This is it! My final episode in this series. Let me just say, it has been an amazing pleasure creating this story, and I thank you guys for supporting my story for all this time, and to continue supporting me in the future. But, enough talk. Without further ado, begin reading the final episode!

(I do not own Kingdom Hearts or Sword Art Online. All I do is form my imagination from both stories, and share it with the world!)

Prologue: The Story so Far

(Asuna speaking) Kirito and I have endured an amazing amount of experiences together for about three and a half years of our lives. Being trapped in SAO. Stopping Sugou in ALO. Sora's dimension & Organization XIII. And this is just the things we did together. Kirito has experienced more things as well, like the Death Gun incident and such. We also involved others like Leafa, Recon, and our daughter, Yui. However, we weren't completely prepared for what was gonna happen next.

A simple party at Disney Castle turned into a party crash when a mysterious masked boy named Vanitas, a powerful Keyblade wielder, warned us about the meddling he and his master, along with Maleficent and Pete, were doing in my dimension. Realizing our dimension was in danger, we needed a way to get there, fast. Fortunately, the Keyblades of Sora, Kirito, Leafa, Mickey, Riku and I activated, unlocking a passageway that sent all of Disney Castle through it.

We set out to discover what Vanitas was doing, with Yui suddenly becoming not only human-sized, but also a fighter. So me, Kirito, Sora, Donald, Goofy and Yui all set out to learn of our dimension.

During the trip, we discovered a new source of power, called the Soul Drive, which is similar to our Drive Forms, which we couldn't use. These Soul Drives allow us to gain the powers from someone we have a strong connection with. These powers change our looks, make us use incredible moves called Finishers, and even adapt a part of the person's fighting style. It's quite confusing to me, but I rather enjoy using the powers.

During this journey, we learned that the Heartless, creatures born from the darkness in people's hearts, and Unversed, creatures made by Vanitas himself, were causing havoc all throughout the worlds, searching for mysterious items called 'Keys of Darkness'. There were eleven of them, and they were hidden in people's bodies, scattered in eleven different worlds, preventing them from coming together.

I was one of these people who had a Key of Darkness, mainly the Key of Doubt, but Vanitas took it away from me. I had no idea I carried such a power inside of me, and I wasn't the only one. Apart from me, there was Siren, or Ellen, of Kanon Town, Palutena of Skyworld, Midna of Hyrule, Tepig of Post Town, Sonic the Hedgehog of his world, Erza Scarlet of Fairy Tail, Snow Villers of Yusnaan, Jackson of the Realm of Arrival, Nagato of the Hidden Rain Village, and Vivi Nefertari of Alabasta.

Among the chaos for the control of the Keys of Darkness, during which our team gathered two of them, we had to seal the Keyholes of Bonds, which prevented the Heartless or Unversed to move into the worlds. Each of them required a certain connection from a pair or a group of people. We've been sealing Keyholes left and right, and each one represent a certain kind of bond, depending on how it was developed.

And to add more confusion to the mix, Kirito, Leafa and I learned more about ourselves, and how we became the chosen wielders of the Keyblade. Kirito supposedly had the power before, but was able to unlock it thanks to the soul of Terra that became apart of him when the real Terra's body was taken. Leafa is a descendant of one of the guardians who created the Keys of Darkness to prevent Kingdom Hearts to be shrouded into darkness.

However, it was mine that was the most shocking of all. Even before the whole journey started, I wondered about one character that I fought back in Sora's dimension; a girl named Aqua, who was one of the original Keyblade wielders, just like Terra and Ventus. I found out, at first, that I was not actually born in Kirito's world, but the Yuuki family adopted me when I was just a baby. Later on, I discovered the truth; I wasn't born in this dimension. Not only that, but Aqua is my sister! I couldn't believe it! I had a sister that I never knew. This whole entire journey has given me so much new information about myself, that it's hard to take it in.

Just recently, we came back to my world in order to seal the last Keyhole there, but instead, we fought Vanitas in an all out brawl, and beaten him. However, Oberon, who is Vanitas' master and Sugou's Heartless, betrayed him, telling that Vanitas was nothing more than a doll, and destroyed him, eliminating our memories about him as well. He then took the bodies of Kirito, Leafa, Recon and I, and escaped with them to his home base in Desolate Castle.

The six of us, along with Recon, Leafa, Kayaba, Mickey, Riku and Kairi, chased after him into his base of operation. When we got there, we discovered that he not only betrayed Pete and Maleficent, too, but also made our bodies into darkened puppets. Kirito, Leafa, Recon and I were unable to fight them, at first, and as a result, we lost. We got trapped within a machine that made us see the memories of what our lives would be like without our friends and family. However, it was also gonna wipe our existence entirely from everyone's mind.

It was fortunate that the Wayfinder that my father said that came with me as a child saved me. It brought me to Aqua, who gave me sisterly advice on how to stop our bodies. I freed Kirito, Leafa and Recon, and I gained the Soul Drive of my sister, Aqua Soul. We had a rematch with our darkened bodies, and freed them as well, returning them back to us.

However, Oberon wasn't gonna give up. He stole the Keys of Darkness we had on us, and took them away to the gate of Kingdom Hearts, where he could use them to unlock the gate within. He plans to take control of Kingdom Hearts, separate everyone from one another and wipe their existence from each other's minds. He can't do that, and we won't let him! Time for the final battle! (Cue opening song)

Chapter 1: Into the End

The twelve heroes, plus Gretinal, walked up to the throne room, looking at the heart-shaped portal. "It's just like back in Hollow Bastion…" Sora recalled. "Xehanort's Heartless got taken in by the darkness, and I ended up sealing the Keyhole within, so as to prevent any more Heartless from exiting it."

"This isn't like your dimension." Gretinal informed him, "Before, you had to use the Gummi ship in order to go to the place known as the 'End of the World'. However, this gate will lead us straight to the place similar to that world, which goes by the same time. And within the shrouded darkness lies the gateway to Kingdom Hearts."

"Before you lose us any further, mind explaining to us what you guys are talking about?" Leafa asked quizzically, "Like, what is the 'End of the World'?" "It is a place made by the Heartless." Mickey explained. "The fragments of the worlds, whose lights have been taken, merge with this place." "So it's a graveyard for worlds." Kirito compared. "That's one way to put it." Riku agreed.

"Once we go in there, what will happen?" Asuna asked, "And more importantly, what do we need to do?" "Simple. We stop Oberon, and seal the entrance." Sora answered, "Once we stop Oberon, the worlds should return to normal, right?" "That's right." Gretinal replied, "But we must be wary. I feel as if there is something we are missing. I feel it relates to the story of the guardians, who stopped the darkness from consuming Kingdom Hearts." "You had the same feeling as I do." Kayaba agreed, "I believe even Oberon might not even know what he is dealing with."

"Well, we can stand around and contemplate about it, or we can go in and stop Oberon from using the Keys of Darkness to reach Kingdom Hearts." Kirito told the group. Everyone nodded in agreement. Sora, Asuna and Kirito stepped forward, and walked into the portal, followed by the rest of the crew, ending with Kayaba and Gretinal.

When they came out of the portal, they found themselves that was completely dark and eerie. They were standing at the rocky shores of an island, looking out into the ocean beyond. The area had multiple hues of dark red, which swirled into a white vortex that seemed miles away from their position. This was hidden behind what looked like a large mountain with spires rising out of it. There were several sandy shores rising out of the water, scattered everywhere. There were dark crystals that were floating in the sky, almost like stalagmites.

Once the crew was out of the portal and all together, they observed their location. "This is…far from what I had expected." Kayaba stated. "It's not like how we remember it." Donald recalled. "It's pretty scary." Recon noted. "And this is what's left of all the worlds taken by the Heartless?" Kirito asked Sora, to which he nodded. "Wonder how this place is different from the place Sora, Donald and I went to?" Goofy asked.

"Although they are of different dimensions, this land is connected to the End of the World in your dimension." Gretinal explained, "The only difference is how close Kingdom Hearts is to it. Since this dimension's gateway to Kingdom Hearts wasn't sent into the deepest darkness, like yours was, there are a few changes." She looked to all the sandy shores and the scattered crystals in the sky. "The fragments of each world linger about, drawn to this world. All thanks to Oberon, the Heartless, and the Unversed."

It was then that the team noticed large, dark orange and black orbs of dark energy falling from the sky, landing in the water before exploding. "What are those?" Leafa asked. "I think I know those." Sora remembered, "Back in our End of the World, those things had Heartless inside them, and we couldn't escape them until we defeated the Heartless within." "So it's best to avoid them." Kirito understood, "We should save all of our strength for Oberon, and what he has planned for us."

The team set out, miraculously walking upon the water, which Sora described as the 'sea of darkness'. Since the void bubbles kept falling around here and there, they had to divide up in order to avoid getting hit by them. At one point, Sora, Recon, Goofy and Yui got hit by one of these voids, and had to face a swarm of Invisible and Shadow Heartless, along with Tank Toppler and Flood Unversed.

Just a minute before they came out, another void bubble landed on Asuna, Riku and Kayaba, and they ended up face to face with a Trinity Armor Unversed. They had to work together, avoiding its' variety of attacks done by it. Luckily, Kayaba had a Protectga spell that gave the team great defense, and Riku had his Dark Barrier, which protected the trio while reflecting shots back at his opponent.

Asuna grasped her Wayfinder as her body glowed blue. "Okay, sis. Lend me your power!" she declared, "Aqua Soul!" Her body bursted with energy. In a cutscene, Asuna's body was surrounded by streams of water, which hid her body from view. The water then shed off Asuna like a fountain, revealing her attire. She landed onto the ground, pulling out her Keyblade, and whipping it to once side. A tidal wave appeared from behind her, led by Aqua, Ven and Terra's Keyblades. "The two of us will forever be one!" Asuna shouted as Aqua's ghostly image appeared next to her, mirroring Asuna's stance as the waves crashed around them.

Asuna jumped towards the Trinity Armor, which prepared to fire a laser at her. She made a secondary jump in the air just in time to avoid the attack, came up from behind, and slashed it furiously up close, jumped back, then fired a Triple Blizzaga spell at the Trinity Armor. Just as it turned to face Asuna, Riku and Kayaba took the chance, and cross-slashed the opponent at his feet, destroying them, leaving the torso, arms and head remaining.

The Trinity Armor was now even more confused than before, and decided to unleash its' Laser Spin, sending lasers scattering all around the area. Kayaba endured with his shield while Riku placed up his Dark Barrier. Asuna had her own barrier she placed up, which was similar to Riku's. She then unleashed a Barrier Surge, rushing at the Trinity Armor with her Barrier still up. This attack stopped the laser fire from the Trinity Armor.

Asuna then jumped and unleashed her aerial Finisher, 'Shotlock: Prism Rain', which was similar to Sora's Limit Form 'Ragnarok', only it was a salvo of rainbow-colored orbs, barraging the Trinity Armor to great extent. As Asuna landed onto the ground, the Trinity Armor broke apart, turning into a dark mist that rose into the air. With that, they disappeared from the void, returning to the group again.

They finished their fight a few minutes after Sora's group. However, they noticed only Kirito and Mickey there. "Where's everyone else?" Asuna asked the two. "They went on ahead a couple minutes ago." Kirito answered. "They're scouting ahead to make sure that the way forward is safe." Mickey explained, "We should hurry and catch up." "Right." Riku understood. "Let's get going." Asuna declared. The five of them took off towards the mountain in the distance.

Inside the mountain, Sora, Leafa, and the rest of the crew were looking up at the many levels of floors above them, all connected by bridges of the same crystal as the ones floating outside. A bright light was shining down, the beams of light reflecting through the gems. Recon was on the next floor above them, looking about at the place.

"See anything up there?!" Donald squawked. "It's hard to tell, but apart from the ground floor and this one, there are eight more floors above us." Recon replied, "All of these levels don't seem to connect to one another at all! And what's more…" A couple Shadow Heartless came at Recon, but with a couple swipes of his Void Gear Keyblade, he took them out. "There are Heartless and Unversed guarding each floor." he continued.

"Oberon probably kept those Heartless and Unversed up there to slow us down." Gretinal assumed, "We should wait until the others join us." "Okay then." Leafa sighed, "Better come back down here." Recon jumped from his position, landing onto his feet in front of the group.

Just as Recon rejoined the crew, Kirito and Asuna's group came from behind. "Did you miss us?" Riku asked. "Not really." Leafa sassed back. The five who came in, looking up at the pathway ahead, or rather, upwards. "So that's our way forward, huh?" Kirito asked. "I'm not sure we all can climb that." Kayaba stated, "I certainly can't." "Then some of us will have to carry others." Kirito decided turning to the group, "Who thinks they can reach those upper platforms?" Everyone but Kairi, Kayaba, Donald and Yui raised their hands. "I wish I had my pixie wings." Yui sighed.

"I'm sure I can carry Kairi and Yui in my Icarus Soul Drive." Sora suggested. "Good thinking, but I think you should have Donald instead of Kairi, since he weighs less." Asuna stated, "No offense, Kairi." "None taken." Kairi replied.

"In that case, I can carry Kairi up." offered Leafa, producing her Sylph wings. "And I'll help the commander up." Asuna added, "I'm still in my Aqua Soul, so it shouldn't be a problem." "Okay, the rest of us will protect you guys from stray Heartless and Unversed that attempt to get you in mid-flight." Kirito finished, indicating himself, Goofy, Riku, Recon, Mickey, and Gretinal, "We should hurry up. The sooner we get to Oberon, the better."

Sora entered his Icarus Soul Drive form, and got Donald and Yui to hold onto him. Leafa grabbed ahold of Kairi while Asuna grabbed onto Kayaba's hand. They all leapt up to the next floor, with Sora and Leafa flying up. Heartless and Unversed came diving down to get them, or attacking them when they reached a certain level, at which the five guys and Gretinal stopped those who attempted to bombarde their crew while the other either stood back or landed onto the ground in order to fight before moving on.

"How fast do you think we can make it up there?!" Recon asked after the fifth level. "At this rate, not fast enough!" Gretinal answered. "Kirito! Clear a path for us!" Asuna called out. Kirito nodded in response, racing to Sora, Donald and Yui. "Donald, I think this calls for a long-awaited Limit!" he told the humanoid duck. "Ready!" Donald squawked in response, jumping from Sora's arm onto Kirito's back. "Goofy! Riku! Gretinal! Recon! And your Majesty!" Kirito called out, "Let's plow the road!" The ones called out jumped simultaneously with Kirito and Donald, with the other six following them.

Kirito and Donald worked together to perform their Limit, Fantasia. Donald started firing magical bursts of energy at the Heartless, mixed with Kirito's slashes from his Keyblade, Goofy's bashing with his shield, Riku's Dark Barrage attack, Recon's Aeroga spell, Mickey's light orbs called the Pearl spell, and Gretinal's blade-like beams of energy. The blasts of long-ranged attacks and close-ranged attacks kept taking out Heartless and Unversed, making sure none came at Sora with Yui, Leafa with Kairi, and Asuna with Kayaba.

As Kirito and Donald were the first to reach the top, they unleashed their final attack, with Donald slamming his staff on the ground, sending a storm of magical bursts all around at the Heartless and Unversed waiting for them. The other five took out the strays, leaving the way for the others to land safely.

Once they all were settled down, Leafa placed her wings away as Sora and Asuna reverted back to normal. They looked at the swirling light above them, then the path ahead, where they saw the open door into the darkness. "Let's keep moving." Riku told the group. "Right." Kirito responded, and the heroes started to move.

"Wait a moment." Gretinal stopped them. "What is it?" Mickey asked. "Look down there." she said, pointing down to where they were before. They looked down, and saw a bunch of Heartless and Unversed flying or crawling up towards them. "They sure are persistent." Goofy stated.

"I shall hold them off." Gretinal stated, readying her Keyblade, "All of you have been more involved in this battle than I have, especially you six." She indicated Sora, Asuna, Kirito, Donald, Goofy and Yui. "So I shall let you finish the fight I could not." Gretinal continued, "Believe in the light. Believe in your hearts. And most importantly, believe in your friends. They will always be there to keep you safe!" And with that, she jumped and fell towards the swarm, starting to swipe away at them.

The twelve heroes watched her battle. "Gretinal…" muttered Asuna. "So this is the strength of a Keyblade Master." Kirito understood, witnessing her powers and hearing her speech. They paused for a second, then Mickey spoke up. "We should go." he told everyone. "Right. Let's get moving!" Sora declared, and the twelve hurried on, leaving Gretinal behind as they charged to Oberon.

Chapter 2: A Returning Foe

They walked out of the floor they were on to find themselves on the side of the mountain, which had a path that twisted all around it. The wind was blowing pretty hard at them, towards the side of the mountain. On top of it was a beacon of green light that shot into the sky. It was almost unrecognizable with the large, swirling light behind it.

"We need to get to the top!" Yui shouted through the wind. "These winds will make it hard for us to fly!" Leafa added, "Looks like we're gonna have to climb up this mountain the old fashion way!" They started to race up the mountain when out of nowhere, one of the fragment crystals of a world blew into the mountain, digging itself above their head. "Just make sure to watch yourself!" Kirito warned them, "Looks like someone doesn't want us to get up here alive!"

They raced up the mountain as a group, the wind blowing them against the mountain, no matter which side they were on. And with the wind came more fragment crystals, slamming from above, below, and almost directly at them plenty of times. This also included Heartless and Unversed that got in their path or were riding the crystals. "Can these things get any more ambitious?!" cried out Leafa as she saw them jumping off a crystal above in order to get to them.

The path kept going up the mountain, sometimes going in and out, twisting up the opposite direction, and sometime having large gaps to cross over. Sometimes, barriers formed in front of the crew, and they ended up having to take down the Heartless and/or Unversed that got in their path.

After a long while, they found themselves at the top of the mountain, seeing the pillar of light shooting into the sky. However, there was no sign of Oberon or the gateway to Kingdom Hearts. "Where do we go from here?" Recon asked. "Into the pillar of light." Kayaba answered, "It should lead us to where Oberon is at." "Are you sure about that?" Kairi asked him. "We won't know until we find out." Kirito answered, "Let's move." Kirito, Asuna, Sora, Donald, Goofy and Yui stepped into the pillar of light first, followed by the other six, disappearing one after another.

When Kirito came to, he looked around and noticed a familiar sight. It was a dark and round room, with blue-flamed torches lighting the place about. There was a ring of blue flames surrounding the group. As Kirito looked about, he suddenly had a foreboding feeling. He turned to his friends, and noticed something was off. Asuna, Sora, Donald, Goofy and Yui were there, but where were the others? They weren't with them.

"Where are the others?" Sora asked, realizing they were missing half of their team. "Don't tell me they didn't come with us." Asuna muttered. "Do you think they are somewhere else?" Donald asked in a puzzled expression. "I don't know." Yui replied, "But I'm getting this feeling that something's off. This room… It's just like one of the boss rooms in Aincrad."

"Look!" Goofy hollered, terrified as he pointed to something in front of the group. They all turned and gasped as something appeared out of nowhere in front of them, kneeling down in rest. It was the boss monster that Kirito had transformed to in his Anti-Form. The monster that he fought on the 74th floor back in SAO. It was carrying the same large Zanbato sword as before. The Gleam Eyes.

The crew watched as it rose to it's feet, pulling the Zanbato sword from out of the ground, ready to fight. It opened it's light blue eyes as it roared at them, making a sound wave that blasted through the group. They endured the sound wave as they looked up at the beast. "No way…" Asuna gasped in fright, "How is the Gleam Eyes here?" "I don't know." Kirito responded, who went from shocked to determined almost instantly, "But whatever the case, it looks like we have to fight it." He readied his Keyblade as he glared up at the Gleam Eyes. "Everyone, let's clear this boss room!" he shouted, stirring up everyone as they readied their weapons as well, prepared for a fight.

The Gleam Eyes slammed it's sword down at Kirito, who jumped out of the way. Kirito then charged forward to attack, but the Gleam Eyes' reflexes were faster than before, and he did a horizontal slash at Kirito, who barely blocked it with his Keyblade, sending him flying towards the wall.

Asuna moved around to the back of the Gleam Eyes during Kirito's fight, and jumped at it, performing a series of jabs from behind. It did damage, but it turned around, slashing Asuna, making her barrel spin in the air, and then punch her with its' claw fist, knocking her away. Asuna was experiencing deja vu, feeling like she was dealt with in the same fashion by the Gleam Eyes before.

Sora and Goofy came in next, with Donald and Yui sending a Blizzard and Chaos Spear at the head of the beast. The attacks combined and exploded, and Sora and Goofy struck each of the Gleam Eyes' legs. It roared in rage as it turned around, firing a purple energy from its' mouth at Donald and Yui, damaging them.

Kirito and Asuna quickly recover as they charged at the Gleam Eyes, who slammed his sword down at Sora and Goofy, who blocked with their weapons. It was tough for them since the Gleam Eyes was more powerful than it was when Kirito fought it once before.

"This boss is at a whole new level!" Kirito shouted to Asuna, "We have to be ready for whatever comes our way!" "I agree!" Asuna replied, "Kirito, you and I know this boss better than the others, along with what attacks it uses! We have to lead the others in fighting it!"

Kirito came in first, slashing the Gleam Eyes down it's back. This drew the demon's attention, turning to Kirito as Sora and Goofy recovered from the endurance battle against the Gleam Eyes. Asuna threw each of them a couple Potions, which they took and drank down, healing themselves. Yui and Donald also recovered, joining the group as Kirito was fending off the Gleam Eyes, who dealt damage to Kirito twice with it's sword. Kirito gritted his teeth as he readied himself, then he charged forward, unleashing his 'Icicle Drift' Finisher, slamming into the chest of the Gleam Eyes, who flinched from this attack.

"Okay, Sora." Asuna started, "This Gleam Eyes is a powerful opponent. It attacks with that Zanbato sword with it's great power, not to mention it's punches are strong. Plus, it capable of firing that energy from it's mouth, so even long-ranged fighting isn't as helpful. However, the biggest problem here is that it's stronger and faster than it was back when Kirito and I fought it in SAO. Back then, it killed three people, and it nearly killed Kirito when he was going all out." "This thing nearly killed Kirito at full strength?!" Sora asked incredulously, "And now, it's stronger than before?!"

"Which is why teamwork is seriously needed here." Asuna stated, watching Kirito getting knocked away by another swing of the Gleam Eyes' sword, "Make sure each attack is precise, and look for every opening. We need to take it down in order to get to Oberon. Let's go!" "Right!" shouted the other four, and they charged in.

Asuna performed Curaga on Kirito, restoring his health again. This drew the Gleam Eyes' attention to her, attempting a diagonal slash. Sora came in and blocked the attack, struggling as Goofy charged forward, performing his Tornado technique. Donald unleashed his Thunder spell while Yui sent a Whirlwind at it. Each attack made contact as Kirito and Asuna charged in. Kirito slashed it a few time in the back while Asuna jabbed at it in the front. The Gleam Eyes roared in fury, taking damage, but not backing down in the least.

The six continued to fight against the demonic beast, who's slashes were powerful, striking from all sides. It also had strong punches it unleashed at midair targets, and it was using its' snake-headed tail as well, which it hadn't used before. It would bite at the group, which poisoned on contact. Fortunately, Yui used her Esuna spell to cure the poisoning. And with it's stream of bright purple energy from it's mouth, it would attempt to strike anyone who was aways from it. Either that, or get in quickly and strike fast with a downward slash. Unlike how it was in Aincrad, the Gleam Eyes had no system that gave it a patterned attack. It was unpredictable as it was powerful.

Kirito and Asuna were sent skidding backwards as it came swiping at them with it's sword, which gave Sora and Yui a chance to strike it with a Whirlwind and Aeroga combo attack. Goofy followed up with his Turbo technique, and Donald's Fire spell. The Gleam Eyes turned around and punched both Donald and Goofy, sending them flying. It then spun around and slashed both Sora and Yui, sending them slamming into the wall and onto the ground.

"Yui! Sora!" cried a panicking Asuna. "This has gone long enough!" Kirito snarled, "Asuna, let's unleash our combined attack!" Asuna nodded in agreement, furious on taking it down after what it did. The two concentrated, with Asuna's Wayfinder and Kirito's Elucidator pendant glowing simultaneously. The two raised their Keyblades, and drew two Xs in front of them; one blue, one yellow. "Cross Burst!" Kirito and Asuna shouted in unison, and their Xs melded together, making a half-yellow, half-blue X. The X settled itself onto the ground beneath their feet, and the two stood in between the X, enveloped by a blue and yellow aura. They floated into the air in unison, and focused themselves on their target: The Gleam Eyes.

"Starlight…" Asuna started. "…Shower!" Kirito finished. Asuna rose high into the air as Kirito rocketed forward in a bright yellow aura, his Keyblade out in front. Asuna raised her Keyblade high, and numerous stars started to shine around her. She then waved her Keyblade forward, and the stars started to rain down, rocketing forward alongside Kirito. The stars got in front, and started peppering away at the Gleam Eyes rapidly, ending with Kirito piercing right through before coming at a standstill behind it. Asuna floated back to the ground, the Keyblade to her side.

The Gleam Eyes roared in rage and in agony, but it was still going. It unleashed a burst of energy at Asuna, who had only regained herself after attacking. She got swept in the attack, crying out in pain as she flew the air, collapsing on her back. "Asuna!" cried out Kirito, raising a hand out to her.

Kirito saw the Gleam Eyes turn to him, it's eyes flashing. Kirito looked around at all of his friends, who were heavily damaged from fighting the Gleam Eyes. He then lowered his head, shadowing his eyes. "I've had enough of this…" Kirito muttered, "If you want me to finish you off like how I did before, then I'll accept it! Limit!" His body bursted with energy, and he entered his Limit form, holding his two Keyblades at the ready.

The Gleam Eyes attacked Kirito with his sword, but Kirito went to one side. He then leapt onto the top of the sword, racing up it, jumping off, and slashed repeatedly at the Gleam Eyes' head, which left scars on it, including one across it's right eye. It roared in pain as Kirito landed onto the ground, his Keyblade glowing. "Now to finish you off!" Kirito shouted, and he begun his 'Starburst Stream' Dual-Blade Skill, striking the Gleam Eyes as it retaliated with his sword.

Everyone watched Kirito and the Gleam Eyes in action, Asuna experiencing another sense of deja vu. However, she noticed how exhausted Kirito looked while fighting it. He needed some backup. "Sora! Use your wind magic!" Asuna shouted to Sora, who was not far from her, next to Yui. "Let's go!" Sora responded. Asuna fired her Waterga while Sora unleashed Aeroga at the same time. The two attack struck the Gleam Eyes' back, who roared in pain. Kirito saw this opportunity, finishing his 16-combo strike.

With it complete, the full damage took affect, and the Gleam Eyes fell to it's knees, his sword sticking into the ground by the blade. It closed it's eyes, and it disappeared into dark vapor, leaving no trace of it. The blue flames in the torches and the ring of fire died down. In the back of the room, stairs magically appeared, with a doorway that came out of nowhere.

Kirito was panting heavily, his Keyblades to his sides. He swayed from side to side, his eyes sagging. He was about to fall backwards when Donald and Goofy caught him on each arm. He looked to each of them, who were smiling happily at him. "Thanks, guys." Kirito muttered.

Asuna rushed to Kirito's side, with Yui and Sora not far behind. "Kirito! Are you okay?!" Asuna asked hurriedly. "I'm fine." he answered, "Although, if I pass out for a few seconds, don't panic like before, okay?" Asuna noticed the tears forming in her eyes out of worry, and wiped them away. "It's kinda hard to do when you do such reckless things." Asuna stated. Kirito smirked in an amused expression.

"Heal!" Sora shouted, raising his Keyblade. His Curaga took affect, healing the group. Kirito regained his stamina, and was able to stand on his own again. He rolled his shoulders as his body glowed, reverting back to his normal garments. "Thanks for the magic attacks." Kirito thanked Asuna and Sora. Asuna smiled back while Sora leaned back, giving off his cheeky grin.

Kirito looked up at the top of the stairs, with everyone following his gaze. "We should keep moving." he told them, "Everyone else should be on ahead." Sora, Asuna and Kirito looked to one another, then they led the crew onward, to the next area.

Chapter 3: Oberon Unleashed

Riku, Kairi, Leafa, Recon, Mickey and Kayaba were standing on a rocky pathway, looking about in the darkness, which had glittering starlights, and swirling dark yellow energy flowing towards a certain point off in the distance, where a purple mist hung.

A sparkling of lights from behind drew their attention, and they turned to see a large set of doors appear out of nowhere. They opened to reveal the six heroes walk out of it, reuniting with them. "Where were you guys?" Leafa asked. "Just taking care of one of Aincrad's bosses." Kirito answered, "It wasn't happy to us again."

They all looked onward to where the purple mist was at. "You think that's where Oberon is?" Asuna asked. "It's the highest possibility." Kayaba answered, "That might also mean that he is at the gateway to Kingdom Hearts." "Then we better hurry." Mickey told the group. They raced off towards the purple mist, knowing that they were getting close to their destination.

Getting to the purple mist was tricky, as the path stopped in several places, which had floating platforms for them to jump across to continue on the path. Heartless and Unversed kept intruding in their path, attempting to stop them, only to prove unsuccessful. They could tell they were getting deeper into the darkness as they kept moving forward.

When they arrived, they found Oberon standing in a wide-open platform, facing a wall of dark purple mist. Behind the mist was a shining frame of a doorway, with a heart symbol in front of it. The eleven Keys of Darkness were aligned in a circle, floating in front of the fog. A white ring of light was connecting the Keys together.

They stopped in front of the platform, seeing his hands raised to the Keys of Darkness. "At last, the Keys are all in place." Oberon muttered, "Soon, the pathway will open, leading me to the doors to Kingdom Hearts." Oberon lowered his hands and turned to the group, who were all prepared to fight. "You are too late!" he told them, "In a matter of moments, the Keys will unlock the darkened barrier, and Kingdom Hearts will be mine!"

"We won't let you do that!" Asuna snapped, stepping forward. "All we have to do is take out one of those Keys, and it shouldn't open." Kirito stated as he and Sora stepped to either side of Asuna. "I'd like to see you try." Oberon told him, "Without that Keyblade Master around, you won't be able to touch them." "Who said we needed to touch them?" Kirito asked, "When I said we take one out, I didn't meant to grab it. I meant to shatter it."

Oberon grin turned into a frown. "You intend to shatter the Keys of Darkness?" he asked. "But Kirito, that can be dangerous!" Mickey warned him, "Mistress Gretinal said that shattering one would release the darkness within it, and who knows what might happen then! It might even overtake your heart!"

"It's better than letting Oberon have his way." Sora replied. "Sora!" Kairi gasped. "If Oberon takes Kingdom Hearts, then we'll never be able to see one another again." Sora stated, "We have no idea what might happen if we shatter the Keys of Darkness, but we won't know until we try!"

"I will not let you do that!" Oberon stopped them, stepping directly between the heroes and the Keys of Darkness, "You may be courageous, but also foolish! That being said, I cannot let you interfere with unsealing the pathway…"

(Cue KHII OST 'The Encounter')

He raised his hands to either side, and dark winds started to go to each hand. Two sharp, blue eyes suddenly appeared out of each hand, the eyes of darkness that appeared on the Void Gear and Riku's Keyblade. The dark winds solidified around each eye, forming two green mid-blades, with the sharp end going down the hilt. It pulsed with a yellow energy on the edges. The shape of the blade oddly resembled fairy wings.

Oberon rose into the air, twirling around, holding his two weapons at the ready. "I have worked too hard for my plans to be ruined by a bunch of foolish Keyblade wielders!" he barked. His rage caused a shockwave to pass Sora, Asuna and Kirito, and everyone else behind them. A barrier suddenly appeared that surrounded Oberon and the three heroes, separating them from the Keys of Darkness and the other teammates.

"I shall condemn you right now…to oblivion!" roared Oberon, glaring down at the three Keyblade wielders, who got into their individual fighting stances. Their long awaited fight was about to begin.

Kirito was the first one to make a move. He quickly charged in, jumping at Oberon with his Keyblade raised. Just as he was about to land his attack, Oberon dodged by teleportation, and appeared behind Kirito. Kirito saw him appear from behind, and attempted to counter, but Oberon slashed him hard in the back, sending him crashing to the ground.

As Oberon watched Kirito fall, Sora came in next, his Keyblade raised. Oberon quickly turned and blocked Sora's attack. Sora struggled to overpower Oberon, but he pushed Sora aways from him. He then sent a tunnel of wind from his blade, striking Sora and sending him spinning out of control as he was carried along with the wind. Sora managed to catch himself, placing his feet on the invisible barrier, enduring the wind burst, then jumping at Oberon again.

Asuna was racing on the ground, sending a Waterga spell from her Keyblade, which struck Oberon. However, it didn't seem to do any damage to him. It did get his attention, however. He threw one of his blades like a boomerang around Sora, distracting him long enough for Oberon to grab Sora by the shirt. He sent him hurdling down at Asuna, who got hit by Sora, and the two crashed into the ground. Oberon caught his blade as it came back to him.

Kirito struck Oberon with Thundaga, which shocked him and did some damage. He look down and saw Kirito with his Keyblade raised, determined to get Oberon back for striking him. Sora helped Asuna to her feet as they watched Oberon dive at Kirito, slicing the air with his blades, sending half a dozen blade beams down at Kirito, who blocked them all with his Keyblade. Oberon crashed in front of Kirito with a cross-slash, and Kirito barely had time to jump back before blocking the slash beams. Oberon teleported behind Kirito again, who now predicted the attack, and spun with Keyblade, stopping the backslash just in time.

"He's super fast!" Sora pointed out, seeing the speed Oberon was going at. "And super strong!" Asuna added, noticing how easily Oberon overpowered Kirito from the backslash. "Not only that, but I can see that only Fire, Ice and Thunder spells are the only kinds of magic that will affect him." Yui called out. "So Water, Wind, Zero Gravity, and Magnet spells do nothing." Asuna understood. "Who cares?!" Sora asked incredulously, "All we know is that we need to take him out before the Keys of Darkness unseal the pathway!"

Kirito unleashed an Ice Dash technique at Oberon, who took the hit. He flipped backwards, but was far from over. He sent another funnel of wind with his blades at him, but it was countered by Asuna's Razor Gale Finisher. He turned to her, and got slammed by Sora's Cataclysm Finisher. He came about, teleported, and reappeared around the crew. "You shall drown into nothingness!" he declared. "Not if we have any say in the matter!" Kirito shouted, and they continued the fight.

Heartless Oberon was an extremely powerful foe. His speed of teleportation made it hard for the crew to land a combination of attacks on him. His skills with his mid-blades were also strong, not to mention he sent beams of energy from them and blasts of razor-sharp wind, too. His adaption to the wind element almost made him like a tengu, and his power as a high-class Heartless made him an empowering opponent.

"Is there anything we can do?!" Donald squawked. "There isn't." Riku replied, "Yui gave the biggest help by telling what he is resistant to. All we can do is watch." "There is one other thing we can do!" Leafa told him, and he turned to the battlefield, "Go for it, brother! Asuna! Sora!" They watched her cheering for the trio, then Donald, Goofy and Yui followed her cheering, then by Kairi, Recon and Riku. Mickey and Kayaba watched the six cheer for the three in the battle.

The three heard the cheering of their friends, and felt empowered by the support. Sora used his Thunder Roll technique while Asuna used her Firewheel technique, and the two attacks collided with Oberon, knocking him away. Kirito then jumped high and unleashed his 'Blumenblatt' Finisher, making several energy swords around him, grabbing the two closest, then dove at Oberon, cross-slashing him as he passed him, followed by the storm of energy blades that repeatedly struck him.

Oberon got extremely aggravated by this. He started to gather the winds that were being drawn to the dark fog, surrounding himself with it. The trio readied themselves for whatever was about to happen, watching the winds turn into a swirling ball around Oberon. "Vanish!" he shouted, and he unleashed the blast of wind, breaking the ground beneath the trio. They were sent skyward, high above where they were before. When they reached the peak of their flight, they stopped in midair, the remains of the platform encircling the place, with Oberon flying in the middle of it.

"Guess he's turn this into a midair battle!" Kirito stated. "Then let's use our flight skills in this fight." Asuna stated, "Sora, you got a power that works the best with this situation." Sora nodded in agreement, his body glowing. "Icarus Soul!" he shouted, and his body bursted with energy.

In a cutscene, Sora's body was enveloped in a bright-green light and angel feathers, which disappeared to reveal his new outfit. Sora flew through the sky on his glowing wings, looping about before curving widely. "Sorry to keep you waiting, but the fight is on!" Sora shouted, and he spun in the air, and charged forward.

Sora instantly started to fly at Oberon, who used the winds around him to send the rubble of the platforms at Sora. He dodged them, but was sent flying away from Oberon. He converged his Keyblades into the bow form, and started shooting light arrows at Oberon, which struck him repeatedly.

"You're a nuisance!" Oberon shouted, placing his two mid-blades together, forming something like a butterfly, and it flew at Sora like a comet. The attack struck Sora before he could react, and it sent him crashing into one of the pieces of the platform.

Kirito and Asuna were able to fly around the area. Asuna came flying in, unleashing her Thundaga spell to strike Oberon. Kirito then got in close, striking Oberon with his Keyblade. Oberon reclaimed his weapons again, attacking Kirito with them. Kirito attempted to block his attack in succession, but the last few attacks got to him, knocking him away. "It's tough to fight in the air like this." he moaned.

Asuna helped Sora with Curaga, which also affected Kirito. Asuna turned to Oberon, who sent more pieces of rubble, this time at both Asuna and Sora. They flew out of the way. Kirito used this distraction to unleash his 'Extreme-Speed' Finisher, racing in the air at high speeds, moving so fast that Oberon didn't feel the results of the attack until after Kirito stopped moving.

"Let me enter my Soul Drive again!" Asuna declared, "Aqua Soul!" Asuna entered her sister's Soul Drive again. "The two of us will forever be one!" Asuna shouted as Aqua's ghostly image appeared next to her, mirroring Asuna's stance as the waves crashed around them.

Asuna flew in the air, jumping from boulder to boulder as she got close to Oberon, unleashing her Raging Storm spell, enveloping herself in flames much stronger than Firaga, damaging Oberon badly. Sora then used his 'Angel Acrobatics' Finisher, striking Oberon repeatedly as he pierced through him repeatedly.

Oberon looked like he was greatly injured, but he still had one last trick up his sleeve. "Gather, my winds of Darkness!" he shouted, enveloping himself in more winds. His two blades started spinning all around him, providing coverage from close ranged attacks. The trio watched as he brought as much wind as he could gather into his open hands, and held it out in front of him, expelling a large torrent of sharp winds.

They saw the pieces of rubble getting diced within the wind, and knew they had to keep away from it. They tried to fly away from it, but Oberon was moving it all around the area, drawing closer on them. The first one to get caught in it was Sora, and he cried out in agony as his body was being sliced repeatedly by the winds. "Sora!" Kirito and Asuna shouted, watching Sora come out of the attack, cut badly and unconscious. His Soul Drive was diminished, and he reverted back to normal.

Oberon wasn't finished with his attack, as he was directing it at the two. Kirito realized they couldn't dodge in time, so he grabbed Asuna's hand and threw her away from his position. This came just in time, as Kirito was also struck by the attack, feeling his whole body being sliced by the torrent of wind. "Kirito!" shouted Asuna, watching him being carried along with the wind and the sliced up rubble. Oberon's attack finally stopped, and he looked at what he did to Kirito and Sora with pleasure.

Asuna gritted her teeth, enraged at Oberon. She wanted nothing more than to kill him. The rage was building up inside of her, wanting to be released at the Heartless man before her, who turned to her. However, a part of Aqua that was in her Soul Drive quelled the rage in her heart. Don't let your anger take ahold of you, Asuna! Aqua told Asuna. Asuna felt Aqua's heart, and she calmed down. "Sister…" Asuna muttered, touching her heart, "Help me, Aqua. I need your full strength!"

Asuna's concentrated as she entered her Soul Finale, Master Armor. Asuna slapped one of her pieces of armor on her arms, and it made her body shine more. When she appeared, she was wearing the Keyblade Armor that was like Aqua's except she didn't have a cape. Instead, her long hair came out of her helmet, hanging down her back like a cape. She then threw her Keyblade into the air, which flashed, turning into the Keyblade Glider. Asuna climbed aboard her vehicle, ready to fly.

Asuna then shot at Oberon, unleashing a spin attack at him, followed swiftly by a Wing Arrow attack, shooting arrows of light at Oberon, which damaged him greatly. Asuna kept zooming around, too fast for Oberon to dodge or attack. Asuna's speed, close and long-ranged attacks were plenty enough to throw him off.

In the final attack, Asuna jumped off of the Glider as it flew off, and Asuna stood there, with the ghostly image of Aqua right next to her. "Form the Bonds through the Dancing Waters!" Asuna shouted as Aqua's spirit melded with Asuna. and she started spinning around into a pirouette, sending a storm of light orbs around her, which homed in on Oberon, who couldn't avoid the hit. Asuna's spin got more and more complex as she spun, even having one leg behind her head.

She ended by making one final jump, then sending several columns filled with light around her, one of which struck Oberon, who roared in pain as he felt the attack. Asuna came out of the Keyblade Armor and her Soul Drive as she and Aqua held hands. "I will find you again…" Asuna told her as Aqua let go of her, disappearing into nothingness.

There was a bright light that shone around the area, then suddenly, Kirito, Sora and Asuna were standing on the platform, which had turned back to the way it was before again. Oberon was backing away from them, clutching his side. The barrier had lifted, allowing the others to come in. "Why…you…" Oberon moaned. Kairi, Leafa and Mickey all healed Sora and Kirito. Asuna continued to glare at Oberon, who's eyes were shadowed from her view.

Just as everyone was prepared, everything started to shake around them. They looked around, wondering what was happening. Then Goofy pointed something out. The Keys of Darkness were pulsing with a strange dark energy. "What's going on?!" Donald squawked. "Oh, no!" Mickey gasped, "The darkness! It's been unsealed!"

Oberon softly chuckled, which turned into a maniacal laugh, they group looked at him, seriously aggravated. "It's done!" he shouted, "The Keys of Darkness finally opened the pathway up for me! Now all that is left is to take Kingdom Hearts, and soon, everyone's hearts will be in my control!"

The Keys of Darkness all lit up brightly, and then vanished, one after another. In an instance, the dark fog surrounding the door to Kingdom Hearts suddenly bursted forth, blasting through Oberon and the heroes. "Such darkness!" Riku growled, feeling the power. "It's like…every negative emotion suddenly came together in this!" Asuna stated, "It's just like the Winds of Despair back in the Pokemon world! But this is worse!"

"I think I understand what's happening now!" Mickey understood, "This fog. It's made from the darkness in everyone's heart. It was just as Gretinal said; In order to prevent Kingdom Hearts from being swallowed into the darkness, the Keys of Darkness were made to prevent it from disappearing. But that wasn't the only reason!" Kayaba looked to him questionably, enduring the fog. "It was also made so that the darkness didn't spread throughout the dimension!" Mickey concluded, "There was so much, that it could be threatening to the entire dimension!" "There was that much negative emotion?!" Leafa asked in a shocked manner. "Yes. And it has been building up through all this time!" Mickey finished.

Kirito, Asuna and Sora squinted as they heard Oberon's maniacal laughter. "Come, Kingdom Hearts!" Oberon shouted, "Open up the curtain of darkness, so that I can claim your realm!" A few seconds afterwards, something started to happen. The dark fog was slowing down, and shifted course; back to where Oberon was at. The darkness was forcing itself into Oberon, who wasn't expecting such a result. "Now what's happening?!" Asuna asked, watching the fog swirl around Oberon. Oberon's laughter stopped, replaced by moaning as his body was feeling the extreme amount of darkness enter it.

"We have to get out of here!" Kayaba told them, "I think something's happening to him!" The team couldn't agree more. They started racing back the way they came, leaving Oberon, who was floating into the air, paralyzed from the absorption. His eyes started to turn into a glowing purple, his moans turned into growling. He tightened his entire body, and roared as he took in enough darkness. His whole body expelled the darkness, like he was an atomic bomb. The blast of darkness shot all around, going out wider and wider. The team was running as fast as they could, but they couldn't outrun the blast. They were enveloped by it, enduring it. And then, there was silence.

Chapter 4: Gather the Army of Light

Everyone was on the ground, unconscious. Asuna was the first to move. Her hand twitched, and then it flexed itself. Asuna moaned as she opened her eyes, regaining her strength again. She slowly pushed herself up onto her feet again, shaking her head. She looked down at all of her friends, seeing them still unconscious.

"Hey, guys!" Asuna called out to them, racing to Leafa to shake her awake, followed by Kairi. The group started to wake up, feeling the after-affects of what just happened. They all slowly rose to their feet again, looking about. They were standing at the end of a ravine, looking out into a sort of darkened badlands, mixed with all kinds of grounding. The place was completely distorted and unbalanced. However, out in the far distance, a swirling dark vortex was there. Within that vortex was someone curled into a ball, his whole body almost demonic.

"What is this?" Kirito asked. "The darkness transformed the land into what it is now." Mickey answered, "All of the worlds have been melded together into darkness." "But that means…" Asuna gasped, "What happened to our friends? Our families?" Mickey shook his head, not sure of what happened to them.

Just then, they heard a loud roar. They were shocked by the sound, and looked out towards where the demon was at. It unfurled itself, revealing it's dark appearance. It's eyes were yellow, like Heartless. The markings across its' face were like the Unversed. The wings were more skeletal. However, there were signs of what the demon was before. It was Oberon.

"Is that Oberon?!" Recon asked. "What happened to him?" Sora questioned. "The darkness has taken complete control of him." Riku answered, "His darkness attracted the barrier of negative emotions, and absorbed all of it. Since the Unversed feed off of that emotion, that and the Heartless feed off of darkness, those two powers turned him into that."

Oberon spread his arms out, and roared defiantly. Instantly, countless Heartless and Unversed of many variety started appearing out of nowhere, spreading out like wildfire. There were even several large Heartless they encountered within this dimension. The heroes were shocked to see the sheer numbers that were facing them, let alone what kind of Heartless and Unversed they were.

"There must be tens of thousands of them!" Kairi gasped. "There's no way we can stop all of them!" Recon cried out. "I'm afraid you are correct." said a familiar voice. The group turned to see Gretinal join their crew. "Oberon has an even greater power in controlling the Heartless and Unversed. However, he has lost all sense of himself as a result. His plans to control Kingdom Hearts aren't enough. He wants to wipe out every bit of light from the dimension. And he's starting with the strongest ones." "Meaning us?" Kirito asked, turning to the Unversed-Heartless Oberon.

For a moment, they all watched the Heartless and Unversed coming closer to them. "So it's thirteen of us against a huge army of Heartless and Unversed, with Oberon at the helm." Kirito summed up, turning to Sora and Asuna, who looked back at him, "What do you say guys? Can we take them?" The nine others behind them, minus Gretinal, looked incredulously at Kirito, then turned to Asuna and Sora. The two looked to one another, then Sora grinned as he responded, "I bet we can." "It might be tough, but we can pull it off if we work together." Asuna followed, smiling at Kirito, who gave a confident grin.

"Are you serious?!" Kairi gasped. "Brother, we're looking at an ARMY of Heartless and Unversed!" Leafa pointed out, "I know you three are strong, but this is no time to be rash! We're outnumbered and outmatched!"

"We're not!" Kirito retorted, stopping Leafa, "We're neither outnumbered or outmatched. You see, during this whole entire journey, I have learned one important thing; that no matter the situation you are in, no matter what kind of trouble gets in your way, if you work as a team, then the darkness will never defeat you."

"We saw many forms of bonds made in our journey, and we made sure those bonds were locked." Asuna followed, "Bonds of purpose, trust and dreams…" "Bonds of courage, loyalty and promises…" Sora followed. "Bonds of hope, compassion and wills…" Kirito finished, "They are all forms of bonds that we shared through our journey, and we have seen the strength that comes from those, which reflects ours."

"Don't you see?" Sora questioned as the trio looked to the group behind them, "Oberon may have a huge army of monsters attacking us. He may have a surge of darkness made of a lot of negative emotions, but he doesn't have the one thing that Kingdom Hearts showed us through the Keyholes of Bonds. All of our hearts are one, and we are empowered by one another." "That's right." Asuna agreed, "For we have the greatest power of all. We have our friends." The trio of Keyblade wielders turned with their Keyblades raised, pointing straight at Oberon in the distance. "Our friends are our power!" they shouted in unison.

(Cue SAO OST 'Last Flight')

All at once, their Keyblades started to shine brightly in front of them. At the same time, Leafa, Recon, Kairi, Riku, Gretinal, and Mickey's Keyblades appeared in their hands, also glowing brightly. Sora, Asuna and Kirito all looked at their Keyblades, wondering. Then as if they knew what to do, they raised their Keyblades into the sky, their tips close to one another. All at once, a bright beam of light shined into the sky. The six other Keyblade wielders watched them, and saw their Keyblades' light being attracted to the others. They raised them up high, and beams of light started to swirl around the other three's beams of light.

The light shined in the darkness like a beacon of hope. The Heartless and Unversed stopped in their tracks, looking at the light that was produced. Oberon watched the light, his yellow eyes narrowing.

All of a sudden, nine Keyholes appeared out of nowhere, appearing above and behind them. As the lowered their Keyblades, the team looked at what they just brought about. "Those are…" Gretinal gasped. "The Keyholes of Bonds." Sora replied, "It's all the ones we've sealed!"

They shined their for a second, then people started bursting out of the Keyholes, appearing before the group. From the right four, they saw Hibiki, Kanade, Ellen and Hummy appear from the Pretty Cure world. They saw Pit and Palutena from Skyworld. They noticed a tiny Arrietty appear from her world. They saw Link, Zelda and Midna appear from Hyrule.

From the left four Keyholes, they saw the Straw-Hat crew members, along with Vivi and Carue appear from the pirate world. They saw the members of Team Infinity appear from the Pokemon world, including Sachi as Oshawott. They saw Naruto appear from his world. They saw Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Rouge and Eggman appear from their world.

Then from behind, the last Keyhole expelled all their friends from Yusnaan; Lightning and Vaan's crew, the Fairy Tail guild members, the Max Heart Pretty Cure team, Patina, Laralie and the Witch Apprentices, NiGHTS, and the Ryouzanpaku members. Then from underneath their Keyhole appeared more people that were also surprising; Ryoutarou, Andrew, Rika, Keiko and Shino from Kirito and Asuna's world. All of their comrades who fought along side them now appeared before the group.

"Wha-What the heck is this?!" Recon gasped. "All of our friends." Asuna gasped. "They came here to help us!" Sora exclaimed. "But how is this possible?!" Kirito asked in a shocked manner. "The Keyholes of Bonds not only test the world's bonds, but also the Keyblade wielders who seal them." Gretinal answered, "Kingdom Hearts responded to your words, and brought forth a miracle! The hearts connected to you finally channeled forth, bring all your friends here!"

"It's true!" Ellen replied, walking over to Asuna, "We somehow heard your voices. We felt like we need to help you." "Same here!" Pit agreed, holding Arrietty in one hand, "It was as if you called for us to be here!" "And it looks like there is a good reason for us to aid you in this." Zelda stated as she and Midna all looked down at the swarm of Heartless and Unversed.

"GAAAH! There's too many of them!" Ussop cried as he, Chopper and Carue all looked shocked at the army. "This is quite the predicament." Robin agreed. "It might look dangerous now, but we can defeat them." Lucario stated as the rest of Team Infinity cheered in agreement, though they were speaking like normal.

"We can win this, y'know!" Naruto stated, bringing his fist into his palm. "Couldn't have said it better myself!" Sonic agreed, "Hey, Eggman. What are you doing here?" "I was following you guys when I got caught in this!" Eggman stated, "This is a serious kind of army we're dealing with."

"This must be it; our final battle." Lightning stated, "You up for the task, Vaan." "You know it!" Vaan replied, raising his weapons, "I've been wanting to pay these things back for destroying our home!"

"Awesome! We get to fight all of these monsters at once!" Natsu exclaimed in an oddly happy manner, "It's really firing me up!" "Aye, sir!" Happy agreed. "You gotta be kidding me!" Cure Black cried, looking at Natsu, "Who in their right mind would be happy to fight this?!" "Well, I'm certainly not excited!" Dori moaned, her wand shaking in her hand. "Don't fret about it." NiGHTS told the two girls, "With us working together, we should have no problem dealing with the situation!"

"Man, this looks like a hefty workout." Shio stated, the other masters of Ryouzanpaku ready to fight, "Better get ready, Kenichi. This might get ugly!" "I'm well aware of that." Kenichi agreed, "But if we want our world back, we have to fight." "That's the spirit, Kenichi!" Miu stated happily.

"I don't get it." Kirito stated, turning to his friends from his home world, "How are you guys here? We haven't sealed up the Keyhole yet." "Your guess is as good as ours." Ryoutarou replied, "All of a sudden, we saw a pillar of light appear in front of us, and we heard you calling for us. So the five of us entered into it." "But how?" Asuna asked.

"Because you two have the power to do so." Gretinal replied, drawing their attention, "You two have the power to call forth your friends from your world because you two are the ones who can forge the Keyhole of Bond." "We're the ones?!" Kirito gasped, Asuna following his surprise. "Yes. And your Keyhole is the strongest one." Gretinal added, "You will understand in due time."

"Who cares on how they got here as long as they got here?!" Sora asked in a carefree manner, "And now, we really have our friends as our power. We have an army of light against the army of darkness!" Kirito and Asuna looked to him, then smiled and nodded in agreement. The trio walked in front of the swarm of friend that surrounded them.

"Okay, everyone. I know this is sudden, but right now, the balance of the entire dimension is on the line here!" Kirito shouted to the crowd. "Over there is our target!" Asuna pointed towards Oberon, "We have to get to him, but with this swarm of Heartless and Unversed in the way, we will never make it!" "So please, we beg of you to help stop them!" Sora shouted, "Will you help us?!" Everyone nodded in agreement, determined to fight against the overwhelming odds. "Then let's charge! For the bonds of our dimension!" Sora, Asuna and Kirito shouted in unison. The crew roared in response.

Chapter 5: First Wave! Precure, Skyworld & Hyrule Showdown!

Everyone charged ahead, those who were the fastest or more anxious to fight went in first. Those who were more cowardly or were better off long-ranged were behind. "I hope you don't mind!" Arrietty stated, climbing on Yui's shoulder, "I'm not sure how well I'll be able to fight in this, but I'll be by your side!" "It's not everyday someone is on MY shoulder." Yui pointed out, "Don't worry, Arrietty. We can win this together!"

The battle started, with everyone giving their all against the Heartless and Unversed swarm that got in their way. Sora, Asuna and Kirito dispersed among the crowd, going different ways towards the same spot. Everyone else was doing just that, making sure they were working together. Despite the fact that they were all from different worlds, and came in many varieties of forms, not to mention their fighting skills were different, they all were working together well.

In one part, Asuna and Kairi leveled a group of Blue Rhapsody Heartless in their way, and heard some outcries from behind. Hibiki, Kanade, Ellen and Hummy were dashing towards her. "We'll help you out here, Asuna!" Hibiki shouted. "Thanks, you guys!" Asuna thanked them, with Kairi nodding in response.

(Cue Suite Pretty Cure Henshin Music)

They turned to see the next wave about to come. "Everyone, let's go!" Asuna shouted, her body glowing red, while Hibiki, Kanade and Ellen drew out their Cure Modules. "Right!" shouted the three girls.

Dory, Reri and Lari appeared, shined brightly, and went into their respective Cure Modules. "Let's Play! Precure Modulation!" shouted Hibiki, Kanade and Ellen harmoniously, activating their transformation sequence. "Precure Soul!" Asuna shouted, her body bursting with energy. All four girls were enveloped by ribbons of their signature colors, transforming them into their Pretty Cure forms.

"Strumming to the Wild Rhythm! Cure Melody!"

"Strumming to the Tranquil Melody! Cure Rhythm!"

"Strumming to the Beat's Soul! Cure Beat!"

"Strumming to the Soul's Beat! Cure Soul!"

Kairi held Hummy as a burst of light energy surged from the four, blasting away any nearby Heartless or Unversed. "Resonate! Our Musical Symphony!" the four shouted, their hands placed in the middle of their group before striking a pose, "Suite Precure!"

Kairi and Hummy joined closer into the group as they heard more voices from behind. "Hey! Melody! Rhythm!" The group turned to see a blast of energy send a group of Heartless and Unversed flying revealing the Max Heart Pretty Cures. "It's you guys!" Melody and Rhythm cried out in unison. "Emissary of Light! Cure Black!" Black introduced herself. "Emissary of Light! Cure White!" White followed. "Sparkling Life! Shiny Luminous!" Luminous finished.

The trio leapt towards the group, who were glad to see them. Beat was surprised. "There are other Pretty Cure?!" she exclaimed. "Yeah! With you and Soul, that makes 23 Pretty Cure in total." Melody explained. "Eh?!" Beat gasped. "There are that many Pretty Cure?!" Soul asked in a shocked manner.

"Look out, nya!" shouted Hummy, seeing Cannon Gun Heartless aiming for their group. The girls noticed it, and while Kairi ran away from the spot with Hummy, the Pretty Cures jumped out of the way just as the explosion took place. Trails of smoke and rubble flew behind them as the crew were flying in front of it, almost in a running manner. "That was way too close!" Soul shouted.

(Cue Pretty Cure All-Stars DX 3 intro song)

The group landed in front as Black started charging in front of the group, waylaying the Heartless and Unversed with a barrage of punches, followed by White, who kicked several out of the way. Then Melody and Rhythm came in and started striking with synchronized punches and kicks. Luminous unleashed her Heartiel Action from her baton, freezing the Heartless and Unversed in front of her. This was followed by Kairi and Hummy, who dashed in, Hummy shooting small hearts from her paw while Kairi slashed away with her Keyblade. Beat and Soul jumped up high, and shot towards a group of Heartless and Unversed, slamming with a heavy punch that left a crater in the ground.

Just then, the group heard a noise, and looked up to see five Jar Centipede Heartless appear from around jagged surfaces above their position. "Not these things again!" Melody cried. "We're much stronger than before!" Soul pointed out, "Let's take them out fast! Black! White! Luminous! Kairi! You do your part, too!" "Right!" they shouted in response.

Luminous slammed her hands into her weapon, and a blast of rainbow energy surged out, surrounding Black and White. "Abundant courage!" chanted Black, striking a pose. "Overflowing hope!" chanted White, also striking a pose. "Together with the embrace of sparkling light!" Luminous cried, holding her weapon tight as the energy continued to fly. Black and White held hands again. "Extreme…" Black and White started. "…Luminario!" Luminous shouted, and the team sent an explosion of golden mist energy from a heart-shaped form of Luminous' power. The blast hit two of the Jar Centipedes, destroying them.

Melody pulled out her Miracle Belltier. Rhythm pulled out her Fantastic Belltier. Rhythm changed her Love Guitar Rod into it's Soul Rod Form. Soul prepared her Keyblade for her Finisher. "Fly Forth, Tone Ring!" chanted the four girls, drawing a ring of energy. "Precure Music Rondo!" shouted Melody, unleashing her orange ring. "Precure Music Rondo!" shouted Rhythm, unleashing her yellow ring. "Precure Heartfelt Beat Rock!" shouted Beat, shooting her green ring forward. "Precure Soulful Beat Rock!" Soul shouted, unleashing her orange ring.

The four rings shot towards two of the Jar Centipedes, gathering them together. "3/4th beat! 1, 2, 3…" chanted the four, waving their weapons like batons before bringing them down, shouting, "Finale!" the rings closed around the Jar Centipedes, destroying them.

"My turn!" Kairi shouted, positioning herself for her Finisher. "Oh, spirits of the earth…" she chanted, and golden spirit lights started appearing from the ground, going to her right palm, "Oh, spirits of the sky…" silver spirit lights appeared from the sky, going into her left hand, "Now together, release the power of miracles!" Kairi made the two lights of energy turn into yellow and blue liquid as she twirled them together. "Precure Twin Stream…" she pulled both hands back as the liquid orbs stayed in place in front of her, "…SPLASH!" she thrusted both hands forward, slamming the orbs, turning them into two jets of water. The attack collided with the Jar Centipede, destroying it completely.

"Woah!" Black gasped, seeing Kairi's move, "That attack. That's just like Cure Bloom and Cure Egret's attack!" "Kairi's utilizing a Finisher that was from them." Soul explained. "Amazing!" gasped Melody, "You guys are full of surprises!" Kairi chuckled in embarrassment.

"We got more enemies, nya!" cried Hummy, pointing to somewhere in front of them. They turned to see more Heartless and Unversed, plus the Symphony Master Unversed behind them all, it's instruments floating all around it. "We have to fight that things again, too?!" Rhythm asked. "It's like a repeat of past opponents in the Pretty Cure world." Soul guessed, "Thankfully, it's only the Heartless and Unversed ones."

The girls were about to charge ahead when they heard a wild quacking. Donald came flying in, unleashing his 'Donald Megaflare' Finisher, blasting a large portion of the enemies in front of them. "Donald!" Soul cried out. "Go for it!" Donald shouted. The girls nodded in response, charging ahead. Kairi and the other Pretty Cures cleared the road as Soul raced at the Unversed, who was sending it's musical instruments to attack her. "This music in my heart is not gonna be stopped by the likes of you!" she shouted, her body glowing brightly. She was about to unleash her Soul Finale.

Asuna magically produced the golden Fairy Tone, the Crescendo Tone, into her hands. It lit up brightly, enveloping her whole body. When she reappeared, her uniform's red color became a brighter red, and her hair was a brighter orange. Plus, she grew large, golden wings that almost looked like it came from a phoenix. "Let's deliver! The Symphony of Hope! Cure Soul Crescendo Form!" Soul shouted, spreading her wings out.

She took off into the sky, striking at every instrument that came in her path, making them crash to the ground. She then sent a series of blows at the Symphony Master, striking it hard and fast. It sent it's baton at Soul, but she deflected it far away with a simple backhand. When the instruments came at her again, she spun in a circle encasing each instrument in a Tone Ring. "Finale!" Soul shouted, making them all shrink an destroy the instruments.

"So powerful!" gasped White. "That's a serious amount of strength she's delivering!" Black stated. "Go, Soul!" Melody and Rhythm shouted in unison. "Finish it off!" Kairi and Donald followed. "You can do it, nya!" meowed Hummy. Beat was silent, but hoping for her to win.

In the final attack, Soul prayed and produced a rainbow track of piano keys. She then flew along it as a larger version of the Crescendo Cure appeared above her. "Precure Suite Session Ensemble!" Soul shouted, going into the heart-shaped gem of the Crescendo Cure, then rocketing towards the Symphony Master in the form of an energy phoenix. It got engulfed in the attack, and Soul came out of it unharmed. "Finale!" she shouted, and the Unversed turned into white light as it shot into the sky, disappearing. Soul reverted back into Asuna again.

"Nice one, Asuna!" Melody cheered. "There's a lot more where that came from." Asuna muttered. "You go on ahead! We'll handle things here!" Beat told her, with the other Pretty Cures nodding in response. "I'm counting on you!" Asuna told them, and she dashed on ahead with Kairi and Donald at her side.

In another section, Sora and Riku were taking out swarms of Heartless and Unversed as they came their way. "Sora! Enemies from above!" Riku warned him, pointing to the sky. They looked up and saw all the Heartless and Unversed flying towards them.

"Out of my way!" shouted someone. Pit came flying past them, empowered by the Power of Flight. "Pit!" cheered Sora. "Shouldn't you join him, Sora?" asked Palutena, coming in from behind, "You two are our best fliers." "You got it, Lady Palutena!" Sora responded, looking into the sky. "Icarus Soul!" he shouted, entering his Icarus Soul once again. "Sorry to keep you waiting, but the fight is on!" Sora shouted, and he spun in the air, and charged forward.

(Cue Boss Battle 1 from Smash Bros. 3DS)

Sora spread his wings out as Palutena raised her staff, granting Sora the Power of Flight. Sora then took off into the air, catching up with Pit. "So, you're a friend of Sora's?" Palutena asked Riku. "Yeah." Riku replied, "And right now, we have to clear the monsters away for him to move forward. You think you can keep up?" A half dozen Heartless raced towards the two, but Palutena used her Autoretical to destroy them all. "I'm no stranger to combat." Palutena responded. Riku smirked and nodded in approval before before the two took off to fight the grounded enemies.

Up in the air, Pit and Sora flew in together, shooting enemies down with their bows. "There are more monsters here than there are in the Underworld!" Pit exclaimed. "Then it's a good thing we're here to take them out!" Sora responded, "Just make sure your wings don't expire before we finish them!"

"You know, I can't believe that all of this is coming from one guy." Pit stated as they continued to fight, "And…what does he plan to do with them?" "At first, he wanted to take Kingdom Hearts so he can separate all hearts from one another and absorb their strengths and memories of the people each heart knew." Sora explained, "But now that the darkness has completely took ahold of him, he wants to consume everything in darkness, including everyone's heart!" "Man. He makes Hades look like a nice guy." Pit moaned.

If you two are done talking, you should pay attention to the fact that you are surrounded. Palutena's voice echoed into their minds. Pit and Sora had just noticed that all the Heartless and Unversed they were fighting had started to encircle the two, several coming in at them from all around. "Whoa! When did they started to get well coordinated?!" Pit asked, barely avoiding the attacks.

"Pit, let's fire a rain of arrows!" Sora told Pit. "Sounds good to me!" Pit replied, punching the air, the two flew back to back as Sora unleashed his 'Rain of Light' Finisher. The two fired arrows of light into the sky, returning as numerous arrows that showered down all around them, blasting the Heartless and Unversed. "As you said before, 'THAT was a rain of death'!" cheered Sora. "Oh, yeah!" Pit agreed, making a fist-pump.

Looks like you also took out some of the enemies down here with us. Palutena told them. Thankfully, there are still more on the way. Riku's voice added. "Woah! You're talking with us, too, Riku?" Sora asked, surprised to hear his friends voice. Palutena gave me this power so we can communicate here. Riku answered, And so I can warn you that we have three Behemoth Heartless on the way.

Sora and Pit looked down to see two Behemoths charging ahead, with one that was different from them, bringing up the rear. It was black with red tusks and flame marks on its' body. "Those things look pretty nasty!" Pit stated, seeing the Heartless. "And one of them is a stronger version of the Behemoth." Sora noticed, "I think it was called the 'Destroyed Behemoth'." Even so, the weakness is the same as the other Behemoths. Palutena explained, Just target the horn, and it should go down easily.

Palutena and I will take care of one of them. Riku explained, Why don't you two handle the others. I mean, if you can handle it. "No problem!" Sora replied, "Though two different Behemoths would be a bit of a challenge. Facing the one back at Palutena's temple was a hassle."

"Then let us help you out!" called a voice. It was Leafa and NiGHTS, Leafa in her Dream Soul Drive. "Leafa! NiGHTS!" Sora cheered, waving to them. "Who are those guys?" Pit asked. "Leafa is Kirito's sister." Sora explained, "And NiGHTS is a Nightmaren that turned good, and is one of my friends."

"Doesn't her name seem weird?" Pit asked as Leafa and NiGHTS dove at the other Behemoth. "What do you mean?" Sora asked. "All of the letters in her name are capitalized except for the 'i'." Pit noticed. "Where do you see that?" Sora asked in a confused manner. Guys, save the chat until after we save the dimension, okay? Riku called out to them. "Right, let's go!" Sora declared, and he and Pit dove at the Destroyed Behemoth.

Each pair of fighters took on each of the Behemoths, Pit and Sora having the toughest challenge. Palutena's light and Riku's darkness attacks were a powerful combo, since Fire, Ice and Thunder magic were ineffective against it. The Behemoth tried to unleash its' energy rain upon the two, but Riku placed up his Dark Barrier while Palutena used her mirror shield, both reflecting the attack back at the Behemoth, sending it skidding back. Then with one final slash from Riku's Keyblade to the horn, it was defeated.

Meanwhile, Leafa and NiGHTS were too nimble in the air for the Behemoth to land a blow on them. NiGHTS drill-dashed into the horn of the Behemoth. It shot thunderbolts at her, and she backed off as Leafa shot her 'Dream Diamond' Finisher down upon the Behemoth, causing incredible damage. The Behemoth roared in rage, and pounced up at the two, who casually moved aside as it passed them. The then performed two separate Paraloops, NiGHTS performing a vertical one while Leafa performed her 'Paraloop Explosion' Finisher horizontally. The two attack struck simultaneously, and the Behemoth was caught in the explosion and void of damage, disappearing.

Finally, Sora's and Pit's Destroyed Behemoth was proving to be quite the challenge. It was not only stronger than the other two Behemoths, but its' lightning and energy rain at a faster pace. "I don't know how much longer I can fly." said Pit, "I can already feeling them starting to get warm on me." "Then I'll just have to finish this one, fast!" Sora replied, his whole body glowing, "I claim this victory for the entire dimension!"

Sora landed onto the ground as a golden treasure chest appeared before him. He opened it up, and in an instant, he was equipped with the Three Sacred Treasures of Skyworld. He shot into the sky, his powerful new bow at the ready. Some aerial Heartless and Unversed came flying in, attempting to stop him. Sora started shooting all of them down at a fast rate, then moving onto the Destroyed Behemoth before him, firing arrows like crazy at it.

In his final attack, Sora shot arrows of light into the air, and down several pillar of light, which shot at several groups of Heartless and Unversed, including twice onto the Destroyed Behemoth, annihilating it. The Sacred Treasures came off of Sora as he landed onto the ground, and he reverted back to normal. "That was incredible!" Pit cheered as he landed right next to Sora, "But how did you get your hands on the Sacred Treasures? They're still back at Palutena's Temple!" "I guess it's some sort of magic." Sora assumed.

"We don't have time to dawdle, Sora. We have to keep moving!" Riku told him as he, Palutena, NiGHTS and Leafa, now back to normal, came to him. "I think we can clean up the rest of these monsters." Palutena stated, indicating herself, Pit and NiGHTS. "You three better get going." NiGHTS told them. "Okay. And thanks for your help, you guys!" Sora told them, with Riku and Leafa nodding in response, and the trio took off towards Oberon.

Kirito, Goofy, Yui and Recon were together, having trouble dealing with the Heartless and Unversed in their path, since Bookmaster and Crescendo Heartless kept protecting and healing the enemies in front of them. Kirito used his Zero Graviga spell on the swarm, and they were sent floating into the air. "Move it!" Kirito shouted, racing forward and slicing down the floating enemies, alongside Goofy, Yui and Recon. "We can't beat them all at once!" Yui cried out.

Just then, two arrows with bombs attached to them suddenly appeared from behind, along with a fireball, and all three of them exploded, destroying the Bookmasters and Crescendo Heartless. The four turned to see Link with his bow up and Zelda with her hand raised, having just cast Din's Fire. "Just in time!" Recon cheered. "And here comes the silent hero." Kirito said in a joking matter, indicating Link. "Are you okay?" Zelda asked as they group together. "We're fine, but where's Midna?" Goofy asked.

Suddenly, a black wolf appeared alongside them, with Midna in her imp form riding it. "Midna!" gasped Kirito, surprised to see her in that form. "Just because I can go back to my beautiful self again doesn't mean I can't go back to this." Midna retorted, "Plus, I have my Twilight Wolves at my command, so it should suffice for this battle." "Good to hear." Kirito understood, turning to the Heartless and Unversed, "Then let me join in for the fight. Hylian Soul!"

In a cutscene, his attire changed from head to toe. His Keyblade was blade first in the ground before him, and he reached his gauntlet out to pull it out of the ground. He swiped it around furiously, ending with a sword spin, shouting a battle cry like Link's, before raising the Keyblade upwards triumphantly.

(Cue Link's Theme. Personally, I chose the Soul Caliber II version.)

Kirito stood there next to Link, their swords at the ready. They charged in unison as they started striking hard at the Heartless and Unversed. Goofy, Midna and Recon were not far behind, slashing and bashing down the remainders that came their way. Zelda and Yui were the backup, using their long-ranged magic to aid the two from behind. Kirito and Link both unleashed the 'Leaping Strike' Finisher, taking out a huge amount of the Heartless and Unversed in front of them.

Just as they reached a large crevice in the ground, they stopped as they felt some shaking. "Look out!" cried Goofy, pointing in front of them. The crew looked and saw, to their surprise, the Darkside Heartless rising from down below, towering over them. "This thing again?" Midna asked, "But it doesn't have the power of Twilight within it." "Which means it's just a regular Darkside." Yui concluded. Kirito and Link glared up at the monster before them, ready to take it on.

The Darkside slammed its' fist down at the two, which caused an eruption of rubble. Kirito and Link dodged to either side, hopped onto its' arm, and ran up towards the head, with Link in the lead. Link jumped and threw four bombs at the face of the Heartless, which exploded on impact, knocking it back. Kirito jumped high over the explosion, raising his Keyblade high as he called power from above. He then unleashed his 'Skyward Storm', sending a barrage of sword beams down at the Darkside, damaging it even further.

As Link and Kirito landed back on the ground, the Darkside roared as it begun to charge up dark energy from within its' chest. "Oh, no!" gasped Goofy. "We got to protect ourselves from that attack!" Zelda stated. "Link! Kirito! Watch out!" Recon shouted to the two in front.

"Yui!" cried Arrietty, who had been holding on by staying underneath Yui's sash, "Can't you do that flaming sword attack that you used before?" Yui looked to Arrietty, wondering what she meant. Then she figured it out, and nodded in confirmation. She ran forward, going in between Kirito and Link, who were surprised to see her there. "Arrietty, stay with papa while I do this." Yui told her, holding her hand up so Arrietty got on, and she handed her over to Kirito, who took her and looked at Yui questionably.

Yui's body glowed pink as she prepared for her Finisher. She floated into the air using gathering winds, which turned into flames. She vanished within, only reappearing in her simple white dress, holding her long, flaming sword in one hand. She circled it over her hand, grasped it in both hands, and she leapt forward. "Program: Delete!" Yui shouted, slamming her sword to the ground, making a blast of energy surge along the ground, shooting at the Darkside, and slicing it in half. It erupted in the flames, then it disappeared without a trace. Yui reverted back to normal, landing on the ground.

Yui turned to everyone behind her, who were flabbergasted at what she just did. "Whoa…" gasped Kirito, saying something for the first time in his Hylian Soul. "What kind of power was that?!" asked Midna. "I think that was her own Finisher." Goofy explained as Yui picked Arrietty up again, who was praising her for the attack. With that obstacle out of the way, the team went around the crevice in order to progress forward.

The seven heroes continued to take out the Heartless and Unversed, one after another as they came. Link tossed Zelda his bow, and she produced Arrows of Light into her hands. She then started shooting down several rows of Heartless and Unversed while Midna contorted her hair into a fist, and started smashing all of the Heartless as they came. Recon readied his Keyblade, and shot a Aeroga spell from it, which sent several Heartless and Unversed flying. Then he unleashed his Wind Blade technique, making his Keyblade glow brightly and extend out more. He unleashed several strikes at the swarm in front of him, taking out maybe twenty Heartless and Unversed in total.

Just then, they felt the ground beneath them start to shake, and they saw, to their horror, the Groundshaker running towards them, roaring madly, with a Shaman on top of it. "That's huge!" cried Recon, seeing the Heartless for the first time. "The bigger they are, the harder they fall!" Midna quoted in an amused manner. "If we take down the Shaman, we can take down the Heartless!" Yui told them, Arrietty staying on her shoulder, "I have an idea on how to do that!"

She relayed her plan to everyone, and they went to work. Midna had two Twilight Wolves at the ready, and she and Recon rode both of them into action, charging headlong at the Heartless. Midna contorted her hair into a hand again, and grabbed ahold of the skull of the Groundshaker, attempting to suppress it long enough for Recon to charge up a Stop spell, causing it to stop in time.

Goofy was preparing to unleash his Finisher while Yui and Zelda readied their Chaos Spear and Light Arrow respectively. They fired both shots at the eyes of the Groundshaker, and one Light Arrow at the Shaman, paralyzing it. Goofy then used his 'Goofy Meteor' Finisher, appearing above the Groundshaker, diving down with a magically enlarged shield. He slammed onto the head of the Heartless, and a second later, the Stop spell wore off, and it felt the combined impact of the attacks, causing it to topple over.

This left Link and Kirito to hop onto the back of the Groundshaker, ready to fight the Shaman, who tried striking them with fire pillars and lightning bolts. Both swordsman dodged the attacks as they came. Link came in and unleashed a series of strikes onto the Shaman, ending with an uppercut sword spin. Kirito jumped in afterwards as the Shaman prepared to unleash a series of punches. Kirito deflected all of these attacks with his sword skills, then made a hard thrust at its' stomach, knocking the wind out of it. There's a lot more where that came from! Kirito thought as his body started to glow, readying for his Soul Finale, 'Triforce Infinite'.

Kirito's held his Keyblade in front of his face as he concentrated, and his clothing transformed into the red Magic Armor. A Triforce symbol started to shine on his left hand, and his Keyblade's blade grew twice in length. The Shaman struck Kirito with more Thunder spells, but he took no damage from it. Kirito struck back with sword swings that were twice as fast as he was before. Even from a distance, Kirito was still able to strike with sword beams that he shot from his Keyblade.

Kirito ended by summoning a large Triforce symbol on the ground around the Shaman. He disappeared instantly, reappearing as three versions of himself on each golden triangle. He then dashed through the Triforce numerous times, striking the Heartless, who was paralyzed within the symbol, before stabbing his Keyblade into the center of the Triforce, causing an explosion of energy, destroying the Shaman, and the Groundshaker with it. As Kirito and Link fell through the dark energy of the disappearing Groundshaker, Kirito's uniform reverted back to normal again.

Kirito rolled his shoulder, putting his Keyblade away. "Good going, Kirito!" Goofy cheered. "You two were awesome up there!" Recon congratulated them. "Thanks, but we still have more Heartless and Unversed that need to be taken out here." Kirito told them. "We shall fight here, then." Zelda told Kirito, with Midna and Link at her side, "You four must go on ahead, and destroy the dark villain." "I'll stay here, too!" Arrietty added, jumping off of Yui and onto Zelda's shoulder, "I'll just slow you down. Stay safe, okay?" "You got it." Yui replied. "Stay safe!" Kirito shouted as he, Goofy, Yui and Recon turned to race on ahead, getting closer to Unversed-Heartless Oberon.

Chapter 6: Second Wave! Straw Hats, Infinity & Ninja Barrage!

The three parties grouped together within some jagged rocks, making sure they were okay. "So far, so good." Asuna started. "We have a ways to go before reaching Oberon." Kirito added, looking up at the demon a long distance away from them, "I'm sure the others are still fighting on ahead." "Then let's go aid them in the fight!" Sora told them, "We need to make sure they are all safe." They nodded in agreement, and they took off out of their rest-point, splitting into three new groups as they charged forward.

A number of Naruto's shadow clones were taken down by the Heartless and Unversed. He was panting heavily, having come a long way from the starting point. Kenichi and Miu were not far from him, also getting worn from their fight. "Damn it!" growled Naruto, "These things just won't give up!" "The other masters are somewhere in this battlefield." Miu pointed out, her and Kenichi backing away as the Heartless and Unversed came in closer. "Come on! Where are they?!" exclaimed Kenichi, "Can't they keep their disciples safe?!"

"Let me help out!" called out Sora. The trio turned to see Sora, Kairi, Recon and Yui come racing in from behind, all readying their weapons. "Sora! Boy, am I glad to see you!" said Naruto, sighing in relief. "Heal!" Kairi shouted, using her Cure spell to heal the trio. They also regained their stamina as well. "Now that's better!" Kenichi sighed, "Thanks for the heal." "No problem!" Kairi replied. "Now, let's clear the way forward!" Sora declared, his body glowing, "Shinobi Soul!"

In a cutscene, Sora's attire changed from head to toe. He made a sign with his hands, and multiple Shadow Clones of himself appeared around him, racing forwards and jumping towards an unknown enemy with Keyblades at hand. "You better believe it!" Sora shouted, poking his heart with his thumb before punching the air in victory.

(Cue Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple theme: Be Strong)

With the seven-team force together, they started taking the Heartless and Unversed down like crazy. Naruto and Recon unleashed a Rasengan and a close-ranged Aeroga spell together, knocking two Large Body Heartless out. Sora and Kenichi were protecting Kairi with everything they had, from Kenichi's martial art combos, to Sora's 'Clone Storm' Finisher. Yui and Miu both used their spin dodge technique, retaliating with the Fan-Fair and spin kick barrage. Within seconds, they created a wide circle, where the Heartless and Unversed were unable to get into.

Just then, they heard a roar, and saw a few large Heartless coming their way. This contained the Storm Rider, the Dark Thorn, and the Trickmaster Heartless. "Incoming, you guys!" Sora told the group as they prepared to face the three large Heartless. "Guys! Give me time to enter my Sage Mode!" Naruto told them. "You got it!" Yui replied. "What's Sage Mode?" Kenichi asked. "It's a powerful form of Naruto's." Sora explained, "But he needs time to charge up Nature Chakra in order to take its' form. So now, let's give him that time!"

The six ran towards the Heartless, splitting into three pairs; Kenichi and Miu ran at the Dark Thorn Heartless, Yui and Recon went for the Storm Rider, and Sora and Kairi took on the Trickmaster. Each team was giving it all they had against the bosses.

The Dark Thorn's invisibility powers were giving the two disciples a tough time, since they weren't use powers like this. They had to rely on their senses in order to track it down, even though they kept getting struck in the process. "What's up with this thing?!" exclaimed Kenichi, getting struck for the fourth time, "I can't seem to react fast enough to evade it!" "It's got to have a weak spot, somewhere!" Miu stated, in her fighting stance as she looked around the place.

The invisible Dark Thorn was about to get at them again when Grandmaster Hayato came leaping into the field, landing directly in front of the Dark Thorn's path. With his own instinctive abilities, he effortlessly stopped the Dark Thorn in its' tracks with two fingers, making it turn opaque again. "Grandfather!" Miu gasped. "You stopped that thing so easily!" Kenichi exclaimed in surprise.

"Now, now. Don't go bullying my students like this." Hayato told the Dark Thorn in a casual manner, "I'm surprised you weren't watching the ground when you were searching for it. It is pretty dusty." Kenichi and Miu looked down, and noticed the ground, with signs of the Heartless' footprints. "Oh, so that's how you noticed it." Kenichi understood.

The Dark Thorn leapt back, roared at Hayato, and charged at him. Hayato disappeared instantly from the Dark Thorn's path, reappearing as he delivered a devastating blow to the Heartless on the side, sending it flying.

Recon and Yui were having some difficulty dealing with the Storm Rider Heartless, as its' Thunder magic rivaled their Wind magic. It was diving down at the two when the Dark Thorn came flying in, its' horns digging into the Storm Rider. Recon and Yui were shocked to see what transpired, and saw the two Heartless collapse into the ground, fading from existence in a dark mist. They looked to where Miu and a stunned Kenichi looked at Hayato, who lowered his fist, laughing a bit. That was completely awesome! Recon and Kenichi both thought at the same time.

By this time, Naruto gathered enough chakra to enter Sage Mode. His eyes had orange rings, and his pupils were toad-like. He noticed the only remaining opponent; the Trickmaster, which Sora and Kairi were dealing with. It's flaming maracas were quite troublesome to take on, and Sora was still in his Shinobi Soul. Kairi, however, still had one trick up her sleeve; she used a Blizzara spell that caused the flames to go out. "Nice one, Kairi!" Sora thanked her. Kairi gave a thumbs up in response.

The Trickmaster was juggling its' maracas around as Sora charged forward. He jumped high as it swung its' maracas. Sora deflected the attacks with his Keyblades, then summoned a Shadow Clone, producing a Rasengan, and slamming it into the head of the Heartless. "Sora!" shouted Naruto. Sora turned to see Naruto holding a Giant Rasengan. Sora flipped out of the way as Naruto came in, slamming the Giant Rasengan into the chest of the Heartless, finishing it off.

"That did it!" cheered Kairi. "There's two more where that came from!" Sora warned her and Naruto, and he was right. They could see the Grim Reaper and the Duo Lord Heartless appearing as they came closer. In front of them were a storm of Heartless and Unversed, just ready to fight them and the other two teams. Everyone readied to fight the swarm.

Just then, something fluttered by Sora, and he looked to see a piece of paper floating along. Then more came along, now starting to grow in numbers. They flew at the smaller Heartless and Unversed, covering them up all around. "What's with all the paper?" Recon asked. "They are covering up the Heartless." Kairi stated. "Why does this seem familiar?" Naruto asked. Sora and Yui watched, amazed at what was happening. They knew one person, or rather one person's spirit, who was capable of this.

At once, one paper covering each of the Heartless revealed a tag on it, exposing the fact they were paper bombs. "That wording. It says 'ignite'." Miu noticed. "Everyone! Get back!" Yui shouted. Everyone backed away fro the Heartless and Unversed. The paper bombs ignited, and they exploded all at once, destroying all the enemies they were attached to. It was like a minefield just exploded. "How did this happen?!" gasped Kenichi. Everyone but Yui and Sora were shocked. Thank you, Konan. Sora thought to himself, You really are the bridge that supports us.

(Cue Naruto Shippuden OST 1: Douten)

Once the road was clear, Hayato stayed and watched the seven go into the battle against the two big Heartless. The Duo Lord sent ice crystals and fireballs straight at the group, but they either dodged or repelled the attacks.

As they got close, the Grim Reaper stepped in, and swung its' scythe at them. Recon stepped in and blocked the strike, though it was tough for him. However, it was just enough for Miu to jump onto the scythe and run up it. She then struck the head of the Grim Reaper at a fast and powerful rate, followed by a strike to its' arms, making it drop its' scythe. Yui prepared a Whirlwind for Kenichi and Kairi, who leapt into it and soared straight at the Grim Reaper. Kenichi unleashed his strongest punch while Kairi slashed with all her might. They penetrated right through the Heartless, and landed on the other side of it. The Heartless disappeared right before their eyes.

Meanwhile, Sage Naruto and Shinobi Sora were on even terms with the Duo Lord, who was having trouble taking them down. It used its' Ice wall plus Fire Press combo, chasing after the two as it continuously belly-flopped onto them while in flames. Naruto charged up a Giant Rasengan, striking at it when it was about to flatten him. The two were pushing off of one another, struggling to be stronger.

Naruto then noticed from above, Sora and thirteen Shadow Clones in the air, half of them forming Giant Rasengans as well. "Giant Rasengan Barrage!" Sora shouted as half of the clones vanished, and he and six others dove down at the Duo Lord. Naruto got out of the way as Sora landed all seven Giant Rasengans onto the Heartless, smashing it into the ground.

Naruto and Sora came together as the Duo Lord got up again, roaring in rage. "Now to finish you!" Sora shouted as his body glowed, and he entered his Soul Finale, 'Sage Mode'. He entered the same state as Naruto, and the two charged forward at the Duo Lord, who sent more fireballs and ice crystals at them. They quickly dodged, and started striking hard at the Duo Lord one at a time, pummeling it into some large boulders.

The two then retreated back, summoned two Shadow Clones each, and prepared two Rasen-Shurikens. "Shut the hell up!" Sora shouted, and the two threw their Rasen-Shurikens at the Duo Lord, which came in contact, expanded and exploded. It disappeared right before their eyes. Sora reverted back to normal after this.

"Way to go!" cheered Yui. "That's another wave down!" Kairi stated. "There's still a lot more where that came from." Sora replied, looking towards where Unversed-Heartless Oberon was at, Naruto, Kenichi, Miu, can you guys hold down the fort while we go on ahead?" "Sure thing." Kenichi replied. "Don't lose out there." Miu warned him.

"Don't you need backup?" Naruto asked. "Just you guys believing we can win will be enough." Sora replied. Naruto looked at him for a second, then smiled confidently. "Okay. You can do it, you guys." he told him. Sora gave a thumbs up, and he, Kairi, Recon and Yui ran on ahead.

Patina, Laralie and the three Witch Apprentices were in the thick of it, using their magic to take down the Heartless and Unversed. "I'm running out of magic!" Dori stated, looking at her wand to see her Magical Drops within were running low. "Same here!" Reanne stated. "Me, too!" Mirabelle added. "And I don't have any more to resupply them!" Patina told them, "We'll just have to rely on the protection of these guys…"

By protection, Patina meant the Straw Hat Pirates, who were taking down the Heartless and Unversed one after another, especially Sanji, Zoro and Luffy. Ussop was closest to the Witch Apprentice group, fending the Heartless of with his slingshot. "Don't worry about a thing." Ussop assured them, "They don't call me 'Ussop, the ultimate sniper' for nothing, here. I'll keep you safe!"

Just as he said this, three Shadow Heartless were about to pounce him, and he screamed in fright. This was followed by a Blizzaga shot from afar. The group turned to see Asuna, Riku and Goofy race towards their direction. "You guys!" Dori cheered as Mirabelle, Reanne, Patina, Laralie and Ussop were happy to see them. "Haha! Just as I predict it would!" Ussop lied confidently. "Yeah, right." Mirabelle retorted, showing an expression of disbelief.

"Are you guys okay?" Goofy asked. "We're fine." Dori replied. "Are the others in the midst of the battle?" Asuna asked Ussop, "Vivi, Robin and the others?" "Uh, yeah!" Ussop replied, "They're all in the thick of it!" Asuna turned to Goofy. "Stay here and protect the others." Asuna told him, "Riku and I will go on ahead." "Right!" Goofy replied, and Asuna and Riku charged in ahead.

(Cue One Piece OST 'The Eleven Supernovas')

Asuna and Riku saw some of the Straw Hats fighting already. Chopper and Nami were together, Nami using her staff to unleash thunderbolts from the sky. Chopper went into his muscular Heavy Point form, striking enemies out with his Heavy Gong. Sanji unleashed his Party Table Kick-Course, spinning on one hand with his legs stretched out. Zoro unleashed his Three-Sword Style: Dragon Twister, ending countless Heartless and Unversed into the sky thanks to a slashing tornado.

Finally, Asuna and Riku noticed three different fights up ahead; one involving Luffy, another involving Vivi and Carue, and one involving Robin. "How is that guy capable of stretching his arms like that?" Riku asked, seeing Luffy's Devil Fruit powers in action. "That can be explained later!" Asuna replied, "Right now, you take care of Vivi and Carue. She's the one with the blue hair. I'll go help Robin!" Riku nodded in response, and he took off towards where Carue and Vivi were at.

Vivi was riding on Carue, twirling her Peacock String Slashers. They were surrounded by almost all sides. Vivi grimaced at her situation. "Looks like you could use some help." Riku stated, racing towards her side with his Keyblade raised. "Who're you?" Vivi asked. "Riku. I'm a friend." Riku replied, looking back at her. Vivi looked at him, then at his Keyblade, then looked up to see Asuna race towards Robin. Asuna! Vivi realized.

"I'll help you, Robin." Asuna muttered, her body glowing orchid, "Fluer Soul!" In a cutscene, Asuna's body and clothing were surrounded by pink flower petals, which masked her body until they bursted forth, revealing her once more in her new attire. Asuna casually walked forward, then came to a standstill. She twisted her left arm around, and multiple hands produced along her arm. "I'll unlock the true history with my Keyblade!" she said, holding her pose as she smiled.

Robin, who was keeping the Heartless and Unversed surrounding her at bay, turned to see Asuna racing towards her. "Need several pairs of hands here?" Asuna asked, getting back to back with Robin. "As if I already had plenty of hands on me." Robin replied. Asuna and Robin looked to one another, smirked, and started attacking the Heartless and Unversed with their Devil Fruit powers. They sent their arms and, in Asuna's case, Keyblades spiking at the monsters. They snapped the backs and necks of some of the monsters, or tossed them at other Heartless, or flipping them around. Either way, the two weren't giving the Heartless or Unversed any chance of getting closer.

(Cue One Piece OST 'Let's Battle')

After a while, they felt some rumbling beneath them, and they looked down. "An earthquake?" Asuna asked, "No. Something's coming. Let's move!" The two raced out of the way as something rose from the ground they were on before. It was the Antlion Heartless.

"That's the same Heartless Crocodile summoned to attack you, Luffy and your teammates." Robin recalled. "Yeah, but now you are also on its' list." Asuna added. It roared at them and dug its' way towards the two. They moved out of the way, and Asuna slashed it repeatedly with her Keyblade. It retaliated by sending bombs at her, but Asuna got out of the way. Robin tried halting its' gears with her Devil Fruit Powers, but it proved in affective.

Suddenly, they heard a roar from above, and looked up to see Luffy somehow above them, diving down at the Antlion. "That the damn fat snake who buried me in the sand before!" Luffy roared, "You're gonna pay for that!" Luffy outstretched his leg high into the sky, then shouted, "Gum-Gum Battle Axe!" slamming his whole foot onto the Heartless, making it sink into the ground more as its' eyes bulged out.

Luffy landed right between Asuna and Robin, angered by the beast's presence. "Well, at least he didn't tackle me like he did before." Asuna recalled, with Robin giggling from her comment. The Antlion charged at the three, but they dove out of the way. Luffy unleashed his Gum-Gum Gatling, sending a barrage of punches down at the Heartless. Asuna came from behind and unleashed her slashes of the Antlion. It roared at the two prong attack, and sent a sandstorm blowing from all around, pushing the two away.

"Robin, cover its' eyes!" Asuna shouted, "Make sure it doesn't see us coming!" "Of course." Robin replied, crossing her hands, "Seis Fluer!" Six hands appeared around the eyes of the Antlion, covering them. The Heartless tried shaking them off, but it was pointless. "Luffy, soften it up for me!" Asuna shouted to the captain, "I'll put my foot down on it afterwards."

"I'll just finish it now!" Luffy declared, stretching his arms out to grab the mandibles on its' head. He then started to pull it towards him. It took several seconds, but Luffy managed to pull it out of the ground, making it fly through the air before Luffy dunked it on its' back next to a wall. "Well, that's one way to do it." Asuna pointed out as Luffy retracted his arms, "Now it's my turn."

Asuna got close enough, then crossed her arms. "Mille Fluer: Gigantesco Mano…" From behind her, Asuna produced a thousand arms that merged together into two giant feet, their legs produced out of the ground. "Stomp!" Asuna shouted, and the feet fell onto the Heartless, stomping onto it. It roared in pain, then vanished into a black mist. "I did say I would put my foot down." Asuna muttered. She has made great use of my powers. Robin thought to herself, I haven't even been able to use an attack like that yet.

Just then, the wall the Heartless was at before exploded, and out came another familiar Heartless to the trio. "Kurt Zisa!" Asuna cried, drawing the attention of Vivi and Riku, who were getting closer to them. "That's not good." Riku stated, seeing who they were up against. "That monster was incredibly tricky." Vivi recalled, "Even with the rest of Asuna's friends, we had trouble taking it down. It was thanks to Ussop and Sanji that we were able to win."

The Heartless was prepared, and set up an anti-physical barrier in front of it. "So it's suppressing our physical attacks first." Asuna understood as Robin came to her side. She then saw Luffy's fist pass above her, strike the barrier, and bounce back. Asuna nearly got hit had she not duck out of the way. Luffy retracted his fist in again. "Whoops. Sorry." he apologized. Asuna crossed her arms with Keyblade at hand. A hand with her Keyblade appeared on both of Luffy's shoulders, and slammed him on top of his head, which hurt him since she was using the Keyblade's magic. "Be grateful I didn't turn you into a pretzel and threw you at the Kurt Zisa's swords." Asuna muttered with dark intentions. "Aren't you bad?" Robin stated with a smile.

The Kurt Zisa shot fireballs down at the two ladies, but Vivi dashed in and used her weapons to slice a couple of the fireballs. Riku dove in and used his Dark Barrier to protect the girls from the remainder. The Kurt Zisa was about to got get them again when the crew heard, "Special Attack: Exploding Star!", quickly followed by an explosion on the back of the Kurt Zisa's head.

(Cue One Piece OST 'Run Away')

They all turned to see Ussop standing far away from the crew, holding nothing but a child's slingshot in his hand. Goofy was charging in while the Witch Apprentices, Patina and Laralie were right behind Ussop. "Haha! How do you like that, pal?!" Ussop asked boisterously, "You can't beat me if you are so far away!" "I'm amazed you can hit it with such a simple tool." Reanne pointed out.

"Thanks for the backup!" Asuna thanked them, "Well, at least we know that it only has its' barrier in front of it, meaning only frontal attacks won't work." "Then let's strike it in places other than its' front." Robin replied. The two young women crossed their arms, ready. "Veinte Fluer!" they shouted in unison, and both of them produced twenty arms each from the wall behind it, grabbing it by its' upper arms. "Flip!" they said in unison, and they used their combined arm strength to lift the Kurt Zisa, throwing it into the wall front first.

"Luffy! Hit it hard in the back!" Asuna shouted to him. "Alright!" Luffy replied, stretching his hands back. Goofy race towards the Kurt Zisa as well, and Asuna used her powers to produce arms from the palm of her hand like a chord, grabbing Goofy's waist. "Here we go!" Asuna shouted, throwing Goofy as he had his shield up and sent him flying. "Gum-Gum Bazooka!" Luffy shouted, sending out both palms forward, hitting the Kurt Zisa just as Goofy did. The attack sent the Heartless through the wall, landing on the other side.

The Kurt Zisa's anti-physical barrier broke, and it was dazed. Asuna lifted herself over the broken wall, landing on the other side, alongside Goofy and Riku. "Robin has already dealt with plenty of darkness." Asuna muttered, her body glowing, "I shall not let these Heartless add more to it!" She was ready to unleash her Soul Finale, 'Strawhat Freedom'.

Asuna closed her eyes as her mind flashed with Robin's memories of the destruction of Ohara to Crocodile stabbing her, then to Robin's giant friend, Saul. "Someday, you'll find friends who won't ever leave you!" Saul's voice echoed in Asuna's mind as she opened her eyes, and saw duplicate versions of the six Strawhat Pirates surrounding her. Asuna started to race around, being protected by the six pirates as they started attacking the Kurt Zisa one after another, striking all they had.

In the final attack, Asuna's mind flashed with the joyous memories of Robin with the Straw Hats. If I'm allowed to say it just once, then… Asuna thought to herself, then she shouted, "I WANT TO LIVE!" The moment she said that, all six Straw Hats unleashed their powerful attack; Luffy's Gum-Gum Cannon, Zoro's 108 Caliber Phoenix, Nami's Thunder Lance Tempo, Ussop's Firebird Star, Sanji's Flambage Shot, and Chopper's Cloven Cross. All attacks struck the Kurt Zisa, destroying it completely.

Asuna's body reverted back to normal, and she fell to her knees. Everyone else who was helping them on the other side came around to meet Asuna, Goofy and Riku. "Are you okay, Asuna?" Goofy asked, his head hovering over her shoulder. "I-I'm okay." Asuna replied, getting to her feet again. She wiped away the tears that were still in her eyes as she looked up at Robin, who was worried about her and what she had experienced. She didn't see what happened, but she heard Asuna's outcry.

Asuna looked from Robin to where Oberon was at. "We have to keep going forward." Asuna muttered, her expression determined again. She turned to Luffy, who had a blank look on his face. "Luffy, once this is all over, and you continue your adventures, make sure that Robin has the greatest memories from it, okay?" Luffy smirked as he responded, "Sure thing!"

Robin looked from Luffy to Asuna, who smiled at her before she, Riku and Goofy ran on ahead. That expression she just showed… Did she just experienced my past? Robin thought to herself, watching Asuna leave her, the Straw Hats, and the Witch Apprentices behind.

A Shadow Ball, Electro Ball and Aura Sphere combo from Espeon, Emolga and Lucario blasted a large amount of the Heartless and Unversed out of the way. This gave the rest of Team Infinity and the fighters from Kirito and Asuna's world a chance to break through the next wave. However, another wave was waiting for them to come. "Is this ever going to end?!" Ryoutarou demanded.

"Hang on, I'm coming!" shouted Kirito's voice. Team Infinity and the ALO team turned to see Kirito, Leafa and Donald race towards them, ready to help them out. "Kirito! You're late, man!" Andrew shouted. "About time you showed up!" Rika complained. Kirito. Oshawott Sachi thought to herself, smiling to see Kirito in his human form.

The trio joined the two teams, and they immediately started to fight off the Heartless and Unversed with them. While Leafa and Donald were supporting Ryoutarou, Rika and the others, Kirito was working with Team Infinity, who he found out he could not speak with them since he wasn't a Pokemon anymore. Only Lucario was able to speak with him, but telepathically. "Then maybe I can communicate this way." Kirito stated, "Guardian Soul!"

In a cutscene, Kirito's body was enveloped in a blue flame-like aura. It was then absorbed into his body, taking form to his appearance. Kirito was standing on one foot on top of a needle on a spire in a meditative state. He opened his eyes, jumped off the needle, landed onto the ground, his hands surrounded by blue flames. "The aura is with me!" Kirito declared as he held his arms out in a martial arts stance.

(Cue Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity OST: Bittercold 2nd Battle)

Kirito looked to Oshawott Sachi, who knocked out a Aerial Knocker Heartless with her Razor Shell. "Oshawott, I mean, Sachi!" he called to her. Sachi looked back at Kirito. "What is it, Kirito?" she asked. "Good! Looks like this form allows me to speak to you guys." Kirito sighed in relief, pulling out his aura-made Keyblade, "How are you here, Sachi? I thought you went back to Radiant Garden." "It's confusing to me, as well." Sachi replied, "But apparently, I can come to Tepig's world whenever I want, provided I'm asleep in Radiant Garden."

"It was thanks to Tepig that she can do that." Lucario stated, jumping backwards towards the two, "He wanted to see Sachi that badly, that he went to the World's Core to wish for her return, and it came true." Kirito looked from Lucario to Tepig, who was using Flamethrower to fend off the enemies. Kirito smirked at him as he thought, At least I'm not the only one who wants to have her around.

Just then, an explosion caused Kirito, Lucario, Tepig and Sachi to look up. They saw the Ruler of the Sky Heartless roar in rage as it flew towards their position. "Incoming!" Kirito warned them as the four readied for battle. The four went to work on taking on the Heartless, who shot a storm of coins down on them like bullets. Sachi jumped in and used her Protect, blocking the shots from the Heartless. "Thanks, Sachi!" Kirito thanked her, "Now it's my turn!" Kirito jumped high and struck the Heartless hard with several slashes of his Keyblade.

He was about to land in the middle of a swarm of Heartless and Unversed when Tepig came barreling through with his Flare Blitz, giving an opening for Kirito to land in. "Thanks, Tepig!" Kirito thanked him. "No problem." Tepig responded, "You may look different, but you're still a member of Team Infinity!" Kirito and Tepig smirked at one another, glad to see themselves working together.

The Ruler of the Sky was about to dive down at them, but Kirito sensed it quickly, and fired an Aura Sphere Finisher at the same time as Lucario did, blasting it hard. It was sent flipping aways from them, but braked itself by spreading its' wings out. It then sent ice orbs down at the group, which turned into ice pillars. The group dodged all they could to avoid getting hit by the icy attacks.

Kirito glared up at the Heartless, then noticed the Heartless and Unversed grouping together in front of it, separating Kirito, Sachi, Tepig and Lucario from the Ruler of the Sky. "I need to unleash my max aura!" he yelled, and his whole body started to glow brightly. In an instance, he was covered within a pink sphere, reappearing a millisecond later with a double helix that appeared in front of him for a short second.

He had become something like Lucario, but much stronger. His fur grew longer, his body grew taller, and he gained crimson colors on his paws and feet. He had gained more spikes among his body, and his appendages grew longer, with two of them also tipped in crimson. The moment Kirito appeared in this form, he spread his arms and legs out, howling as he was ready to unleash his Soul Finale, 'Mega Evolution'.

Kirito charged at the enemies, unleashing a storm of Close Combat attacks. The Ruler of the Sky attempted to strike Kirito with its' claws from behind, but Kirito easily avoided it, returning the attack with an Aura Sphere. This was added to by a triple combo of Lucario's Bone Rush, Tepig's Flare Blitz, and Sachi's Razor Shell.

As the Heartless boss was on the ground, Kirito jumped high into the air, charging his Aura at the fullest. "We'd better get out of the way!" Lucario warned Tepig and Sachi, and they ran for it. "Watch the power of Aura!" he shouted, then unleashing a torrent of aura energy down to the ground, destroying all the enemies. "So cool…" Tepig gasped. "You never see a dull battle with him." Sachi joked. "Indeed, don't." Lucario agreed, watching Kirito land to the ground, his body covered in a blue energy before revealing Kirito back to normal again.

From a distance, Leafa, Donald, and the rest of the fighters from Kirito's home world watched Kirito's final attack. "For someone who wears dark clothing, Kirito likes making flashy attacks." Rika stated amusingly. "And he has the strength to back it up." Andrew added. "Hey, we don't have time to waste here!" Leafa told them, "Let's prove to Kirito we have what it takes to back him up here!" "Right!" replied the group, and they went to work.

(Cue SAO theme 'INNOCENCE')

Donald and Shino made their way to the top of a large boulder for their long-ranged capabilities, backing up the others on the ground. Ryoutarou, Andrew, Rika and Keiko were striking down the Heartless and Unversed every way they could they could. Leafa was at the head of the pack, slicing the enemies down at lightning speeds.

"Not done yet!" Leafa shouted, her body glowing, "Dream Soul!" In a cutscene, Leafa's attire changed in a sparkle of lights from head to toe. She then flew up and around a different clock tower, her arms spread out wide. "Come fly with me!" she called out with a grin as she flew to the top of the tower, landing onto the needle top, playing her Dream Flute, the full moon glowing behind her.

Now in her Dream Soul again, Leafa charged into a Fat Bandit Heartless with her Drill Spin. She carried the Heartless back as it picked up a few more Shadows and Floods, then with a burst of speed, Leafa blasted right through them all. She then unleashed her 'Paraloop Explosion' Finisher on a large group of enemies, surrounding them with a ring of energy before making it explode.

"Oh, no!" Ryoutarou cried, and Leafa turned and saw the third version of the Iron Imprisoner appear near where the others were at. It swung its' hammer at the group, and they all got sent flying in pain. The Unversed followed the attack through by striking the boulder Donald and Shino were at, breaking it apart and making the rubble strike the two as they flew off the boulder.

The Iron Imprisoner was about to go in further when Leafa came in the way, striking it repeatedly to get its' attention. "Keep your hammer away from my friends!" she shouted. She started striking the Iron Imprisoner at every angle, making it take damage like crazy. It retaliated with fiery wings and fire tornado strikes, but Leafa's concentrated combat mixed with her free spirit she gained from the Dream Soul Drive made her a hard target to get at.

"This party has just got started!" Leafa declared, and her body glowed with energy. In a twinkling of lights, a shining golden masquerade mask appeared in front of her. "This is gonna be fun!" said Leafa, swiping the mask into her hands and placing it on her face, smiling as the mask fit perfectly.

She then transformed her whole body into a sword, slashing the Iron Imprisoner twice, which sent it back. She then transformed her body into a rocket, blasting at the Unversed, striking it hard in the gut. She continued to transform her body into other forms during the attack, such as the sword, the rocket, but also a dragon and a large ball.

In her final assault, she spiraled high into the air, leaving a glittering trail. The glitter picks up the Iron Imprisoner, and carries it up to Leafa, who was silhouetted by the moon behind her. "Sweet dreams!" Leafa told the Unversed before she played on her Dream Flute, playing the first six notes of her theme. The moon shined brightly, and showered the area in it's shining energy. This made the Iron Imprisoner dissolve away. Leafa flew towards the ground again, and laid in the air as she crossed her legs, winking at her victory before she reverted back to normal, landing onto her feet.

"Nice job, Leafa!" cheered Rika. "That Unversed had it coming." Leafa replied. Kirito and the rest of Team Infinity joined Leafa's crew. "Everything alright here?" Kirito asked, "I saw you guys took a bit of a beating." "We'll be fine." Keiko replied, "Donald healed us with his magic."

"Even so, I think you guys should stay back here and hold off the Heartless and Unversed." Kirito told them, "I don't want you guys to get hurt anymore. Work with Lucario and Team Infinity, here." "Right. Tell Sora and Asuna that we're counting on you guys!" Rika told him. "And make sure you come back alive." Shino added. "You got a lot of girls counting on you, Kirito." Ryoutarou sassed, "Don't disappoint them."

Kirito would kick Ryoutarou in the jaw for that, but now wasn't the best time." He looked to Lucario, Tepig and Sachi. "May the Aura bless you with strength." Lucario told him as Tepig cried in agreement. Sachi looked at Kirito with a determined expression, as if to say 'You can do it, Kirito'. Kirito smiled at her, then he, Donald and Leafa charged on ahead, nearing Oberon's feet.

Chapter 7: Capture the Emeralds! Final Wave!

Sora's group was waiting on top of a hill, seeing Asuna's and Kirito's group racing up the hill to join them. "We're almost there." Sora told them, drawing their attention to the scene ahead, where they saw the large Oberon in the sky above them. "Up close, he looks pretty tough." Leafa noticed. "We can do it if we work together, right?" Recon asked. "That might not be enough." Kirito replied, "But we can think about that later. There are other people we need to save down there, so let's move it!" The team raced down the hill to join the final groups that were fighting.

Down below, the three groups were Lightning and Vaan's group, the Fairy Tail wizards, and Sonic's team. Also with them were Gretinal, Mickey and Kayaba, also fending off the Heartless and Unversed. Since they were closer to Oberon, they were being overwhelmed by his series of attacks.

"We're coming!" Donald squawked loud enough for them to hear. "Took them long enough." growled Gajeel of Fairy Tail. "Man, you guys are slow." Sonic told them. "The enemies must've held them off all this time." Lightning assumed.

The team stopped and looked up at Oberon, who roared as he felt the group getting closer. "Anyone notice that the closer we get to Oberon, the more menacing he gets?" asked Kairi. "You're right." Riku agreed, "Taking down that goliath is gonna be a heck of a chore."

"We can do it!" Natsu of Fairy Tail retorted, raising a fiery fist, "We just give it a smackdown it won't forget!" "A pair of Knuckle sandwiches, and it will be over!" Knuckles added, raising his fists. "I guess great heroes do think alike!" Snow stated, pounding his fists together. The trio of knuckle fighters all looked at one another, grinning maliciously. "Oh, brother." Asuna sighed, seeing them more as knuckleheads.

"That's not gonna be enough." Gretinal stopped them, joining the group. "If we need to take down Oberon, we need an extra source of strength for you Keyblade Wielders." "Oh yeah? And where do we suppose we find that?" Natsu asked.

"Fortunately, something else from another world was drawn here, and they are the perfect power source for fighting Oberon." said Kayaba, walking over with Eggman in his Egg Mobile. "What do you mean?" Goofy asked. "The Chaos Emeralds." Kayaba replied. The six heroes who knew about them were surprised. Riku, Kairi, Leafa and Recon were confused. "The Chaos Emeralds?" Leafa asked. "Yeah, of course!" Asuna agreed, "We can use them to take down Oberon for good!"

"There's just one problem." Mickey stopped him, joining the group "The Chaos Emeralds are scattered about the area up ahead, and Oberon has each of them heavily guarded."

"Then it's a good thing we're here!" Kirito stated. "And so are we!" Natsu added, indicating the Fairy Tail guild. "If we can divide up into three teams, we can find those Chaos Emeralds easily!" Tails stated, him and the rest of the Sonic Team joining them. "And we better have Sora, Asuna and Kirito as the leading men and woman in our three teams." Balthier recommended.

"Agreed." Gretinal, turning to the three in question, "Sora, Asuna and Kirito. Though you may not be true Keyblade Masters, each of you have gone through more than the rest of us. Please finish this battle for us." "Sure, just as long as you guys help." Sora replied, "We'd be helpless without all of our friends." "That's for sure." Asuna agreed.

The two looked to Kirito, who took a deep inhale and exhale, then looked ready for action. "Okay, everyone. Let's finish this monster once and for all, and teach him what kind of power bonds have!" The group roared in response, and they took off into three groups. Kirito, Kairi, Riku and Kayaba took the left route with the Fairy Tail wizards. Sora, Donald, Goofy and Gretinal took the right route with Lightning and Vaan's group. And lastly, Asuna, Yui, Recon, Leafa and Mickey all took the center lane with the Sonic Team.

(Cue Sonic Heroes 'What I'm Made Of')

Since Sora, Asuna and Kirito all were able to detect the Chaos Emeralds' energy, it was easy to tell where they were. Getting to them wasn't so easy. Oberon sent a swarm of Heartless and Unversed down upon all three groups, attempting to take them out. That didn't stop any of the groups, what with Lightning and Vaan's teams' versatile skills and tactics, the Sonic Team's speed and quick eliminations, and Fairy Tail's destructive powers.

The first team to find a Chaos Emerald was Asuna and Sonic's team. It was stuck on a wall, which was guarded by the Mad Treant Unversed. While Sonic raced to get it, the remainder of the crew attempted to take out the Unversed guarding it. At the same time, some Heartless and Unversed they left behind started to catch up to them, so they had to deal with that.

"This is going to take forever!" Amy cried, swinging her hammer at the crowd of incoming foes. "If your tired, then take a nap while we save all the worlds." Rouge sassed at her. "Why you…!" growled Amy. "This isn't the time to argue among ourselves!" Yui told them. "You're right." agreed Mickey, "We can't let the enemies cause disruption in our group. We have to keep fighting together as one!" Tails slammed his tails at a couple Heartless, and it took them out. Recon did the same with his Keyblade. Eggman, Knuckles, Leafa and Asuna were dealing with the Mad Treant.

Sonic did a wall run, racing up the sheer side of the rock wall, and snatching the Chaos Emerald. "Comin' at'cha!" Sonic shouted, throwing the gem to Recon, who saw it coming. He reached up to get it, and caught it in both hands. "I got it!" Recon shouted, waving the Emerald high. Sonic gave a thumbs up.

Knuckles unleashed a fiery fist at the Mad Treant. Eggman shot missiles afterwards. Then Asuna and Leafa finished it off with a combined slash of their Keyblades, making it disappear. "That's one down." Asuna stated, looking at the Emerald in Recon's hand. "Let's hurry to the next!" Sonic told them, and he dashed on ahead, with Asuna and Leafa right behind, followed by the rest of the crew.

(Cue FFXIII OST 'Defiers of Fate')

Meanwhile, Sora's group was nearing their first Chaos Emerald, which was placed under a barrier surrounded by Heartless and Unversed, with a Guard Armor in front, protecting the barrier. "Looks like we need to take out the large enemy ahead in order to take down the barrier around the Emerald." Hope guessed, opening his boomerang. "Then let's take it down!" Donald declared, and the group charged in.

Sora, Lightning, Vaan and Gretinal were taking care of the Guard Armor while the rest of the pack was taking out the other Heartless and Unversed. The Guard Armor sent its' claws down at the four, but they divided up and struck each of the claws with everything they got, destroying them. Sora doubled back, then unleashed his 'Cataclysm' Finisher, sending a row to stalagmites straight at the Heartless, knocking it high into the air. Lightning and Vaan shot magic from their weapons at the airborne Heartless, striking both of its' feet and making them disappear. Gretinal, leapt onto one of Sora's stalagmites, then jumped high, reaching the Heartless. She produced shining chains from her Keyblade, wrapping them around the Guard Armor's body, and she sent it hurdling down to the ground, causing a dust cloud to form on collision. She then dove down straight at the Guard Armor, landing the tip of her Keyblade straight on top of it, making it disappear. "So cool…" Sora muttered, seeing Gretinal rise from finishing the Heartless.

As soon as the four were finished, so were the rest of the group on the other Heartless and Unversed. They all turned to see the barrier lift around the Chaos Emerald resting within, and Donald grabbed it. "Alright, we got one!" Vanille cheered. "That leaves a few left, right?" Penelo asked Sora, who nodded in response. "There are seven in total, so let's hope the others found more Chaos Emeralds." he explained, "But let's go find more, just to be safe." And with that, the team raced onward, ready to take on the next challenge.

(Cue Fairy Tail OST 'Natsu's Theme')

Kirito's group were taking out the enemies in their path. Lisanna, Lucy, Wendy, Kairi, Kayaba Carla and Happy were running or flying behind while Kirito, Riku, Natsu, Gray, Gajeel, Erza and Pantherlily were demolishing the enemies ahead. "You know, I'm starting to think those guys are a bit overkill." Kairi assumed. "Yes, I think that's most people's assumption with Fairy Tail." Carla agreed. "Just be glad they're handling it and not us." Lucy stated. "I hope Kirito still remembers to search for the Chaos Emeralds." Kayaba hoped.

Just then, a misfire from a Red Nocturne caused an avalanche to start falling near the girls, who panicked at the sight. "Don't worry, Carla! I'll save you!" Happy declared, racing toward the boulders, only to get carried by them, instead. Wendy inhaled deeply, gathering the air all around. "Sky Dragon…Roar!" shouted Wendy, sending a torrent of wind from her mouth, blasting all the rocks to smithereens. Happy was tossed upwards, then fell into Lisanna's hands. "Are you okay, Happy?" she asked. "And just when I was trying to look cool…" moaned Happy.

"Guys, look!" Kairi cried, pointing up where the avalanche started. It revealed a Chaos Emerald, stuck at the top. Kirito stopped and turned to see the Chaos Emerald up there. "How did I miss that?" he asked. "Must be because you're too zoned into fighting right now." Riku replied. "You should be more wary about your goal, right now." Erza warned him.

A swarm of aerial Heartless and Unversed started to rain down from above, flying towards the heroes. "Happy, get the Emerald!" Natsu shouted to his cat. "Aye, sir!" Happy replied, sprouting his wings. "Let us help, too!" Kairi added, indicating herself and the others. "Carla, help Kairi!" Wendy asked the white cat. Carla responded by flying behind Kairi and carrying her into the sky. "Take Over!" Lisanna cried, and she transformed her arms and her lower body into bird wings and legs, making herself a harpy.

Kairi, Carla and Lisanna assisted Happy as they started to take out the enemies that got in their way. Lisanna was actually quite strong, striking the enemies with her wings and talons. Pantherlily also joined the group, and even Natsu rocketed himself into the air with flames from his feet, striking out the Heartless and Unversed with his fists, along with slamming himself into the rock wall.

Natsu's attack made the Chaos Emerald dislodge from its' position, and it fell towards the group. The Emerald passed Happy, and Kairi caught it instead. "I have it!" Kairi cheered. "Oh, man!" moaned Happy, who had changed course and picked up Natsu instead. "Don't worry, little buddy. We got it, and that's all there is to it."

They landed onto the ground near the group, Kairi holding out the Chaos Emerald to Kirito and Riku. "That's it." Kirito stated, "That's another one down." "Then let's hurry to the next one." Kayaba stated, "Kirito, tell us where the next one is." Kirito focused himself, hoping to detect the Chaos Emeralds. "I sense the next Emerald is close by." he stated, "Let's go!" And with that, he raced ahead of the pack with the others following behind.

(Cue Sonic 06' song 'All Hail Shadow')

Asuna's group had found another Chaos Emerald at this point, this time on top of a high pillar in the middle of a bottomless pit. And this didn't include the Heartless and Unversed surrounding the outside or the Metamorphosis Unversed circling the pit. "This is quite the welcoming committee." Sonic stated. "That squid-like Unversed is the same one that tried taking the Master Emerald." Knuckles recalled. "Leafa, let's give these monsters a bit of sisterly power!" Asuna told Leafa. She was confused at what she meant, but she saw Asuna glow before shouting, "Savior Soul!"

In a cutscene, Asuna's Savior Form presented itself piece by piece, ending with her piece of hair falling over her shoulder. She landed onto the ground, causing a thunder shockwave at her feet. She stood straight up as she closed here eyes, her Keyblade in front of her face. "In a bright flash…I awaken, and strike!" she chanted calmly, opening her eyes and whipping her Keyblade to one side as she struck a pose.

"Oh, now I get it!" Leafa understood, seeing Lightning's Soul Drive, "Then I shall follow suite. Memory Soul!" Leafa's body bursted with energy. In a cutscene, her attire and hair style changed in a flash of bright light. A moogle with a green leather collar and Sylph symbol pendant flew in the air above Leafa, and dropped down into Leafa's hugging arms. "I can change the past, present, and future!" Leafa chanted as she tossed the moogle upwards, which transformed into her Keyblade, and she caught it and held it out in a pose.

Asuna and Leafa led Yui, Knuckles and Sonic into fighting the Metamorphosis while Tails, Mickey, Recon, Amy, Rouge and Eggman took care of the Heartless around the area. Since the Unversed boss wasn't gonna go outside the ring of the pit, the team just had to fight from a distance or strike it when it was close enough. Sonic kept unleashing his Homing attack while Knuckles' gliding skills were powerful against it. Asuna unleashed her 'Thunderfall' Finisher while Leafa unleashed her 'Ultima Arrow' Finisher, and the two collided hard with the Unversed, nearly destroying it.

As it floated there, dazed by the two's attack, Yui looked at the pillar where the Chaos Emerald was on, and saw a weak point in its' structure. She looked to Shadow's ring around her arm, then looked at her target. "Shadow, time for you to finish it off!" she shouted, and she unleashed a Chaos Spear straight at the weak point.

The attack made contact, and the pillar cracked and broke at the point, causing it to tilt towards the group. It collapsed straight on top of the Unversed, destroying it. At the same time, it bridged the gap, and the Chaos Emerald bounced towards Yui's feet. She picked it up and showed it to Asuna.

"Nice shot, Yui." Asuna commended her. Yui giggled at the compliment. "Since we're done here, let's keep moving!" Recon called out. "Right!" Asuna replied, "Let's keep moving. If we continue on the path ahead, we should make it to the last Emerald!" And with that, the team raced off towards the next destination.

(Cue FFXIII OST 'Eidolons')

Sora's group somehow made it high above the ground, jumping across floating platforms, racing towards another Chaos Emerald, which was at the furthest platform from them. "These things ain't giving us a break!" Sazh moaned. "The energy around here gets more foreboding as we get closer to the demon." Fran added. "Which means we just have to push harder!" Sora responded, "And I know how to do it! Sky Pirate Soul!"

In a cutscene, Sora's Sky Pirate Form slowly revealed itself from top to bottom. The sky above him turned blue and cloudless as he fell from the sky, landing onto the ground. He twirled his Keyblade in one hand, slammed it point-first into the ground, hoisted himself onto the handle, and crouched down on top of his Keyblade. "Fly in the freedom of adventures!" he chanted, rubbing his nose as he held his position.

Sora picked up his Keyblade, and started slashing down the Heartless and Unversed, one after another. Oberon roared as his left hand started to glow, bringing in dark energy. He then raised it to the sky, and started shooting down a large volley of dark orbs at the group. The heroes did all they could to avoid getting hit by the attack.

One blast nearly threw Hope off of the platforms, but Snow caught him before that could happen. Ashe and Basch combined their attacks to take out one that neared them. Fang and Vanille did the same in another part. Gretinal used her shining chains from her Keyblade to take out as many as she could.

Donald, Sazh, Balthier and Fran used all their long ranged skills to clear a path for Sora, Goofy, Lightning and Vaan to move forward. A pair of dark orbs blew up the nearest platforms to the one where the Chaos Emerald was at. "Oh, no!" Goofy hollered. "Just keep running!" Lightning told Sora and Goofy, "Get to the next platform, now!" the two obeyed, and they raced to the next platform as Lightning and Vaan doubled back.

With a combined force, the two leaders kicked the platform Sora and Goofy were on in order for it to float towards the platform where the Chaos Emerald laid. The platforms collided, and the two jumped off as the one they were on crumbled away. Goofy snatched the Chaos Emerald, and held it high to show they got it. They then noticed Donald racing as fast as he could up the side route towards the platform, and he made a jump to reach it. He almost didn't make it, but Sora and Goofy grabbed his hands before he fell, and pulled him up onto the platform, which had started to move thanks to the collision. They looked to see all their friends and Gretinal stand around Lightning and Vaan, watching them leave.

"Better get moving!" Snow shouted, "We'll find a way to catch up!" "We'll be waiting!" Donald responded. "Just focus on taking down the big guy!" Vaan shouted. "And don't let yourself get beaten!" Lightning added. "We won't!" Goofy replied. "Gretinal!" Sora called out. "I know you can do it." Gretinal told him, "You have a gift that can defeat Oberon once and for all." Sora nodded in response, and he turned to see Oberon high above them, waiting for the opportunity to strike.

(Cue Fairy Tail OST 'Salamander')

A blast of flames cleared the path for Kirito's group to progress ahead. However, the attack from Natsu was taking his toll, as he was low on magic energy. "I gotta find some fire to fuel up on." Natsu stated. "I think I can do something about that." Kirito replied, "Firaga!" He sent a swirl of fire around his body, and Natsu sucked in all the flames, taking it all in. Once the fire was gone, Natsu exhaled after sucking so much, and he rubbed his mouth, with his arm. "That's some weird taste, but I'm starting to feel like I gotta a real fire in my belly!" he stated.

"Guys! I see the next Emerald up ahead!" Gray shouted to the group. Natsu and Kirito raced up next to him, and saw him point at something. it was a row of metal pipes that seem to obstruct the way forward. Within the pipes was the next Chaos Emerald, sticking out like a sliver. "Those pipes are in the way, but I think we can get it." Riku stated. "I'll handle it." Gajeel assured them, "Eatin' through metal is my snack time."

Just then, something appeared from above, along with a pack of Heartless and Unversed on the ground. What came from above were the three pieces of the Trinity Armor, morphing together as one, ready to fight. "It's that armor again!" Erza remembered. "Looks like it doesn't want us to get the Emerald behind it." Kairi stated. "Then too bad!" Natsu stated, bringing a fiery fist into his palm, "Cause we're gonna make it disappear!"

"Be careful." Kirito warned them, "This Unversed is more dangerous far away than close in. Fortunately, I'm just as dangerous as it. NORA Soul!"

In a cutscene, Kirito's uniform changed from bottom to top. A blizzard storm formed an ice barrier in front. Kirito shattered the ice with his fist, making his appearance. He brought his fist back, and thumped both fists together as he casually stepped forward. "Time for the hero to make his appearance!" Kirito quoted, his Keyblade appearing in his hand as he hooked his fist out front.

Kirito, Erza, Riku and Natsu charged in to take on the Trinity Armor while the rest of the pack took on the Heartless and Unversed surrounding it. It shot lasers down at the four, but they quickly avoided the attack. Erza Requipped into her Lightning Empress Armor, and she unleashed a blast of lightning at the Unversed, combined with Riku's Dark Volley attack, and the two blasted it out of the way. This was quickly followed by a combined ice and fire punch from Kirito and Natsu, sending it hurdling into the wall of pipes that Gajeel was munching on. "Hey! I'm eating here, Pyro!" he shouted to them. "You were the one in the way, Ironhead!" Natsu barked back. "Save the rage for the Unversed, okay?!" Kirito told him.

The Trinity Armor shot a blast of fireballs at the four, but Natsu inhaled all of them. "Man, that tasted pretty awful!" he stated, "Let me show a real fireball!" He lit up his hands with flames and placed them together. "Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame!" he shouted, sending a large fireball at the Unversed, combusting it. Erza then came flying in with her Heaven's Wheel Armor, sending a barrage of her swords at the enemy. Kirito finished the attack with his 'Sovereign Fist' Finisher, jumping high into the air before slamming his fist down onto the Unversed, destroying it.

Not only did this attack finish off the Heartless, but it also blasted a hole through the wall of pipes, giving the path forward for the heroes to go on. Not only that, but the Chaos Emerald flew out from the blast of attacks, and Riku caught it. "That's our second one." Kirito stated, seeing the Emerald, "Let's keep moving!"

Riku, Kairi and Kirito made it past the broken wall fine, but suddenly, a blast of energy rained from the sky, damaging the structure around the wall of pipes, forming another wall. "Guys!" Kairi shouted. "We're fine. We'll break through this eventually." Erza assured them. "Just keep moving and don't look back!" Gray told them. "Kirito, you better save a piece of that guys for me!" Natsu shouted. "I'll do what I can!" Kirito responded, "Kayaba, don't get yourself killed again!" "I won't" Kayaba replied, "Just move on ahead!" Kirito turned towards the path ahead, and he, Kairi and Riku raced onward.

(Cue Sonic Adventure 2 song 'Live & Learn')

Sonic, Asuna, Leafa and the rest of the crew made their way towards the end of the path, finding themselves nearing the edge of a cliff, where the last Chaos Emerald was at. "There it is." Asuna stated. "Let's go get it." Sonic said, about to run and grab it. However, something appeared out of nowhere to stop them in their tracks. It was the final form of the Iron Imprisoner, raring to go. "Back for more, huh?" Leafa asked, readying her Keyblade alongside Mickey, Recon and Asuna. The others prepared for combat as well, and they all charged at the Iron Imprisoner.

It was a serious fighter, since its' movements were devastating and powerful. Eggman Egg Mobile got damaged in the process, and Tails and Amy had to back off. Knuckles, Rouge, Yui, Recon and Sonic were taking hard hits from the Iron Imprisoner. Even Mickey was having trouble dealing with it. Asuna and Leafa were struggling to hold on as they felt their Soul Drives were about to run out. "We've got to finish it off right now!" Leafa stated, "Let's give it our all!" "Two Soul Finales?" Asuna guessed, "This Unversed won't know what hit it!" Asuna unleashed her Soul Finale, 'Flourish Storm', while Leafa unleashed her Soul Finale, 'Stagger Burst'.

Asuna tossed her Keyblade high into the air, and held her hand up high. "Odin! Lend me your strength!" she shouted. The double-bladed,Gagnrad, fell to Asuna, and she grabbed the handle. She grasped with both hands, and disconnected it into two separate swords. She whipped the two blades out, and a flourish of rose petals surrounded her.

"I know the pathway forward!" Leafa shouted, and she unleashed a burst of energy all around her, which struck the Iron Imprisoner and sending it off balance. She then made her Keyblade float in front of her, and it miraculously transformed into four bowswords that hovered around her.

The two started to slash like crazy at the Iron Imprisoner, who was still phased by Leafa's burst of energy. Leafa would also send arrows flying all around, shooting at the enemies. Everyone else backed off and watched the attack happen.

At the final attack, Asuna jumped into the air, connected the two blades once more, and raised it above her head, spinning it. "The storm is here!" she chanted as a swirl of wind and rose petals stirred around her. The Iron Imprisoner was carried into the attack, bringing him into Asuna's view. Then with one final slash, Asuna sliced all around her, cutting the wind and the Unversed in one fell swoop.

Leafa followed afterwards. Her bowswords disappeared, and her eyes started to glow as she saw visions of the Iron Imprisoner's future. "I can see it; your demise!" she shouted, and pillars of light fell from the sky, landing all around, including on top of the Iron Imprisoner, who roared in fury from the attack, then it faded from existence.

Both Leafa and Asuna reverted back to their original selves. Before they could celebrate, they noticed that their final attacks caused the cliffside to break apart and fall. The Chaos Emerald was about to follow. "Oh, no!" cried Leafa and Asuna, and they ran and made a dive for it, followed by Yui and Recon.

At the ground below, where they were closest to where Oberon was at, Kirito and Sora's parties met up together again. Kirito and Sora had already reverted back to normal again. They heard the collapsing cliff above them, and they looked up and see Asuna's party fall down towards them. "Asuna!" shouted the two boys. "They're not gonna make it!" Goofy shouted.

Leafa produced her fairy wings, and flew over to the Chaos Emerald, snatching it. She then turned and flew to Yui, Recon and Asuna, attempting to grab all of them and fly out of there, but the combined weight was too much for her. They closed their eyes, waiting for the impact on the ground.

"Zero Graviga!" Kirito shouted, producing his Keyblade and pointing at the four. This produced a void of no gravity around the four, suspending them just a couple meter above the ground. They looked around and saw that they were safe. Some rubble was about to fall onto them, but Sora unleashed his Aeroga to blast them out of the way.

Once they were all safe, Kirito released his Zero Graviga, and the four landed onto the ground. "You guys okay?" Kirito asked. "Yeah, thanks to you guys." Asuna replied, looking happily at Kirito and Sora.

"Did you guys get some Chaos Emeralds?" Riku asked them, he and Kairi pulling out the two they got, "Our group got two of them." "Same here." Sora added, Donald and Goofy pulling their Chaos Emeralds out. "That leaves the three we have." Asuna finished, Leafa, Yui and Recon all pulling out their Chaos Emeralds. They had gathered them all.

They looked up at the giant, demonic figure above them, who looked down at the ten of them, his eyes narrowed. "This is it." Kirito told the group, "Let's give Oberon a real test of our power of bonds." "This is for all the worlds that suffered because of you." Sora stated, "And for the worlds that are fighting against you." "We won't let their fights be in vain." Asuna finished, "We will prevail, and return the worlds to which they were once more!"

The three Keyblade wielders gathered together, looking at their seven comrades, who held the Chaos Emeralds out. The gems started to float and spin around the three, who started to glow once more as they felt the warmth of their power. In an instant, the Emeralds shined brightly as they entered the threesome's body. In a burst of energy, the three transformed into their Super Forms, their bodies glowing with the Chaos Energy. The seven were amazed at their transformation. Kirito, Asuna and Sora looked at one another, nodded that they were ready, and they shot up into the sky, ready to face Oberon.

Chapter 8: Reseal Hope

The three Super Form fighters rocketed into the air, stopping just at the chest level of Oberon, who followed their assent. The trio pulled out their Ultima Keyblades, getting into their fighting position. "Foolish Chosen wielders of Light." Oberon boomed, "You choose to fight me, when you know it is futile. I have absorbed the darkness of many worlds. Their rage, betrayal, selfishness, and many others. You think you can stand up to a power like that?" "You bet we can!" Sora responded, "Let us show you how we do it!"

As the seven watched from below, they heard some outcries, and saw Mickey skidding down the mountain, landing neatly onto the ground. "Your Majesty!" Donald squawked. "He's not alone." said Kayaba, racing along the pathway Kirito, Riku and Kairi took. Gretinal also joined them from the other path. "Where are the others?" Kairi asked. "We told them to fall back." Gretinal answered. "Natsu was a bit of a challenge for me to convince." Kayaba added.

"Sora, Asuna and Kirito are doing their best up there." Riku stated, looking high to watch them fight Oberon, who was swinging his fists of dark energy at them. "Yes, but it's not gonna be enough." Gretinal stated. "What do you mean?" Recon asked. "The negative energy pouring from the darkness is almost infinite." Gretinal answered, "All that darkness is coming from the Door to Darkness."

"The Door to Darkness?!" gasped Mickey, "You mean…" "Exactly." Gretinal answered, "That door is currently open right now, thanks to Oberon unlocking the gateway to it from here. That shadowy mist was really the silhouette of the Door itself. It is pouring all of its' darkness into Oberon, preventing him from being destroyed." "Then, how are we gonna stop it?!" exclaimed Leafa. "The Chaos Emeralds' energy will run out before they could defeat him!" Yui implied.

"There is one way." Gretinal stopped them, "And I believe you, Riku and Mickey, know how to do that." The two looked at one another, and realize what she meant. "We have to seal the Door shut." Riku stated, "And to do that, we need Mickey's special Keyblade." "And we need someone to lock it from the inside and outside, too." Mickey added.

"That means…" Leafa stated. "Whoever is inside the world of Darkness would be trapped there, unless they find a way out, like Mickey and I did." Riku explained. "That's pretty risky." Recon stated. "But it means that the dimension will be safe." Mickey replied. "The Door to Darkness is just up ahead." Gretinal explained, "Let's hurry and stop Oberon!" "Right!" agreed the others, and the ten charged towards the path ahead.

Up in the sky, Sora, Kirito and Asuna were giving everything they got onto Oberon, who was incredibly powerful. His arsenal consisted of his dark fists mixed with laser blasts from his eyes, the bursts of energy made from the Unversed marks on his face, to the blast of dark balls from his hands. And no matter how much damage they did, Oberon seemed to recover from the attack.

"It is pointless." Oberon told them, "The powers of darkness AND of nothingness are eternal. You cannot defeat me or my powers." "I'd hate to say it, but he seems to be right." Asuna replied, "We're just not landing a dent on him!" Whatever he is doing, he seems to have an outside source that keeps rejuvenating him." Kirito noticed, "We just got to figure out what it is before we lose our Super Forms!"

"I'm sure we'll be okay!" Sora told them, "Down below, I noticed the others were racing towards something. I'm sure they're helping us out. For now, let's not give Oberon an inch!" With that, the trio continued to fight.

Meanwhile, the ten heroes were taking out Heartless and Unversed as they neared the Doors to Darkness. After a few minutes, they were in full view of it. They were wide open, and a dark mist poured out, flowing towards the back of Oberon. It was the thing that gave Oberon an eerily glow.

"That's the Door!" Mickey noticed, swapping his Star Seeker Keyblade with the Kingdom Key D Keyblade. "Hold on!" Gretinal told him, "There is something I have to warn you!" "What is it?" Mickey asked. "There is a good chance that your Keyblade might not work on THIS Door to Darkness."

"Why not?!" Riku asked, "That Keyblade is the only thing that can close the door!" "Yes, that is true." Gretinal replied, "However you, King Mickey, are not of this dimension. Even should the Keyblade work, that doesn't mean you can seal the Door to Darkness without someone of this dimension to be with you."

"So what do we do?!" Donald asked in a panicked tone. "Maybe Mickey and I should go in." Kayaba spoke up, "I am from this dimension, so I can assist Mickey in sealing the Keyhole." "No, Kayaba!" Mickey stopped him, "I can't let you go through with this." "I have already caused a lot of trouble in this dimension." Kayaba explained, "The least I can do is help save it."

"But that's in the past!" Leafa told him, "Didn't you say a long time ago that you were going to make a new online world where everyone in Sora's dimension would enjoy? You can't let all that work go to waste!" "Someone has to make the sacrifice in order to save the dimension." Kayaba told her, "I might as well do it." "No…" Leafa muttered, amazed at what Kayaba was planning.

"There is one more thing I need to say." Gretinal continued, "Even if you were able to escape the world of Darkness behind those doors like you did before, you would still be in this dimension. You might not even find a way back home again. Are you sure you are okay with that?" This made the group even more concern than before. Donald and Goofy didn't want either Mickey or Kayaba to go, now. Kairi and Riku were worried as well. Yui and Leafa looked to one another, wondering if what they were doing was the right thing.

Kayaba and Mickey had just started to walk over to the Door to Darkness when Recon rushed out of the group, racing to Mickey. "Sorry!" he told him, and he shoved Mickey aside, grabbing his Keyblade, and racing to the Door. "Recon!" Kairi called out. "What the heck are you doing?!" Riku demanded. Recon stopped near the edge of the door, looking at them. "I'm doing the right thing; I'm sealing the Door from the inside myself!" he answered.

"You can't!" Leafa shouted, raising her hand to Recon, "You can't go!" "I am both a Keyblade wielder AND I'm from this dimension." Recon told her, "I'm the only one who should do this. All of you guys are more important than I am. The least I can do is seal this door shut!"

"Recon, you idiot!" Leafa shouted, "You are JUST as important as the rest of us. I don't want to lose you, Recon!" "You won't." Recon replied, "We will see each other again. But this dimension is on the line, and so are all the people in it. So I will do my part to save it. Please, let me do this task, Leafa." Leafa was starting to form tears in her eyes, not sure what to do. She knew how inexperienced Recon was with the Keyblade, but he could seal a Keyhole. That being said, she wasn't sure if she would see him again.

Mickey placed a hand on Leafa's arm. She looked down at him, who smiled. "His heart is telling him what to do." he told her, "We must respect that, and let him do his part." Leafa looked to him, then to the people around her, who knew that what he was doing was the right thing. She then looked to Recon, who stared at her determinately. Leafa wiped away the tears from her face, then nodded in confirmation.

Recon ran through the Door to Darkness as everybody else but Leafa went to either door, closing it. Leafa stared as Recon turned to face her again. "I'll either find you or you'll find me." Recon called out, "But remember; Our hearts are always together!" "I know they are." Leafa responded, "Please be safe, and I love you!" Recon smiled at what she said as the doors closed up the last bit of the way, then the last boom indicated it was fully shut.

Both Leafa and Recon concentrated, making their Keyblades shine. They shot beams of light straight at either side of the door, locking it shut. It was done. The Door to Darkness had been sealed.

Leafa collapsed to the ground, tear resurfacing on her face and pouring down on either side. Yui and Kairi came to either side of Leafa, kneeling down so they could hug her. Everyone else watched her cry with sympathetic expressions. Riku and Kairi especially knew well, since they could see how close they were getting.

For a while, they were quiet, then Mickey cried, "Look over there!" He was pointing towards Oberon, who's eerie glow around his body had faded away. "Looks like it worked." Gretinal assumed, "The Door to Darkness are no longer powering him. Now, it is up to those three to finish the fight.

In the battle, the trio were panting from exhaustion. They were unable to take down Oberon easily, and it looked like they might lose. However, the eerie glow of dark energy surrounding Oberon's body disappeared, making Oberon look at himself, startled. "What has happened?!" he boomed, "My powers… My powers have weakened!" He turned to see the nine fighters at the sealed Door to Darkness. "They did it." Kirito stated, "Those guys cut off his outside source." "Now, all that is left is Oberon!" Sora added.

"Oberon!" shouted Asuna, drawing his attention back to the trio, "It's thanks to our friends that we now have the power to destroy you. Prepare to meet your judgement!" "Curse you, Keyblade Wielders!" boomed Oberon, "I will destroy every last bit of light in this dimension, starting with you!" Oberon was ready to fight while the trio, who's new sign of hope rejuvenated them, were ready to continue.

(Cue Sonic 06' OST 'Boss: Solaris Phase 2)

Oberon swung a fist at the group, but they split and shot in different directions to avoid the attack. Sora shot an enhanced Thundaga at Oberon, who countered with a laser blast from his eyes. Sora immediately dodged the attack, and Kirito and Asuna saw this chance to strike the back of his head with their Keyblades. Oberon swiped at them, but they flew around his claws, striking each side of his head, ending with Sora slamming the top. Oberon roared in rage, and they continued the fight.

Oberon was not holding anything back now, since his only source of recovery was closed from him. With his mixtures of attacks came another one, sending barrages of Air Soldier Heartless and Archraven Unversed at the trio like rockets, but they avoided the attack as best as they could. Unlike before, Oberon had the power to damage them, so they couldn't get cocky with their attacks.

"All the worlds must fall into the abyss of nothingness!" boomed the demon as they fought, "I am powered by their sadness and rage. All hearts must live in eternal solitude from everything and everyone! And from these lost hearts, I shall create a power that will surpass anything! I shall remain supreme! The ONE ruler of all!"

"You don't get it, do you?!" Kirito demanded, continuing to strike at him, "Sadness and rage might be dangerous powers, but you just said it yourself; you are on your own!" "You betrayed many people and caused great pain onto others, trying to gain new powers." Asuna followed, "But you can never gain the power that are forged from bonds. It's a power that not only brings everyone together as one, but makes everyone stronger." "And it's a power that all three of us use!" Sora finished, "Our friends. Our comrades. Our families. Our loved ones. Everyone who's heart we are connected to. They are our power! And all that power is gonna take you down, right now!"

Sora, Asuna and Kirito slammed their Keyblades as one at Oberon's chest, and the impact made him fly back for the first time in the battle. "Your bonds are meant to be severed!" Oberon told them, "If you can make them, then you can destroy them. Your ties are only that strong so long as you have them. But what happens if you lose them? Where will all that strength be then?!" "Those bonds will never be destroyed. Not if we have any say in the manner!" Sora declared.

"It's true we argue." Kirito confirmed, causing Asuna and Sora to look at him, "And it is true we betray one another. We could even be enemies. In SAO, I tried cutting my ties from everyone so they wouldn't get hurt by me. But the more I tried pushing away, the more people wanted me in their hearts. So I let them do that, and look at where it has brought me…"

He raised his arms out, indicating not just Sora and Asuna, but all the people on the ground below. "Through the conflicts that I have dealt with, I made friends. Through the pain, the support we give to one another becomes greater. I have learned that through every world we have been to. You may have gained the pains of the hearts, but we gained the bonds made after that, and they are far stronger than you! I had gained an understanding of myself…" Kirito looked to Sora. "…From people who became my greatest friends…" He then looked to Asuna, "…To the loved ones I trust to protect me in the same way I would for them." He glared back at Oberon, "Even you must know the power that I speak of. That's why you are trying to destroy it! Well guess what? You will never break the heart's bond, no matter what!"

(Cue 'Passion' KINGDOM Orchestra Instrumental version)

Sora, Asuna and Kirito started to glow even brighter. Oberon raised his hands, roaring as he was gathering power from above. Down below, everyone was glowing in the same fashion as the three Keyblade wielders. They were all looking up at the three in the sky, feeling their hearts ringing out to them. small strands of lights leapt out of each of their bodies, gathering towards the trio. They were covered in the many strands of lights formed by the people they forged bonds with, encircling them as they felt their power gathering forth.

"If I can't sever your ties, then I shall just destroy all of you!" boomed Oberon, and he formed a deep red and black orb that was the same size as Oberon. He threw it at them, and it fell towards them like a meteor.

At this point, Sora, Asuna and Kirito raised their Keyblades, and drew three golden Xs in front of them. "Heart Cross Burst!" they shouted in unison. Sora's crown pendant, Kirito's Elucidator pendant, and Asuna's Wayfinder shined brightly, their shapes melding with the Xs they formed, which combined as well, forming the heart and crown symbol of Kingdom Hearts, with a sword going down the middle of it.

"Sword…" Sora started, pulling his Keyblade back. "…Art…" Asuna followed, mimicking Sora's movements. "…Kingdom!" Kirito finished, mimicking Sora and Asuna. The three then thrusted their Keyblades forward, and their symbol blasted forth a shining burst of energy that shot towards the meteor.

The two attacks collided, pushing off of one another, trying to overpower the other one. After several seconds, the beam of light shot straight through the dark meteor, obliterating it. It shot itself towards the shocked Oberon, who did not see this coming.

The beam then split into several strands of light, enveloping Oberon like a cocoon. Oberon tried clawing his way through, but he couldn't do anything. The lights fully enveloped him, and everyone could hear his outcry as the light overpowered him within. He was unable to handle it, and the light caused him to revert to his former Heartless form, and even then, he could not handle the light. He cried out in agony as he vanished into the light, taken out by the very light and bonds he sought to destroy. He was finished.

The light continued to shine even after Oberon's voice vanished. In fact, it started to shine brighter and bigger as the landscape started to vanish from under its' wake. Everyone on the ground were enveloped by the light, vanishing from sight. This included the trio who were still floating in the air after the attack. The light continued to grow, enveloping the entire land into light. That was the last thing everyone noticed before they whited out.

Chapter 9: The Final Keyhole

Sora, Asuna and Kirito were the first to wake after being enveloped by the light. They got to their feet again and looked around. They were back in front of the hospital of Kirito and Asuna's world. Leafa, Riku, Kairi, Donald, Goofy, Yui, Mickey and Kayaba and were all on the ground on one side, while Ryoutarou, Andrew, Rika, Keiko and Shino were on the ground in another area close to them.

"We're back…" Asuna pointed out, looking about. "What happened?" Kirito asked, "Where are all the others? What happened to that world we were in?" "It must've been destroyed." Sora guessed, "Since the Heartless and Unversed created that world, with the Door to Darkness closed and Oberon destroyed, all the worlds that were swallowed in darkness are now back to the way they were." "Really?" Asuna asked him.

"He is correct." said Gretinal, walking towards the trio from behind, "Every world is going back to its' original state, and the people from them are returning to their rightful place." The trio looked to one another, smiling happily. "Well done, Keyblade wielders." Gretinal congratulated them, "You have stopped Oberon at last. Now, the worlds are safe again."

Just then, the others passed out on the ground were starting to wake up, and they looked around to see where they were. "What's going on?" Ryoutarou asked, "How did we end up back here?" "We did it, you guys!" Sora cheered, "Everything is back to normal again!" "Well, as normal as things can get." Asuna corrected him. "Still, the darkness and nothingness are gone. All is well again." Kirito stated. The group looked to one another, smiling and cheering for their victory. This was a fight they had been waiting to end. However, not everyone was cheering in victory.

Leafa was looking about, seeing her friends there, but no sign of Recon. She had hoped he would come back again, but it was unfortunate. She looked down, sad for her loss. "What is it, Leafa?" Sora asked, "You should be celebrating!" "I know that, but…" Leafa started, but she couldn't bring herself to finish the sentence.

Kirito looked to his, then looked at the group. "Where's Recon?" he asked. At this, the people that knew his fate grew quiet. "He used the special Keyblade Mickey had to seal the Door to Darkness…from the inside." Leafa answered. "You mean he's…" Asuna stared, realizing what this meant. Everyone went quiet, realizing what Recon had done. "In the end, he saved us all." Kirito stated, "He really showed his stuff as a Keyblade wielder today, didn't he?"

"Let's not give up ALL hope!" Sora stopped them, "He'll be back, just like Riku and King Mickey did. I'm sure he is safe. Count on it!" The group looked at Sora, who was smirking at his belief.

"That is just like you, Sora. You never give up hope on someone's fate." Kirito stated. "He knew he would find me again. He's had experience at this kind of stuff." Riku added. "And yet, I can't help but believe in Sora's words." Asuna finished. "Yeah. You're right about that. Recon is still out there. We will find him again!" Leafa stated, smiling at Sora, who nodded in agreement.

After a couple seconds, the doors to the hospital slid open, and out came Mr. Yuuki, Seijirou, Midori, and Nurse Aki, who were happy to see them again. Everyone turned and saw the four adults running towards them. Asuna raced to her father, hugging him. Midori spread her arms out as Leafa embraced her, with Kirito standing close to them, grateful to see his aunt. Everyone was talking to one another, explaining on what happened when they last saw them, celebrating their victory.

After a while, Gretinal stopped the celebration. "I know you have a lot to talk about, but now, there are two things that must be done." Everyone turned to her, wondering what it was. "The first thing that must be done is to seal the Keyhole of Bond in this world." she told them, "And for that to happen, Leafa, Kirito, Asuna, you must make it." "The three of us?" Leafa asked. "How do we do that?" Kirito asked. "I'm sure that deep in your hearts, you know how to make it." Gretinal replied, smiling at them.

Kirito, Asuna and Leafa looked to one another, then they pulled out their Keyblades. They stepped forward, and concentrated. At first, they had no idea what kind of bond they were looking for. However, it seemed to appear in their minds, like they knew from the start. Their bodies started to glow brightly, the realized bond forming between them.

Three beams of light shot into the sky from their glowing bodies, forming a Keyhole. Three rings formed around Kirito, Asuna and Leafa's bodies, and they grew bigger as they looped around each other's feet. They twirled their Keyblades around, directing them at the Keyhole. Their Keyblades shot a beam of light at it, locking it up and making a sparkling of lights shower down upon them. Then everything was normal once more.

The sparkling lights shined down from the sky, glittering around the group. "This feeling…" Riku muttered. "I can feel it. This kind of bond is one of the most powerful ones." Sora stated, "Leafa and Recon have it, and so do Kirito and Asuna." "The Keyhole of Love." Kirito deduced, "That's this Keyhole." They continued to watch the lights sparkling down around them, the feeling of love from it enveloping them all.

The second thing that had to be done was also important; return Disney Castle to its' dimension again, along with Sora, Riku, Kairi, and all the residents of the Castle. Since that world was not of this dimension, it was important that it would go back to its' dimension. Kayaba also said that he should return as well, since he had many things to do there as well.

"But what about us?" Kirito asked, indicating himself, Asuna, Yui and Leafa, "We're still in our avatars, and Yui is still human." "Your hearts and body are as one again." Gretinal reminded them, "These are your new looks now." "But what about our avatars online?!" Asuna asked, "Can we even log in again?" "I'll make sure you can use your avatars again in Alfheim again." Kayaba assured them, "It shouldn't be a problem duplicating them again."

"And Yui?" Asuna asked, placing a hand on Yui's shoulder. "Yui is an exception." Gretinal replied, "She can return to the dimension again, and go back to being a Navigation Pixie again. However, the choice is yours, Yui. Do you wish to stay like this, or do you want to go back?"

Yui looked to her mother and father, then she smiled as she replied, "I want to stay here. I am closer to mama and papa than I have ever been, so I will stay here and be their daughter in the real world. Plus, I can also become more than just a Navigation Pixie, but a Player for ALO as well!" Kirito and Asuna looked to her, realizing there was that option. They here happy for her choice, and couldn't wait to work with her in a new way in the online world.

There was a moment during all those of Sora's dimension had to say farewell. Gretinal handed something to Mickey, which was a crystal-like device used to communicate with her from this dimension. She recommended he or Yen Sid to hold onto it, since she wanted to be in contact with the two Keyblade Masters.

Kirito, Asuna and Sora were the last to say farewell. "Well, this is goodbye for now." Kirito told him, "But I believe we'll work together again." "Count on it!" Sora replied, "We might be aways from one another, but our bonds are always connected to one another." "You might call it our 'Dimensional Bond'." said Asuna. The trio giggled at this comment.

Sora raised a hand to them, and both Asuna and Kirito took it with their own. Sora then waved to them as he ran to Riku, Kairi, Donald, Goofy, Mickey and Kayaba. They called upon the Gummi Ships, and they disappeared.

It took a while, but the group made it back to Disney Castle again, where they were reunited with Pluto, Queen Minnie and Daisy, along with Chip and Dale. After a reunion, Sora, Riku and Mickey readied themselves, pulling out their Keyblades. At the same time, Mickey told Gretinal that they were ready using the device she gave him, and Leafa, Kirito and Asuna readied their Keyblades as well.

(Cue KH OST 'Hand in Hand')

All six Keyblades started to glow bright, then shot beams of light into the sky, heading towards the part of space closest to Disney Castle. The six beams formed a circle, then shot a massive beam of light, shooting to the Keyhole that separated the dimension. With a deep boom, they unlocked the pathway, and those of Disney Castle braced themselves at the world was pulled through the Keyhole. Sora smiled as he thought about Kirito, Asuna and the rest of the gang, as the world disappeared from sight. The world had finally returned to its' dimension again.

Kirito, Asuna and Leafa lowered their Keyblades, looking at one another. "Looks like it's over." Leafa stated. "Yep. Now we can relax." Asuna added. "For now, anyway." Kirito stopped them, "I have a feeling that there are more dangers coming ahead of us. We'd better be ready for them."

"Indeed you must be ready." Gretinal told them, drawing everyone's attention, "The dangers that are about to come are more threatening than I feared. I saw this during the battle with Oberon. He is finally gone, but I believe someone else was also behind this attack." The trio were startled at this. "What do you mean?" Leafa asked, "How can someone be behind the attack Oberon unleashed?!"

"Remember who actually created Oberon in the first place, and who was responsible for unleashing both Oberon and Gouxus. It was the man who's Nobody had done this." "You mean…Xehanort?!" Kirito asked, the trio realizing who she meant. "I am not sure. I need more time to think and understand all of this." Gretinal answered, "For now, be on your guard, and await for me to call upon you. There is a task you might have to do soon."

"And what would this task be?" Asuna asked. "It is a task that will test your skills as Keyblade wielders." Gretinal replied, "And it will be a task that will test your limits, whether or not you are prepared for the battles ahead. It is…the Mark of Mastery." The three looked to one another, wondering. It seemed their challenges weren't over. Not by a long shot.

Whoo! That was a serious story to complete. But at last, I did it. In truth, this story was actually made out from the struggles I have endured in my life, involving my isolation from others, and understanding the bonds that can be formed from people. I hope the words of these stories aren't just for show, but that you also take in the meaning behind each bond, that nothing is impossible as long as you have hearts connected to you. That's just what I wanted to say.

However, I did give a big giveaway that the story will continue on. I am probably gonna take a break for a while, but I will also post secret previews of the stories to come.
