"YOUR SOULD COULDN'T BE ANY WEAKER!"

"Huh?" Yumi glanced around in confusion. The promise day was nearly here. It was tomorrow. Darius, Heinkel, and her were still trying to find Ed, and Greed. They were currently walking through a town in the middle of the night, it was a town that she knew Hohenheim was in, so naturally she figured at lest Al might be here.

"What is it?" Darius asked.

"Nothing. Just...Thought I heard something." She said as she continued to walk. She heard a loud noise that apparently Darius and Heinkel heard too.

"Animal hearing?" Misery suggested.

She looked towards the woods. Her instincts were telling her not to get any closer... but she had to. She could tell something was going down over there.

She ran forward and jumped over a bunch of obstacles, up into a tree and saw something wrap it's tendrils around Greed. She narrowed her eyes.

"Yumi, no, don't this is Pride, you'll get ki-"

"Mute." She said coldly, shutting Misery's voice out of her head. She allowed the darkness part of her alchemy to wash over her and with that she jumped down and cut the black tendrils with her own darkness. "KEEP YOUR SLUTTY PAWS, OFF MY BOYFRIEND!" She snapped, landing easily on her feet.

"Yumi!" Ed and Ling exclaimed. She smirked.

"Miss me?" She smirked before turning back to Pride, disgust on her face.

"Hello Misery. Looks like you and Greed are in the same pathetic boat tonight." She gritted her teeth in anger.

"It's about time I stop losing." She muttered. She shot her right hand up in the air causing her tendrils to slice through the power lines.

Everything was dark. Yumi didn't move, as the others talked. She just stood there, staring at the ground, listening.

"Damn Pride. How is he even capable of finding us. Did Father give him some new ability?" Greed grumbled. Yumi's eyes widened, and she swiveled around.

"DUCK!" She shouted before she started to fire away with her gun, causing everybody else to look at her like she was crazy. At least until Gluttony fell to the ground. "Shame he had to get back up." She muttered. "He looks far more flattering down."

"GET DOWN!" Darius said and knocked the four of them over as Gluttony tried to attack them again.

"I smell you Full Metal Alchemist, and I smell Greed, and I smell Misery." He said as he ate a chunk out of the tree.

"Of course he'd bring Gluttony." Greed muttered.

"At least now we know how he tracked you dumbasses down. He used gluttony's sense of smell to follow your scent." Yumi commented as she slipped both guns out of their holders and into her hands.

"I also smell somebody I've never smelled before. And they smell tasty." Darius stared in the direction Gluttony's voice was coming from.

"Go for it." Greed said with a grin as he put a hand on his shoulder. "Oh, and he's a homunculus by the way." She rolled her eyes at him.

"You expect me to fight a monster like that?"

"He's relying on his sense of smell to guide him. I'd say the two of you are pretty evenly matched, wouldn't you say?" Yumi interjected.

"My animal instincts are calling me an idiot for listening to you." Darius said before he sprung forward.

"And, off he goes." She chuckled slightly.

"What Ling?" She glanced over at Greed as he spoke, her heart was thudding hard against her chest.

"Pull it together, Juliet. Now's not the time." Misery warned her. Gluttony suddenly dove forward, taking off Greed's arm.

"Doesn't look like I have much of a choice. But don't go trying to run off with this body!" Greed warned.

"Oh drop it. It was my body to begin with!" Ling said aloud.

Yumi smirked as she examined her gun. "Wow. Even Misery and I have a better relationship that that!"

"You know, you could help us." Ling said.

"It's just a thought." Greed added with a grin.

"You two need to stop getting along. It's creepy." She said with a smirk before she stood up from the rock, dusting herself off. "Can't use fire, or shadows." She observed as she started to list off her weapons on her fingers as she talked. "Which leaves, Earth, Air, Water, Guns, and plain old fashioned beat down." She said with a grin. She opened her mouth to say something else but was cut off by Gluttony yelling about being hungry and wanting to eat. "Did you do something?" She asked, turning to Ling.

"You weren't watching?"

"First off, nobody can see in this darkness smart ass, and secondly, I was busy." She glanced back over in the direction of her "brother", about to start her attack on him when a blur rushed past her. She couldn't see anything but she could hear the sound of a blade whistling through the air. Then, Gluttony screamed and the sound of limbs clattering to the ground sounded.

"What happened!?" Ed and Yumi questioned at the same time.

"Stay down, kids!" Darius ordered as he pushed them down.

"Is that...it is!" Ling exclaimed with an happy grin. They could see her now, as Gluttony's wounds were healing themselves. She was dressed in black and white and she stabbed him in the head, flipping off of him.`

"I'm glad to see you're okay. I'm glad that you finally found me. Lan Fan." Ling said, causing Yumi to smile slightly at the girl.

"Fuck yes." Yumi said with a grin.

The promise that should never have been made,
Will try to steal our future yet again today.
Even if I gain the things that I wanted,
I honestly, still am not able to smile at all.
The pouring tears are not from weakness or regret,
It is born from the shards of all the pain.

No matter how time goes, fate goes along,
I know that there is only one thing, that is truly sure to me.
Thinking to myself, and being lost in this moment for so long,
I am, going to move forward.

The switch of my heart's landmine that I have wanted isn't off,
I want to change this future, so please see this with a common melody

I know, it's really short and shitty, but yeah, I have no excuses. I'll prolly update one or two more times today, I want to get at least two or three chapters up today.
