redemption of darkness
The nite before...
Kazuma takes note of the strange behavior of Terra , prowling around the Jedi Temple. She then enters a room and taking her weapon laying it on the table " I am sorry but I am afraid I will jeopardize the mission if I stay here , there is just too much on my mind. "
Terra then heads to the spaceport and takes a starfighter into space back to Tython landing at the old Jedi enclave. Unknown to her Kazuma had been tracking her by staying out of range of her radar systems on another starfighter. A Sith was also tracking her as well under command of the Dark Council
Terra is now alone letting herself be lost in her thoughts feeling the guilt of her actions and unable to forgive herself. An apprentice of Darth Karrid then approaches her telling Terra that she will never be able to redeem herself for her actions. The only way to redeem herself this time is to give herself over to the darkness , presenting her with another lightsaber.
" Take it " the Sith apprentice tells her appearing as a human male. Terra reaches out to the Sith when a voice rang out in the room
" Terra , Stop don't do it come back with me and your brother "
The two people then turn around to see another person standing in the doorway.
" Don't listen to them " he said again. Terra looks to Kazuma and the Sith then back again. " I am sorry , but don't follow me anymore I done things many things that cannot be forgiven , if you try to stop me I will have to kill you. "
The sith apprentice then tells her " that is right one can only overcome evil by becoming evil , now raise the dark knight. "
Reluctantly Kazuma draws his weapon holding it tightly in his hand. " Terra , Think about the one you will hurt the most isn't he who you care for the most ? "
Terra and the Dark Knight are two sides of the same coin , the side who searches for power and the other side that searches for inner purpose. Terra ounce again falls prey to her dark half. Terra takes the weapon from the Sith apprentice lighting it up and attacks the Jedi Guardian who quickly defends locking their sabers together.
Terra then presses down hard on her weapon forcing Kazuma back. Kazuma being a Gray Jedi is not above doing things without hurting someone he will do it at any cost even if it broke the code of the Jedi.
" I do not want to hurt you , but if i am forced to you give me no choice we go back the way we are or in pieces. "
Kazuma responds breaking the impact of her next attack and rendering her off balance. Kazuma still holds back somewhat but if he is forced to fight he will do it , as a result of his pact with Raigho , Terra's older brother.
The Avalon family given him something when he needed it most and this was his way to repay the kindness of Raigho breaking him out of the Sith's clutches. Little did he know perhaps Terra was past saveing and given into the guilt that drives her further into the darkness.
The Sith apprentice then joins in but is blocked by Terra who states that this was her fight. Terra again attacks the Jedi Guardian intending to break all ties to her past.
" Don't make me kill you "

The Jedi never solved her problems all it did is drag her into an endless war between Light and Dark , Truth and Ideals. On one side govens peace and freedom of all things. Then on the other governs order and stability of all things.
The blades meet again to settle a score that span the last several years.
Light against Dark
Winner take all
Blade-To-Blade the two were nearly the same Kazuma along with Raigho and Terra were like a brotherhood. Takeing many missions , looking out for each other , and often also spar together. They were like a family. At every exchange Kazuma held his ground. But he knew that to strike Terra down it will burn his heart to ash.
Terra had to resort to using the Force with Kazuma responding the same way blasting them both back against the wall. The duel even forced the Sith Apprentice to give them their space as he did not want to get caught up in the crossfire between two powerful force users. This thing that Kazuma had devoted his life to destroy did not change the fact that he still sees Terra as a sister.
The Jedi Council had told him to allow all attachments to pass out of ones life. But Kazuma covered for the mistakes Terra made. Terra faught on to a point of collapse missing a shot aimed at Kazuma's legs.
Kazuma still held his saber in a low defense stance ready to counter
" Don't do it " he warns. That is when Terra leaps at him. Kazuma incapacitates her by cutting off her blade arm through a successful counter.
Kazuma looks down at Terra powerless to save her even as an Altiax also known to be masters of the force. It was his job to destroy darkness , to protect the life of all things but , he did not feel the need to destroy. He is a Jedi , His name means true harmony and he will not murder a helpless creature.
He will leave it to the will of the force , so he turned and walked away leaving behind the two Sith. Kazuma then rejoins his companions in taking down the Ascendant Spear.
