And though it's a poor little place, filled with people who'd die for the chance to leave and never look back, it's a place they can call home. A real home too- filled with love and laughter and mistakes big enough to fill the cracks that run rampant upon the streets.

Sekai doesn't seem to be in a good mood anymore- and she won't really talk to you.

"Do you just want me to take you home?"

You're tired of her attitude- you're irritated of how emotional she's getting over a rabbit- and she's acting as if it was her rabbit.

Grow the fuck up.

But of course you don't say it to her face.

"You don't need to do that. I'm fine."

She gives you a reassuring smile- but you know that's she's faking it. And even though you love her to bits- you don't want to spend any more time with her than you have to.

"Well actually- I should be getting home. I hear there's a storm coming in another hour or two. It's supposed to get really bad."

It's a stupid excuse- you know it- but it's a good enough excuse of not wanting to drive in a storm.

Sekai clings onto your arm.

"I said you didn't need to go." She gives you a 'stay with me' face- a face you can't say no to- and in an instant-

-you know you're not leaving her anytime soon.
