Here! New chappy! :3 I got a request which I will start tomorrow, so it'll be a bit slower to update (this story is still the priority). At least, my writer's block is gone, so I have inspiration.

GOD THIS CHAPPY. I really what to know what you think of that... Ending of the trial. And what you think is going to happen now. I hate how I must kill some characters I have grown really attached to. Oh well...

Only one trial left! It'll have some things after but still. Waah! Gotten so far! :D I really enjoyed this ride with you guys! :3

"If two people has the same number of votes... What happens?" wondered Liz, frowning.

"I guess... They would have been both found out! Therefore, they would be executed!"

"In reality, you have no idea what to do, right?" wondered Keita. Monokuma simply huffed.

"Vote now!" he commanded.

"Fine fine!" groaned Neru, entering his vote.

"Two seconds." obeyed Chitose, with a tone forbidden replies. "What happen if only a culprit is chosen? The other had been found out anyway through the trial."

"Why are you asking?"

"Just to know."

"Vote, now!" yelled Monokuma once again.

"I refuse." replied Keita, crossing his arms on his chest.

Shido, Ryugo, Shuuya and Liz voted after a mini-consultation with Neru, to egalize the votes. Daichi was asked to vote for Chitose, but his hands stayed far from the console as the vote ended, unlike for Chitose.

Shido didn't knew who she voted against, or why, but she did.

"And you voted right! Keita Takara indeedly murdered Jin Sora, while Chitose Takara killed Ivyan Fuyusaji!" exclaimed Monokuma.

"But I didn't vote! how cold the vote be equal?" wondered Daichi, shaking.

"I voted against myself." calmly answered Chitose as all stares directed toward her, including Daichi's tear-filled stare, and the angry, misunderstanding one of Keita.

"What?" yelled her twin, not processing what she just said. "What?"

"You could... You could had survived!" stated Liz, a suprised look plastered on her face.

"I know. But it isn't worth it. My brother would have died, along with all of you. I never wanted to be a lone survivor." answered the pink-haired girl, calmly walking toward the double doors behind which all the previoust culprits had disappeared to their deaths. "Let's end this."

Chitose was tied, ropes pinning her wrists and ankles to a gigantic dart board, a fire raging behind. Beside, Keita had his wrists tied, dressed like Superbi Squalo from Katekyo Hitman Reborn, standing over a gigantic aquarium with one humongous shark roaming inside, on a wooden board.

Suddenly, a Monokuma appeared in front of Chitose, huge darts in his hands. He threw one, which missed the pink-haired girl, being too high. Again, he threw some darts, on cutting her left wrist's rope. Her left hand free, she tried to untied her right hand, before a last dart was thrown above her head, causing the dart board to balance into the fire. Only one scream was heard, one desesperate cry...

"CHITOOOSE!" shouted Keita, tears streaming down his face. Two minutes passed after Chitose was engulfed with the dart board in the flames. Seeing no life signs, Monokuma turned to Keita and they stared at each other, one crying, one smirking evily, before the bear pushed a button.

The wooden board under the cosplayer started to retrieve in the wall, slowly disappearing under his feet, as the shark swam toward the surface. He closed his eyes, knowing it was the end, that he would join his sister in the afterlife...

...Before he was pushed away by a blurry, black and pink form. He landed right beside the aquarium as the wooden board disappeared under the feet of his savior, who was none other than Chitose herself, her clothes burnt, smiling as she whispered a 'live, dumbass' before falling into the shark's open mouth, disappearing forever.

Keita screamed again his sister's name, his cry more desesparate, tearing, heart-breaking than the previous. Tears flooded his eyes, rolling down his cheeks, almost like a waterfall. The pink-haired girl had manage to free herself from the ropes as they burnt, to save her brother from his death, losing her own life in the progress.

'Live, dumbass' Even if she knew she would die, she had saved him, him who had pushed her to do this murder. Even if she knew she would die, she stayed true to herself, insulting him with her usual 'dumbass'. But she was gone to save him.

Daichi fell on his knee, tears streaming down his face, in a similar fashion than Keita. The person who had made him swore to not kill anyone, the person who protected him from madness, the person who stayed by his side as he was accused of Chiyoko's death, was dead at her turn, after having killed Jin and saved her brother from death. He didn't know what would happen. The only thing he knew was that Chitose Takara was dead. Her, who he thought invicible.

Shido, him, was confused. Chitose didn't died in the fire and saved her brother. What was going to happen now? How would Monokuma kill Keita? Would he still execute him?

The gates surrounding the scene opened. Nobody moved. The only sounds they heard were Keita's and Daichi's cries. Nobody knew what to do. Monokuma had disappeared, leaving Keita, alive.

"What... Should we do?" whispered Liz, frowning. She was as confused as Shido: Why was Keita still alive? His sister saved him and Monokuma didn't came back to kill him? Why?

Keita's cry weakened into a sob as he stood up, cleaning the tears off his face with his sleeves.

"What are you looking at?" he bitterly snapped, before unsteadily walking toward Daichi. As he walked toward them, all the quatuor backed off, leaving a crying Daichi at his mercy.

The cosplayer knelt beside the previously amnesiac boy, awkwardly patting his back.

"Chitose... Wouldn't have want us to mourn so much, to abandon ourselves to despair. We need to be as stubborn as her now, to get this culprit and beat him to a pulp, like she wished. Okay?" kindly whispered Keita as Daichi nodded, standing up as his crying and sobbing reduced to a sniffing.

"Why?... Why did she?..."

"My fault. I... am greedy, you know? An she was extremely bored... Boredom always had been her enemy... So I convinced her to make a double murder, so we would both get out of there. It's my fault, I'm really sorry... I never... Wanted her to die, or imagine her dying... She.. always had been immortal, to me. She could never die, in my head... I'm so sorry..." Keita took a deep breath, repressing the urge to cry.

It was all his fault. His twin died because of him. He could never forgive himself. All that, for money. He was so stupid, so dumb! A real... Dumbass.
