"Hi we're back," said Hikaru walking into Mori's apartment where everyone was hanging out focusing on Bubbles.
"We brought everyone back something," said Ei holding up several of the bags in her hands. She hastily started handing it all out to their respectable recipients.
"Where did you go?" asked Kaoru as Ei walked around handing out their souvenirs.
"Karuizawa," said Ei, "Having a little heart to heart."
"Yep," said Hikaru, "And by the way, Kaoru." She walked over and gave him a gentle smack across the face.
"Owe!" Kaoru still moaned, "What was that for?"
"For being stupid about me and Alice," said Ei, "You can't call something like that off just because I may not be ready! You have to try and get me more use to it! And that's why you're going to take me to an amusement park next weekend with Alice and we're going to spend time together so I can do more to get use to her. Sort of like what we did when we went to her parents' home for dinner!"
"You tell him Ei!" Hikaru cheered.
"And that goes for the rest of you too!" Ei then shouted as she looked at her other fathers, "I want you all to come to the amusement park with us with a potential match! It's the only way I'll be ready for when you do find that right woman to be in your life!"
"What?" said Tamaki, Hunny and Hikaru.
"You hear me!" said Ei, "I need to be taught a lesson!"
"That's nice Ei," said Kyoya, "We will definitely look into that."
"That included you too Kyoya!" Ei warned.
"That's nice dear; however you have a more pressing matter to worry about," Kyoya told her, "Like your homework. You can still get it done before the weekend is over. Now please get going."
"Can I take Bubbles with me?" asked Ei.
"I suppose," said Kyoya
"Let's go Bubbles," Ei called for her bet that immediately fallowed after her.
"I take it whatever you did worked well Hika-Chan?" asked Hunny.
"Yeah I think so," said Hikaru, "Sorry about pulling the real father card."
"Well this would be the first time you ever made such a move so it's not too big a deal," said Kyoya, "However I would advise you not to make a habit of it Hikaru."
"Duly noted," said Hikaru.
Ei felt really good as she did her homework. She even listens to Jun's music.
"Bubbles I'm feeling a lot better!" she told her pig, "I just hope that I can get those girls to forgive me for being to mean to them yesterday and if there is a chance one or more of them wind up wanting to go out with one of my dads." Bubbles gave a grunt that sounded like he agreed with her and was encouraging her, "Thanks Bubbles."
"Mmmhmm," said Kyoya as he thumb through Ei's homework, "Well it does look like you managed to get it all done and correctly. It's good to know you made such a good recovery."
"Thank you Kyoya," said Ei. She gave off a yawn. She didn't realize she had been working so late into the evening.
"Time for bed I suppose," said Kyoya handing her back her homework, "You do have school tomorrow."
"Yes Kyoya," said Ei, "Come on Bubbles, let's go back to Mori's floor." She kept yawing as she headed towards the door.
"Ei why don't you just stay here?" Kyoya suggested.
"But what about Bubbles?" asked Ei in between yawns.
"Don't worry I'm sure Bubbles will be fine," Kyoya assured her as he picked her up and carried her up to her room. Ei was practically falling asleep on his shoulder as carried her.
"It looks like someone had one hectic weekend," he said out loud.
"Yeah I guess," said Ei weakly.
"Are you really feeling better Ei?" asked Kyoya asked laying her down on the bed.
"Yeah I think so. Can I just ask you one thing?" Ei requested.
"Go ahead," said Kyoya.
"It may sound kind of weird but what is your feeling towards Miss Kandzume?" asked Ei.
"Oh you mean Ryoko?" asked Kyoya, a little bit surprised by Ei's questing, "why do you asked?"
"Hmm, I'm just trying to make sure if I'm prepared for whatever comes next with you and the others. I've seen the way you sort of looked at her and act around her. It sort of suggested you may like her," Ei explained. Kyoya had to chuckle a little at Ei's comment.
"Ei don't worry about me and Miss Kandzume at the moment alright? Why don't you mostly worry about Kaoru marry Miss Tween at the moment?"
"Sure," said Ei as she shut her eyes finally and went to sleep.
"Alright you, now it's time to take you to Mori's floor. I think the rest of us are going to have to do some re-modeling to our floors so we can make sure Ei can stay on our floors without making worrying about you," Kyoya told Bubbles as the two left Ei to get some sleep. Bubbles merely grunted response.
"It was quite amusing Ei asking about Miss Kandzume huh?" he said out loud, "I will admit the woman is a tad bit interesting."
Bubbles grunted as if he was intrigued at what Kyoya said.
"Don't you start now," Kyoya warned.
Ei woke up the next morning still feeling really good.
"I can't wait to see some of the different women today!" she said, "I have to make sure I apologize and see if they're really interested in my fathers so as not to set my hopes too high."
"Still feeling good today Ei?" asked Kyoya when she came down the stairs where he sat at his dinging room table.
"Yep," said Ei, "I'm off to Tamaki's for breakfast and then I'm going to find Hunny to head to school."
"Don't forget you need to check on Bubbles before you go," Kyoya reminded her.
"Don't worry I won't. I'll do it before going to find Hunny," said Ei, "Have a good idea Kyoya.
"You as well dear," said Kyoya.
"Tamaki, I'm here and ready for breakfast!" said Ei running into the apartment.
"Ei, you're looking good!" said Tamaki, "Yes I have breakfast all set and ready for you! I hope you're hungry!"
"Of course!" said Ei taking her seat, "Thank you so much!"
"Of course, nothing's too good for my little girl!" said Tamaki.
"So Tamaki is it all done with Miss Ryoushi?" asked Ei eagerly.
"Oh yes, I don't ever want to see that woman again!" said Tamaki.
"Good to know," said Ei, "So what are you going go do now?"
"I suppose just wait for whoever my grandmother tries to set me up with next time," said Tamaki with a sigh.
"Well why can't you try and find your own match?" asked Ei.
"Well it's hard to find the right girl when you're so perfect," said Tamaki.
"What about Miss Kikku?" asked Ei.
"Oh right, her," said Tamaki softly, "I'm not sure if she's the kind of woman that I would be with like that. I mean she's more of like a, like daughter. Yeah that's it."
"You're not going on about that again?" asked Ei, "Everyone's told me how you were always referring to yourself as my mom's father and Kyoya as her, mother. Come Tamaki don't do that!"
"But, but," Tamaki stammered.
"Tell you what; you know how I said I want to go to the amusement park this weekend with Kaoru and Alice? Why don't you invite Miss Kikku and you see if she really is like a daughter to you?" Ei suggested.
"You're willing to let me invite Miss Kikku on a date of some sorts this weekend?" asked Tamaki.
"Yeah, I kind of think it'd do you some good," said Ei.
"Well if or when I see her I will ask her," said Tamaki.
"Good," said Ei. She finished her breakfast and gave Tamaki a quick on his cheek.
"Have a good day at school Ei," said Tamaki, "I am so glad you're feeling better!"
"Thanks Tamaki," said Ei as she dashed out.
When she got to Mori's floor she found Hunny there too eating breakfast.
"Hi Ei-Chan!" said Hunny happily.
"Hi, good to see you here, I just came here to check on Bubbles," said Ei.
"He's fine," said Mori pointing to the pig who eating his food.
"Shouldn't I be doing that?" asked Ei.
"Its fine," said Mori, "I don't mind looking after him."
"Well okay, as long as he's doing okay," said Ei.
"You should probably fill up his water dish," Hunny suggested.
"Sure I can do that," said Ei running into the kitchen.
"She sure is looking better," said Hunny, "Ah; this whole weekend was unpleasant huh?"
"Yeah," Mori agreed.
"So are you ready to get going Hunny?" asked Ei.
"Almost," said Hunny. He ate the rest of his breakfast in a flash and took off with Ei.
"Bye now Mori," Ei called out.
"Bye Ei, I'll look after Bubbles," Mori promised.
"Thank you," said Ei happily.
"I'll be helping to look after Bub-Chan too, I promise Ei-Chan," Hunny told Ei as they headed to the lobby.
"Thank you Hunny. Hey Hunny can I ask you something?" asked Ei.
"Yes?" asked Hunny.
"About you and Miss Grayson, I remember the way you stood up to her father yesterday. Do you like her?" asked Ei.
"Well she's a nice lady and she's a great cook," said Hunny.
"Would you like to possibly date her someday?" asked Ei.
"Uh?!" said Hunny, "Ei-Chan let's not talk about that at the moment."
"Sure," said Ei, "Sorry if I put you in an awkward situation." Hunny gave off a giggle.
"It's okay. I think its sweet you asked," said Hunny, "Does this mean you're going to feel better about Kao-Chan and Al-Chan getting married?"
"Oh yeah, a lot better," said Ei, "I can't believe Kaoru nearly called off the wedding to her."
"Well I think you taught him a good lesson over the whole thing," said Hunny, "and if it didn't, well you know that one punching move I taught you right?"
"Mmmhmm," said Ei with a giggle.
"Bye-bye Ei-Chan," said Hunny as he dropped her off at school.
"Bye-bye," said Ei. She raced off to try and find her friends.
The first one she happened to find was Kenchirou who was sitting on the ground reading.
"Hey Kenchirou," she called out.
"Oh hi Ei," said Kenchirou.
"You will not believe the crazy weekend I had!" said Ei.
"I'm all ears," said Kenchirou eagerly.
"Well you see," Ei started to say, only to get a surprise flash in her face.
"I thought that was you Ei!" said a boy her age walking up to her.
"Wait, Ayaki?" asked Ei recognizing the boy from when she lived at the orphanage.
"Ayaki?" said Kenchirou also a bi surprised to see one of his old roommates.
"Yes it's me, I now officially Ayaki Nekozawa. I've been officially adopted," said Ayaki, "So that means from now on I'll be coming to school with all of you."
"Oh great," said Kenchirou.
"I was really excited about getting to see you again Ei. I never felt brave enough to admit this back when were living together but now I can finally say it. I really like you."
"Huh?" said Ei and Kenchirou.
"I really like. I always thought you were really cute and mysterious. And now that we're here together, I intend to make it so that I will be your boyfriend in the future," said Ayaki.
"What?!" Kenchirou and Ei both shouted.
"I know we're a little bit young for this now, but we'll be in middle school soon so who knows what will happen then?" said Ayaki as he took her hand and kissed it.
"Hey!" shouted Kenchirou away from Ei. "What makes you think she'd want to be your girlfriend?
Maybe she'll want to me mine in the future!"
'What the heck is going on here?' thought Ei in a panic.
