Gibbs was pretty sure Abby's baby was OK but he wanted to make sure just to be safe. He would kick himself forever if he didn't get her checked out and she ended up losing the baby. He led Abby back into the living room. Where Jane was comforting Brayden, Katelyn was sleeping peacefully in her carrier.

"Is everything OK?" Jane asked.

"I have to take Abby to the ER." Gibbs replied.

"What's wrong?" Jane asked.

"I'm pregnant. Tim pushed me down and I am pregnant." Abby replied.

"Tim? He always seemed so mellow?" Jane asked.

"He's having problems." Gibbs replied.

"Oh" Jane replied.

"Could you watch the twins while we are gone?" Gibbs asked.

"Of course I better get used to babies again." Jane replied.

"Thanks so much Jane, we won't be gone long." Gibbs replied.

McGee's behavior made no sense to Gibbs. Tim had always been so mild-mannered and calm. The drinking was shocking. Sure Tim would go out with Tony and Jimmy sometimes but he never got drunk except for once or twice. Those times he called a cab but even then he was never violent and he never let anything interfere with his work. Now he was probably going to lose his whole career and more importantly he was could lose his family. What had gotten into him?

"Thanks Gibbs" Abby replied as they drove down the road.

"It's no problem better to be safe than sorry." Gibbs replied.

"At least somebody cares about me." Abby replied.

"I will talk to Tim but I want to get you checked out first." Gibbs replied.

"Don't bother I am divorcing him." Abby replied.

"If that's what you want but I am not going to let him kill himself. It wouldn't be fair to you and it certainly wouldn't be fair to the twins and your new baby." Gibbs explained.

"Fine but I never want to see him again." Abby replied.

"I am so sorry Abby. I really am." Gibbs replied.

"Just drive" Abby replied.

"OK" Gibbs sighed focusing his attention on the road.

Ziva cradled baby Tony in her arms. She had just gotten back from an emergency diaper run. Leave it to Tony's kid to go through a pack of diapers in one day. Granted it was only a few that Delilah had out grown. She had gotten rid of a lot of things when she thought that baby Tony was going to die. Ducky had offered to go for her but he just seemed so tired. Plus it was nice to be getting out and going somewhere other than to the hospital. She opened the door and walked into the house. It seemed empty too empty. She heard a tinny voice coming from the hallway. At first she thought it was just Ducky's radio. She walked down the hall to turn it off for him. What she saw on the floor cause her to almost drop baby Tony. Hands shaking she picked up the phone.

"Hello Dr. Mallard! I called an ambulance!"

"Jimmy it's me Ziva."

"Ziva? Is Dr. Mallard OK?"

"I don't know he is lying on the floor. I just got home."

"I already called an ambulance I will meet you at the hospital."

"Thanks"

Gibbs took Abby to Bethesda's ER. There was an Urgent Care that was much closer to his house but Abby wasn't bleeding and Bethesda had a great prenatal care unit. They also had a great prenatal surgeon. Even though it was probably too early for that. He just wanted this baby to live. So that Abby would have some hope. Maybe even something that would lead her back to McGee. Assuming McGee got help and got his act back together. If not well Abby could be a single mom to three kids but she would be able to handle it. She was strong and she wouldn't be alone. He would help her where he could and so would Ziva, Ducky, and Palmer. Even though Ziva and Palmer had their own issues right now and Ducky was going back to Florida in a couple of weeks. Upon arrival at Bethesda. Gibbs led Abby inside, got her signed in and waited. They only waited about fifteen minutes since pregnancy issues was one of the top priorities in the ER and there wasn't anybody worse off than Abby in their.

"Do you know how far along you are Mrs. McGee?" Dr. Duncan asked he remembered her from when she was pregnant with the twins.

"I don't know but probably between five and seven weeks and it's Scuito. Miss. Scuito." Abby replied.

"Oh I am sorry. Well lean back and I will get you checked out." Dr. Duncan replied.

"Thanks" Abby replied.

"If the insurance is an issue because of her divorce. Just bill me." Gibbs commented.

"You don't have to do that. I have some money saved up." Abby replied.

"We do have to bill the patient." Dr. Duncan added setting up the ultrasound machine.

"Just check out my baby!" Abby snapped.

"That's what I am doing." Dr. Duncan replied spreading the jelly on Abby's stomach.

"Thanks and I am sorry I am being so grouchy but it's been a rough couple of months." Abby apologized.

"It's alright we all have bad days." Dr. Duncan assured placing the wand on Abby's stomach.

"How does everything look?" Abby asked.

"You are measuring six and a half weeks and everything looks good. Now you said you fell can you tell me what exactly happened?" Dr. Duncan replied.

"I was pushed by my soon to be ex-husband." Abby replied.

"I am so sorry. Can you tell me exactly what happened? I don't want to intrude but I need to know what kind of trauma you suffered. If it's serious enough I want you admitted just to be safe. If not I just want Mr. Gibbs to watch you." Dr. Duncan replied.

"We were fighting. He came in late drunk again and he was making a lot of noise. To make things worse he came into the twins room. He was knocking stuff over and trying to take my cloths off. I pushed him away because I was trying to comfort our son he has bad colic. He stumbled and fell. He was mad so I put the baby back. Right before he hit me in the chest and I fell backwards. I landed on the floor but I hit my back on the rocker." Abby explained.

"Is their carpet or hard floor in the nursery?" Dr. Duncan asked.

"Carpet fluffy carpet." Abby explained.

"You should be OK to go home in that case. Just take it easy the next few days. I would also like you to make an appointment with an OBG/YN tomorrow. So you can get a more thorough examination. For yourself." Dr. Duncan explained.

"I can do that." Abby replied.

"So she's good to go?" Gibbs asked.

"Yes just watch her." Dr. Duncan replied.

"I can do that." Gibbs assured.

"Bring her back if there is any cramping or bleeding." Dr. Duncan replied.

"I know what to watch for." Gibbs replied.

"Excellent and Miss. Scuito... Good luck." Dr. Duncan replied.

A/N: Gibbs will confront McGee soon. Maybe not in the next chapter but soon. New chapter will be up soon. Please review and thanks for reading.
