Killian P.O.V.
The entire crowd turned to look where the arrow had come from.
Standing there on the highest part of the castle shining in the sun wearing a long deep purple cloak was my princess.
Reyna.
She sprang into action and had another arrow slung. She shot one at a guard who had his sword drawn. Jumping off the balcony she was on she slid onto the roof and rolled of onto the ground where the crowd was running away in fear. Guards were rushing up from the dungeons after hearing the commotion. She grabbed the sword from the dead guard and untied one of my men giving me the sword. The man swiftly killed another guard and cut the ropes of my other men who began an attack on the still stunned guards.
After a few minutes all of my men had weapons from dead guards and were fighting the remaining guards. I was the only one left still tied and weaponless.
I saw the princess pull out a dagger and kill a guard before setting her sights on me.
"Captain!" She exclaimed running towards me.
She helped me up and I got my first good look at her for what seemed like forever.
"You saved me." Was the only thing I could think to say. She looked up from the rope she was untying.
Smiling she said, "Captain, we're a team. We're in this together. You're problems are my problems and sadly my problems are your problems." By now I had my hands untied and was hugging her making sure she was all right.
"Princess?" I asked tilting her chin up to meet mine.
"I love you." I loved the princess. I was never more confident in anything in my entire life. "I want to get married as soon as all of this is over."
The princess burst into a grin. "Oh my captain, I love you. Of course I will marry you. But first we have a battle to fight."
I grinned at her truly content for the first time in my life. I had my princess back. We were reunited and together again and I was never letting her go. There was nothing that could stop us anymore.
And side by side we charged into war.
The men had all ready taken down most of the guards but the princess and I had bigger demons to fight.
We charged into the castle swords drawn and arrows at the ready.
She knew her way around better than I did and I let her lead me right to the kings bed chambers. We threw the door open and there stood King George conversing with Robin Hood.
They turned around in surprise to see who it was. As if on impulse we each charged towards one of the deceitful men. The princess took her father and I took Robin.
Robin had his sword drawn and barely deflected my first blow. Quickly his reflexes kicked in and he was fighting back almost instantly. The princess was right, he was an extremely skilled fighter. He was not only blocking every hit I gave him but he was able to push me back as well make me eventually have to block him. He had pushed me back in the hall leaving the princess alone to deal with her father as I tied to control Robin.
I was having to dodge almost every hit he was swinging at me. On a normal day I would have a hard time trying to fight him and the state I was in due to the beating to the soldiers was not helping. His sword hit mine and we met at a standstill our sword meeting in the middle leaving us face to face.
"You will pay for what you did to the princess." I said growling at him gaining the upper hand and knocking him backwards so I was leaning over him our sword still knocked together.
"You honestly think she loves you? She's a thief. She lies steals and cheats everyday. She's just pretending to love you. I know because I did that with her." He said pushing me back and looming over me.
"You, me and the princess," I said grunting from the force of his sword, "we're all thieves here so let me give you a bit of advice thief to thief." With that I used the famous move used by the princess and kneed him in the unattended and unsuspecting groin area. He fell down and clutched himself in immense pain. Raising my sword I swiftly stabbed him in the heart finishing him off.
"You can never trust a thief.
