Man, this is sad. The final chapter to my first SVU fic is here. I don't know about you, but I'm probably going to cry (okay, I cried like a baby). I was going to make it longer, but I think it's perfect just the way it is. This has been one helluva ride! Here's Chapter 36!

Clark was summoned away from his prison cell, and into the nurse's office. One guard stood there with the nurse, and he realized Clark didn't have a mark on him, and for 'being raped every night' that was very unusual. They continued with the full exam, and proceeded to ask him questions regarding the alleged assault. "When did this happen?"

"Yesterday. The day before. Everyday. I've showered since the last time. You're not gonna find evidence. I used to work SVU, I know how it works. No fluids, no victim, no justice. I'm telling you, I was raped, you have to believe me." He begged.

"Can you lay on your stomach?"

"I'd feel more comfortable if he wasn't in here for this." Clark said, and the nurse gave the guard a nod. They were alone.

Clark turned on his stomach, and allowed the nurse to probe around. He relished in how good it felt, despite the pain. He could feel himself becoming hard at the thought of the nurse touching him more, being intimate with him. He had to have her. He jumped and turned around suddenly. The nurse froze in shock. He grabbed her head, and planted a hard kiss, while he grinded his naked body on hers. The guards were in, within a second, and had him on the floor.

"This is excessive force! I'm gonna sue all your asses!" Clark shouted while the three guards worked to restrain him.

Amanda was finally back to working at full force, with no one and nothing holding her back. Of course, she still had her moments, but doesn't everyone? She had survived, now it was her time to thrive.

At the precinct, Fin gave Amanda the update on Clark. "No signs of sexual trauma, but he did try to come onto the nurse."

Amanda shook her head, and rolled her eyes. "He was playing me, and I almost fell for it."

"You didn't fall for it. There's a difference."

Amanda smiled and realized how far she had come. She wasn't going to let this get to her. "Are you going to the sentencing hearing with me?"

"I wouldn't miss it."

Amanda sat between Fin and Nick, knowing she was safe. She was stronger. The sight of Clark still made her want to vomit, but she no longer felt intimidated by him. She was the one in power now. She stood when the judge asked if anyone had anything to say. She walked up to the front slowly, but confidently. She made eye contact with the judge. She brushed her hair from her face before she began. "Caleb Clark raped me. It started when I worked in Atlanta, under his squad. He raped me five times alone, and three times along with another detective. Then, he came to New York to visit." She looked directly at Clark. "He raped me on two separate occasions, and then he kidnapped me. He held me for three days, before I was found." She looked back to the judge. "I had no food, no water. I was naked and freezing, duct taped to the bed post. That was all while he was on bail. If he is ever set free again, I might not be so lucky. I might not be here to tell my story, if he has his way. Please, don't go easy on him. Give him the maximum." Amanda stated. Her confidence was surprising to everyone in there. Nick and Fin had no idea it had been so bad in Atlanta, they knew she had been raped, but not eight times... They were shocked by this information, but they didn't let it show. They would never ask her about it either, they already knew more than they cared to. Amanda took her seat between the two of them, and waited for the judge to make her decision.

Nick took her hand. "Nice job." He whispered. "You did great."

"Thanks." Amanda said, feeling confident he would be sentenced to life, or a greater amount of time than he could possibly live.

"I hereby sentence you to 60 years in a federal prison."

Amanda let out a breath. She didn't need to hear any more. She was free. Even if he was out early, by then he'd be ninety or a hundred, and wouldn't pose too much of a threat. She was free to live. It really was over. Finally. When the judge hit her gavel, everyone stood, and Clark glared back at Amanda, and she grabbed Nick, and pulled him in for a long, passionate kiss, rubbing it right in Clark's face. Nick could not have planned it better himself. He remembered that conversation he had with Clark, where he said Nick wouldn't ever be able to touch her, and this was the perfect way to tell him, he hadn't won. Amanda won. Nick was so proud of her.

Everyone met up at Olivia's apartment that night, to celebrate the win. They made a toast to a new beginning. The future was looking bright for these detectives, and there was no telling what it held for them, and also there would be no denying they were the absolute best squad there was. With all that they had gone through as a team, it made them stronger, closer, and ultimately it made them better detectives.

The night was filled with fun and laughter, and they deserved it. Everyone got their turn to play with Noah and his toys, which made them all extremely happy. Noah was also very pleased with the amount of attention he was getting by all these people in his home.

"Hey, Amanda." Olivia said with a smile on her face. Everyone stopped to listen. "There's something I want to ask you."

Six months later...

Benson was back at work, and although she wasn't full force yet, she still got to throw orders around, and do what she could around the precinct. She had hired Detective Dominick Carisi Jr, who was coming along, compared to where he had started out when he was first hired. The squad was a bit skeptical of him at first, but they were starting to warm up to him now.

Now, the squad sat in the audience, listening to the names go by. One by one. "Oh, next one." Fin said, and they all straightened in their seats.

"Sergeant Amanda Rollins." She stepped onto the stage, and shook the man's hand as everyone cheered for her. A huge smile spread across her face as she felt a sense of accomplishment overwhelm her. She did it.

That's how WE win.
