbed. Shadow rolled his eyes at the blue blur while Sarah stood in front of both of them, fully dressed and now combing her hair.
She smiled somewhat at the ebony hedgehog, "Mornin'."
"Aleena made pancakes," Shadow simply stated, not taking his eyes off of Sonic.
Sonic smacked his lips before licking them, "Pancakes?"
"Did I stutter?" Shadow snorted.
Sonic's eyes narrowed. "So, this is the type of day it's going to be, huh?"
"If you wish," Shadow shrugged and walked back to the kitchen.
Sonic turned to Sarah who glared at him. "What?"
"Try not to argue today, okay?" She went over to his side of the bed, though he seemed to be placed in the very middle, before kissing him on the cheek. "Get dressed."
Sonic grunted as she left the room, "Yes, ma'am."
Not without one more glare, at least.
"Well, the swollen part has gone down," Blaze noted as she stared at Amy's ankle. "But I still don't like you walking on it."
Amy rolled her eyes while eating next to Sonic and Shadow. She was placed between the two as the others crowded around her and out of the kitchen. Silver took the remaining seat at the table but his concentration remained to his plate of food.
"Relax, Blaze."
"Don't worry, Blaze, Ames won't walk on it unless absolutely needed."
Amy gazed at Sonic in bafflement. "Since when do I take commands from the like of you?"
Sonic stood up with his empty plate and whispered, "Since now."
Amy jeered. "I don't have to listen to you. I'm an adult."
"And if you know what's best for you," Shadow grunted while standing up, "You'll listen to our advice."
"It's one little bruise…" Amy muttered as she played with her food.
After placing the plate in the sink, Sonic stretched. "Well…Lewis and Benjie took the liberty of feeding the cows and horses for us today…so…"
"I want to check up on Rosemary and Scourge."
Sonic stared at the back of Amy's head. "What?"
"Well…when we met Sally," Blaze linked her fingers on the table, "Sarah took us to Scourge's place to help him…seeing as he got a second chance. He's been trying real hard; the whole house is being child-proofed basically. Rosemary actually looks healthy and clean for once."
Sonic's eyes narrowed, "Scourge? A good person? You have got to be kidding me."
"We can show you," Amy turned around in her seat, glaring at the blue hedgehog. "And prove to you that anyone can change."
Sonic scoffed but smirked at Amy in silence. "Sounds like our agenda today as been filled."
Only Shadow, Amy, and Sonic went. Amy told them the way to Scourge's house but Shadow had no problem finding it. The others that stayed home kept quiet to the two males that weren't there the other day. They watched the three leave but then went on about their lives, stuck in Shadow's house with nothing to do.
When Shadow pulled up in Scourge's driveway, driving his navy blue truck that Amy wrecked just the day before, the air became quiet among the three.
Amy sighed. "He's home."
They got out with some encouragement from Amy and walked to the door. Amy knocked and waited until Scourge opened it up. His blue eyes began to dull when he saw who was with her.
"This is a surprise…"
"I wanted to check up on you and Rosemary," Amy clicked her heels softly together while fidgeting in place. "Sonic and Shadow came along for the ride."
"Yeah…" Scourge leaned against the doorway. "I heard what happened yesterday. You alright?"
"How'd you know about that?" Shadow hissed.
Amy put her hand on his chest to calm him down. Shadow stopped from hitting Scourge, but barely. Scourge only growled softly. "News travels fast around here, you should know that."
"Sarah told you, didn't she?" Amy whispered.
"Since when are you best friends with my fiancée?" Sonic growled, stepping forward.
"Since she was the only one to believe I could change," Scourge snapped, "Now if you don't believe in me, or Sarah for that matter, then got off my property."
Sonic was silent with his ears pinned back against his head. Shadow nodded and took a step behind Amy, nudging her forward little by little. Amy sighed weakly. "Can we see her?"
"Sure, come in," Scourge motioned inside as he left the door open for them.
Rosemary was on the living room carpet, watching a cartoon and eating grapes while coloring. She hummed before seeing Amy. She almost smiled before noticing two figures behind her. She hiccupped and ran towards her father, hiding behind Scourge's legs.
Scourge was surprised but held out his hand for her to grasp. Rosemary then whispered, "Are they here to take me away?"
Amy smiled softly and bent down to her knees, cringing from her ankle. "No…I see you're off your crutches."
"Doctor said she could," Scourge reassured.
Rosemary stared up at Sonic and Shadow. She took a step forward from her father but still held his hand. "Who are you?" She tilted her head at the two.
Amy giggled. "These loons are Sonic and Shadow," she pointed at the correct ones while saying their names.
Rosemary hobbled over to her bowl of grapes and took one to eat. Scourge watched her before glancing at the two males. "Satisfied?"
Sonic took a look around the living room. "Blaze wasn't lying when she said you were redoing the whole house."
"Yes, well…"
"Mind if I take a look?" Sonic started walking off into the kitchen.
Amy held out a hand for Rosemary to take. "C'mon. They won't bite."
Rosemary took a hold of it, eating another grape, before following Amy into the kitchen. When they were out of earshot, Scourge looked up at Shadow. Shadow cleared his throat and looked at the TV, Scooby Doo was playing on the screen.
Scourge rubbed the back of his neck. "I…wanted to thank you."
"Why? We've always been enemies."
"For calling the Child Services. I know it was you," Scourge said, walking closer to the ebony hedgehog.
"Where do you get that idea?" Shadow grunted.
Scourge's eyes squinted slightly at him. "So…it was you. Why?"
Shadow smirked. "For a baddie you aren't so dumb…" Shadow walked around the sofa and sighed. "What Amy says is true…everyone changes," he met eye contact with the green hedgehog. "I talked to the woman in person before she met up with you…in my free time before Amy noticed I was gone."
"Yes, but why? Why give me a second chance when I screwed up so badly?" Scourge whined desperately.
Shadow looked down. "I guess…If I changed from being a loner to a social person in a couple of days…you could change into a good person too. Amy taught me that."
Scourge nodded. "You love her, don't ya?"
"I'd take a bullet for her, if that answers your question."
"But I'm asking would you spend the rest of your life with her?" Scourge inquired, taking an irritated step forward. "I know you would take a bullet for Sonic and Sarah…but you couldn't exactly spend the rest of your life with them and love them in that way…if that makes sense."
"Fine, what are you trying to prove?" Shadow turned his back from Scourge.
The green Mobian scoffed. "I'm not trying to prove a damn thing. I'm just wonderin'. If you love Amy so damn much…why can't you just admit it to her? Yeah, Sarah's told me. Everyone wants you two together, but you seem to just…play with each other."
Shadow sighed and gazed at him. "And what if I don't feel that way towards her?"
Scourge shrugged. "There's always something."
They were stopped by the sound of Rosemary's voice. The young hedgehog was tugging on Sonic's hand and pulling him to the living room. "Petunia was the one I met at your house, right?"
"Shadow's house, remember?" Sonic stated. "You saw us…you remember that?"
Rosemary nodded, "Blaze?"
"Yeah, she's still there."
"I saw everyone but you and Shadow the other day," Rosemary let go of his arm. "Where were you?"
"On business," Sonic answered.
Scourge watched her hop onto the couch as Sonic stood in front of her now, behind the couch. Rosemary touched his nose while saying, "What kind of business? Are you a spy? Do you work for the president?"
Sonic chuckled. "I work with machines, like tractors."
Rosemary tilted her head. "You mean you work as a spy by pretending to work with machines?"
"No, I mean, I'm not a spy."
"Oh…" Rosemary's ears went back. "Is Shadow a spy?"
Sonic glanced at Shadow secretly before staring at Rosemary. He whispered, "Sometimes I think he is."
Shadow rolled his eyes with a small smile on his muzzle. Amy limped into the room and smacked her lips. "Okay, ready to go home?"
"Awww!" Rosemary whined. "But you just barely got here!"
"Yes, but to only check up on you," Amy tickled Rosemary's stomach.
Shadow walked to the door, staring out the window. Sonic walked next to him but continued to look at Rosemary and Amy.
"Are you gonna come back?"
"Well, maybe," Amy said. "We came uninvited this time."
"You're always invited!" Rosemary wrapped her arms around Amy's neck. "Please!"
Amy laughed. "That's up to your dad."
Rosemary frowned and stared at her father. She hopped on the couch as he quickly grabbed her in midair and swung her on his hip. She squealed as he dipped her down near the carpet then back up.
She put her head on his shoulder. "Can Amy come over sometime?"
Scourge smirked. "Sure."
"…Scourge…have you noticed the black motorcycle in your neighbor's driveway?"
"What? Mrs. Laney can't drive a motorcycle, the woman's nearly eighty."
Scourge stood beside Shadow to look across the street. Scourge squinted but growled when he noticed the license plate. "That's Sam's…"
Amy scoffed at the name. "He's still around?"
"He doesn't let up," Scourge stated. "He's not someone you should mess with…I figured that out the hard way. He still thinks we're on good terms—he doesn't know I'm with you guys now."
"Why would he park in your neighbor's driveway then?" Shadow inquired delicately.
Scourge shrugged. "I don't have a clue on that part."
"Unless he knows you ain't on the bad side," Sonic joined in with the two.
"Scourge, when's the last time you spoke to Sam?"
Scourge rubbed the back of his neck, "Well…God…um…two weeks, maybe?"
"If he doesn't let up, he's most likely figured out you're talking with us," Shadow said calmly. "And knowing Sam, he's most likely thought of the worst case scenario of you betraying him."
"Well, what can he really do?" Amy challenged.
The three males turned back to her. Scourge raised an eyebrow. "I only broke Shadow's leg…Sam's actually killed people on Earth—it's a hobby for him—the only reason I never did that was because I knew I would get caught. If he knows I'm not on his side anymore, he'll get revenge. He's that type of person, Amy. "
"Then why don't we just trap him," Shadow suggested, looking back out the window, "Before he hurts someone."
"You mean Rosemary," Sonic whispered.
"Of course," Shadow nodded slightly while Scourge's eyes narrowed. "Sam isn't the merciful type. He'll do whatever it takes to get revenge on Scourge. If it means hurting Rosemary worse than a simple knife in her foot, he'll do it."
"But why? He doesn't seem like the person to have feelings; he's cruel and a prick," Amy snorted, angered by the conversation.
"Exactly. Scourge said so, Ames, it's a hobby. It's recreational for this guy," Sonic twisted around to the rose hedgehog. "He'll do whatever to Rosemary or one of us, or even Scourge, just for pleasure and revenge."
Amy became hushed. She didn't utter a vowel and nor did the others. Until Shadow saw the door open from Mrs. Laney's house. Sam walked out, placing a knife in his back pocket.
"Seems our target is warming up," Shadow watched as Sam's eyes narrowed, looking through the window of Scourge's house. "He's noticed we're here. We should go."
"If you leave now, he'll definitely think the worst."
"Shadow…" Amy's eyebrows narrowed. "How would Sam know what your truck looks like?"
Shadow and Sonic became silent, which made Amy put her hands on her hips. "Shadow…answer me."
The ebony hedgehog muttered under his breath before turning to stare at his crush. "Um…well…we've met before, Rose, you know that."
"Yes, but that was at the barn. He would have no reason to go to the house to see what the truck looked like."
Shadow paused, his eyes relaxing but in the feeling that he finally caught on to what she was saying. "You're right…" He turned to Sonic. "So, how would he know it's us?"
"If he knows I'm with you guys, it's the best bet. I don't normally have visitors anymore," Scourge reminded. "Sam's not the idiot you all like to take him for."
Sonic's glittering eyes focused on the green Mobian. "Then it's time to see how smart he really is."
"You guys are insane," Amy muttered as she was squished between the two on the ride home.
"It's simple, Scourge will pretend to go back to Sam's side," Sonic planned. "Then at the Saint Patrick's party at the Wilson's, they'll show up, thinking they're going to "crash the party" when in actuality-"
"Scourge becomes like a double agent," Shadow finished. "It's not that hard, Rose."
"But it's dangerous. If what Scourge says is true about Sam, Sam won't be afraid to act harshly. He might bring a weapon, who knows!"
Shadow smirked at her. "Well, I guess I can match his competition."
"Huh?" Amy gaped.
Sonic shook his head in an amused way as he looked out the window. They left after Sam had gone, vanishing out of sight and several minutes after that. No point in making mistakes as Shadow had said.
When they got home it was well noon and the group had had lunch already. Amy sighed as she sat at the table, finishing a sandwich she made, "Well…what now?"
Shadow was behind her, throwing a plate away. He stood beside her and leaned against the chair. "Bored already, Rose?"
Amy frowned and plucked her nails at the paper plate. "No…"
They were the only two in the kitchen—everyone else was off doing their own thing. Shadow hummed and tapped the chair she was sitting on. "Well…"
Riiiiing!
Shadow's eyebrows narrowed as he looked for the phone. "What the heck?"
Riiiiing!
"Who could this be?" he grabbed the phone and clicked it on the second ring. "Hello?"
"Shadow! I'm so glad I could call while you were in, you know, you're always wanderin' 'round the farm. I heard 'chu had visitors—Papa told me that! Oh! My manners, it's me, Elisa Wilson!"
Shadow scowled. Elisa Wilson was too cheery for her good. She was getting married too. Shadow just felt bad for the groom. Shadow could barely understand her sometimes with that country accent that sometimes sounded Boston too. It was confusing for even the Ultimate Life Form.
"Yes, Elisa? You always have a good reason for calling."
One thing he could respect from her. She never bothered him unless it was important.
"We're goin' on vacation 'round St. Patrick's Day, so, the party'll be t'morrow! My momma just wanted you to know that, okay, hon?"
"Tomorrow? And you decided to call me today? The day before the party was rescheduled?"
"It was last m'nute's notice, Shadow! We don't mean no harm by it…"
Shadow sighed. "I understand, Elisa. What time?"
"Six o' clock on the dot. Also…Papa told me about a lady friend of yer's…Is she comin' to the party?"
"She's just ecstatic about the party."
"Oh, good! I just love throwing a good party, ya know? Momma says it's in the genes, us Wilson's always bein' so darn cheery and social! Well, see ya at the party!"
"Bye."
Shadow hung up and was met with emerald eyes staring at him. "Who was that?" Amy asked, gripping onto his arm.
Shadow set the phone back in the holder. "SONIC!"
~~~.~~~

Amy was bustling about while Blaze looked through her suit case. "The party is tomorrow…the party is tomorrow…" was all Amy and Blaze could utter.

Sunny took into joining after she awoke from her nap and heard the news. The Wilson's were going on vacation and left the girls twenty-four hours to get ready.

And they were still panicking.

Sonic watched as they walked around the house, looking up hairstyles on the computer, doing their nails fifty times. It was so much that the guys all moved downstairs and watched TV on the old television while Shia and Butcher layed on the couches with them. The puppies crawled on top of Manic and Silver, while one of them kept biting Lewis's earrings.

"Hey!" Lewis gripped his ear and swatted the puppy away. "Go away!"

"Shadow…just make them stop putting nail polish on…they're stinking up the house…" Sonic muttered from the carpet as he lay there.

Shadow took the only couch with Shia crawling next to him and Butcher lying on his back, so Shadow was on his stomach. "I'm thinking about it…" he groaned into the arm of the couch.

By the time Sarah got home and down the stairs to feed the dogs, the boys were all asleep. Clark was sleeping at the computer with all of Sarah's graded worksheets; Lewis and Benjie were next to one another while Manic and Silver were huddled with the puppies. Sonic was next to the couch as Shadow softly snored in his position he held a few hours ago on that couch.

Sarah raised an eyebrow and left, hurrying up the stairs but going as soundless as possible. She stopped in the hallway and turned into the bathroom where Sunny was practicing a hairstyle. "What are you doing?"

"The Wilson's called and they're going on vacation during St. Patrick's Day so they moved the party tomorrow."

Sarah raised an eyebrow. "And you're freaking out…because?"

"I'm not freaking out," Sunny hissed. "I'm just warming up."

"Like that's any different in this case," Sarah mumbled as she walked back downstairs.

She stared at her father, who was slobbering on some papers, and then to Sonic and then to her brothers. She snapped her fingers and Butcher was wide awake. He stood up on Shadow's back, making the ebony hedgehog moan in his sleep. Butcher leapt off the couch and barked at Sarah's feet, waiting for dinner.

"Hey, boy," Sarah scratched his ears while Shia remained a distance.

Sonic and Shadow both awoke and stared at each other. "What time is it?" Sonic moaned, half-asleep still.

"Nearly five-thirty," Sarah answered him, walking out of the room.

"Hey!" Sonic was wide awake now that his fiancée was home. He stood up and followed her into the dogs' room where the bowls of food were. She grabbed some food out of the closet and poured it into the bowl while Butcher crowded around her.

"You're home," Sonic continued to follow her while she got the laundry out of the dryer.

She started to fold some of Shadow's shirts and jeans, "Yup. How long have you guys had to deal with the girls?"

"Forever," Shadow groaned.

Sarah snorted and quickly got done with Shadow's laundry, placing it down on the floor and getting Sonic's out of the washer and placing it into the dryer. "You didn't even find the time to do laundry, did you?"

"You normally do it, so I didn't want you to live without the pleasure of finishing your job," Sonic sighed dramatically.

Sarah stopped before slamming the dryer door shut. She carried the laundry basket to the bottom of the stairs before dropping it. "There, my satisfactory has peaked. Shadow, do your own damn laundry."

She stomped back up the stairs, waking the others. Sonic frowned at Shadow, who glared back.

"You idiot, now I have to actually move to get my clothes in my room," Shadow growled.

"Well, it's about time you stopped using her as a maid."

Shadow stopped and smirked. "Right…Rose!" He yelled. "Can you come here, please?!"

Rolling his eyes, Sonic trudged up the stairs after Sarah, passing the pink Mobian along the way.

"We need to call Scourge and tell him the party is tomorrow," Sonic walked into Shadow's room.

"Hey!" Shadow growled as he was changing into pajamas.

"Seriously, Shadow, we were basically without clothes most of our lives in Mobius…"

Shadow stopped fretting but continued to frown. "I guess I'm used to my privacy."

"I'm sure Amy can prove you wrong," Sonic smirked, but only got some jeans tossed to him.

"Those are yours," Shadow said. "They're too big for me."

"…" Sonic glowered at the hedgehog. "…Are you challenging me again?"

Shadow paused to glance at him. "Just go call Scourge and tell him the party is tomorrow! God!"

Sonic was ushered out by Shadow, still carrying his too-big-for-Shadow jeans.

~~~.~~~
By dinner, everyone heard of the plan. At least, everyone that was going to the party that Saturday heard about it.
Amy squeezed the remaining water out of her quills in the bathtub before wrapping the towel around her naked form.
She closed the shower curtain and stared at herself in the mirror. Her ankle was still swollen but it had gone down thanks to the ice pack Aleena offered her around every corner. Amy tugged on some pajama pants before clasping on a bra and throwing on a tank-top. She took in her time in buttoning the pajama shirt that matched the pants, but in the end she still had time to comb her quills before nine.
She wanted to get extra sleep that night to get ready for the big day tomorrow. Though, most guys would find it silly of a girl to do that, even Sarah agreed with the guys on this one. Amy hung up the towel and walked down the hallway to Shadow's room.
Opening the door noiselessly, she hurried in and saw he was fast asleep on his side of the bed. She grinned to herself, knowing that Shadow disliked it when she took his side of the bed. She just slept better on that side, but tonight she would let it slide. First come, first serve, she supposed in the end.
In the dark, she found her way to the bed without difficulty, thank goodness. She crawled into bed and wrapped the covers around her, having Shadow's back turned towards her.
Sighing softly, Amy turned so their backs were facing one another.
There was a lot going on tomorrow for her. She should've been more concerned about the dance like any other girl in the house, but in her mind, she was thinking about Rosemary. She didn't want the little girl to get hurt tomorrow night.
She had to come because Scourge couldn't find a babysitter capable of anything like that in his neighborhood, especially not at such a late notice and plus, everyone was pretty much going to the party anyway. Though Amy didn't find it safe, Rosemary would at least have the twins to keep her company.
Then the plan for capturing Sam once and for all was on. Amy gasped and sat up in bed. She moved her hands around the bed while Shadow moaned and awoke. He blinked tiredly at her. "What are you doing, Rose?"
"Where's my phone?" She hurriedly asked.
"Ugh, it's on the nightstand over here, why?" Shadow rubbed his eyes.
Amy gritted her teeth at him. "Give it to me!"
"Okay, okay," Shadow passed her the phone and hit the pillow hard. "Sheesh…"
Amy let the phone's light blind her as she texted Alicia:
Alicia—party tomorrow out here. Dress formally, get Mike down here, and be ready by five. Party starts at six on the dot. –Amy
There was no way Alicia was going to miss this. Especially if Amy could work her witch doctor moves on those two. They were separating right under her nose. It was time to act or forever hold Amy's peace.
The pink hedgehog set the phone back on the nightstand after crawling over Shadow. Shadow growled a little. "Get off…"
"Just a second," Amy set the phone down before getting off of him.
Shadow turned around though and caught her in a hug. He held her there and nuzzled into her shoulder. Amy blushed and swallowed. She should've been used to this by now, but her feelings were getting out of control.
She shut her eyes tight.
K. You tell him tomorrow after you take care of Sam with them. Everything will be fine—he has to feel the same way, Amy. He has to…
Giving herself the pep talk over and over that night was tiring. She soon fell asleep in his firm grasp, awaiting whatever tomorrow held for her.
But it was harder to fall asleep that night when something didn't feel right.
Blue eyes glittered in the night.
He'd gotten a call from the traitor, saying something about the party tomorrow. He smirked as he leaned against his motorcycle, staring at the dark house in front of him.
It wasn't Scourge's house, if that's what you're thinking.
In that house lay Shadow the Hedgehog, whom he was going to get rid of along with the rest of his stupid friends. It would all happen at the party though, Sam planned.
They wanted to trap him…well…
He smirked in the night as he let the cigarette butt hit the floor. He smashed it into the floor—probably the only courtesy he had left—before pushing his motorcycle some way down the road. Better to be safe than sorry.
He didn't want to spoil the fun of showing just how smart a bat could be. Scourge thought he was dumb enough to think they were still on good terms. Sam knew Scourge was on the good side. With Rosemary there, Scourge would always be good. That was a fact that Sam knew all to well.
Blue eyes pierced the dark night as they shined with cruelty and rancor.
All good things to those who wait.
Should I say 'Sorry for the long wait'? XD
Two days in a row, I'm boomin'! Despite the fact that this ending is going to seem rushed. Yeah, you heard me right. "ending". I'm guessing this story will end with 38-ish chapters. My plan had been 40, but I don't want to get into that. When all is said and done though with That City Girl, you still have the Epilogue for this story and then the preview to the sequel of this story.
I know most stories that have sequels don't have the Epilogue BEFORE the sequel but after the sequel. But just think, this means I'll put in TWO Epilogues. One for That City Girl and one the sequel. Which I'm going to announce the name of when the last chapter is updated. So! Stay tuned folks!
Ciao!
