Eleven years later...

"Stand still." Lacey says as she tries to put the ribbon in three-year old Aubrey's hair. Lacey can't help but laugh at her antsy first-born. Two year old Sydney was busy twirling in the lavender tutu she loved. She picked the lavender one and Aubrey picked the pink one. Lacey had to tend to two full heads of hair. They both inherited her and Danny's locks. They had enough hair for five little girls. Aubrey looked like a darker version of Danny, and Sydney looked like a lighter version of Lacey. They were two extremely gorgeous little girls. People stopped Lacey all the time to tell her how pretty they were. Lacey was actually 5 months pregnant, with what she hoped was a boy. She and Danny never wanted to find out the sexes of their babies because they liked surprises. Aubrey actually was a surprise. Lacey actually got pregnant on their honeymoon. They had married when they were both 24. Rico walked Lacey down the aisle, and Cole was the best man. Cole and Rico had remained a couple to this day.

Clara had just gotten married and wasn't ready for kids just yet, but she loved her nieces like they were her own. Clara and her husband, James were Aubrey's godparents. Rico and Cole were Sydney's. Phoebe ended up marrying Archie, and was now pregnant along with Lacey. They met weekly to compare bellies.

Joe and Danny's friendship was broken beyond repair. Neither would budge on forgiveness, though Lacey encouraged Danny to reconcile with him. Due to staying friends with Rico and Cole, Danny and Lacey knew that Sarita moved away to Florida. They hadn't heard from or seen Regina either, since she moved to California.

"Mommy, are we ready now?" Aubrey asked. She was anxious. She looked and acted a lot like Danny.

"Almost." Lacey said as she tried to lace up Sydney's ballerina flats. "Ok, we're ready." Lacey said as she smiles at her daughters.

They left the room and headed to the top of the stairs. "Close your eyes Daddy!" Aubrey yelled out. Sydney was still busy twirling.

Danny was sitting on the couch in the living room waiting for the surprise from Lacey and the little girls he wished for when he was sixteen and first fell in love with Lacey.

"Are they closed?" Aubrey asked.

Danny started to chuckle. "Yes, they're closed! I even have my hand covering my eyes!" Danny yelled out.

"Ok!" Aubrey yelled again. Danny and Lacey were both tickled by their first-born child's behavior. She was too cute and precious for words. They both were.

Lacey lead both girls down the steps and went and sat next to her husband. She grabbed his hand.

"Can I open my eyes now?" Danny asked.

"Yes." Sydney says.

He opens his eyes and sees his little angels dressed like ballerinas. They were both smiling at him and Lacey. "Go." Lacey says as they start to do the dance that Lacey taught them. It caused a tear to drop from Danny's eye.

Aubrey and Sydney finished their dance and bowed as Danny stood up and clapped. "That was really beautiful girls. Daddy is very proud of you two."

Suddenly, there's a knock on their front door. Lacey rushes over to get it thinking it might be Karen or Judy. They always dropped by just to see their granddaughters. Lacey can't believe who the visitor is. It's Joe.

"Can I come in?" Joe asks politely.

Lacey briefly looks over at Danny before saying, "Sure." She steps aside and lets Joe into their house.

Danny just looks at his old friend and doesn't know what to say. "I know you guys are wondering why I'm here." Joe says.

"Yes, we are." Danny says.

"Well, I'm finally in a good place where I can come here and apologize for what I did like a man. I'm truly sorry for what I did to you two." Joe says sincerely.

"Mommy, who's that?" Aubrey asks as she walks over to grab her mother's hand.

"It's your uncle Joe." Danny says as he gives his old friend a hug. They both felt like a huge burden had been lifted. When they broke apart, they see that Lacey is smiling at them. She wanted this for a long time.

"They are so beautiful, guys." Joe says.

"Thanks." Danny says. "As you can see, we have another one coming. I think this one is a boy." Danny says.

"I hope you guys get what you want." Joe says and he means it.

"Are you staying for dinner?" Lacey asks.

"Sure. I need to get to know my nieces better." Joe says as he smiles at the prettiest little girls he had ever seen. He plans to be around when the new baby is born.

"You girls want to show your uncle Joe the dance Mommy taught you?" Danny asks.

Aubrey and Sydney both yell out 'Yes!" as they begin to dance.

I would like to say a huge thanks to everyone that liked, read and reviewed this story. It's been fun. This is truly bittersweet, but the show must go on. I have several other ideas lurking in this crazy head of mine. My obsession with Dacey and the amount of feels I get from them, cause me to want to write stories. I hope you all will enjoy my next batch of creations. :)
