I'm in the barracks but all I can hear and see are my memories.
'Daddy, please! I'm scared'
'No son of mine is a sissy! Get in that fucking pond!'
I see Mama crying. She turns her back and looks away.
Strong hands are on me and suddenly I'm splashing in water. Shocked I breath in water.
It's murky and I can see the legs of the dock but they seem so far away. I break the surface and see Daddy laughing.
I can't breath, I come to the surface again and see Mama reaching for me.
I black out.
