Hello my faithful readers. I am so excited to post this because you all are so wonderful. I love every single one of you. I have so many of you to thank. I have over 340 reviews for this one story. So please be sure to read the whole chapter because I am going to make a list at the end of this, so the beginning won't be so long. LOL. Now as I have mentioned in previous stories, I am away, so I may not be able to have updates as often, but please bear with me.

Now please sit back, relax and enjoy the next chapter. Also please leave me those lovely reviews, follows and favorites. Thanks so much.

Also I don't own Glee. Hey, there's always hope. Right? LOL.

Since Blaine had finally gotten the time off of work, he spent as much time as possible with Lila and Cory. He took them to the park, the library for story hour, and out for ice cream. He loved spending quality time with them, he hated to see it end.

Kurt was scheduled to come home at the end of the week and all three of them were beyond excited.

"Daddy come home now?" Cory asked often.

Blaine laughed. "Not yet buddy." he answered. "Not until Saturday."

"Today Saturday?" Cory asked.

"No, today is only Wednesday." Lila interrupted. She went over to the large calendar on the fridge and pointed to the days of the week. "See. Today is Wednesday. Tomorrow is Thursday. Then Friday. Then what comes after Friday Cory?"

"Daddy!" he squealed happily.

Blaine smiled. He knew Cory and Lila missed Kurt. Before he could say anything, he heard something coming from the computer.

"Hey, I think your dad's calling." said Blaine, as he went to the living room with Lila and Cory hot on his heels.

Blaine sat down on the couch, with Lila next to him and Cory in his lap.

"Daddy?" Cory questioned, getting impatient.

"Hang on buddy. I have to click on the screen." Blaine replied, as he clicked the screen and Kurt's face popped up.

"Daddy!" Lila and Cory squealed.

"Hi monkeys!" Kurt smiled.

"Daddy, I miss you!" said Cory.

"I miss you too." replied Kurt. "But I'll be home very soon."

"Saturday!" Cory exclaimed, making Kurt smile.

"That's right my big boy." replied Kurt. "Saturday I'll be home."

"Daddy?" Lila asked.

"Yes princess." Kurt replied.

"When you come home, can Blaine stay here and live with us?

Blaine's eyes went wide while Kurt felt a lump in his throat.

"I...I don't know honey." Kurt stuttered.

"Why not?" she whined.

"Because I have my own apartment sweetie." Blaine replied, as gently as he could.

"Lila, we'll talk about this when I get home. Ok?" Kurt insisted.

Lila shook her head. "But we love Blaine."

"I know you do." said Kurt. "And he loves you too. But right now isn't a good time to talk about this." he repeated.

Lila began to shed a few tears.

"Lila, tell me what you did in school today." Kurt urged, trying to change the subject.

Lila just shook her head, running out of the room, up the stairs and slamming her door.

"I'm sorry about that Blaine." Kurt apologized.

Blaine quickly shook his head. "No, it's not your fault."

"Lila sad?" Cory asked, clearly confused to his sister's sudden outburst.

"She's a little upset." Blaine replied.

"Why? Daddy coming home. Lila be happy." Cory admitted.

Blaine chuckled. "You're right, she should be." he said, ruffling the little boy's hair.

"Cory," Kurt called and the little boy turned his head back to the computer screen.

"What books did Blaine read to you?" Kurt asked.

"Caterpillar and George and Moon and I don't remember what else."

Kurt laughed. "Sounds like a lot of good books."

Cory nodded. "You bring more books for me?" he asked excitedly.

"I have a few things for you and your sister, don't worry." Kurt laughed.

Blaine looked at his watch and noticed it was time for Cory to go to sleep.

"Ok little man. Say goodbye to daddy." Blaine instructed. "It's time to go to bed."

"No night-night." Cory whined.

"Yes night-night." Blaine argued. "Why don't you go upstairs and tell Lila to come downstairs to say goodbye to daddy? Then you can go to sleep."

Cory nodded and quickly ran upstairs.

While the kids were out of the room, Kurt and Blaine saw this as an opportunity to talk with each other.

"How's work going?" Kurt asked.

"Oh, I didn't tell you?" Blaine asked, completely forgetting he hadn't told Kurt what happened to him a few weeks ago.

Kurt shook his head. "No, what happened? Is everything ok?"

Blaine nodded. "Yeah everything's fine. Its sort of a funny story." Blaine started, but before he could finish, he heard a loud cry and then a door slam upstairs.

"Uh-oh!" Blaine exclaimed.

"What happened?" Kurt asked quickly.

Blaine turned his head and saw Cory running towards him, crying with his hand on his head.

"Cory, what happened?" Blaine asked.

"Lila!" Cory cried out.

Blaine shook his head and then turned back to Kurt.

"Kurt, I'll talk to you later." he said quickly.

"Blaine what's going on? Is Cory ok?" Kurt asked urgently.

"I've got it Kurt. I gotta go." Blaine reassured him and quickly ended the call and turned off the computer.

"Daddy!" Cory squealed, realizing Kurt was gone and he didn't get the chance to say goodbye.

"It's ok buddy. We'll call him tomorrow." said Blaine as he carried him in to the kitchen. "What happened?" he asked.

"Lila hurt me." Cory cried out.

Blaine placed Cory on the kitchen counter and started to examine his head.

"Where does it hurt buddy?" Blaine asked.

Cory pointed to the back of his head. "You fix it?" he asked.

"Yes, I'll fix it." Blaine replied. "I'm a doctor remember?"

Cory nodded.

"Ok, now let me see your head." Blaine instructed.

Slowly, Cory lowered his hands away from his head and Blaine noticed that a small bump was beginning to form.

"Well, you do have a small bump." Blaine admitted. "But I think all you need is some ice and that will make it feel better."

Cory nodded as Blaine went into the freezer and grabber an ice pack, wrapped it in a paper towel and placed it on the little boy's head. He then carried Cory into the living room and sat with him on the couch.

"Daddy?" Cory asked.

"We'll talk to daddy tomorrow." Blaine reminded him.

"I didn't say goodbye." Cory said, as he started to cry.

Blaine began to rock him soothingly and eventually he fell asleep in his arms. He then carefully stood up and carried Cory up to his room and tucked him into bed.

Before going back downstairs, Blaine knocked on Lila's door.

"Go away!" she shouted.

"Lila!" he called through the door. "I think we need to talk."

"NO!" she screamed.

Blaine wasn't taking no for an answer, so he opened the door slightly and peeked his head in. "Lila. I want to talk to you." he started.

Lila was curled up in a ball on the bottom bed of her bunk bed. She turned her head towards Blaine.

"What is it?" she sniffled.

Blaine walked in the room and sat down next to her.

"Honey, I know you're upset. But I really think we need to talk about this." he started.

Lila sat up on the bed. "I just don't want you to leave like my other daddy did."

Blaine sighed. He hadn't realized this must be a similar situation to an 8 year old who's other father had left three years prior.

Blaine immediately scooped the little girl into a bear hug.

"Oh Lila, honey. I'm not going to leave like that." he said quickly.

They sat like that for a few moments. Just the two of them. After a while they broke apart and Blaine continued to talk Lila.

"Lila, look at me." he instructed.

Lila looked Blaine in the eyes.

"I love your daddy." he admitted. "I love him very much. And I love you and I love Cory." he continued.

"Then why are you leaving?" Lila whined.

"Honey, I'm not going anywhere." he laughed. "It's just...I don't live here. That's all. I have my own apartment. Its not that far from here."

"But you do live here." Lila argued. "You're here everyday and you take care of us when daddy's not here."

Blaine smiled. "I know. But its...its complicated sweetheart."

"Talk to daddy." Lila insisted. "I bet he wants you to live here."

Blaine started to blush. "We'll see."

Lila nodded.

"Now before you go to sleep, How did Cory hurt his head?" Blaine asked.

Lila sunk down into her bed.

"Lila?" Blaine repeated, more forceful this time.

"I pushed him into the wall. That's how he hit his head." Lila admitted.

Blaine sighed. "Ok. Since you did that. No computer until your dad gets back. Except if he calls.

"NO!" she whined.

Blaine shook his head. "Lila. You know its not nice to hurt other people." he explained.

Lila nodded slowly.

"Ok. It's late. Time for you to go to sleep." said Blaine, as he tucked her into bed.

"I love you Blaine." she said, sleepily.

"I love you too Lila." said Blaine, kissing her on the forehead. "Good night."
