"Alright, Emiliah." Splinter began to direct his daughter. "Put the cloth around your eyes and step forward." Emily did as she was told. "Donatello, step forward."

The middle sibling stepped forward and got into a ready position. "Hajime!"

Usually, Donnie would be nervous if he single-handedly sparred with his sister. But today, he had one critical thing that she did not. His sight. He slightly relaxed, figuring that he had a chance.

Boy… was he wrong.

After he wrapped Emily's shoulder with his staff, she was all over him. With a few throws at his chest and a sweep of the legs, Donnie's head was spinning and he was on the ground with his arms pinned behind his back. Emily was smirking as she kneeled with one knee on her brother's carapace.

"Yame!" Splinter called, slamming his staff into the ground. Emily helped Donnie to his feet and he plopped down next to his three other siblings.

Leo stepped up next. Emily knew she had the least bit careful, considering that she was going against the leader, and it was blades against pure braun (she wasn't using her axe). But then again, she could beat him with and without a weapon. Hopefully, this isn't as hard as she thought.

"Hajime!" Leo launched. Emily thought quickly, and managed to knock the katana out of Leo's left hand. She then planted a sharp kick into the center of his plastron, forcing him to take a few steps back.

The fight lasted longer than Donnie's, and they each landed more throws, but it ended the same way. Emily was victorious, yet again.

Mikey went next. The fight was surprisingly long. They each had their own unique fighting style, so it was entertaining to see how they collaborated against each other. Emily had some trouble focusing on her sense of hearing because of all the cries and teases Michelangelo was shouting. But she tried her hardest and just labeled it as something to work on. The fight ended the same as the last two.

Raph stood up, and cracked his knuckles and neck and scoffed. "This shouldn't be too hard."

"Um, did you not just see her whip our shells?!" Leo protested, rubbing his shoulder. Raph just ignored him and got into a ready stance, waiting for his father to give the sign.

"Hajime!"

Raph charged without hesitation. Emily snatched his wrist and knead his chin. Raph kneeled on the ground for a mere second, with his hand over his jaw and eyes wide. Rage engulfed him, and he lunged.

It took a little while for Emily to catch the anger in Raph's body language. This little sparring practice turned into self defence. She didn't want to hurt her big brother to make him stop, but she didn't want him to hurt her either. She knew that Raph could pack a punch.

In a blur, Raph was pinned to the ground with Emily's knee over his carapace.

"Yame!"

Emily cracked her back as she stood up. Splinter rested a hand on his blindfolded daughter's shoulder.

Raph grunted. Not only did he lose to his little sister again, but blindfolded. He had had enough. He got to his feet in a blur, and launched at her.

Emily reacted, but not quick enough. Raph planted his foot into her chest, and fell on top of her. Emily landed with a harsh thud, and exhaled all of the air Raph had pushed out of her lungs.

"Raphael!" Splinter scolded. Raph's pupils and irises came back and he nervously looked up to his sensei. Splinter wrapped his son in the shoulder with his emerald staff. "Stand up!"

Raph shakily got to his feet. Splinter looked at his other four children. "Training is over. You may go."

The four teens left the dojo. Emily looked back at Raph, but turned around with a sorry feeling in her stomach.

Once they were in the kitchen, Mikey started to boast. "How do you do that?! You were like, 'fwoosh!' And then, 'whish!' A-and you couldn't even see!"

Emily laughed and shrugged. "Multitasking."

"Raphael, we have had this conversation too many times!" Splinter scolded. "Your anger can't take over! It's self destructive. And, as you once told me, others destructive!"

"I'm sorry, sensei," Raph said shakily, his eyes on the ground. "B-but-"

"No buts!" Splinter shouted. "I'm tired of having this conversation with you. Go out there and apologize to your sister. Now."

"...Hai, sensei." Raph shakily got to his feet and left for the kitchen.

"E-Em?" He said nervously. "C-can… can I talk to ya'?"

Emily set her cup down on the table and warily followed Raph out to the living room.

Raph played with his fingers and rocked on his heels, like he does whenever he was nervous. "I-I'm really… I'm sorry for attacking you. I-I just wanted to win and I was mad a-and-"

His voice broke, and Emily noticed that he had started to tear up. She put her hand under his chin and forced him to meet her brown eyes. "I'm not mad, baby. You didn't hurt me. Everything's fine, I promise." She kissed his nose.

Raph buried himself into her chest and hugged her hard, clenching his teeth. Emily put one hand over his carapace and ran the other through his tattered mask tails.

"I'm sorry," Raph said, still buried in Emily's chest.

Emily kissed his head. "It's okay."

From the kitchen, they could hear Donnie shout, "Multitasking! She makes it sound so easy! IT'S NOT EASY!"

Emily looked toward the kitchen. "No, it's not. I'M JUST REALLY GOOD AT MULTITASKING!"
