I'm sorry it's a bit short. I realized that it's been awhile since the last time I posted so I rushed this out because well finals are coming up and I knew I wasn't going to be posting anytime soon. This is just a cute (is cute even the right word) little thing I came up in my head. But don't worry the next chapter will be better, and will also be a flashback. For some reason a lot of you guys like the flashbacks, so yea flashbacks!

[Chapter 37]

Red eyes stared at the empty fire place in front of him. He had nothing to do, and no one was willing to bother him in his state of boredom; chances of Xanxus killing them just for fun was highly probable. Bringing his glass to his lips he finished what was left, and placed the glass on the table next to him. There had to be something to do. His doorknob turned and the door swung open. Xanxus gripped his glass and raised his arm to throw it until he saw who it was. "Kid"

"Hi uncle Xanxus!" Noel laughed running over to the Varia boss with a smile on his face. "Papa came to give Squalo something from Dino, so I got to come along."

Xanxus stared at Noel. Why was this kid so attached to him? He had to the only person who actually smiled with joy just by seeing him. "Shouldn't you be with your mother?"

Noel frowned and looked at the ground. "Mama went to visit Kazimir for a while so Watson and Vinci are supposed to watch over me."

At the sound of his name, Xanxus narrowed his eyes. "Why did you she leave?"

Noel shrugged, "Vinci said that every once in a while mama has to go because Kazimir requests it."

Xanxus stared at the boy. "Why?"

"You ask a lot of questions uncle Xanxus." Noel said grinning. "Mama knows a lot of things and Kazimir makes sure that she hasn't told anyone anything, or at least that's what Watson told me."

Xanxus watched as the boy bounced from one foot to the other while standing next to his chair. If he played his cards right, the boy could tell him everything he knew about Vinci. More than he could get from asking her herself. Resting his head in his hand he looked down at Noel. "How much do you know about your aunt?"

"I know a lot. She thinks I'm not listening sometimes so she just starts saying things I'm not supposed to know. Did you know that Watson and Vinci are the only people in her whole family that has a box animal/weapon?" Noel blurted out. His eyes bright and wide and the sudden interest in his aunt.

Xanxus felt his lip twitch as he held in a smirk. This was going to be easier than he thought. The kid wanted to please him and was excited to see that he was interested in the things he knew. It was like batting a dog with a bone or Squalo with a fight. "How deep is Vinci's relationship with that piece of trash?"

Noel tilted his head to the side in confusion. "Burk? They're just partners. All I know is that they dated for a few months, but it ended on good terms. Apparently they both knew it wasn't going to work out."

"I'm asking about sex, brat."

"Oh…" Noel said before laughing. "Aunt hasn't and doesn't want sex with Burk. They just kiss every once in a while and when he stays at Cavallone he sleeps in her bed but that's it."

"What about –."

"I mean if you want to know about Vinci's sex life there isn't one. Watson said that I shouldn't go spreading that around but Vinci hasn't had sex. Mama said that they call people like Vinci a virgin and that it's nothing to be ashamed of, but Vinci doesn't want anyone to know for some reason. It doesn't sound like such a bad thing though." Noel rambled on and Xanxus could only try not to choke on his spit.

She was twenty eight years old and still a virgin? Was he missing something? She was married but she was a virgin? Did she not have sex with her husband? Did she not want sex? Last time he checked she very opened to the idea of sex, and had cornered him several time and left him in very promising positions until he had to divert her attention elsewhere. So why was she a virgin?

"Why hasn't she had sex with her husband?"

Noel stopped his rambling when Xanxus popped the question. "Watson said it's because that Kazimir isn't healthy enough to have sex or something like that."

Xanxus went to open his mouth when the door opened to reveal Piero. "Noel what are you doing in here?" Piero asked walking in and grabbed the kids' hand.

"I wanted to come see uncle Xanxus. I never get to see him." Noel complained.

"It was nice seeing you Xanxus. Come on Watson is waiting outside for us." Piero said pulling the kid with him towards the door.

Noel looked over his shoulder at Xanxus with a sad look on his face. Xanxus made a motion for him to keep quiet about what happened. Noel nodded his head and left the room.

"How was your trip?" Vinci asked watching as Noel climbed out of the limo with the help of Watson.

"It was a lot of fun. I got to hang out with uncle Xanxus!" Noel cheered running up the steps.

Vinci felt a little annoyed at the term 'uncle'. "Noel I don't like it when you call him uncle." She said as he came to stand in front of her.

"But he doesn't mind! Besides I think he's starting to like me. He was asking all types of questions." Noel said looking upset.

Vinci looked down at him concerned. "What kind of questions did he ask you?" She knew Xanxus would do anything to get the information he needed, even if it was getting it out of a kid.

"Sorry it's a secret." Noel said before leaving Vinci at the top of the stairs.

"Noel!" Vinci called after him.
