All the Avengers and this helping (Bucky, Ward, Coulson, May, Hill) all cringed as they heard Skye's blood curdling scream through the coms. Several nearby Avengers spun around to see what had happened and what they saw made them both cringe as well as growl, Skye ran to her fallen father with tears beginning to form in her eyes. Steve took control as Skye lost concentration and the energy dome went down, immediately all surrounding Avengers surrounded Skye in a protective circle using themselves as her fighting shield refusing to let any Kree through. Agent May as well as Director Coulson are demanding answers through the coms "Nick. Sapphires dad is down two deep energy blasts one to the abdomen and one to the chest, the on in the abdomen looks like it nicked a alien type artery he's bleeding out to fast." replies Tony Stark as he blasts two Kree away.
Skye is trembling as she pleads with her weakening father "Father? Please you need to stay awake and heal your self!" Klevenal's eyes blink rapidly before he weakly says "I... Daughter I can't tooo sev- severe." he has his hand caressing her cheek in a fatherly way making Skye burst out in tears shaking her head violently "no" as she pleaded " Please Father! Please I can't do this alone let me heal you! " she thrusts her hand out it glowing green just about to hover over the wound in his abdomen when he gasps out "Kawena no! Sa- save this world don't let my sacrifice be in vane... Search within yourself you have it hidden inside you. Daughter...mmmhhh... I love yo-" he mumbles before his eyes shut and his head rolls to the side limply.
Skye shakes with horror looking at her father before suddenly she becomes aware of her surroundings she looks to her left and Steve is thrown into a cement wall cracking it on impact and sliding limply to the floor. She looks behind her to see falcon drop to his knees from a energy blast, everything suddenly becomes slow as she slowly sees the dirt fly through the air in slow motion. Skye looks down at her fathers lifeless bloody body and she begins to breathe heavily as her fist cleanch, she sees evil destroying her planet and her people and suddenly something unlocks inside.
Everyone freezes in fear including the Kree as a bone trembling scream was unleashed through the area, they all looked to see Skye glowing a rainbow of colors eyes closed and body stiff. Skye begins to levitate off the ground as Avengers are overpowered, the air around her begins to pick up and she begins to glow brighter. From Wards position Skye looks terrifying from her glowing eyes to her levitating higher and higher off the ground stiffly, her body began to shake as Hulk is overpowered by over two dozen strong blue skinned Kree. Bucky is barely staying out of the Kree's reach his Winter soldier instincts taking over and protecting himself. Clint and Ward were pinned down as they attempted to protect Natasha who was turning paler by the second.
Skye looked up as a medical helicopter flew above and attempted to land only to be shot down by multiple speeders and explode that's when every shred of control she had over her powers vanished. Suddenly her hands shot out and dark red energy appeared in her palms, Skye's eyes glowed red and her body glows brighter in a rage as her voice darkened when she exclaimed "THIS PLANET IS UNDER MY PROTECTION ALL TRESPASSERS SHALL FACE MY WRATH!" Multiple Kree shrieked back but didn't heed her warning making Skye release a powerful red energy wave that sent multiple cars flying at selected Kree completely crushing them. She began to spin around glowing as she levitated higher her light becoming a blinding energy that everyone had to turn away from.
Suddenly a bright wave was unleashed from her and went out in every direction, every Kree it touched began convulsing as well as crying out in utter pain. Skye let the wave do it's thing as she turned towards the air craft and flew into it with determination, her body demolecularized through the ship and remolecularized in the engine room as she went to a computer console and sent the engine into over drive and triggering a melt down within the ship (Basically she made her own self destruct device for the ship). Skye left the ship and looked upon the Kree that were dropping dead as the convulsions of negative energy from the wave killed them, she spots Clint, Steve, Ward and falcon all surrounding a pale Natasha.
Her heart raced in fear at the thought of not only losing one of her mentors but also losing someone she looks to as a older sister, she waits till she is sure that every Kree presence that she can sense is gone (dead) before she takes a deep breath and returns to her normal self. Skye's body plagued with extreme exhaustion and lower energy then she should consider acceptable drops beside Sam, her legs can't hold her sudden weight and she nearly collapses if it weren't for Bucky coming up behind her and steadying her. "Whoa there Skye." Sam states looking her over, Skye looks at Natasha in horror at her shallow breathing and immediately her hand flies to get coms "Director what's the ETA on Romanoff's med evac?! All Hostiles have been eliminated and the ship is about to blow in about..." she starts only to be cut off by the ship exploding over head and hurling metal at them.
Skye reacts on instinct and a split second before they are all crushed she throws up a small Forcefield protecting them, everyone looks up in hesitance knowing they should've been crushed since Skye was so drained of energy. Ward sees the field around them dissipating and immediately his attention is on Skye who is now on her knees breathing heavily from lack of energy, he rushes over to her and passes her some water as the Directors response comes through "Med Evac is approx ten minutes out the last one was shot down by hostile speeders."
Everyone stares at each other in horror all knowing that the famous Black Widow won't survive that long with such a wound, Skye freezes and anticipates four different ways of the next few minutes going. A) The med Evac comes sooner and manages to stabilize Natasha - possibility= 25% , B) Med Evac arrives to late and Natasha dies a warriors death -possibility = 95%, C) She uses her powers to heal Natasha and possibly dies -Possibility- 80% chance of working, D) She uses her powers to heal Natasha but seals her own fate -possibility of her own death through this option =97.3%... Skye goes over the options in various ways before coming to a decision as she hears Clint yell into the coms "SIR SHE DOESNT HAVE MORE THAN A MINUTE... She will be dead in ten minutes!"
Skye bites her lip and looks to Ward who was watching her intently, "Ward... help me over to her." she says quietly so only he could hear her, he frowns and replies "No... Skye's you are too weak." he thinks she will be mad at his statement but she looks at him with love and kindness overflowing though her eyes as she pleads "Please Grant ... I have to help her... What would you do if it was me who had seconds to live? Clint loves her and she is like a older sister to me and most of all she is apart of this family." Ward goes impassive trying to hide his fear of her getting hurt and decides to plead himself "Please Skye I love you too much to lose you, your barely able to move now that you have defeated a army of Kree. Your powers are drained and you need your remaining energy to keep yourself alive... if you heal her you may die and you know it's a possible since I see that look in your face." he says pulling her cut and bruised hands into his own and rubbing soft circles onto them.
Skye frowns before something sparks within her making her pull him into a passionate kiss before quickly pulling away quietly whispering "I love you." and stumbling to Natasha's side. "She is not breathing!" exclaims Sam beginning CPR but having no luck not even noticing Skye's presence till she clears her throat, immediately all eyes are on her as she says "Move back ... I don't know how much energy I have left and if it's even enough to heal her but what I have is hers." Everyone steps back but Steve who hestitantly but quickly asks "But if you use all your energy up won't you die Skye?" Skye goes impassive before saying "Yes... But Natasha is my sister and you are all my family. I will not let her die because she fought in my battle, it's possible that once I do this I will be fine and then it's possible that once I heal her i slip into a coma and die. And there is always the possibility that neither of the two happens and something else does but I really don't care you are my family and family takes risks... This risk I am willing to take." she states and before anyone can stop her he thrusts her hands out over Natasha's wounds and her eyes close as her hands glow blue.
Everyone holds their breath as Skye's body begins to shake as Natasha's wound begins to mend, suddenly Natasha gasps and inhales a deep breath. Skye forcibly pulls herself from healing Natasha with a groan and stumbles back, Clint rushes to Clint's side while Ward and Steve sprint to Skye's side. Skye held her head as Ward and Steve both asked "Skye?! Skye are you okay? Please say something " Skye looks to them and says "I believe in this family." before her eyes slide back into her head and she collapses making Steve and Ward yell in terror "SKYE!" Steve caught her while Ward checked her pulse "Her pulse is barely there." he says and Steve takes command "We need to get Skye back to Avengers tower perhaps Banner and Stark can help her, we need a few to stay here and help with cleanup and help if any of the Kree managed to shield themselves from Sapphires blast."
Tony, Thor, Hulk, and all remaining Avengers surrounded Skye before they decided what to do. "Banner, Romanoff, Buck, Ward and I will take Skye to my nearest lab it's actually only a hour away. Cap you and the rest take care of damage control and make sure her fathers body is handled with care, our luck is she wakes up mad if something happens to his body without her consent." says Tony and immediately Steve agrees before asking "Bucky can you carry Skye? While Banner and Ward get Natasha since she is still unconscious?" Bucky curtly nods and leans down to gently pick her up. Everyone frowns at seeing their courageous leader, friend, adopted sister lay limply in Bucky's arm, they all silently swear to do anything possible to get Skye to wake up.
