Hello guys and gals. A lot of you have been wondering if Riot is a part of Evan Empire. I would like to clarify that James Blackwell and The Wayne Bros are not a part of Evan Empire. I would not add anyone without JJ's or the Owners approval.
James Blackwell formed an alliance with The Wayne Bros to help him get his revenge on The Origin.
