TWD: Hey Sweet Pea

Episode 5: No Going Back (Part 6) / Chapter 34

"Man, this job gets borin' fast." Troy sighs. Mike nods, "I haven't seen a damn walker in nearly two days. Doesn't feel right, man."

"It's a damn welcome sight. You catch anything suspicious?"

"Suspicious? Nah, man. This may be the first place that isn't full of crazy people, or psycho killers."

"But you've been wrong before..."

"No debate there."

"Y'know, I ain't good at these sorta things... I wanted to say I'm sorry for everythin' I did back at Howe's. I was a real dick."

"Hey, what matters now is that you've owned up to your mistakes and you've changed. Mostly the group trusts you now, except for Kenny." Mike smiled. Troy was weirded out that Mike was so trusting of him. Troy smirked, "That old one-eyed dude is probably havin' the time of his life fishing out there." Mike snickers.

"I wouldn't doubt it."

"You know Kenny could be walkin' out to the "fishing spot" only to get killed. You trust 'em that much?" Troy questioned. Mike sighed, "Of course I don't trust them one hundred percent... but don't you think they'd have done somethin' by now? We've been here two days."

"They could want us to trust them and then when we're fully trusting of them, they'll kill us." Troy shrugged.

"If you're not so trusting, you can always leave." Mike suggested. Troy glared at him, "Now hold on, I'm not sayin'-"

"It's fine, man. Just... let's stop talkin' about it." Mike shook his head.

"Alright. There you go, sweetie pie." Griffin smiled, tossing the bloody bag into the cell for the zombified corpse of his wife, Marlene to eat. Marlene ripped open the ziploc bag, licking up the blood and then started eating some of the internal organs inside the bag. Griffin closed the cell, "I'll get you some more, sweetheart. I need to get to know the others." Griffin walked out of the prisoner room, and shut the door - blocked the door with the bookcase and he walked over to the sink, drying his hands off from all the blood.

"You know, we never found out Wanda's blood type. We could use her."

"No. Once Marlene finishes her latest blood batch, maybe we'll think about her. But I like her. I like Wanda."

"She's got a nice ass, that's for sure." Jonas chuckled.

"Don't get your pecker wet, she ain't gonna be around for long. She's next, Marlene would have a great meal with her." Evan said. Griffin put his hand on Evan's chest, "No. Not Wanda. Get the Molly woman today, and another day we'll see what we can do about the little one." Griffin said. Evan nodded.

"We gotta try out the men some day." Carlton said.

"I don't know. I don't think Marlene would like men." Griffin shrugged. Maurice opened the door, "What's the sitrep?"

Griffin crossed his arms, "Test Subject 32 is our girl."

"Really? Okay. Good. I say after a few more bags, she should be able to revert back to her old self. I've been studying the little one. She seems to hang out with the black man alot."

"I don't know if the little one knows her own blood type." Carlton observed.

"Maybe the father knows?" Jonas asked.

"No. She's not her father. Just a friend, apparently." Griffin shrugged.

"Okay, well - lemme talk to the Molly woman later and I'll find out if she's the one." Evan said.

"I'll talk to her." Griffin said.

Molly wandered around, she looked around to make sure nobody was around. She then walked over to where Luke and Pete were guarding all the supplies they had. Molly sighed, "Let me in there."

"Wait, why?" Luke asked.

"Just fucking let me in." Molly ordered.

"Mind tellin' us why?" Pete asked.

"These people are hiding something and it's blatantly fucking obvious and I'm the only one who can see it. So let me in." Molly ordered. Luke and Pete exchanged looks, "Molly, you're paranoid. You'll only make it worse for yourself." Luke shook his head.

"Goddamn it, Luke. It won't be your ass that'll get in trouble, it'll be me."

"No, it'll be ours too. We're the only guarding the damn place." Pete argued.

"Let me in. You need to. Have the two of you even looked in and checked?" Molly asked.

"As a matter of fact, we have. They have medical supplies, guns and food. There's nothing out of the ordinary." Pete informed her. Molly sighed, and then she quickly grabbed the pipe she had acquired earlier and she knocked out Luke first, and then Pete. She then opened the door and looked around, "You're hiding something. What have you done?" She muttered. She looked around, and saw what the two men had said. Supplies, food, water. Nothing out of the ordinary popped out to her.

Sanctuary didn't exist. People who were willing to let people in was obviously a trap, and it angered Molly that nobody else could see that. Not even Lee Everett. She looked around, running his index finger along the shelves, poking bags of flour and canned beans. Her stomach grumbled, she was thinking of opening a can and to eat it, but she had no can opener and there was no time to eat.

She scanned the walls, the corners, everything. Molly was always a perceptive one. She studied the marks on the brick walls, the scrapes, everything. Then someone appeared out of place. She looked at the bookcase that looked like it had been moved and if there was something behind it.

"Why do you need a bookcase in an armory?" Molly questioned, walking forward. She then pushed the bookcase to the right, so she could walk inside the hidden room, "I was fucking right." She the looked in the hidden room, it was dark. She looked to a switch and she pushed it up. The lights flickered on, revealing a big portion of the room. A few lights were either out or broken. She heard small cries of someone, "Please. Please help me." Molly quickly put her hand on the cell and saw a teenage girl, maybe twelve or thirteen sitting there, holding onto the gate.

"Oh my god! Are you alright!? What did they do to you?"

"They... hit me... they put me in here... they ask me for my blood, they give it to the biters... to try and cure them! Please get me out of here! I've lost too much blood! I can't... I can't..." The teenager gasped.

"Well, what do we have here?" Griffin said, appearing behind Molly. Maurice, Carlton, Evan and Jonas followed behind him, closing the hidden room by dragging the bookcase. Molly grabbed Hilda and backed up. The four men grimaced.

"I wish it wouldn't have come to this." Griffin said, grabbing a thick blade. "I told you... you were going to pull your weight... one way or another."

"What the hell is this place!? What the actual FUCK are you people!?" Molly retorted.

"We're people who want to create a word worth living. We keep our dead and look for a way to change them back to how they were. And you are going to help us. No matter how long it takes." Maurice explained.

"What the fuck are you psychopaths talking about? You're trying to change the walkers back to who they were? By taking HUMAN blood? You're fucking delusional." Molly muttered.

"It's GOING TO WORK!" Griffin yelled, angry by her response. Jonas walked up to her which Molly responded by slicing Jonas' neck open. He gagged, falling back.

"You fucking bitch! You fucking bitch!" Carlton yelled, lunging towards her. Maurice and Griffin held him back while Evan stood, calmly.

"Molly, let me ask you a question. What is your blood type?" Griffin asked. Molly growled, "Fuck you."

"Do it or I'll stick this knife into that little girl's throat." Griffin threatened, opening the cell and holding the blade to the teenager's neck. Molly winced, I don't even know this girl.

Griffin waited, "So? What's it gonna be?"

"Go to hell." Molly retorted. Griffin sighed, and then he sliced the neck of the teenage girl. Her body fell onto the ground, blood squirting out of her neck. Molly gasped, her eyes widening. "You fucking monsters. I was right about you all along."

"You know, I've got to hand it to you. You knocked out your own friends just to find out what we were up to. That's tough." Griffin snapped his fingers, and Maurice and Evan walked out and grabbed Luke and Pete, holding knives to their necks.

"What is your blood type?" Griffin asked again. Molly gulped, she didn't want to get anyone else killed.

"B-Positive..." Molly sighed. Griffin sighed, "Well, it's your lucky day. Jonas' is B-Negative. And the only other person who is B-Negative is Carlton." Griffin grabbed Carlton, throwing him onto the ground and then stuck the knife into his stomach, stabbing into his stomach repeatedly. Molly gasped at the brutality while Luke and Pete shivered in fear. Griffin screamed in agony, "WHY'D YOU HAVE TO MAKE ME DO THAT, YOU-GAAAAAAAH!" Griffin threw his knife at the wall.

"Son of a bitch..." Evan gasped, even he was shocked at Griffin's brutality.

"You're a monster..." Pete muttered.

"Wait your turn, old man!" Maurice threatened. Griffin got back up, thinking of finishing his cut-up of Carlton. He stepped forward to Molly, "Just for that... I'm going to kill that little girl and her father and then we'll be even. Okay?"
