Darkrai Appears

General P.O.V.

During the night, Jolt and Luna noticed storm clouds heading towards Treasure Town. Jolt was the one to say anything about this. " It sounds like a storm is coming. It's been a long time since the last storm. It's been quiet for a good while now. So, in a way, a storm would be refreshing.

You know, our big adventure...when we stopped the destruction of time...It already feels like it happened a long time ago." Luna nodded before she answered. " I know, I feel the same way. Though, it was weird that you weren't able to evolve. I guess that we'll find out why eventually." Jolt nodded just as a flash of lighting came near their home, shocking Jolt.

" Waah! Lighting! I think the storm's getting closer. We should get some sleep now. Good night, Luna." As Jolt fell asleep, Luna was lying on her bed looking out at the sea in thought. ( Darkrai's plan is being brought into motion, I can feel it. He must be stopped before it's too late.)

Meanwhile, in Treeshroud Forest, a dark figure was looking pleased with himself. "...This is proceeding nicely. This forest's distortion in the very fabric of space itself is growing. Ah, the distortion of space and dimension itself! If it expands further...My own power will be amplified! I failed to destroy time...But things will be different now." Then the figure noticed that he wasn't alone.

" Hm?! Someone's coming! It's Cresselia...That persistent pest! I must not be caught...Not ever!" Then Cresselia came to where the figure was and looked frustrated at his disappearance from there.

"...He got away again...This is the closest that I've ever gotten...But he always slips away. It may be difficult, perhaps impossible, to catch him. No. I can't give up. He has to be caught. Glacia is counting on me to foil his plans, or at the very least delay him for either me or her to find out where he's keeping her father so we can deal with him permanently once and for all. Lord Arceus is not going to let him get away with his crimes against time and space without consequences.

The next morning, Luna and Jolt woke up to notice that the storm was over. Jolt was the one to comment on it. " Looks like the storm blew over. The weather has cleared up. Here's to another good day of exploring, Luna!"
