Poké Rangers Dino Thunder Chapter 35: Lava-ly and Lovely, a pokémon fanfic

A/N: Here is Chapter 35 of Poké Rangers Dino Thunder!

The sun was shining to the west above Slateport Campus as the rangers were all sitting together in the music department, waiting for Lee to get out of her voice lesson. The three rangers were sitting on chairs, reading books and such.

"So," said Alex, "I was thinking of going to the Valentine's Day dance next week."

"Well," said JT, looking at him, "Why? You're single. We should be going to do… single things."

Lucille, hearing what they were discussing about, grinned as she was looking over the two rangers, "Well, Valentine's Day a whole bunch of things for us ladies."

"Yeah, we know," the men said, looking at their books. Alex grinned as he put his feet on the table with his book in his hand.

The door opened as Lee walked out of her lesson, "Thank you. I think that would be ready good for the recital in March. I will work on those vowels."

"Have a great day, Amelie," her voice teacher said from behind the wall.

"How was your lesson?" asked JT.

"Intense and fun," said Lee, rubbing her stomach, "But, I'm starving and I want some fiddles."

Lucille grinned as she took out her card, "To the dining hall!"

The four rangers grinned as they packed their bags and started heading out toward the student union. As they walked toward the green doors, a familiar face walked into their area. He grinned as he took out a blue and green gift card.

"Danny! What are you doing in Slateport University?" asked Alex.

"Well," said Danny, grinning, "Let's go to Buffolant Wild Wings and I will explain."

The four rangers looked at each other and then looked at Danny with concerned expressions. However, was it bad news or good news for the team? And seeing he has a gift card, it saves the dining swipes at Slateport.

"We're in," said Alex.

Chapter 35: Lava-ly and Lovely

The crew were sitting together as they were looking at Danny. The wings were being served everywhere across the table. Alex looked at the other three rangers and then at Danny, "So, what's going on?"

Danny sighed as he was looking at them. He began to take a fork full of wings and shove them in his mouth, "You are looking at the new adjunct professor of Pokémon Training at Slateport University."

"Pokémon Trainer is a major?" asked Alex, laughing.

"Yeah… but you need to have experience in training. In other words, you needed to at least be traveling around the region. The purpose of the Pokémon Training major is to help advanced students who have become strong in their skills become better. In addition, it will help them if they want to proceed in being Gym Leaders…," said Danny, "Even though, there are other routes."

The rangers sighed as they were looking at him. Danny raised an eyebrow, "What?"

"For a minute," said JT, "I thought we would all have to take a course on that too. I mean, we don't know too much about Pokémon Training…"

"I only been to Kanto," said Alex, sighing, looking at them, "It was fun traveling around."

"Unfortunately, for me, it was coordinating," muttered Lee.

Lucille grinned as she looked at them, "No experience."

Amii grinned as she was looking at the rangers, "Well, when this is all over, you all need to explore the other regions."

Alex looked at Amii in response, "But, we have degrees to work on!"

"When you are done with your college career," grinned the platinum ranger as she was eating a few of the parmesan garlic wings on the table. The five rangers nodded in response as they continued to finish their wings that were left on the table. As Alex went to eat a bright red wing, he could feel the hotness coming off of the wing.

"Danny, what did you buy?" asked Alex.

"You might want to drink milk," said Danny, grinning, "Go ahead."

Alex sighed as he went to take a bite. Immediately, his eyes began to glow bright red as smoke came out of his ears. He quickly grabbed a whole pitcher of water and chugged it down. The blue ranger took the red label off of the basket and showed it to Alex. Alex looked at the label as he saw the words "Blazin'" written in it.

"Wonderful. Just wonderful," the red ranger said. His eyes were red and teary-eyed, "We don't have milk."

Meanwhile…

Tyrantus, DinvoliRed, Aurora, Terrordactyl and Archeterror were sitting together as they were looking at their plans for conquest. Tyrantus threw things across the table, like usual. His hands were in the air as the green and white lights covered the floor of the room. The villains understood his anger… after all, the rangers once again defeated his schemes.

"Ladies and gentlemen… we have an issue we have to deal with. Those Rangers really know how to ruin our plans now… and it has gotten really bad," Tyrantus said, "I need ideas and I need them now!"

Aurora turned around as she looked at him, "Well, we are on limited supply on Dinvolien resources."

Archeterror turned around as he looked at him, "Well, we have to do something to stop those rangers… especially, now that they are at full strength!"

"Exactly," said Terrordactyl, sighing as he looked at them, "At this point, if we don't do something soon, they will run us over."

Tyrantus craned his head over toward Terrordactyl, "How's the project?"

"Project?" asked Terrordactyl, confused. He then nodded his head, "Ah, the project. That project is going well."

The henchmen turned around as they were looking at Terrordactyl. He grinned as he was looking at them, "That is none of your concern yet."

Archeterror laughed as he was looking at them, "Well, there is one thing I learned about Hoenn culture. I think it's still there."

DinvoliRed put his hand underneath his chin, "Like what?"

"The meteorite that almost blew up Mt. Chimney," said Archeterror.

Aurora rolled her eyes as she looked at him, "Archeterror, last year we tried to blow up Mt. Chimney and that was a FAIL."

"That was the same time that I was discovered," said Archeterror, grinning, "Or more like, when Lucille discovered me. Anyway, I don't think we did it quite to expectations."

"What are you saying?" asked Tyrantus, "Was there something we overlooked?"

"Yes… you needed a catalyst to start it," said Archeterror, "Magma Charnine was just there… there was no plan."

Tyrantus sighed as he looked at Archeterror, "So, if we use the meteorite… we can make a device to redo what we were trying to do in 2015… okay."

"Yup," said Archeterror, grinning.

"But, where are we going to get the meteorite?" asked Aurora.

Archeterror pressed a black button on the table. The rangers looked up as they saw a man with black hair, brown eyes and gold frame glasses.

"Ladies and gentleman, Professor Cosmo… he still has the meteorite and he lives right outside Meteor Falls in Fallarbor Town."

Tyrantus shook his head slowly. He then put his hands on the table as he stood up, looking at the henchmen, "Then, we shouldn't dilly-dally. I'll give it one more chance. Aurora, please get a monster ready to use to destroy Mt. Chimney. DinvoliRed, prepare troops to kidnap Professor Cosmo and the meteorite."

"Yes, sir!" shouted DinvoliRed.

"Terrordactyl, continue working on that project. It must be done," said Tyrantus.

"You got it," said Terrordactyl.

Tyrantus turned around as he was looking at Archeterror, "As for you, I have a plan for you."

"You do?" asked Archeterror.

Tyrantus grinned as he looked at him. He got up from the chair, "I'm done playing nice. If the rangers wanted a war, they got what they deserved: a full-fledged war and this time I do not plan on holding back and I plan on winning! No one stops me… and I will make sure that nothing happens to the Dinvoliens."

Aurora sighed as she was walking toward him. She shook her head as she went past Tyrantus, heading toward the lab room. Her face was in disarray as she reached into her pocket. She picked out a silver metallic locket. Opening it, she sighed as she was looking at the picture.

"Mom… I hope you come back soon. We could really use your help," she said, walking away from the group.

In the town of Fallarbor, the mountains were beautiful as the sun was shining in the town. In the town, there was a yellow house with green window frames and there was a mailbox outside that was shaped like a meteorite. Obviously, it was Professor Cosmo's home. Inside the room, he was in his living room, doing his work on his laptop while sitting on the red fluffy couch while the meteorite that almost blew up Mt. Chimney still existed. As he turned around to read his new research material, he heard some tapping at the window. He pressed his golden frame glasses as he stood up from the couch. Turning around, he didn't hear a thing. As he went to sit down, he heard the glass break. As shards of glass erupted on the floor, Tydrones and Cranidrones flew into his home. Tables were crushed and books fell on the floor as Professor Cosmo was grabbed from either side. Turning around, he noticed DinvoliRed appear with the meteorite. He hissed as he looked at him.

"Well," said DinvoliRed, "I think we have a winner!"

"No, you can't!" shouted Professor Cosmo.

"Shut up," said DinvoliRed, looking at him, "Consider yourself… captured. You will give me the meteorite so we can power up our beast to blow up the planet…. Using Mt. Chimney of course."

"No!" he shouted, being taken away by the Cranidrones and the Tydrones. DinvoliRed laughed as he walked behind him. He grinned as he stomped on the floor, creating a footprint of the floor.

The next day…

On a nice Saturday morning, Alex walked into the living room of the Chii-Dragonfly mansion. As he went to head upstairs to shower after his jog, he noticed a familiar face on the television.

"Hey," said Alex, looking at the television. He noticed JT, who was curled up in a ball, watching television, "What happened to him?"

"Monsters broke into his house yesterday morning," said JT, looking at the television. Alex sighed as he sat down, turning to him.

"Monsters?" asked Alex, "So, why wasn't it investigated?"

"The police are… until they saw a big prehistoric footprint," said JT.

Alex sat down on the couch as the news continued:

"Sources say that Professor Cosmo was taken away by a prehistoric warrior with the meteorite, which would have destroyed Hoenn 13 years ago. Police is currently asking for help from other government to find Professor Cosmo and the meteorite. If you have any information, please contact the police at this number…"

Alex sighed as he turned around. He then noticed Lucille, who was watching the whole thing on the television screen as she headed downstairs into the living room.

"Interesting," she said, looking at them.

"What?" asked Alex.

Lucille shook her head as she was watching the whole entire news report. She sighed as she was looking at Alex and the others.

"It seems that we have a mystery to solve," said Lucille, heading down the stairs. Alex looked at her as she went to take out her black briefcase that was on her desk. Opening the briefcase, she grinned as she took out a UV light, rubber gloves, and a few science tools.

"Lucille, you can't be serious," said Alex, "I mean, yeah, we should investigate it, but now?"

Lucille laughed, "Alex, we should investigate it. Besides, I was supposed to have a meeting with Professor Cosmo. I was supposed to be his intern next semester."

Alex grumbled as he looked at her, "You're not going alone."

"Well, why not?" asked Lucille.

"It's risky," said Alex, raising an eyebrow, "They ransacked his home!"

Lucille sighed as she stared at the red ranger. The red ranger raised an eyebrow as he looked at her, "Fine. Let's go! Take a shower, first."

JT turned around as he looked at him, "Shouldn't we tell Danny and the others?"

Alex sighed as he went upstairs to go take a shower, "What would Danny say?"

JT sighed as he nodded. Alex nodded slowly as he walked up the stairs and headed into the bathroom.

Meanwhile…

In the mountains of Mt. Chimney, Professor Cosmo was caught in a cage as they saw a new monster. The monster was a humanoid Arcanine with Camerupt volcanoes edged into its back. Black spikes appeared on its arms and legs. His weapons were red and black sabers that had kerosene on either side. DinvoliRed, Aurora and Terrordactyl laughed as they were looking at Professor Cosmo.

"I can't believe you would do this to me!" said Cosmo, "You do realize what will happen if you use the meteorite, correct?"

"Yes," said DinvoliRed, hissing, "And we will be using it to the full potential."

Terrordactyl took out the meteorite and placed it into a silver container. As the glass lid appeared on top, a metallic pipe ran through the top of the cave and attached it to Camercanine.

"Aurora, begin the process," said Terrordactyl.

Aurora nodded as she pressed the red button. A purple aura surrounded the meteorite. The aura went through the pipes and then at the monster. The monster began to glow bright red and orange as flames appeared everywhere. Laughing, Camercanine began to look at his hands,

"My power is increasing!"

Terrordactyl laughed as he opened a grey device, "Tyrantus, all things are going to plan. Will go back to project."

"Good job," Tyrantus said, "Those rangers will have a big surprise!"

Meanwhile…

The rangers arrived at the house of Professor Cosmo. JT, Alex and Lucille walked out of the car as they were heading toward the yellow police tape. Looking around, they continued into the front door.

"We should have called the others," said Alex.

"True," said JT, "But… this is a good discovery."

Lucille grinned, "JT knows what I mean!"

As the rangers climbed in through the window, they were looking at the living room. Everything was in shreds. Lucille took out her black briefcase and opened her rubber gloves. Each ranger was given a pair.

"I feel like we are on a crime show," said JT.

Lucille grinned as she was looking at the prehistoric footprint. As she took out a grey palm-pilot, she managed to press a few red buttons on the palm-pilot. As she analyzed the footprint, the alarm was going off.

"What is it?" asked Alex.

"Well," said Lucille, "If this instrument is correct, I sense extremely high traces of Dinvolien Energy."

Alex turned around as he looked at the footprint, "DinvoliRed."

JT turned around as he looked at him, "Wait… well, it makes sense. But, why do they want the meteorite and Professor Cosmo?"

"Good question," said Alex, looking at the footprint.

Lucille then turned around as she heard something rustle in the bushes. As the three rangers turned around, they noticed a few Cranidrones and Tydrones with their weapons out.

"Rangers," said Alex, "We got company."

As the three rangers headed out of the house, the Cranidrones and Tydrones began to fight the other rangers. JT managed to kick a few of them several times. As he flipped forward he kicked them two times. The Cranidrones landed on the ground. As one went to strike back, JT used his arms. A blue aura surrounded his arms as they turned to metal, blocking the attack. He then punched a few of them as they landed on the ground.

Alex blocked a few of them with his hands and then used a palm punch to one of them in front. He flipped twice and then kicked three of them in the face. As one went to strike, Alex's teeth began to glow bright red as he bit into one of them. He used his hands to smack into the neck of the Tydrone. He then kicked three of them in the face as he used a spinning hook kick to the chest.

"Well," said Alex, "That should do it."

Lucille flipped backwards as she kicked three of them in the face. As one went over her head, she grabbed the soldier by the tail and threw the Cranidrone into the house, breaking another window.

"Whoops…," she muttered.

As a few of the Cranidrones went after her, she kicked a few of them. As she headed toward them, she jumped up. In a flash of white light, the Cranidrones and the Tydrones were hit across as she landed on the ground. As the three rangers gathered together, the rangers saw a new monster heading toward them… Cameracanine.

"Great….," said Alex.

Flames emerged from his mouth as lava came out of the volcanoes on his back. The fire bombs landed around the rangers as they landed on the ground.

"I'm guessing we have another volcanic monster," said JT, "Tyrantus just loves volcanoes."

Alex turned around as he looked at them, "Well, I am not just going to sit here and watch. Morph!"

The rangers took out their Dino Braces, transforming their braces to morphers.

"Dino Thunder, Power Up!"

The rangers pressed the button on their morphers. A red, blue and white aura surrounded them as they transformed into their suits.

"Tyrantrum Power, Red Dino Ranger!"

"Bastiodon Power, Blue Dino Ranger!"

"Archeops Power, White Dino Ranger!"

Camercanine roared as he took out his blades, "You can't stop me!"

"Try us!" said Alex, taking out his Dino Blaster.

Pulling the trigger, blue beams shot out of the blaster, piercing the body. Camercanine yelled as his sabers began to ignite in flames. He stretched out his swords, releasing the fire. The rangers dodged the flames as the meadows were ignited in flames.

"He's really strong," said Lucille.

"GUYS!"

The rangers turned around as Lee, Danny and Amii ran over toward them, morphed in their ranger suits.

"Sorry we didn't call," said Alex.

"Why were you here?" asked Danny.

"Ask Lucille… later," said JT.

The six rangers stood together as they took out their weapons.

"Your weapons are no match for me!" said Camercanine.

Alex turned to the other rangers, "Put them together!"

"Right!" said the rangers.

Immediately, the Armor Shield stood as the base. The Amber Daggers turned into handles as they were placed on either side of the Armor Shield. The Jaw Staff folded underneath and the top part of the staff connected to the top of the Armor Shield. The Cover Combat Saber was placed on top of the Jaw Staff. The Ancient Dagger was placed on top of the blaster.

"Ultra Dino Bomber!" yelled the rangers.

"Sail Staff, Bow Mode!" shouted Amii.

Immediately, a lavender aura surrounded her staff. A lavender bow with cyan stripes appeared as she took out golden arrows that appeared from her back.

"FIRE!"

A blue arrow shot out as well as a golden-crimson beam. Combined, the beam swirled back and forth as it went toward Camercanine. Camercanine laughed as he stomped on the ground. A wall of lava emerged. The beam went up and headed straight toward them. The rangers yelled as explosions surrounded them. Lucille screamed as she landed on the ground. A white aura surrounded her as her suit gave out. The Cranidrones managed to grab her from either side. Alex looked up as Lucille was taken away. Before, Alex could get up, Camercanine raised his foot and stomped on Alex's back. Alex yelled as a red aura surrounded him, transforming him out of his suit. He looked up as a field of fire surrounded Camercanine, causing him to disappear.

"Rangers," said Danny, softly, "Fall back."

"Fall back?" asked Alex, "We got to find Lucille."

"We will," said Danny, "And we will talk."

"But, I'm team leader," said Alex, looking at Danny.

"I know. But, take it from a veteran's point of view. We'll talk privately," the black ranger said.

Meanwhile…

The White Ranger was being dragged into one of the caves outside Mt. Chimney. Unable to fight, she decided to it would be easier to see what they were going to do with her… and find Professor Cosmo in the process. The temperature got hotter as they went toward the cage. The cage lifted in the air. Instantly, Lucille was thrown in the cage in the same location as Professor Cosmo. Camercanine laughed as he looked at her, "So much for trying… now you're stuck with this man."

She turned around as she looked at him, "You won't get away with this."

"And that was the prototype… hello, Lucille!"

Lucille turned around as she saw Archeterror walking toward her with a grin. She was not impressed as she shook her head slowly.

"Archeterror…," she snarled.

"You have history with this creature?" asked Professor Cosmo.

"Unfortunately, I do… he was the menace that took over my whole body, my conscience… the reason why I… am the way I am," she said, "And why I was forced to wear this morpher against my will."

"But, Luci… you and I had so much fun together. Bond with me again," he said.

"Dream on, Archefreak!" she shouted, "And why are we here anyway?"

"Ah, scientists… well, seeing that you won't be here for too long, guess I can dish out the details. You see, we are using the meteorite to not also erupt the volcano and destroy the Hoenn Region, it is a power source to increase Camercanine's power," he said, "When you tried to combine your powers. His was just above yours… and it was a test!"

DinvoliRed, who was annoyed about the situation, walked over toward them. His response to what was going on was the worst. His face was full of anger as he raised his sabers at the cage.

"WE AREN'T DONE YET!" he yelled, "WE NEED TO BLOW UP THE VOLCANO! NOW!"

The room was quiet. He walked over toward Camercanine, "You must destroy the Poké Rangers at all costs and blow up the volcano. How much power has increased?"

Archeterror turned around, "He is only at 35 percent. It was sufficient when he beat them at 20!"

"HE NEEDS TO BE AT FULL POWER!" yelled DinvoliRed, raising his saber at his face, "ONE HOUR… NO MORE, NO LESS!"

Archeterror slowly nodded as he looked at DinvoliRed. DinvoliRed then turned around and looked at Lucille, "As for your friends, they will fall in the lava…"

Lucille sighed as she looked at Professor Cosmo and then at the glass.

Meanwhile…

The rangers, washed up, were sitting in Dino Ops… well, except for Alex and Danny. Alex and Danny were sitting outside at the pool as the red ranger was looking at the black ranger.

"You know, for someone who has been fighting for a while, they should know when to fall back and when to fight," said Danny, "But, they should know not to investigate things without notice. Why?"

"Why are you questioning my leadership skills?" asked Alex, "I told Lucille we should tell you!"

"Good judgment…," said Danny, "But, still, you went anyway? Why did you give in?"

"Because I wanted to make sure she was safe," said Alex, looking at Danny, "Wouldn't you?"

Danny looked at Alex. Alex raised his eyebrow, "If you think about it, I wasn't going to watch our friend investigate something alone."

Danny turned around as he looked at him, "When you investigated, what did you find?"

"It was DinvoliRed's footprint and the meteorite was missing….," the red ranger said.

"So, if it was DinvoliRed's footprint and Lucille was edgy enough to investigate, you should have waited for us," said Danny, "From one leader to another, to handle a reckless ranger, it is tough… but sometimes you got to let them fall on their feet."

"Danny," said Alex, stretching out his hands as he walked toward him, "It's my responsibility."

"I'm not saying you are not being held responsible. You should be and I'm glad that you can hold that responsibility. Unfortunately, Lucille takes most of the blame because she was eager to go alone and put the team in danger," said Danny, "Do not ever do that again."

Alex nodded slowly, "I'm sorry."

Danny sighed as he looked at Alex, "No need to worry now. We need to figure out where they took her."

"Well, if I were a meteorite…," said Alex, looking at the grey palm-pilot. He turned around as he looked at Danny, "To Dino Ops! I got it!"

Fifteen seconds later…

The five rangers were sitting in Dino Ops as Danny plugged in Lucille's palm-pilot. The rangers were amazed at what they were seeing.

"So," said Danny, "Alex, explain…"

"13 years ago, a meteorite was stolen by Team Magma so that way they can blow up the world and tried to make the Hoenn region a more suitable place for Groudon… and any fire, ground or rock type Pokémon," said Alex, "Professor Cosmo has been captured after he discovered the meteorite. Obviously, Brendan and May manageD to stop them… now, he's captured again and Camercanine has become more powerful," said Alex, pressing a few buttons. The rangers noticed the meteorite on the screen, "This isn't just any meteorite that Team Magma found. The meteorite, after examining the residue…,"

The rangers were astonished as they saw the red and blue glowing dust, glowing in neon colors.

"The residue has high levels of energy," said Alex, "When combined with a flammable substance, it increases its energy."

"So," said JT, looking at the slides, "Let's form a hypothesis: If the meteorite has that power, does that mean it has the power to increase Camercanine's stamina to fight?"

"Correct," said Alex.

"So," said Amii, looking at the slides, "That means if it can increase Camercanine's power… then what if they used a non-creature to increase energy, like a landmass…"

"Or a volcano," said Lee.

Danny pressed a few buttons on the computer. Immediately, a cross-section of Mt. Chimney appeared on the screens.

"Obviously, Mt. Chimney has been active… but under danger levels," said Alex, "Sometimes, it has been dormant. But, if we add the meteorite into the magma chamber."

Danny pressed a red button. Immediately, the cross-section began to show lava overflowing everywhere. As the lava overflowed, the rangers were amazed.

"That could erupt and destroy the whole region," said Lee.

"And more…," said Alex, "The meteorite has more of a punch. It could fossilize the oceans and expand… Earth will just be a rock."

JT sighed as he looked at them, "So, I'm going to go with a hunch and say that there is probably suspicious activity on Mt. Chimney as we speak."

"And if that's true," said Amii, looking at the diagram, "Then, we should be going."

"Yeah, but that magma chamber is probably heavily guarded," said Danny, looking at them, "Unless…"

Lee and Amii looked at each other and then turned to Alex and Danny, "I think we have an idea."

Later at Mt. Chimney…

Two Tydrones and Cranidrones were sitting together with their swords out outside a chamber. They were looking at each other, snarling as they turned around to look at the mountain. However, they turned around as they heard rustling in the bushes. Before they could say anything, Danny and Alex jumped down and kicked a few of them in the face, knocking them out.

"Are we ready?" asked Danny.

JT nodded as he took out a black bag with Tydrone and Cranidrone costumes, "Let's enjoy this!"

A few minutes later in the chamber…

Lucille groaned as she looked at the glass chamber, "I am so stupid."

"Stupid?" asked Prof. Cosmo, "What makes you say that?"

Lucille sighed as she looked at him, "Professor, I was trying to find you and figure out where you were and the this happened. My friends told me to wait and investigate it together, but I was too impulsive and now we are going to be sitting and watching a massive volcanic explosion in progress."

"Impulsive? Well, that is important…," said Cosmo, "You need to be impulsive to get to where you need to be. But, it is important to think of your friends too."

Before Lucille could continue, DinvoliRed was laughing as Camercanine was on fire. As flames engulfed his whole body, DinvoliRed was amazed at the power level.

"94 PERCENT!" he yelled, "KEEP IT UP!"

He turned around as three Tydrones and two Cranidrones were walking into the cave. DinvoliRed grinned as he looked at them, "Isn't it amazing?"

The three Tydrones nodded. One of them grinned as he slipped, tripped and smacked his head on the glass container. The meteorite fell on the ground. Immediately, the pipes stopped glowing as Camercanine was looking around awkwardly. Suddenly, one of the Cranidrones went to the console and pulled a Dino Blaster. Shooting red and blue beams, the console blew up. The next Tydrone then cut across, breaking open the glass of Lucille and Professor Cosmo. DinvoliRed grew angry as the Tydrone removed his mask…

"Miss me?" he asked.

"Red Ranger!" yelled DinvoliRed.

"Thanks…," said Alex, grabbing the meteorite, "It's mine now."

Everyone bolted for the outside. DinvoliRed screamed as he looked at Camercanine, "After them!"

As they got to the top of Mt. Chimney, heading toward the Cable Car, the rangers were stopped by Camercanine and DinvoliRed with a few Tydrones and Cranidrones. Immediately, the others, still wearing Tydrone and Cranidrone costumes, were surrounded by real grunts. Turning around, DinvoliRed was looking at him with anger.

"You have some nerve!" yelled DinvoliRed.

"Sorry…," said Alex, "But, I don't think we need to have half the world be a rock."

The rangers surrounded Professor Cosmo and the meteorite.

"Let's go!" said Alex.

"Right!" said the others.

"Dino Thunder, Power Up!"

Raising their morphers and pressing the buttons, auras of light surrounded them as they transformed into their suits. Professor Cosmo stood there in aghast, "Poké Rangers! Ah, this is amazing!"

"Damn it!" yelled DinvoliRed.

"Tyrantrum Power! Red Dino Ranger!"

"Bastiodon Power! Blue Dino Ranger!"

"Aerodactyl Power! Yellow Dino Ranger!"

"Carracosta Power! Black Dino Ranger!"

"Archeops Power! White Dino Ranger!"

"Aurorus Power! Platinum Dino Ranger!"

"Unleash, Prehistoric Power!" shouted Alex.

"Poké Rangers Dino Thunder!"

DinvoliRed screamed as he raised his saber in the air, "Attack!"

The creatures screamed as they headed toward the Poké Rangers. The three rangers raised their hands as their Thunder Sabers appeared. Alex cut a few of them with the Thunder Saber. Each saber cuts through each person's body. As he raised his saber up in the air, it came down, cutting across. As sparks flew across, Alex turned around as he cut across the other grunts. Landing on the ground, he took out his Dino Blaster, shooting them down.

Lee spiraled around with her Amber Daggers, cutting each one across with strength. Sparks flew as they landed on the ground. She turned around and cut across, destroying a few of the Tydrones and the Cranidrones. A few of them fell apart as they landed on the ground. She then took out her Dino Blaster and then shot a few of them.

Amii turned around with her Sail Staff, slashing all the Cranidrones. She then twirled the staff and then smacked the Cranidrone in the face. She turned around as she used her staff, swinging around as all the Cranidrones landed on the ground.

Next, Danny turned around as he took out his Cover Combat Rifle: Sword Mode. Cutting across each one, he turned around as the Tydrones were jumping toward him. Gripping his weapon, he slashed all the Tydrones that were heading toward him. He kicked a few of them in the face and then turned around to slash a few of them that were coming from behind.

JT slashed a few of them in the face as he turned around to use his Bastiodon Shield as a shield. As Tydrones were blocking the attack, he broke out and slashed everybody in the stomach with the shield. More were coming toward him as he took out his Dino Blaster. Pulling the trigger, blue beams pushed out as they landed on the ground.

Lucille ducked Camercanine's attack. He screamed as lava emerged out of his body. Lucille quickly dashed for the monster. Taking out her Ancient Dagger, she cut across the creature. She turned around as she went to stab him in the back. Camercanine screamed as a red aura surrounded him. He twirled around as the Ancient Dagger slipped back into Lucille's hands.

"His power…," said Dinvolien, "He's weakening! But, how?"

Lucille grinned as she looked at him, "You connected the meteorite energy to his bloodstream. Stab or slice a vein… whoops."

"Damn it!" yelled DinvoliRed.

"Now…," said Alex, "Take two!"

"Ultra Dino Bomber!" yelled the rangers.

"Sail Staff, Bow Mode!" shouted Amii.

Immediately, a lavender aura surrounded her staff. A lavender bow with cyan stripes appeared as she took out golden arrows that appeared from her back.

"FIRE!"

A blue arrow shot out as well as a golden-crimson beam. Combined, the beam swirled back and forth as it went toward Camercanine. He screamed as the beam pierced into his body. He screamed as he exploded into pieces.

"No way!" yelled DinvoliRed, turning around as he took out his walkie talkie, "Aurora, do it!"

Dark clouds gathered together in the sky as rain came down. The rain touched his corpse as he grew back to be a gigantic, living being. Camercanine screamed as he released flames from his mouth. The lava in the magma chamber started to bubble a little bit as the rangers were hanging for dear life.

"Uh…," said Danny, "Carracosta Zord!"

"Aurorus Zord!" shouted Amii.

"Armaldo! Archeops!" shouted Lucille.

The rangers turned around as they saw the zords appear on the top of the mountain. The Tyrantrum, Bastiodon and the Aerodactyl fly out of the Carracosta Zord.

"Let's do it!" shouted Alex.

"Super Prehistoric Fusion!"

Immediately, the Tyrantrum Zord started charging first. Except for the legs, the body rotated 90 degrees so that way the one end had the tail and the other end was the head. The head detached and connected to the middle of the body. The Bastiodon Zord jumped up and connected to the right side of the Tyrantrum with a human head popping out. Finally, the Aerodactyl flew towards them. The Aerodactyl head was taken off and it connected to the human head while the wings and body connected to the back. The cockpit evolved into a big red and brown cockpit with Alex, JT, and Lee in control. The Aurorus Zord began as it split into parts. The legs and arms combined as two huge arms, covering the arms of the Thundersaurus Rex Megazord. The long neck of the Aurorus Zord turned into a saber as it connected to the Megazord. The top and bottom armor appeared on the Carracosta Zord. The Carracosta Zord split open its body as the Thundersaurus Rex Megazord combined.

Amii and Danny began to glow as they appeared in the cockpit with the other three rangers. This time: Danny, JT, Alex, Lee, and Amii were all in the cockpit together.

"Thundersaurus Rex Battlezord, Battle Ready!"

"Prehistoric Fusion!" shouted Lucille.

The head of the Armaldo Zord flipped forward, leaving a human head. The legs folded up and the arms stretched, becoming more robotic and longer. The Archeops flew forward. The wings attached to the back of the Armaldo Zord and the chest split. The front of the Archeops connected to the Armaldo with the legs connected. The legs stretched out as white armor digitized around them. The head connected to the top of the Armaldo Zord. The tail of the Armaldo turned into a spiral-like saber. As the Megazord landed on the ground, the White Ranger jumped up into the cockpit. The cockpit was black with blue designs. The White Ranger pressed its hands on the console as the Megazord activated.

"Initiate Killer Rex Megazord!"

The two robots headed toward Camercanine. Camercanine charged up his flames as he released a massive flame attack toward them. Sparks flew across as the robots were continuing to march forward.

"Aurora Beam!" shouted Amii.

As an ice beam shot out of the Thundersaurus Rex Battlezord, Camercanine released another flame attack, creating steam and water.

"This isn't working…," said Lee, turning to Amii, "Come on… Ice melts fire."

"True," she said, "But, if we increase power… we extinguish the fire!"

As the beam and the flames continued to go back and forth, the Killer Rex Megazord jumped up and went to charge its power.

"SUPERPOWER!" shouted Lucille.

An orange beam came across as Camercanine turned around. Using his lava, the lava hit the Killer Rex Megazord causing it to land in the magma chamber.

"Lucille!" shouted the rangers.

Lucille held on for dear life as the Killer Rex Megazord was heading straight for the lava. Quickly, she pressed a button. The wings of the Killer Rex Megazord flew across as it headed toward the sky.

"That was close…," said Lucille.

"I agree," said Alex, looking at the beast. The flames then erupted hitting the Thundersaurus Rex Battlezord.

The rangers yelled as the Battlezord began to glow in bright gold aura. The Thundersaurus Rex Megazord landed on the ground and the Aurorus and Carracosta flew to the ground.

"This is great…," said Alex, getting the cockpit online, "Now, let's end this!"

Suddenly, a golden aura surrounded the Thundersaurus Rex Megazord as well as the Killer Rex Megazord. The rangers were looking at their cockpits as they were looking at the other Megazord.

"No way," said Lucille, "Fusion?"

"Can't be…," said Lee, "How?"

Alex grinned, "Anything is possible. Let's do it!"

The rangers nodded as they held on to their cockpits, "Prehistoric Fusion!"

The Killer Rex Megazord flew across as it split into two parts. The wings of the Aerodactyl broke apart and connected to either side of the Thundersaurus Rex Megazord. The Armaldo Zord split into two as it turned into feet. The Thundersaurus Rex Megazord connected to the Armaldo Zord and the Archeops connected to the back of the Thundersaurus Rex Megazord.

"Thundersaurus Killer Megazord!"

Camercanine released stomped his feet. Lava erupted from his back as it headed toward the Thundersaurus Killer Megazord. The Thundersaurus Killer Rex Megazord slid across the lava as it headed toward the creature.

"Alright," Lucille said, "Surf's up!"

"That's our line…," said JT, turning around.

The Thundersaurus Killer Megazord headed straight toward Camercanine. The creature screamed as Camercanine was hit hard by the attack. Sparks flew as Camercanine landed on the rocks.

"Now…," said Alex.

"Thundersaurus Killer Megazord! Ancient Drill Strike!"

The Thundersaurus Killer Megazord put its arms together. Using the Tyrantrum arm, it started spinning around as it lifted from the ground and headed straight toward Camercanine. A red and orange aura spun around as it pierced the heart of Camercanine. Camercanine screamed as he landed in the magma chamber. The volcano erupted with an explosion as the Thundersaurus Killer Megazord landed on the ground, striking a pose.

Later that day…

Professor Cosmo was walking down Route 112 with the other rangers as they were looking at the rangers. He grinned as he shook hands with Lucille.

"Hey, Lucille… quick question," he said, "Be honest."

"Yes?" she asked.

"Would you like to be my intern this Fall?" asked Cosmo, "You can learn a lot about meteorites… it would look good!"

The rangers turned around as they were looking at Lucille. She grinned as she turned toward Professor Cosmo, "I'll take it!"

"Good…," he said, grinning as a yellow taxi pulled up, "I better go start cleaning up my home. Thank you, rangers."

As the rangers waved goodbye, Cosmo walked down the steps and into the taxi. The taxi then started heading up north toward the Fiery Path.

"Ugh…," said Alex, "Well, that was a great way to get an internship."

"That…," said Lucille, "And I don't think Tyrantus will ever mess with me again."

The rangers sighed as they looked at the White Ranger. Immediately, the six rangers were heading home toward Slateport City.

"So… where did you park?" asked Lucille.

"… I forgot," said Alex.

"ALEX!"

Poké Rangers Dino Thunder Chapter 36: The Passion of Alex

A/N: Alright, so this was an interesting chapter. I felt like I reused it earlier in the season, but I decided to use Professor Cosmo for this event and we never had a Lucille storyline. So, about what the next chapters will look like:

Chapter 36 will be the last filler chapter. I have a surprise for Chapters 37 and 38 and then Chapters 39-41, which I won't spoil… it is another story arc. It is a short arc, but I have decided to do a little bit of plot twisting. And with 15 chapters left in the series… yes, 15 left, it's going to be a bumpy ride for the Dino Rangers.

This leads to my next announcement. This is the last week to vote for Season 11 of the Hoenn Rangers saga. It will be announced on my profile page… this Monday, February 20th, 2017. We will proceed to Phase 2 of the process in April, message me for details.
