Time for the newest chapter

Ryder followed the blood trail to an alleyway, in the alleyway lay a dead police officer.
"I was too late" said Ryder
Ninja appeared behind Ryder, she tried kicking Ryder, but Ryder grabbed the kick and was able to kick her away.
"Why did you kill him?" asked Ryder
"Because you wouldn't, he was corrupt, a murderer" said Ninja
"There is no justice in this" said Ryder
"What would you know about justice? Behind bars or beyond them, people never change, a zebra never changes their stripes and a leopard never changes his spots. As long as they continue to live, Ambrose City is stained" said Ninja
"This isn't the way" said Ryder
"And here I thought you would understand. Still, the trials must continue, meet me at Leonard Avenue" said Ninja
Ninja disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Ryder typed a code into one of his gauntlets, his motorbike rode in his direction when he leapt on and rode off. He soon arrived at Leonard Avenue. He got of the bike and entered a hotel, he stood in the lobby when a pair of elevator doors opened, revealing Ninja.
"Why did you come? Don't you have a city to protect?" asked Ninja
"That's why I'm here, you killed a man" said Ryder
"Yes, and that's a lesson that appears to be lost on you, and more will continue to die if you do not learn it" said Ninja
"And you will stand trial for all of them" said Ryder
"I admire your passion, now...let us fight" said Ninja
Ninja disappeared in a cloud of smoke, several other ninjas tried attacking Ryder at once, but Ryder fought them all off, he kicked one of the ninjas in the face, when Ninja tried attacking Ryder from behind, Ryder blocked the strike before kneeing Ninja in the temple. Another of Ninja's assistants tried attacking Ryder, but Ryder brought the ninja to their knees before punching the ninja in the head. Ninja tried multiple kicks to Ryder, but Ryder blocked each kick, before he grabbed Ninja's head and flipped her over his shoulder. Ryder leapt up and kicked one of Ninja's assistants.
"It is time to be tested" said Ninja
One of the other ninjas tried attacking Ryder, but Ryder kicked the ninja in the leg to bring her down, another Ninja tried attacking Ryder with their sword, but Ryder blocked the attack before kicking away the ninja. Ninja leapt at Ryder, but Ryder blocked the attack, before punching Ninja away. Another of the ninjas tried attacking Ryder with their sword, but Ryder dodged each slash and strike, before kicking away the sword and flipping the ninja over his shoulder. Ninja tried attacking Ryder, but Ryder dodged the attack and was able to dropkick another of Ninja's assistants. Ryder went to punch Ninja, but Ninja blocked the punch and pushed Ryder away.
"Not bad, now let's see of you can handle this" said Ninja
Several more of Ninja's assistants appeared, this time, they were all male, one of them jumped at Ryder, but Ryder blocked the punch, the ninja tried kicking Ryder, but Ryder blocked each kick. Ryder grabbed the man's head and flipped him over his shoulder. Ryder then leapt and kicked Ninja and her other 2 assistants. When the other assistant tried kicking Ryder, Ryder caught the kick, flipped the man over and kicked him in the back, Ryder then turned his attention to another of Ninja's assistants, he proceeded to beat him down before kicking him away.
"A lesson for you" said Ninja
Ryder continued to fight Ninja's men when he knocked them all out cold.
"Now we'll see if you are worthy" said Ninja
Ryder attempted a spinning heel kick, but Ninja ducked under the kick.
"The trial has ended, and with it, your life" said Ninja
Ninja raised her sword and went to strike Ryder with it, but Ryder blocked the attack with his gauntlets, he was able to kick away Ninja.
"Enough!" said Ryder
"Skilled, honourable and devoted. I see why the master has chosen you. It seems that we have both learned something today" said Ninja
"I don't care about you or your master, I'm taking you in" said Ryder
"No, you're not. But you have earned a reprieve. I hope that in time you will learn how wrong you are about this city, it is not meant to be saved, it cannot be saved, it can only be cleansed and reborn from the ashes" said Ninja
As Ninja got to her feet, Ryder grabbed and removed her mask, recognizing her instantly.
"I remember you, you're the woman I saved from the mugger earlier tonight" said Ryder
"When the time is right, we will meet again" said Ninja
Ninja vanished in a cloud of smoke, Ryder took out his communicator.
"Angelo, I'm sending you 2 coordinates, one for a dead body, the other for a survivor, make sure they both get to the ACPD" said Ryder
"Of course sir, shall we consider this case closed?" asked Angelo
"For now, I doubt tonight is the last I'll see of Ninja" said Ryder
