This is an AU prompt fill for Lady Luna Riddle.

It's for the following: Kurt's freaking out. Every time he performed publicly in NY whether for the NYADA winter showcase or at the guitar shop w/Elliot or w/his band, there Sebastian is. Is Sebastian stalking him? And if so, why is he flattered instead of angry?

This will be AU from the last episode of Season 4 and current times will be set around episode Ten of Season 5. Kurt and Blaine never got back together. Kurt and Adam had a mutual break up. The other main points on the show happened including 'One Three Hill'.

Also a few mentions of Finn in this just letting you know...

The first time Kurt see's him, he thinks it's a trick of the light or his imagination.

He's finishing up his performance for NYADA's latest assignment when he spies a familiar face in the audience, none other than Sebastian Smythe.

Kurt looks away before looking back and seeing nothing. Maybe he imagined it then.

Kurt shakes his head and accepts the round of applause before going back to his seat.

Kurt soon forgets about the incident until it happens again a month or so later. This time with fewer people for it to be out of confusion.

Kurt and Elliott are in the guitar shop where Kurt is to buy his new guitar when he spies someone looking at him in the window. Kurt looks closer and notices the familiar build and posture. This time it's no mistaking this as Sebastian. He tells Elliott to hold on as he hurries outside to talk to Sebastian but by the time he's outside Sebastian has disappeared through the crowd. Kurt can't help but be disappointed.

"What's wrong?" Elliott asks when Kurt comes back in to the store, with a frown on his face.

"Nothing, just thought I saw someone I knew" Kurt mumbles before going back over to the guitars, luckily Elliott does not question it anymore.

Kurt loses himself in the experience of guitar shopping and then the song that Elliott begins. He tries to block all thoughts of Sebastian from his head.

Unfortunately it's easier said then done, as he lays awake later that night with nothing but Sebastian on his brain. The last time Kurt had seen Sebastian was when he had apologized for the Slushie incident. After that Kurt decided to add Sebastian to Facebook and try to get to know him since he was a changed man and all.

Sebastian had accepted the request, they became sort of friends who commented on each others statuses the odd time but nothing more. Kurt lost track of Sebastian and noticed his Facebook updated less and less till he found out Sebastian had been expelled for using performance enhancing drugs. Kurt was shocked but since he never got around to exchanging numbers, he couldn't contact Sebastian and talk to him.

A few months passed and Sebastian ended up coming back online after apparently being cut off from his computer. Kurt sent an email and talked to Sebastian about his plans for College, Sebastian said he was thinking of applying for NYU for Law but was undecided. That was their last conversation.

Kurt became busy with his New York life, the band and the stress on his Father's cancer progress then his Brothers death. Sebastian had sent him an email expressing his sadness on Finn's death and Kurt was sure he had seen Sebastian at the funeral but had been to preoccupied to pay much attention.

But the next time Kurt had sighted Sebastian had been a month after the funeral at NYADA of all places. It was confusing as to why he was there. Had he got accepted to NYU, was he living in New York.

Also why was he watching Kurt at the guitar shop earlier on, so many questions with little answers. Kurt needed to catch Sebastian next time and demand an explanation. With this in mind, Kurt was finally able to eventually fall asleep.

The next time Kurt saw Sebastian was a little under a month later.

Kurt was with his band and putting his new guitar to use as he sung a acoustic song with Dani and Elliott.

They were a trio now as Dani and Elliott were sick of the stress that Rachel and Santana's constant fighting was causing so the change of band name and members were supposed to ease that. Kurt told the girls there was a place for them and Pamela lansbury could continue if they stopped the drama. That had been a few days ago and nothing ceased to be any different.

Kurt wasn't complaining about the new band though, it was more easy-going and each member was given lines in any song or they swapped who took the lead. It worked well for them all.

Kurt was getting lost in the song, singing and enjoying the feel of the audience when he saw Sebastian by the bar, sipping a drink and nodding along.

Kurt quickly looked in a different direction, being careful to not give away that he had spied Sebastian. He didn't want to risk Sebastian leaving before they could talk.

Once the set was over and Kurt along with Dani and Elliott had accepted the applause and said Thank you. They made their way to the dressing room. Kurt quickly changed into his original clothes before chucking his bag over his shoulder and grabbing the guitar case before handing it to Elliott, who looked confused.

"Can you take this, I saw someone in the audience that I know" Kurt said, backing towards the door.

Dani giggled at this. "Aww, a potential love interest" she joked.

Kurt shock his head at that. "Just an old friend" he answered.

Elliott nodded and Kurt smiled in thanks before hurrying out to the bar and hoping Sebastian was still there. He was luckily but he noticed Kurt heading his way so he drowned his drink and began to leave. Kurt swore under his breath and got agitated when randoms began to hug him and pat his arm or where ever they could reach.

Kurt appreciated the fans and was grateful for their following but now wasn't a good time.

"Thanks, you're all great" Kurt called out as he reached the door, he didn't want to be rude but he had to catch Sebastian.

"Bye gorgeous" a random guy called out.

Kurt blushed a little before heading out the door, there was no Sebastian in sight.

"Fuck" Kurt snapped.

Kurt walked along the busy New York street about a week later. He hadn't had any luck in seeing Sebastian again since the night a week ago.

Kurt was no less closer to finding out What Sebastian's deal was. He had even emailed Sebastian on Facebook but Sebastian hadn't responded. Something was going on and Kurt was determined to find out what it was.

Kurt decided to take a walk through Central park so he could clear his head and maybe get a chance to read his book in peace. It was hard to read at home with his room mates still arguing all the time.

He found a nice spot on a bench by a tree and scanned through his phone, deciding to check his emails in case there was any important ones. After checking that, he took out his book but reading became harder when he was still glancing vacantly on the same page for almost ten minutes.

Kurt sighed, closing the book and leaning back against the bench. He couldn't get Sebastian out of his brain. Not only was Sebastian's whole disappearing act really weird but the fact he was always around made Kurt feel flattered. Kurt was actually feeling flattered by the attention rather than angry, but that still didn't answer any of his questions and why Sebastian refused to actually talk to him.

What did he think would happen if he approached Kurt.

Shaking his head and realizing he wasn't about to get any reading done, Kurt put his book in his satchel and began walking towards his favorite coffee shop. As he was getting closer, he noticed Sebastian standing by the fountain just looking in his direction.

Kurt stopped and looked at Sebastian who noticed and quickly turned and began power walking towards the coffee shop. Kurt grinned.

He hurried across the road and stepped up to the doors leading into the shop, he noticed Sebastian standing by the counter.

"Gotcha" Kurt said before going inside.

Kurt came up behind Sebastian before putting his mouth by Sebastian's ear. "I know you're following me" he purred in a low voice, not quite sure where it had come from but feeling a little powerful all the same.

Sebastian jumped and turned around, he looked a little sheepish as he came face to face with Kurt.

"Uh" he began but Kurt shock his head.

"Buy me a coffee then we can talk, no running away. I just want to talk" Kurt said.

Sebastian nodded and turned to the barista as his turn came, he glanced at Kurt who recited his order then they made their way to the pick up spot after Sebastian paid.

Kurt waited along with Sebastian in silence. Once their orders were ready, they grabbed their coffee and Kurt nodded to outside indicating where they should go.

Sebastian followed without too much fuss, allowing himself to be led back to where Kurt had sat earlier.

"Are you going to murder me" Sebastian joked, as Kurt took a seat.

"Nope, should I?" Kurt questioned before laughing.

Sebastian sat down slowly before lifting off his coffee cup lid and blowing on the coffee.

"Well" Kurt suddenly said.

Sebastian put the coffee lid on and put down his drink before facing Kurt.

"Well what" he said lamely.

Kurt sighed, putting his own coffee down before turning his body to face Sebastian properly. Kurt ran a hand through his hair before finally saying it. "Why are you following me" he demanded.

Sebastian chewed on his lip slowly before staring at his lap.

"Sebastian" Kurt pressed.

"Uh fuck, do I have to say it" Sebastian muttered.

Kurt placed a hand on Sebastian's leg gently and Sebastian felt his heart rate speed up a little.

"I want to know, you kind of owe me for the months of curiosity and the fact you kept running off like I was a scary ghost" Kurt said slowly.

Sebastian gazed at Kurt's hand, feeling his own twitch before he finally looked up and stared into Kurt's expressive eyes than his lips then his eyes again. Sebastian couldn't stand it anymore and burst out with the truth. "I like you ok" he said before flushing.

Kurt looked stunned, his eyes widened and the hand on Sebastian's leg tightened.

"You do" he said.

Sebastian nodded. Too embarrassed at what he admitted and his stupid awkwardness.

He sighed before deciding to just tell the truth "I haven't been able to handle my feelings for so long and when I got to New York and wanted to tell you how I felt, I kept chickening out. So I took to admiring you from afar. The hate that I once had for you was stemmed from the fact I couldn't handle the feelings I was getting. I'm sure I started liking you that day you first walked into that damn coffee shop long ago. You've got me wrapped around your fingers and you don't realize it. I'm powerless to it and my feelings for you" Sebastian managed to explain.

Kurt's eyes bore into him and he finally was able to face Kurt again, he noticed Kurt's lips twitching as a smile began to form there.

"You're something else huh" Kurt said, shaking his head.

"Uh Yeah" Sebastian managed.

Kurt squeezed his leg again. "I was flattered by the attention surprisingly and I wanted you to talk to me. We should talk more but now I just really want to kiss you..can I?" Kurt said softly, the tables turning as Kurt now felt vulnerable.

Sebastian sat up and nodded eagerly.

Kurt chuckled a little before leaning forward and pressing his lips shyly but firmly against Sebastian's. The hand pressed on Sebastian's leg flexed there as Kurt's beautiful mouth moved slowly and surely against Sebastian's own.

Sebastian lifted a hand up and placed it on the back of Kurt's neck, holding Kurt there as he parted his mouth. Kurt slid his tongue inside and moved it against Sebastian's own. They indulged in the kiss for a few seconds more before eventually pulling away.

Sebastian breathed in deeply, trying to ignore his wild heart beat.

"Wow, that was really good" Kurt said, moving his hand from Sebastian's leg and placing it on Sebastian's cheek instead,

Sebastian nodded, smiling. "We should see if we can do better" he managed. Never one to let his cocky side be ignored.

Kurt just smiled before nodding and began moving in closer but stopping before he reached Sebastian's lips to whisper "Practice makes perfect" then closing the gap.

Sebastian kissed back and held Kurt close. He couldn't agree more, they definitely had to practice and Sebastian hoped they never ran out of time.
