I have changed the title for the story it makes more sense now.

(The Next Day in DC)

Andrew join the three elite four members and Mr. Goodsworth in front of the Pokemon League.

"This is going to difficult to look at" said Morgan.

"What do you mean?" asked Andrew.

"After what happened here yesterday. I do not want to see the damage left here" said Morgan.

"Well better time then any to go in" said Andrew.

The four walk into the Pokemon League. The first thing they see in the office is all pictures, which most are on the ground broken in pieces.

"Are the pictures at least ok?' asked Mr Goodsworth.

Andrew walks over to the first picture which happens to be the very 1st Champion of the US League. He picks up the broken frame and looks at it. The picture is ok minus a few scratches on the picture. He takes out the picture and hands it to Mr. Goodsworth.

"Thats not that bad." said Mr. Goodsworth looking down at the picture.

"It could be worse you know" said Marc walking over to him.

"How could it be any worse then this?" asked Mr. Goodsworth.

"Well it could be destroyed" said Marc.

"It basically is this is the last picture we have of him" said Mr. Goodsworth.

"You two stop that. This is no time for that we have to keep looking for things" said Andrew stopping in his search.

"Ok" said Marc joining Andrew in the front.

They come to the second picture which is still on the wall. The frame is broken in two pieces but the picture is safe and sound. Andrew stops removes it from the wall and hands it to Mr. Goodsworth.

"Thank god this picture is ok this Champion died three months after he become it. This the only think that we have to remember him by." said Mr. Goodsworth.

"Morgan you Tina and Mr. Goodsworth finish up this room Marc and me will check the rest. We will meet up at the front door in an hour. If you find anything that could be trouble just yell"said Andrew as they came up to the arena.

"Ok" said Morgan.

They split up. Some went through the offices while Marc and Andrew went around the arena.

(Marc and Andrew)

"So Marc what is your first memory in this arena?" asked Andrew.

"Well it was a couple months after you became champion. I was about 16 and me being a cocky person I was I decided I would challenge the Champion at the time which was Ivy Rosenberg. If I remember she was before Hester Jr. and after Hester Senior. (Dad and Son if you are wondering.) She was tough I can tell you that. I manged to take out three of her pokemon but she just wiped out all six of mine right after that. That lost just sent me into a downward spiral I could not win another battle after that loss. I never knew why but I could not win. That was 5 years ago " said Marc.

"Then let me ask you this. Why did you accept my invite to battle for a spot on my elite four?" asked Andrew.

"Andrew after I saw you battle Hester Jr. and win your battle really sparked something in my head. I really thought I was done but your battle made me think of my younger days when I battled to just have fun. So when I revived that invite I jumped at the chance to redo the mistakes I have made years ago. If I may ask why you choose me even though I lost my battle for the elite four spot.?" asked Marc.

"Marc I was not looking for the best battlers. I was looking for battlers that bring what I was looking for." said Andrew.

"If I may ask what were you looking for?" asked Marc.

"Honestly I was looking for those trainers who really have a connection to their pokemon and was not afraid to show. When I watched you battle I saw that you and our pokemon battled with heart and a certain type of determination that overall caught me attention." said Andrew.

"Then why did you decided to put me last for a trainer to battle against the elite four?"asked Marc.

"Well when I put you head to head against Melissa you won and we all knew the order after that day" said Andrew.

"Ok thanks for telling me that Andrew" said Marc.

"Not a problem. Shall we get back to what we were doing." said Andrew.

"Yeah we can" said Marc.

They walked up and down the bleachers and marked with a number how many were destroyed. All the center left of the arena were gone. They walked down to the arena through the locker rooms which most of the tiles on the wall were gone. Most of the titles meant something because all the pokemon that each champion battle with to earn that spot they were in had a paw print there. Lucky for them they re-plastered new ones a month earlier for the Pokemon League so that was not a problem. They kept walking out till they were in the arena. The rocky playing field which the arena had at the time had no more rocks most of them ended up in bleachers on the right side of the arena. This made that side inaccessible.

"How man explosions do you thing there was?" asked Marc.

"My guess it had to be about 4 or 5 powerful explosions because those rocks are not just lifted out of the ground and flung on the right side like they are. They do not even end up like that with a Golem explosion" said Andrew.

"Ok We surveyed the damage here we have to get to the announce center" said Marc.

"Since it is on the right side I will just use my Flygon to fly me up there. I want you to stay right here just encase that caves in we only need one of us stuck not two." said Andrew.

"Be careful." said Marc.

"I will" said Andrew as he called out his Flygon.

He hopped on its back and flew up to the announce center and entered carefully not to do anything to jeopardize his life. He examined every little thing and decided that this will have to come down either way it is not repairable. They had to put up a new one. He flew down back to Marc and as he did the announce center came down and smashed into the bleachers underneath it.

"Wow lucky you got out when you did" said Marc.

"I know" said Andrew returning his Flygon.

"Lets get out of here" said Marc.

"Yeah lets rejoin the others" said Andrew looking up at the windows.

The windows he is looking at all had the glass shattered. That was in the center of the arena were most of the pokemon did battle at. They walk out and headed to the front door to wait up for the others.

(All back in Front of the Door)

"How bad was it?" asked Andrew to Morgan.

"Ok most of the pictures made it. The records room is gone there is nothing left in it the machine we record everything in is gone completly destroyed. All but about two of the computer in here are destroyed. All the windows are shattered and worst of all Mr Goodsworth broke down seeing all he worked for go up in flames like it did." said Morgan.

"Where is Mr. Goodsworth now?" asked Andrew.

"He left a few minutes saying he was done with it all he could not take it anymore." said Morgan.

"Ok we should just leave him alone I will try talking to him after I explain what I have too to the press that is waiting out front." said Andrew.

"What about us?" asked Marc.

"How about you three head to the hospital and go check on Melissa" said Andrew.

"Yeah we should" said Morgan as him Tina and Marc all leave Andrew in the building alone.

This alone time gave Andrew time to prepare to answer all the questions that he will face. He walks out and goes over to the mic-stand a prepares to explain himself. There are thousands of people at home or elsewhere watching and waiting to hear what Andrew has to say.

(Press Conference with Andrew)

"Let me start by saying good afternoon to everyone. He paused then continued to speak. Last night here at the Pokemon League and the Power Plant down the street were attacked by a villainous group known as the Dark Destroyers. The motives of the attack remain unclear and the damage to both places is moderate. As the mayor explained before me no deaths we do have one of our own hurt. My Elite Four Member Melissa hurt here at the Pokemon League. She will be out of here for anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks at this time when she does return she will have her left arm in a cast but she is willing to still battle at her spot. For the duration of her time gone the Pokemon League will be closed due to the damage it took yesterday. Do not worry if you have already challenged us this extra time will give you a chance to train more. I will now take four questions and hand it back over to the mayor." said Andrew.

All the press people raise their hands and as they did Andrew pick Mike Johnston Poke News.

"How will all this effect the Champions Cup next?" asked Mike.

"It will not effect the tentative date of March 6th ,2014" said Andrew.

The next person he picks is Robin Malcolm who is recording it for her show tonight.

"Is it true that the motive of this attack is for the Red and Blue Orbs held here at the Smithsonian?" asked Robin.

"We are not 100% sure why they attacked here but we can say that those orbs were a possibility." said Andrew.

The next person is Ian Marks of Poketop News.

"If it was for the orbs what are you and the Pokemon League doing to make sure they are safe?" asked Ian.

"The orbs are under lock down right now so the concern of them getting stolen is slim to not possible but if I know the Dark Destroyers nothing is not possible for them but we do have all but one elite four member ready to respond to them getting stolen." said Andrew.

The last person he picks is a Jason Hayes of World Wide Pokemon.

"Is this the same Dark Destroyers organization that tried this many years ago under the the 4th Champion Sidney Vaughn or is it a completly new more fearsome one?" asked Jason.

"That was over 20 years ago I highly doubt this is the same set up as that organization. This new Dark Destroyers are more deadly and have even more deadly intentions." said Andrew and after he did he stepped down and walked towards Mr. Goodsworth's house.

(At Mr. Goodsworth's House)

Andrew knocks a couple times before he answered the door.

"Hey can I come in?" asked Andrew.

"Yeah" said Mr. Goodsworth.

"So why did you leave before the damage inspection was done?" asked Andrew.

"I have been doing this job for about 30 years and I have seen many champions come and go but when I saw the hard work I put into the Pokemon League gone in one night I just could not see anymore." said Mr. Goodsworth.

"I understand" said Andrew.

"You do not understand I have seen most of those Champions in action you do not show a single emotion about the whole place beginning like it is" said Mr. Goodsworth.

"Lets see here I have to be strong I do not want anyone to see any form of weakness in this Pokemon League I need to show that we can take anything the Dark Destroyers can dish out at us and it does not break us. Yeah I do understand I picked out Melissa and seeing her get hurt made me mad and sad but I could not show it and expect that from the others like they did." said Andrew.

Mr. Goodsworth was speechless in his 30 years on the job no Champion ever spoke back to him like Andrew just did.

"I am sorry Goodsworth but it had to be said and with that I think it is time I show myself out" said Andrew leaving.

All Mr. Goodsworth did after that is just stand there and just think about that as he headed to his bedroom to pack his things and plans to leave this place and not look back.

While he does that Andrew catches a cab and goes to the Hospital to visit Melissa who is surprisingly already trying to leave.

(At the Hospital)

Andrew walk into her room to join Morgan, Tina and Marc who were already there.

"I see you are feeling better." said Andrew to Melissa.

"Yes I am and I ready to leave here today." said Melissa.

"You do know you can sign yourself out if you think you are ready." said Andrew.

"I can ok I can do it right now then." said Melissa.

"How's Goodsworth Andrew?" asked Morgan interrupting.

"I left his place with him just standing there looking foolish" said Andrew.

"I do not understand why he broke down he has seen this before has he not?" asked Morgan.

"Honestly I would think so but then again we have never asked him about his past so all we can do is speculate" said Andrew.

"Not to interrupt or anything but can someone call me taxi that will take me home?" asked Melissa.

"No Melissa you are not gong back to your house you can stay with me" said Tina.

"Ok thats fine" said Melissa losing her smile.

"Then lets sign you out and head home" said Tina.

Tina walks to the front desk and asks if Melissa is clear to and Melissa's doctor walks over and does not recommend her from leaving but if she thinks she can she can.

So Melissa signs herself out and is wheeled put of the hospital to a taxi where Tina is waiting for her. Morgan and Marc return back to their hotels leaving Andrew in front of the hospital beginning to walk back to his hotel.

As he walks he cannot think anything but the possibility that all the lives the Dark Destroyers can put in harm if they are allowed to do what they do now. He makes it back to his hotel and just passes out as soon as he lays down on the bed.

(Now to Brady, Emma and Katie)

"Did you two hear what happened yesterday?" asked Katie to Emma and Brady.

"Yeah that Washington DC was attacked by the Destroyers"said Emma.

"They attacked a local power plant and the Pokemon League Building. Some did get hurt and so did one of Andrew's elite four member" Melissa" said Brady.

"Why would they do such a thing like that?" asked Emma to Brady.

"Allow me to answer that. In DC there are two orbs known as the Red and Blue Orbs and they want them." said Katie.

"How do you know that?" asked Brady.

"Well when Andrew and me were at what we thought was Johnny's house we seen some things that would really point that out." said Katie.

"Is it possible they would be after you too Katie?" asked Emma concerned about her sister's life.

"If they are we will not allow them too come after me." said Katie.

"Ok maybe we should just go home" said Emma.

"No do you remember what Andrew said we must never give up our journey no matter what." said Katie.

"If they can attack and damage the Pokemon League in one night what makes them not take you right now." said Emma.

"We have to remember we have pokemon we can defend ourselves just like Andrew said too." said Katie.

"I guess you are right lets go then." said Emma.

As the two Hopkins sisters were talking about this Brady checked all three of them out of the hotel and plotted their course to the next gym in Nashville. The two Hopkins sister join him outside and begin to walk towards Nashville ready as they will ever be for the next gym.

"Lets thing about one thing" said Brady as the three walk past the tall buildings.

"What would that be?" asked Emma.

"Whatever happens to us lets just be ready for it." said Brady looking up at the sky.

"Ok" said Katie.

They reach the end of the town and look out to the right and see the trees and to the left Lake Michigan. They take a step towards it leaving Chicago behind them. As they left the town they run into Seth. The kid you released his pokemon earlier because they were weak.

"So how is my Timburr and Poliwag" said Seth with a snarl voice.

"What's it to you?" asked Brady.

"Did you three beat the gym leader?" barked Seth back at Brady.

"Yeah all three of us did and my Timburr helped" said Brady.

"My Poliwag evolved during my battle" said Katie interrupting Seth before he could speak.

"I do not care I won my badge and plus I watched the Champion beat your brother badly. I know once I win the Champions Cup I will beat Andrew just as bad as he beat your brother maybe worse" said Seth laughing.

"I would be careful what you wish for Seth. Did you see what Andrew's Flygon did to all of Cole's Pokemon" said Brady.

"So all pokemon have a weakness" said Seth.

"Yeah they do Flygon's is ice but then you realize that Andrew's Flygon knows flamethrower witch is super effective against ice pokemon." said Brady.

"You must also know that Dragon types of attacks can also beat another dragon type pokemon" said Seth.

It fell quiet for a minute as Brady and Seth looked at each other. Each one trying to out due the other.

"Well I best be going I have training to do before flying to the 5th gym" said Seth leaving the other three just standing there.

"Do you believe that guy" said Katie.

"I know Katie" said Brady.

"Does he honestly think he will win the Champions Cup" said Katie.

After that was said they left towards the next gym. They follow the lake to their next stop which is Gary, IN. That is a 9 hour walk from them. As they walked they see the water pokemon life return to the lake as if nothing ever happened. They see little Remoraid leap out of the water into the air then back into the water. The get a good laugh out that and continued to walk. As they walked to the left they see a Zigzagoon run out in front of the path and right over to the lake to drink some water. They come a a little spot that has a couple tables and spots to fish.

"This looks like a good spot as any to stop and eat" said Emma.

"Yeah that sounds good" said Katie.

"I will go collect some firewood for a fire" said Brady.

"Be quick about it" said Emma.

"I will" said Brady as he called out his Nuzleaf to help.

Him and his Nuzleaf walk around the forest and collected wood that was on the ground.

"Hey Nuzleaf I think we have a enough" said Brady looking at his Nuzleaf.

"Nu" said his Nuzleaf shaking its head.

As they walked back Brady kept thinking about what he would do if he chooses to use that leaf stone he won earlier to evolve his Nuzleaf. He looks at Nuzleaf and his Nuzleaf looks back at him.

"Hey Nuzleaf are you going to want to evolve later on into Shiftry?" asked Brady to his Nuzleaf.

His Nuzleaf looked up at him and shook his head yes as if Nuzleaf knew what Brady was asking.

"Ok" said Brady.

The two return to see Emma standing around waiting for him and Katie has her feet in the lake looking off into the great blueness that is the lake water with her Eevee laying next to her.

"Your back finally" said Emma.

"Yeah it took us a little longer then expected" said Brady.

"Thats fine lets get the food ready" said Emma.

She begins by cutting some of the berry's they have and putting them in a small pot they also have. She gathers some of the lake water and uses that too. After 30 minutes of cooking the food she yells for Brady and Katie who has moved from the lake to under a tree near by. They walk over to where she is and takes a couple bowls and dishes out some of the food she made.

"Wow Emma I forgot how much of a good cook you are." said Brady shoving his mouth full of the soup.

"Thanks." said Emma.

They finish eating all of the soup. Emma grabs the pan and fills it with water to put the fire out. Brady heads to the lake to wash his face and hands. Katie does the exact same thing as Brady. They return to Emma who just put the pan away in her bag.

"You two ready to continue" said Brady.

"Yeah" said Emma.

"How about you Katie?" asked Brady.

"Yeah I am" said Katie.

The three get a move on back towards Gary, IN. They followed the lake. After about walking 5 hours they make to a little city called Whiting, IN.

"Are we at Gary,IN?" asked Katie.

"No I think this a small town in Indiana" said Brady.

The three of them walk up to a sign that says Welcome to Whiting.

"I am going to guess we are in Whiting." said Brady.

"I think so." said Emma.

"We should go to the pokemon center and go check a map to see how far we are from Gary" said Brady.

the three of them walk towards the pokemon center. Once they get there they walk in and walk over to the map on the Nurse's Desk. The nurse walks over to them and she begins talking to them.

"Is there any way I can help?" asked the Nurse.

"Yeah how far is Gary Indiana from here?" asked Brady in response.

"Well you are about 4 hours away from there if you leave now you will be there by nightfall." said the Nurse.

"Thank you that will help us a lot." said Brady.

They then leave the Pokemon Center and headed towards Gary. As they walked still following the lake they keep seeing water pokemon and in the trees they see Hoothoot's titling their heads at them. As it became dark they would stop following the lake and are on the highway till the reached the exit saying Gary, IN. They followed it and as the moon rises in the sky they make it to Gary.

(Gary, IN)

"Finally we are here." said Katie with a sigh of relief.

"Yes we are Katie." said Brady with a sigh of relief too.

"Ok lets find a place to eat then we can head to the Pokemon Center for the night" said Emma.

They walked up a little street and find this small corner restaurant that looked good so they decided to to eat there. So they stopped inside and found a place to sit. A few minutes later a waiter comes up and asked what they want. They each order the same think. They ordered the restaurant' s specialty. 20 minutes later the waiter returns with their food and give it to them. They all eat. 45 minutes after they got to the restaurant they ate all the food and was ready to pay the bill.

"I will pay." said Brady taking some money out.

They walk from where they were sitting to the register and Brady pays the bill. They then leave that restaurant to the Pokemon Center. Once they get to the Pokemon center they walk up to the Nurse.

"Excuse me is there any extra beds here?" asked Emma to the Nurse.

"Yeah there is 5 extra. Follow me and I will show you to them." said the Nurse.

They follow here and they find the beds and they all lay down on the beds. Minutes later they even fall asleep with out worrying about a thing.
