Yeah! I updated again.
An explanation for a bit of the end of the chapter.
Long long ago when I was taking suggestions somebody asked about where the Garuru platoon was. I, being half way through my chapter outline, had not known where they were and quickly reminded that by bringing Garuru into the story and promptly killing him off.
Now another poor Garuru platoon soldier has wandered into the story.
I have edited this.
It had been months since Giroro had heard any word from Kululu. Three months precisely.
"You think he's bailed?" He asked Natsumi. He and Natsumi had started a sort of undercover base of operation. Nothing fancy, just a small hut in the woods. Something that keronians passed across thinking it was abandoned and thinking nothing of it.
The two of them kept military supplies preparing for battle and also lived as lovers in it. Although Natsumi kept saying she wanted her old house as their base instead eventually.
"Maybe he's just having trouble infiltrating the main keronian fleet and contacting us. Sounds like a hard job to have." Natsumi told Giroro
"At least we've prepared for battle a little bit. Taking out small soldiers and stealing their weapons." Giroro smiled. Even though the world was much different he was happy his warrior Natsumi fantasies of him and her on the battlefield were complete.
"Giroro..." Natsumi was playing with Angol Mois's cell phone again. She had only figured out how to make the phone function work, although, it wasn't like it was very helpful since all her friends were dead. "What do you think happened to her? Do you think we'll eventually see her?" Giroro and Natsumi had been over the discussion a thousand times and Giroro almost always reassured Natsumi that Angol Mois was probably fine. She was probably sleeping honestly. Just like she had usually done.
Angol Mois's phone started ringing.
Giroro answered, ready to listen and try to figure out who was calling, although he hoped it was Kululu.
"I hate having to use you like this. I'm really sorry, but I had to. It's the only way I can contact Giroro at the moment. But don't worry, I know you'll be safe and won't be harmed. " Kululu spoke in a sweet voice over the phone.
"Ummm...It's all right, I guess. I don't feel used by you at the moment." Giroro didn't really know how to respond.
"Tch. Wasn't talking to you stupid." Kululu answered, "I've gotten a good position on the information team. And I'm finally not being monitored as much as I once was."
"Why'd it take you so long to contact us?" Giroro asked
"I guess I wasn't trusted as much as I could be. Had to do quite a bit to get to this point, and even now I'm only allowed in two different rooms, mine and the work room where I work on computers. I'm not even on the main ship, I'm on one of those lame side ships which isn't as important." Kululu seemed annoyed
"That's a pity. So you won't be useful in this mission?" Giroro asked
"I didn't say that." Kululu answered, "They underestimate my hacking and information gathering abilities. I can easily get you the information you need and tell you the weaknesses of each small fleet they send out. Ku, ku, ku. I'm not a super genius for nothing."
Giroro smiled. Sometimes it paid to have Kululu as an ally. And boy had he missed having an intelligence officer.
"So when can we begin?" Giroro asked
"Immediately. I've figured out your location pretty easily and I can tell you a group of keronian soldiers is going to be in the area in an hour or two. I know all the technology they're bringing and where you can hit it to make it not work." Kululu told him.
Giroro grinned.
Taking down the Keron army began now.
"Who's that over there?" A foot soldier asked his leader. It was his first mission and he was super excited for it.
There were two figures up front, a obvious keronian shaped figure and a larger figure, perhaps pekoponian. They were both dark.
"Everybody, attack the pekoponian!" The leader yelled, he knew that tallness anywhere.
As the soldiers drew closer the pekoponian smiled. She smiled in a rage. Her jaw opened like a demon and her eyes glowed red.
"I'll destroy all you stupid invading frogs!" And her rage fest begin.
The keronian companion, while the other keronians tried to take down the pekoponian soldier, hit all of their tanks and threw a bunch of grenades at them.
Using the correct plan of distraction and their power, two soldiers took out approximately 200 soldiers.
"Now rinse and repeat. Ku, ku, ku." Kululu instructed.
With Kululu's information aiding Giroro and Natsumi the two of them easily excelled in battle, striking various different places and never taking any survivors.
The Keron army was in quite a predicament. They always knew when to strike when the soldiers were resting and how to beat their top notch technology.
Some soldiers were even scared and less and less were enlisting for the Pekopon invasion. Things were going badly.
Giroro and Natsumi rested after their latest army raid.
"We make quite a team." Giroro smiled.
"Yeah. We do. I wouldn't rather have anyone else be my partner in fighting off an alien invasion." The two fist bumped and smiled at each other.
It was just them two against the world. Although the two of them were also soldiers and partners together they were much deeper than that.
They were lovers too, and very happy together.
"You want to maybe rest a bit before tomorrow and another attack?" Giroro asked after giving Natsumi a kiss
"By rest do you mean actually get some sleep? Or do what I'm thinking you're suggesting?" Giroro smiled, "You're a pervert." Natsumi scolded.
They headed to bed anyway. Giroro, wasting no time at all, stripped Natsumi of her clothing. He kissed her again on her mouth and deepened the kiss with his tongue desperately trying not to hurt her lip with his sharp pointy tooth.
"Mmm..." Natsumi moaned and wrapped her arms around Giroro. Giroro's hands begin to trail down Natsumi's sides going up and down her waist.
Breaking their kiss so that he could reach the region between her legs, he begin to rub at her hoping to make his warrior princess feel good.
She moaned again a lot louder. Buckling her hips against his fingers.
"This place looks safe enough! Pretty deserted looking too!" A cheerful voice was outside their door.
Giroro stopped rubbing Natsumi to throw a blanket over her and attempt to hide. Usually they had pretty good surveillance of things sneaking up on them, but sometimes their guard dropped. They really needed to get better about it.
Natsumi could not get dressed fast enough to hide and the door was thrown opened.
"We could probably stay here for the night! It's a good place!" A green keronian with a star insignia walked in.
Natsumi's eyes narrowed as she hid behind her and Giroro's bed along with Giroro.
"You seem happy, Mr. Sergeant!" The navy blue tadpole by his side seemed impressed
"Of course I'm happy. You have to celebrate the little victories. Especially in this day an age. Just like how I'm going to celebrate what I'm going to do to you in a second..." The green keronian dipped the navy tadpole in his arms and gave a seductive look to him. He then gently brought him to the floor, the intentions of what they were going to do quite obvious.
"Is that...?" Natsumi whispered very quietly to Giroro.
"I...I believe it is..." The last time Giroro had seen Keroro his mind had been broken and he had been hallucinating greatly. Now as he watched Keroro sit on top of his old platoon mate he wished he could say that he was hallucinating again.
"Stupid frog!" Natsumi forgot about decency and that she was naked and jumped out of her hiding spot behind her bed. Instead she climbed over the bed and towards him overjoyed to seem him again.
Keroro froze.
"L-lady Natsumi..." He got up and awkwardly turned away from Tamama. "Uhhh..." Keroro looked at Natsumi who was naked. Natsumi blankly looked at Keroro who she suddenly realized had been in a sexy moment with Tamama.
"A-!" Natsumi was about to scream until Giroro cut her off
"Screaming might bring other keronians here!" He reminded. Throwing her clothes at her and blushing trying not to make eye contact with either Keroro or Tamama he turned his head.
"Giroro! Me and the Private have been looking everywhere for you! We're so happy you finally reunited with Lady Natsumi!" Keroro seemed to be over joyed or at least trying to get Giroro to think of something else then what he just saw. He went up to Giroro and hugged him.
"Wait...Were they just doing it?" Tamama was the blunt one.
Giroro frowned and glared. Keroro cleared his throat. Natsumi left to one of the rare other rooms to change.
"I saw nothing if you saw nothing." Keroro told him
"Deal." Giroro shook on it
Natsumi finally joined them later to try to catch up on what the two of them were doing. Friends who she didn't know had survived this thing.
Tamama and Keroro as it turned out were not doing as important things and fighting against keronian soldiers. Instead they had been looking around pekopon for their lost friends and also taking pictures of landmarks so that Keroro could show them to Fuyuki.
He broke down when Natsumi had to tell him the news that Fuyuki was no longer with them.
"Dororo...I'm sorry...He died too...And I don't know about Kululu...So I guess it's just us three from the Keroro platoon." Keroro chocked out.
Tamama held Keroro's hand, also saddened by the news of Momoka's death.
"Poor Dororo...I thought he'd be one of us to make it through this..." Giroro was shocked and trying to process one of his close friend's death.
"Kululu's actually fine. He's helping us take down the Keron army with information he's getting from the inside." Natsumi told Keroro
Keroro wiped his tears.
"At least there's one less death than. I'm happy that he's okay."
And their party increased by two.
"Why'd you join up again, old man?" Tororo, Kululu's new co-worker, bothered him yet again with the same question.
It was a lot harder to get information for Natsumi and Giroro when the tadpole was always prodding him.
Not like Kululu cared much though. A bit of sleeping powder in his pizza knocked the little guy out easily.
Kululu didn't dignify Tororo with a response. His life and goals being much bigger and important than him.
Tororo seemed annoyed by Kululu ignoring him as if he wanted Kululu to laugh instead.
"I volunteered to be your co-worker just to see what was up with you. You're obviously just doing this as one big joke on me, ignoring me and pretending I don't matter! You've been acting like this since the battle with Angol! Pu, pu, pu. Can you just not take me being better than you and not being in a failure of a platoon like the Keroro platoon?" Kululu winced for a moment, remembering the battle against Angol and what he had done to Mois's home.
He didn't know if all of Keron had authorized it or just one general, but he did it just so she could be safe and she now...No, she was fine. She was by his side right now. Nothing had ever happened to her.
He just didn't like her being reminded of those things.
He knew answering Tororo though and telling him to shut up because a girl was in the room who didn't want to listen to him would only get Tororo to tease him more.
So he just remained silent, typing and memorizing more and more information right under Tororo's nose.
"Pu, pu, pu..." Tororo laughed turning around. Something had changed with Kululu. Kululu was no longer teasing him or boasting against him or pranking him. It wasn't as if Tororo missed those things but he didn't like knowing nothing. He needed answers. Nobody could give him those answers on his own, so he had willingly worked again with Kululu just for that information.
In the super genius world, information was the most important thing after all.
Kululu's change had started weirdly enough, the last time he and Kululu had worked together during when the Keron army was sent out to lure the Angolians properly into their dimension and eradicate all of them.
He hadn't been his cruel and twisted self then, instead getting angry at Tororo for slacking off and instead just doing his duty and the best he could do. He was quiet and barely ever laughed during the battle.
Garuru, Tororo's old captain, had said it was a welcomed change and that Kululu had just started having a more serious attitude and finally realizing how important work and orders were.
Tororo tried not to think of his old captain, who an unfortunate accident had happened to, killing him. Even he sort of missed the guy.
Tororo knew Garuru wasn't seeing things in the way Tororo and Kululu saw things though, the deeper level. Tororo knew it wasn't that Kululu just wanted to finish his mission efficiently and successfully.
Kululu's and Tororo's brains were on a far higher, smarter scale, and Kululu didn't just follow orders, he was on his own agenda.
The true reason Kululu had paid no attention to him during that time was because he had been pranking him or trolling him, making him angry and giving the silent treatment.
Tororo hated that sort of boring prank and became Kululu's co-worker just so he could fight back and think of an even greater, smarter and more humiliating way to beat Kululu.
That was when Kululu started talking to himself. After Tororo had newly joined Kululu.
He would feed curry to nothing and compliment nothing, speak and say sweet nothings to himself. He would be nice, which was creepy enough, but he would be nice to nothing but acting as if he were talking to someone.
It was creepy. And although Tororo wanted to think it was the creepiest and most disgusting prank in existence, he needed evidence to back up it was a prank.
So that he could sleep easier at nights.
"Better start doing some research...Pu, pu, pu. Just for evidence." Tororo said the words to himself knowing that two could play the 'I'm talking to myself game'
Kululu didn't notice. He was too absorbed in his work.
Please review.
