What's up, people?!
(Most of the answers are gonna be 'the sky' or 'the ceiling', right?)
Anyway, sorry if it took so long, I'm out of creativity for the latest days :( Anyway, answer to a couple of feedbacks:
- Guest: Tyson hasn't apologized to Hilary over his words because he doesn't know yet that Princess is Hilary. Yeah, I'm sure that Ryu and Hiro would be pissed off at Tyson, but they're not really into this story.
- Danazia Grey: Yes dear, Hilary and Rya, over the time, become more and more like sisters, and they do share a lot of things like experiences and emotions. I'm positive that they are the best of friends here.
- Guest: No, Rya doesn't have any brothers of sisters, she's an only child.
- Lady, it was a last minute resolution, actually. :3 I have a friend who was going through the same situation and I helped him through it and when I was ready to write, he texted me and was like 'thx 4 ur spt, bunny' (yes, he calls me bunny) and I was like 'sure! anytime' and I thought 'Hey, why not write about that?' and so it happened. So, in this case, he was Max and I was Kenny. :)
Thank you all for supporting me and this story. I'll see 'ya around!
ON THE FIC!
"Okay, I think that will do!" Ray exclaimed, diving in the water.
The teens were currently in a lake, under a waterfall. Ray had told them it was an exercise they needed to learn how to dominate, so they could focus on nothing but their battle. They were all sitting under the falling water, trying to eliminate all the noise from their heads and focus only in the beyblade spinning in front of them. They were only in their bathing suits, in order not to wet their own clothes, folded neatly on the grass the other side of the lake. Looking around to see everyone with their eyes closed, Ray smiled and called out Drigger, asking him to roar as long as he could. The effect was immediate. All the teens jump scared at the sound and looked around, laughing when they saw Ray with Drigger above him, with a smile.
"I think it's enough for one day. Don't you think?"
"Yeah, most likely." Ozuma replied, getting up. Everyone did the same, Tyson slipping slightly. Hilary grabbed his arm just in time and pulled him up, smiling and leading him off the waterfall. Everyone, once out of it, dried themselves and dressed up, the girls tying the hair in a ponytail. Rya walked to Kai and wrapped her arm around his middle back, smiling when she felt his lips pressing on her hair.
"Princess?" Ozuma called out "Can I talk to you for a second?"
"Sure." Hilary replied, surprised. Letting go of Tyson's hand and walking to Ozuma, she quickly walked away with him. Tyson walked to Mariam and asked her what was wrong, she seemed a little off. Sighing and turning to the bluenet, she asked:
"Tyson, have you ever had a secret that you know you can't reveal but it was vital for someone's feelings?"
"You mean your secret affects someone's feelings?"
"Yeah."
"No, not really."
"Tell me, if you had, what would you do?"
"I'd tell that person the truth. It's better to suffer with a cold hard truth then suffer over a lie."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"Then why didn't you tell Hilary the way you felt about her? Instead of telling her to drop dead?"
"How do you... How do you know that? Who told you?" Tyson asked, his eyes scared and widened.
"Ozuma" she lied, turning away. "If you really loved her, you wouldn't pushed her away."
"You're right. But that doesn't mean I had the courage to tell her that. I realized that what they say it's true."
"What do they say?"
"That you only realize you love someone when she's no longer by your side." Tyson declared, looking away. Mariam sighed and patted his shoulder, walking away.
Further back, Rya was watching the whole scene. The girl was starting to realize that keeping her secret was painful, especially now knowing that the boys loved them back. Salima and herself were already out of it, both of her lovers knew their true identities, but for Hilary and Mariam it was quite hurtful. She sighed, and looked at her feet, where Sakura was currently rubbing herself on. Picking the cat up, she asked:
"What do I do?"
'Let them. As Kai and Ray found out you and Salima, so will Tyson and Ozuma find out about Hilary and Mariam.' Sakura's voice echoed in her head. 'Patience, my princess. One step at the time'
"I don't want her to suffer. They deserve to be happy."
'And they shall be such. But they have to take their time. Patience, my princess.' Sakura said, jumping out of the girl's arms to the floor, walking away. Felling a pair of arms wrapping around her waist, she sighed, turning to the person. Gazing at his crimson eyes, Rya smiled sadly and rested her head on his chest, only to have her chin pulled up by the boy.
"Are you okay?"
"I'm fine, Kai. I'm just feeling a little... Moody."
"Menstruation?" he asked, concerned.
"What? No! Not until the next week." Rya stated "And I can't believe how can you say that with a straight face."
"It's completely normal for a woman such as you to have it. It's part of you."
"I know, but still... It's weird." Rya blushed and turned away.
"Tomorrow we leave this place." Kai observed "Where are we going next?"
"To Ozuma's village. I just hope everything goes well."
"What do you mean?"
"C'mon, Kai. I've told you Wolf and Princess' true identities. I just hope Ozuma doesn't go wild over it when she sees Wolf kissing and hugging her little brother."
"And Flash?"
"Who?"
"The little girl that was supposedly Wolf's daughter?"
"Oh, her. Her real name is Katy. But let's just call her Flash. Wolf is her guardian."
"Why Flash?"
"What's Ozuma's Bit Beast?"
"Flash Leopard."
"Then there you go." Rya declared, watching Kai nod with a smile.
She turned to Mariam and watched the girl walk alone away from the village, taking her sweet time walking. Rya turned to Kai and kissed him lightly before walking off to meet the bluenette. Stepping beside her, she acknowledged that the bluenette had noticed her presence, but said nothing against it. Reaching a hill, Mariam sighed and sat down on the grass, looking at the horizon.
"It's so beautiful. Don't you think?"
"Yes. Quite calm and peaceful."
"I'm running out of time, aren't I?" Mariam asked.
"Depends on what is your subject."
"Ozuma. Like always."
"Yes. We leave tomorrow. Are you ready?"
"To meet my brother and grandfather, my entire village and even Dunga? Yes. Am I ready to meet Ozuma's rage? No. Never in a thousand years."
"You're strong, Mariam. I know you are. You stood for yourself enough to make me respect you."
"What if I can't do this?"
"Then you'll have nothing else. But I believe in you. I trust you to make the right decision. Even if it is, right before entering the village, letting Sharkrash out of his beyblade..."
"Thanks, Rya." Mariam whispered, pulling the girl for a hug.
A/N: Done? I really don't feel like adding much of a call out, especially 'cuz I don't have much imagination today... Love 'ya!
