Two Months Later

Seth couldn't stop twitching as he sat in his seat in the neatly decorated garden that Roman and Kaitlyn had decided they would be married in. Today was not only February Fourteenth but also their wedding day. His grin was large as he watched them exchange their vows. The whole ceremony had gone smoothly so far and everyone in the bridal party looked wonderful. Seth's brown eyes raked across the groomsmen and groom first. Roman looked very handsome dressed in an all black suit with white tie. He had the largest smile Seth had ever seen on him and he couldn't help but smile too. His long, black hair was pulled back into a neat, low ponytail.

His eyes moved to the right and looked at all of the groomsmen. The Best Man was Roman's brother Matt, next to him was Dean, then Punk, Sami and on the end was Wade. All of the groomsmen looked handsome dressed in their matching black suits with white silk ties. He could see the nervous twitch that was on both of Dean and Sami's faces as they had to stand on either side of Punk but they were both still smiling nonetheless.

His brown eyes moved to look at the bride and her bridesmaids next. Kaitlyn looked drop dead gorgeous in her gown. It was a fitted, mermaid style gown that was covered head to toe in intricate, sparkling crystal beading. Her hair was pulled up into a bun while her veil that was scattered with delicate crystals ran at least a metre after her dress stopped. Seth had watched her walk past him on the arm of her proud father, her make up perfection as it always was. She had walked down the aisle carrying a huge bouquet of White Roses with splashes of Lilac throughout it that matched perfectly with the bridesmaids dresses.

His eyes moved to the Maid of Honour standing proudly next to her dressed in a pretty Lilac coloured dress that was fitted around the bust and snugly fit each of the bridesmaids to roughly their hips before the material just dropped. The Maid of Honour's name was Natalya and even though Seth had only met her once, the pretty blonde seemed friendly enough. Her long blonde hair was pulled into a side ponytail that had soft, delicate curls all through it. She was holding a replica bouquet of the brides except hers was smaller. She was also holding the brides bouquet while she exchanged her vows of utter commitment. Standing next to her was AJ who admittedly looked quite pretty in her dress despite Seth's hatred for her. She had a soft smile on her pretty face as she watched her best friend exchange her vows. Seth's eyes moved along the line, looking at Beth who was one of Kaitlyn's closest friends, her face full of smiles as she watched on. His eyes kept moving, raking across Maria and Alicia who of course looked their wonderful, beautiful selves.

His attention was snapped away from the ushers of the wedding when he heard the wedding celebrant say the words that every wedding goer wanted to hear. "You may now kiss the bride." There was a loud cheer that echoed through the garden as Roman and Kaitlyn had their wedding moment and kissed for the first time as husband and wife. "Ladies and gentlemen, please be upstanding for the new Mr and Mrs Roman Reigns!"

Every single guest got to their feet and applauded as Kaitlyn and Roman made their way down the red aisle, hands tightly linked together as they paraded down the aisle, the photographer taking snap after snap of their monumental walk. Seth turned back to see Matt and Natalya walking down the aisle with their arms linked. His heart churned in his chest while he watched Dean and AJ walking down the aisle doing the same thing. He hoped that they were real smiles of happiness on their faces as they walked down the aisle. He watched the rest of the bridal party walk down the long aisle before the rest of the guests all followed them out towards the back area of the large garden where the photographer was already snapping a few photos.

Seth followed behind them, his hands digging into his expensive suit pants that Dean had purchased for him for this exact day. He was lagging behind a little, watching from afar some of the shots that the photographer was getting of the happy couple and their bridal party. He had been in this boat before and he knew what photos they would be getting. He'd even given Kaitlyn a few ideas for them to use. He knew that they were going to do a group photo with all of their guests and that's why he didn't leave his current spot. He turned around when he felt a hard clap on his shoulder. His face scrunched up in confusion when he looked and saw Jericho standing there with a grin on his face.

"Don't give me that look, kid." Jericho winked at him. The singer looked good in his light grey suit and baby blue tie. The suit material stretched across his firm biceps. "Hey, your man scrubs up well in a suit."

Seth laughed. "Are you hitting on him?"

Jericho winked again. "I can't deny when a man looks good in a suit."

Seth laughed again. "Not as hetero as you claim, hey Chris?"

Jericho leaned in close to Seth's ear and grinned. "Well, wouldn't you like to find out?"

Seth rolled his eyes and turned away, his cheeks flushing bright red. He had never imagined flirting like this with Jericho while his boyfriend was less than a few metres away. He tried to laugh it off and look over at the happy bride and groom who were taking photo after photo together with the rest of their bridal party. He smiled while he waited, his own imagination fluttering away as he watched them.

He was completely lost in his own thoughts that he almost missed the sound of the photographer calling all the guests over. He felt Jericho nudge him with his elbow and he smiled before following the blonde Canadian over to take their spot right in the back, their own faces slightly obscured by the many other guests that stood in front in front of them. He had to try and keep quiet with all the outrageous jokes that Jericho was making, the grin on his face large while the photographer took photo after photo.

Once the pictures were taken, Seth made his move away from the group and towards the large marquee that had been set up outside for Kaitlyn and Roman's cocktail hour. He had barely taken a step when he felt a large hand grab at his forearm through his expensive Gucci suit. His brown eyes looked at the hand first before they lifted, his breath catching in his throat as he looked into Dean's blue eyes. He smiled. "Dean."

"Hey baby." Dean grinned back at him. The grin on his face only grew when Seth morphed into him, the younger man's arms wrapping around his waist while his own long arms wrapped tightly around Seth's shoulders. He leaned in close to Seth's head and pressed his lips against Seth's soft hair. His grin turned into a sweet smile as he inhaled Seth's scent, a delightful mixture between the fruity smell of Seth's hair and the manly scent of his cologne. "You look good in a suit Seth. Real good. Maybe I might have to take you-" His words stopped and caught in his throat. His mind forcing him to not speak them no matter how much he wanted to and that frustrated the hell out of him.

Seth lifted his head from against Dean's chest and looked into the older man's eyes. He could see that something was bothering his boyfriend. "Take me where?"

'Take you down the aisle myself' Dean thought aggressively but the words refused to leave his still closed lips. He sighed. "Take you somewhere nice so I can get you all dressed up."

Seth knew he should have said something that would have eased Dean's mind but his lips moved before his brain caught up. "You know what has to happen before we do that."

"I know baby, I know." Dean sighed again. He knew he wasn't ready for this and truthfully he didn't know when he would be. He wanted to but he was scared. "And I will Seth. I promise I will but you have to give me some time."

Seth smiled even though his heart drooped slightly. Vengeance's words were ringing in his ears as a warning but he wanted to stay true to his own promise. He wouldn't force Dean to do anything he wasn't comfortable with. He became lost in Dean's icy blue pools and he couldn't contain the feeling that washed over him. "I love you."

"Ambrose!" Wade's booming voice called across the luscious grounds. "C'mon!"

"I'm coming!" Dean yelled back before he turned around to Seth. "I love you too. So fucking much, okay?" He watched Seth nod before he leaned in and pressed a soft kiss to the younger man's clean shaven cheek. "Save a dance for me?"

"Always." Seth responded before he felt Dean slip away from him. He watched his older boyfriend blow him a kiss before he turned around and disappeared out of his line of vision across the horizon somewhere. He turned around and made his way towards the marquee, the whole time his heart fluttering in his chest at the very thought of sharing a dance with Dean."

A few hours later and the reception was in full swing. The bridal party had made their grand entrance into the large reception room that was elegantly decorated in a perfect mixture of white roses, splashes of lilac and a whole lot of crystals. The first thing Seth did was go and look at the wedding cake. The cake was a beautiful five-tier cake covered in frosted white roses. The topper was simple, just a silver, crystal covered 'R & K' that gave the cake the exact right amount of glamour and sparkle. He was surprised to find out he would be sitting next to Jericho but the surprise wasn't all that unpleasant. There was at least twenty round tables of ten surrounding the dance floor and he was happy that he was close enough to the bridal table. He got a good enough view of his boyfriend and he was happy for that.

The guests had all been served two-courses of their three-course dinner when it was time for the first dance. Seth turned around in his seat and watched as Roman and Kaitlyn made their way into the middle of the dance floor. He was shocked when he saw Sami, Dean and Wade over towards where the band was. Wade shooed the band away for a moment before he grabbed the microphone. He watched as Sami and Dean both grabbed an acoustic guitar each before they took a seat on one of the chairs that were already set up. He definitely didn't remember Dean mentioning anything like this to him.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! May I have your attention please?" Wade's booming voice called out across the two-hundred strong crowd of people. "As a special present for the beautiful bride and her handsome groom, we as a band have prepared a little song for them to enjoy as they dance for the first time as husband and wife." Kaitlyn's eyes were wide with shock as she listened carefully to Wade's words. Her veil was gone now and revealed her very pretty up do. "The words were written by the groom and the music by three of his charming groomsmen." He winked for extra effect. "So enjoy and celebrate!"

Wade readjusted the microphone so that it was sitting in front of Dean's mouth. He then turned and fixed the other microphone so that it was in front of Sami. Seth was almost speechless as he watched them get ready to perform. He'd never heard Dean sing ever not even while they were on tour did the lead guitarist so much as sing a note. The same could be said for Sami who he wasn't even sure could sing. He shrugged that thought off though, if it was good enough for Roman, then they must have been somewhat decent singers.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the musical styling of Mr. Dean Ambrose and Mr. Sami Callihan!" Wade announced loudly across the room before he made his own way back to his seat.

Dean looked at Sami once before they each tapped four times on their acoustic guitars. The song started out soft and sweet, a simple chord in C Major that was played over and over with the high pitched melody further down on the fretboard. The song was pleasant, starting off sounding like any other smooth ballad. They played through a few chords, alternating in a pattern from C to D and back to B before Dean leaned forward against the microphone and started to sing.

'She looks so beautiful in her new white dress

Her eyes they shine like her diamond on her finger

She's the one I'll never stop loving

The only one I'll ever want'

Seth was captivated as he watched his boyfriend sing. Dean actually had a really good voice for someone who rarely sang. His brown eyes lit up with pride and excitement as he watched them perform their romantic song. His eyes moved when they caught Sami moving his lips towards the other microphone, their hands still moving effortlessly along the fretboard of the guitars.

'Her smile sets my heart on fire

Her laugh makes my body fill with happiness

Still can't believe she said yes

To make me the happiest man alive'

Dean and Sami both played along the fretboard, changing chords and melodies before they both leaned into the separate microphones, preparing to sing at the same time. Seth's smile grew as he watched them sing. His brown eyes moved over to Kaitlyn and Roman who were slowly moving along to the heartfelt song, sharing kiss after kiss and private, whispered words while the song accompanied them.

'Kaity-baby,

Marry me

Today and everyday

Say yes a thousand times

And let me make you my wife'

Seth watched Dean the entire time the older man sang. He could feel his heart racing hard in his chest, his cheeks blushing slightly at the same time. The gentle, loving words were making his skin prick up. He could hear the love behind the words and hear all the emotion in his older boyfriend's voice as he sang the lyrics effortlessly. He didn't want the beautiful song to end and was a little bit upset when he heard the final strum of the last chord echo around the room.

Once they'd finished playing the song, Dean and Sami stood up and bowed to the two-hundred strong crowd. The roar of the applause echoed around the large room, creating an entirely different atmosphere from the one they had just finished. Dean leaned down and grabbed the microphone, holding it up to his lips. "Everyone get up on this dance floor and let's have some fun!" He yelled enthusiastically to a very welcome response.

Seth felt his heart hammering hard against his chest while he watched Dean strut over towards Kaitlyn and Roman with a large grin on his face. He watched as the newlyweds embraced him first and then Sami before the attractive lead guitarist made his way over to where Seth was seated. His smile grew and his cheeks darkened as Dean closed the gap between in little to no time.

Dean's blue eyes lit up as he made his way over to where Seth was sitting. He was truthfully a little bit nervous to approach Seth and ask him for a dance even though he knew Seth wouldn't deny his request. He sucked in a hard breath as he came to a stop right in front of the younger man. He could feel the eyes of the wedding guests around them looking at him curiously, some were eyes he knew while others were strangers. "I believe you promised me a dance." He stretched his hand out for his boyfriend to take, his heart beating so loud he could hear it in his ears while he waited for the reaction he desired.

Seth's cheeks flushed even darker as he looked into Dean's eyes, brown and blue having a private conversation and moment that no one else was meant to see. With a shaking arm, he lifted his limb up and allowed their hands to touch and connect. He could feel every single thunderbolt of chemistry and desire that shot through him from the simplest, easiest of actions. He allowed himself to be pulled up and into Dean's strong, warm body, their chests colliding and knocking the breath right out of him.

Dean grinned. "C'mon baby. Let's tear up this dance floor."

Seth's cheeks flushed impossibly darker as he felt Dean pull him right into the middle of the rather large dance floor. To their right was the happy couple, their eyes locked only on each other. The love that they had for each other would have been obvious to the blindest person. Seth felt very self conscious in that moment and while he knew no one was there to watch him and Dean, he could still feel the heated, piercing glares from several wedding guests that were close by.

Dean grabbed Seth by his hips and held him steady while the younger man's hand slowly and almost a little tentatively reached up and rested on Dean's muscular shoulders. He loosened his grip after a moment and instead let his hands rest on the small of Seth's back and pulled his younger boyfriend in close to his body. He couldn't help the large smile that grew on his face as he looked at Seth. Nothing else mattered in the world when he looked into those beautiful brown eyes. He could see his exact feelings for Seth mirrored in the brown orbs that refused to budge from his own blues. He never felt happier than when he was with Seth.

Their bodies moved together in time with the smooth music of the band. They had identical loving smiles on their faces as they danced. Both admittedly were pretty below average dancers but there was something special about being together in this moment that neither wanted to question. Their love for each other seemed to grow with every passing second, the emotion too much for both to just stare into each others eyes.

Dean made the move first and leaned down and pressed their lips together in a soft, passionate kiss. Their eyes fluttered shut simultaneously as they melted into the kiss. Dean sighed into the younger man's lips, the almost overwhelming feeling of their lips connecting made him feel whole. He was tempted to allow his tongue to swipe at Seth's lips, force those sweet pink lips open so he could push his tongue inside but now was not appropriate. He pulled back after a few moments and watched in awe as Seth's brown eyes opened slowly, his thick black eyelashes fluttering, his kiss swollen lips parted slightly.

He smiled while he took in that perfect picture. Seth looked like perfection to him right now. The young man was everything he realized that he had ever wanted from that first time he met the photographer when he was just a seventeen-year-old kid. He almost couldn't believe the roller coaster of emotions that he went through to even get to this point, to even get Seth. His mind immediately flashed forward, his imagination running wild at the sight of him and Seth standing at some alter in the not so distant future. His heart raced at the thought of making Seth his forever. He really wanted that.

As usual though, reality smashed through his dreams. He knew that if he was even going to get to that point with Seth, he would have to make their relationship public knowledge which absolutely fucking terrified him. The thing that mostly scared him was the fear that if he was to make their relationship public that it was set them off on a course that would result in the demise of their love. Although if he looked at it the other way, it wasn't fair for Seth to be with and love someone who couldn't show affection in public without some tabloid blasting the story onto their front cover. He swallowed as he tried to process ever being without Seth. He didn't ever want to lose the young man in his arms.

"Are you okay?" Seth asked quietly. He had been watching Dean carefully and he had been a little concerned with some of the facial expressions the older man had been pulling while they'd been dancing along to the song.

Dean pulled a fake smile. "Yeah, uh, just thinking that's all." He answered with a shrug. The song had finished right then and he just needed a break from it all. He leaned in close to Seth and inhaled the younger man's scent. "I'm just gonna have a smoke, okay? I'll get you another dance partner."

Seth tightened in Dean's grasp. He felt his heart sink and immediately felt worried. "Yeah, okay." He tried not to sound too sad as he felt Dean press his lips to his neck, an unintentional gasp leaving his lips.

Dean grabbed tightly onto Seth's hand and pulled him through the large crowd of people. His blue eyes were raking across the large group of people, trying to find someone that could keep his younger boyfriend company for the next five or so minutes while he went outside and cleared his murky thoughts. His eyes settled on Maria's bright red hair as she stood to the edge of the dance floor, arms folded across her chest while it looked like she waited.

He closed the gap between them, the pretty woman's face changing from sullen to happy when she saw them approaching her. He mirrored her grin as he and Seth stopped right in front of her. He leaned in close to her before he spoke. "I just need to go outside for a minute, can you keep Seth company for me?"

Maria pulled back and looked into Dean's eyes. She could see that he was hiding something, his blue eyes misty with something she had ever seen in his eyes before. Her stomach sank as she glanced back at Seth who looked equally as confused and a little unhappy. "How about a dance Seth?" She grinned at him. "Since my boyfriend would rather get drunk than dance with me?"

"I'd love to." Seth grinned back. He pulled free of Dean's vice-like grip on his hand and instead linked his fingers with the pretty red head. "See you when you get back." He mumbled to Dean before he dragged the fun woman onto the floor.

"What's up with him?" Maria whispered into his ear once they were out of Dean's earshot.

Seth shrugged. "I honestly have no idea."

Dean watched as Seth and Maria disappeared back into the large crowd of people while he made his way towards the balcony. His mind was swimming with all sorts of doubts as he pushed open the large, glass door and stepped out onto the cold balcony. He closed the door behind him and let out a shaky breath as the cold air slapped him right in the face. He needed to think properly about what he wanted and what he was willing to give the younger man. He wanted to give Seth the world but there was the hesitation that forced him to pull back to reality.

He pulled his packet of cigarettes out of his pocket. He slid one of the long, white sticks out of the thin, cardboard packaging and let it sit between his lips while he lit it up with his plastic lighter. He let out a satisfied sigh as the first cloud of smoke left his lips and filtered out in front of him, away and into the night. His arms rested against the white, balcony rail while his mind raced through all of his thoughts and insecurities.

His main concern with telling the public that he was in a relationship with Seth was that the fans he'd spent the majority of his career to earn would abandon him. Even though they were between bands right at the moment, he was more than a little hesitant to make the decision, scared for the backlash that would happen. He wasn't ashamed of his sexuality or even of Seth but he also knew that once that was public knowledge, he knew that there was no way to get it back. He also knew that there would be the people who questioned if he was gay or not and he knew that he wouldn't be able to fully answer that. He still liked girls but the more time he spent with Seth, the more he only wanted that young man. He could happily spend the rest of his life with just Seth and that thought also terrified the fuck out of him.

He took another deep drag off his cigarette while he looked up into the sky. It was a clear night tonight and he could see every star that twinkled in the dark sky. A sad smile crept across his face. He knew that Seth should have been out here with him. He knew that he should be telling Seth about all of his fears when it came to their relationship but at the same time, he didn't know if he could tell him. He was scared that if he even voiced his fears that Seth would lose all hope. He sighed again as he dropped his cigarette onto the concrete floor of the balcony, stubbing it out with the point of his toe.

He turned around when he heard the glass door opening, his heart racing when he thought it might be Seth but his face fell when he saw AJ walking out into the cool night air. Even though there was little to no lighting, he could see that the petite woman was upset over something. He rolled his eyes as he saw her walking over to the balcony edge. "If you're after sympathy, then I've got some bad news for you."

AJ sniffed as she leaned against the white balcony rail next to her ex-boyfriend. "I don't deserve any fucking sympathy." She let out a wail of noise before he watched the first few tears fall from her brown eyes. "I dug my own grave and now I have to lay in it."

Dean groaned. He knew he was going to regret this but his own curiosity got the best of him. "What's wrong? What's happened?"

AJ turned and looked at him properly for the first time in almost a year. His face was hard but his blue eyes were soft with concern. Her heart started beating hard in her chest as she stared into his eyes. She knew it must have been the hormones that were making her like this. "I'm pregnant Dean." She answered him. Her hand moved to rest on her growing stomach. She was thankful that Kaitlyn had chosen flowing dresses but she could still see the beginnings of her baby bump starting to poke through. "Almost five months along. I'm having a boy."

Dean was very surprised by the revelation. His curiosity spiked again. "Whose Daddy?"

"The dick known as Phil Brooks is." AJ answered. She could feel her emotions starting to get the best of her and she sighed as another tear rolled down her cheek. Her make up that had taken at least an hour to get put on her was definitely ruined now. "He told me to get rid of it and so did Kaitlyn. She told me that I wasn't mature enough to have a baby of my own if I was still sleeping around with different guys. But I wasn't. I was only with him!"

"Who else knows?" Dean creased his brow as he looked at her. He knew he shouldn't feel any sympathy for her but it was slowly creeping into him.

"No one." AJ answered. "I've only told him, Kaity and you."

"I'm not going to help you AJ." Dean responded.

"I'm not asking for anything Dean." AJ sighed. Her hand rested on her stomach and she gently ran her hand across her growing bump. "You asked me why I was upset and I told you." She let out a shaky breath and looked up at him. "I almost wish this baby was yours because you would have taken care of me and not let me drown in all this scary responsibility. You're a good guy Dean and I took you for granted. I'm sorry for everything that I put you through because I was selfish and in love with your best friend." She felt another tear trickle down her cheek as she locked eyes with him. "I wish you every single bit of happiness with Seth."

Dean sighed. "AJ, don't do this."

"Do what?" AJ asked him curiously. "I only want to wish you happiness Dean. You deserve all the happiness in the world after I fucked you over for all that time. Just promise me something?"

"What?" Dean asked softly.

"Don't fuck it up with him." AJ answered simply. "I could see from that first time you brought Seth around to that barbecue at Punk's house that you were serious about him. And I know I did some pretty spiteful things to you and him to try and ruin your relationship but I promise it won't happen again."

"I appreciate it AJ." Dean replied softly. He was admittedly a little taken aback by what she was saying. He hadn't anticipated her apologizing ever. "What are you going to do about your child?"

AJ shrugged. "I don't know really. I might have to go home and live with my parents for a while until I get back on my feet."

"Are you going to tell Punk that you're going to move away?" Dean asked carefully.

"He doesn't need to know." AJ answered simply. "I wasn't going to give up this baby for anything."

"You never struck me as a baby kind of person." Dean remarked. He let his blue eyes flick down to her growing bump. He couldn't believe he hadn't noticed it earlier.

"I never brought it up with you because I never wanted a baby with you." AJ responded. She boldly reached forward and grabbed his hand, placing it flat on the left side of her stomach right down near her hips. She knew she shouldn't have forced him to feel her child moving around inside of her and she definitely didn't regret it after seeing the look on his face. He looked happy, almost a little excited as he felt the little kick against the palm of his hand. She'd never had anyone else feel her son moving around inside of her and the look on Dean's face made her realize she'd picked wrong, that she'd fucked it all up. "It should have been you though."

Dean's blue eyes lifted to look back into his ex-girlfriend's brown eyes. He slowly pulled his hand off of her stomach and let it drop to his side. "It probably would have happened if you fell in love with me instead of Phil."

She tentatively reached out to touch his chest, her hands sliding across the expensive fabric of his suit. Her fingers curled around the lapel and she pulled him in close to her, close enough so that she could almost taste his scent on her tongue. The scent she missed the most. "It should have been you and me at the end of all this Dean. Not you and Seth, not me and Phil, you and me."

"Don't." Dean snapped. He pulled out of AJ's grasp that she had on his expensive suit jacket.

"Why are you trying to deny it?" AJ pressed. "You still care about me, don't you?" She reached forward and grabbed at him again despite the filthy look she was shot. "I bet you still think about me, don't you?" She curled her fingers around the material once more and pulled his body right up against her. Her other hand reached up and ran across the back of his neck, her nails scratching through his dark blonde hair before she pulled his head down so that they were almost pressed lip to lip. "Forget about Seth and come back to me."

Dean didn't speak because he didn't know what the hell he was going to say. He didn't know why he'd let himself get into this position with her but the longer he stayed pressed close against her, the more he wanted to close the gap between them, taste her pretty lips with his own and forget about the consequences. He could taste her perfume on his tongue and the fruity flavoured lip gloss that was lathered across her lips. It smelled like watermelon and he wanted to try it. He could feel his lips pressing in closer to hers with every passing second, his mind ignoring the fact that once their lips touched that he could say goodbye to everything he had with Seth.

He heard the door creak open and then heard a strangled noise. His head turned to the right and he almost fell over in shock when he saw his boyfriend standing there. Even in the darkness, he could see the hurt in those brown eyes. He could hear the soft whimpers that were leaving the younger man's lips. He pulled himself out of the grasp and made a move to get closer to Seth but the younger man had already left, had run away from the scene he'd witnessed. He missed the evil grin AJ had on her lips while she watched the scene in front of her.

He cursed loudly. He'd just fucked everything up.
