Death of Sniper: That would be a really cool connection, wish I had thought of it. Hahaha anyway no I did not intend to make Umiko's description of Honou similar to Zancrow with Hades the similarities are all coincidental. I really wanted her to be able to use water magic since I've always wanted to see a water God slayer, there really isn't much of a reason beyond that. I guess you're right, this scenario is pretty big in scale. I believe that the guest this last question perfectly but I'll clarify just in case. Both Honou and Zancrow have the same magic and the same teacher, since their magics are the same and since slayers can't consume their own element they would be unable to eat each other's flames.

"Already dead? I see, so you're the second persona locked within that insects mind." Honou said as Kasai cracked his neck proceeding to stretch out his limbs.
"Glad to know my reputation proceeds me." Kasai said as he started walking toward Honou.
"You could say that but you'll have to remind me what your name is, I don't tend to keep track of trash." Honou said making Kasai scowl.
"Pretty damn confident, aren't ya?" Kasai asked as a red aura began to pick up around him.
"As confident as I am when stepping on a roach." Honou said as he lifted his foot and pressed down on a bug that was scurrying by.
"Good, one thing the God slayer and I have in common is…" Kasai said as he disappeared and reappeared behind Honou "we love knocking people off their high horses." He said slashing at Honou with a clawed hand but he ducked and then slammed a kick into Kasai's stomach.
"I see you're just as mentally impaired as the other you because only someone with half a brain would challenge me." Honou said as he began slamming multiple punches into Kasai.
"This isn't fair! My master already beat that fake! He shouldn't have to fight another one!" Umiko yelled to Qetesh who just shrugged in response.
"It's not like it'll matter, Honou won't lose no matter how many times they switch off." Qetesh said watching the fight with a perverted glint in her eyes. "Beside's this is way more interesting." Qetesh said as Umiko grumbled in response not liking the look the sex Goddess was giving her master.
"Whatever…" Umiko muttered as she watched her master continue to slam punch after punch into Kasai's body.
"Kagu-Tsuchi, why is Kasai here?" Shizuka asked the fire God as he watched the fight.
"When a mage loses all of the magic in their body they die, not even Zancrow could have broken out of that attack Honou trapped him in. Kasai knows this and just before Zancrow lost his life he stepped in using his yokai to keep them alive." Kagu-Tsuchi replied as Shizuka looked at Kasai in surprise. From what Zancrow had told her he was a monster that shouldn't be trusted no matter what and yet he saved Zancrow.
"Don't get the wrong idea, he most likely did it to save his own life."
"Oh...do you think Zancrow will regain control of his body?" Shizuka asked but the fire God's response was not reassuring.
"It's hard to say, this is the first time in history that a situation like this has occurred. How their body and minds work is a mystery even to me."
"Zancrow…" Shizuka muttered as she watched Kasai jump back to avoid another flaming fist.
"I can see that you're far more calculating than your host was." Honou said as Kasai landed on his feet a few meters away.
"Host? Tch, don't give Zancrow so much credit. This body is as much mine as it is his." Kasai spat as he rolled his shoulder feeling the bones cracking.
"Is that what you tell yourself to try and deny the truth?" Honou asked as he walked toward the ghoul. "But no matter how many times you tell yourself that you know that it is just a lie, you're nothing more than a figment." Honou said as Kasai clenched his fist his hair covering his eyes. Honou continued to walk forward until Kasai appeared just inches in front of him swinging a flat handed strike for his jaw.
"I'm getting real sick of hearing you talk." Kasai said as a crimson aura burst off of his hand forming a long spike "Vampire's Bloody Skewers!" Kasai yelled, he threw the attack but Honou blocked it with a flaming arm.
"How disappointing, you're a worthless worm just like-" Honou spat but before he could finish he had to jump back to dodge four large tendrils composed of yokai that came out of Kasai's back. The four tendrils stabbed into the ground where Honou had been standing just milliseconds after he jumped back, one of the tendrils managed to nick Honou on the leg as he jumped away.
"Heh, useless worm huh? Well this worm just drew blood from you." Kasai said with a smirk as the tendril that had hit him waved in front of him a small amount of blood still on the tip. "So what does that say about y-"Kasai mocked but before he could continue he felt Honou's fist burrows deep in his stomach making him cough up blood.
"It irritates me when trash forgets its place." Honou said pulling his other fist back and slamming a punch into Kasai's jaw, the ghoul was sent flying back skidding across the floor before coming to a halt. Kasai had nearly no time to recover from the attack before Honou tried to drop kick him.
"Shit." Kasai cursed as he blocked the kick with his tendrils, or at least attempted to since he crashed straight through them landing the attack dead on.
"Fire God's…" Honou said as he jumped up and lifted a hand over his head "Crashing Meteor!" Honou yelled swinging his hand down and sending a ball of flames down on Kasai. The collision caused a burst of flames to consume Kasai and the ground around him. As the flames faded Kasai picked himself up from the crater keeping his eyes locked on Honou who was standing just a few feet away.
Honou charged at Kasai and threw a flaming fist that Kasai had to use a great deal of yokai to block. He was about to swing in for his own attack but he felt Honou round house kick him before he could, Kasai gripped his side as he slid across the floor using the momentum to jump back onto his feet. "Vampire's Bloody Barrage!" Kasai yelled as he jumped up, he spun in the air before aiming a hand down at Honou causing hundreds of tiny needles to fly toward him. Honou jumped side to side to avoid the attack getting in closer with every jump.
"Fire God's Celestial Crux..." Honou said as he neared Kasai, he pressed his flaming hand to the floor as he ran until he was just under Kasai. He threw his hand up causing a geyser of flames to explode into the air hitting Kasai directly "...and Holy Crash!" Honou yelled appearing above Kasai and slamming a drop kick into his stomach sending him crashing into the floor.
Honou landed a few feet away from the crater his attack created with a wave of smoke rising from the hole. Kasai shakily picked himself out of the crater lifting his body onto normal ground and standing on somewhat shaky legs.
"As if that could finish me off! Vampire's Bloody Claws!" Kasai yelled rushing forward and ducking low as Honou prepared for the oncoming attack. "Vampire's Bloody Aviation!" Kasai yelled just as he was about to reach Honou. Before the fire God slayer could counter attack two crimson yokai wings sprouted from Kasai's back allowing him take to the skies and then dive down toward Honou.
"Divine Formation: Fire God's Grand Retribution." Honou said as black flames encompassed him, four magic circles appeared around him three formed a triangular shape under him as one hovered a few meters over his head. Kasai closed in swinging his clawed hand at Honou but as the attack was about to land his body disappeared into his flames, Kasai soared straight into the flames but Honou back flipped out of the way before pointing his hand into the air.
"How utterly pathetic." Honou said waving his hand down and slamming it onto the floor causing a pillar of flames to crash down on Kasai from the highest magic circle bombarding him with an overwhelming amount of magic.
"Master is amazing, that spell is so overwhelming." Umiko gawked as she watched her master's spell completely crush Kasai.
"Not only that but this Zancrow isn't resistant to fire like the last one was which means this would hurt a lot more than the other attacks did." Qetesh said as she glanced over to Kagu-Tsuchi with a smirk. "You sure you don't want to just give up now? It would be a lot easier for that boy if you did." Kanu-Tsuchi turned his head to look at Qetesh as she spoke.
"I'm putting my faith in Zancrow, he hasn't given me any reason not to trust him yet."
"Trust? You honestly believe that this thing could beat me!" Honou yelled as he began walking out of the pillar of flames he created dragging Kasai out by his collar. "Well obviously you've become senile since the last time I saw you." Honou said as he threw Kasai onto the ground in front of everyone continuing to walk toward them.
"You have overstayed your welcome as the fire God." Honou growled as he stepped passed Kasai and glared at Kagu-Tsuchi.
"Honou, you know that you can't become the new fire God. They wouldn't just let you take my place after what happened all those years ago." Kagu-Tsuchi said but Honou didn't seem to care.
"Now, that's where you're wrong. They've already promised me the position of fire God and as an added bonus the pleasure of being the one to kill you." Honou said with a smirk, Kagu-Tsuchi was about to reply until he felt something appear around his wrists. He looked down to see that around his wrists were shackles connected to a five meter long chain that Qetesh held in her hands.
"Now then Kagu-Tsuchi, it seems your little trainee has lost. Why don't you just come quietly." Qetesh said pulling on the shackle making Kagu-Tsuchi fall forward, he glared at the sex Goddess as he tried to stand back up only to be pulled back down.
"These shackles make you as worthless as that yokai woman over there, don't bother fighting back Kagu-Tsuchi." Qetesh laughed as Shizuka ran toward Kasai and knelt down beside him. She placed a hand on his chest as he lay unmoving on the ground.
"His heart isn't beating…" Shizuka muttered making Kagu-Tsuchi turn his gaze onto the fallen boy.
"That's right, my master is the greatest there ever was! He beat that fake and now he can spend the rest of eternity in hell where he belongs!" Umiko cheered with excitement as she ran to Honou's side.
"H-H-Hell?" Shizuka stuttered as tears welled up in her eyes, she stared down at Kasai allowing her tears to slip down her cheeks and onto Kasai.
"That's right, that little pervert is stuck in hell right now with no hope for ever coming back." Umiko replied as Shizuka slowly turned her head to Kagu-Tsuchi, the fire God looked at her before turning his head to the floor.
"I suppose our work is done huh Kagu-Tsuchi, it's almost sad to see you finally being dethroned." Qetesh said as she walked toward the fire God pressing a foot to his armored shoulder and pushing him down.
Umiko was about to happily cling to her master until she noticed something, it happened in the blink of an eye but she just barely managed to see it coming. Kasai vanished from his spot on the ground and appeared behind Honou with a clawed hand ready to cut him in half. She reacted in an instant and pushed him out of the way.
'Shit,' Kasai cursed as he saw Umiko take her masters place, he quickly grabbed her instead and held his claw close to her throat. "God damn it, you just had to get in the way didn't you?" Kasai asked as Umiko struggled in his hold but with the magic nullifying collar still around her neck she couldn't do anything to break free.
"You're not dead." Honou said plainly as he stared at Kasai who could so easily end his protégé. Shizuka stared up at Kasai in shock, she had checked his heartbeat...it was most definitely not there.
"Of course not, it takes a hell of a lot more to kill me than some flashy fire trick." Kasai replied as he held his claw closer to Umiko's neck. "And now I got your pet here as a hostage so you might as well just give up." Kasai said with a smirk.
"M-Master…" Umiko muttered staring into Honou's eyes as he stared at them coldly. 'I trust you master, I know you can save me.' Umiko thought smiling as she saw Honou's right hand ignite with flames.
"Indeed you do but the problem is…" Honou said as he fired a concentrated beam of flames toward them tearing through Umiko's side and in turn just above Kasai's stomach "I would have to care about the hostage for this to work."
Umiko gasped in pain as she felt Kasai's grip loosen, he fell back as she stood on her feet clutching her side. "Master...why…" Umiko muttered as she fell onto her knees looking up at Honou as he walked forward.
"You lost to this wretched rat, that makes you just as pathetic as him. I don't associate myself with filth Umiko." Honou said as he lifted his foot and pushed her back until she collapsed on her back. Qetesh watched scene unfold with slight shock, he had just heartlessly attacked the one person that honestly loved him.
"I didn't think you had it in you Honou, good for you." Qetesh said smirking as Kasai and Umiko lay on the ground. Shizuka watched in horror as Kasai and Umiko lay in growing pools of their own blood, she was about to rush to Kasai's side until she saw Honou stepping toward them. Just like before she froze up unable to move her body to help him.
"Looks like it's over for you father," Honou said as he glanced over to the fire God "your fuck up of a trainee is dying beside my own fuck up and you're about to pay for everything you've lied to me about." Honou continued as Kagu-Tsuchi glared at him. Qetesh laughed at his expression as she walked over to where Kasai was lying pulling Kagu-Tsuchi with her.
"Nicely done Honou now we can finally get rid of Kagu-Tsuchi." Qetesh laughed as she pressed a foot onto the ghoul's stomach.

"You fucking bastard give me back my body before you get us killed!" Zancrow yelled throwing a punch at Kasai who blocked it before jumping back.
"If I didn't take over we would be dead." Kasai replied with a scowl.
"Tch, as if I'd die to a bastard like that." Zancrow growled as Kasai sighed in annoyance.
"Look idiot, we don't have a lot of time. Honou could kill us very easily right now we have to move quickly." Kasai said as he walked toward Zancrow. "Listen to me, I'm gonna try to heal us but it will cost me the rest of my energy...which of course means you'll be in control again."
"Good, that's how it should be." Zancrow growled in response making Kasai roll his eyes.
"You have to grab the fire God and run as fast as you can." Kasai replied making Zancrow stare at him in shock.
"What? Why don't I just use second origin and beat that asshole?" Zancrow asked but Kasai just growled at the God slayer.
"You'll die if you try dumbass. Our only option is to get Kagu-Tsuchi out of there and wait until we can recover completely." Kasai answered as Zancrow glared down at the floor.
"Fine, I'll grab the fire God and Shizuka and then I'll run." Zancrow replied but Kasai shook his head.
"She's too far away for you to be able to get her and the fire God while avoiding Honou." Kasai said but Zancrow grabbed him by the collar and slammed him against a wall that formed behind him.
"I'm not leaving her behind." Zancrow spat viciously.
"You have no choice asshole." Kasai countered breaking Zancrow's grip on his collar and slamming him against a wall by the collar. "You'll have to use second origin and then use every bit of that power just to get away from Honou, he's stronger, faster, and smarter than you so just do what I say." Zancrow glared at Kasai who glared right back.
"I know you want to save her, believe me we share a mind now and I know how stubborn you are, but no matter what you do if you try and save her Honou will slaughter you. He is far stronger than either of us so just listen to me and get the fire God out of there!" Kasai yelled as he released his hold on Zancrow's collar. Zancrow looked down at the floor in anger, he knew Kasai was right...if he tried to save her they would both die.
"I hate you...I really fucking hate you." Zancrow said clenching his fists. "But I'll do it." He sighed as his grip loosened and he slid down on the wall until he was sitting on the floor.
"Alright, I'm going to heal us. Be ready to enter God drive and run as fast as you can." Kasai replied as he disappeared. Zancrow sighed again as he pressed his head against the wall looking up at his barren mind, it had become this ever since he fused minds with Kasai.
"I really hate that guy…"

Honou turned his gaze onto Shizuka who froze as he did. "I don't see why you are still here yokai, this doesn't concern you so just leave." Honou said as Shizuka glanced toward Kasai, Honou noticed this and almost chuckled.
"Do you plan on trying to save him? Because from what I could see you've just been cowering in that spot ever since I stepped close to him." Honou said as Shizuka lowered her head in shame. "You're just a pathetic abomination cowering under me." Honou mocked as Shizuka continued to stare at the floor.
'He's right...I'm so pathetic, I've seen Zancrow step up and defend so many people he cares about. Even me...I let my student defend me but I can't even raise a finger to help him.' Shizuka mentally scolded herself as she began to shake.
"Wow, you're even more of an asshole than me." Kasai said as Honou turned to look at him seeing the smirking ghoul staring back at him. "Well maybe that's pushing it a bit."
"Why aren't you dead yet?" Honou asked but then he noticed that the wound he had inflicted on him was almost completely healed. It was still there but it wasn't nearly as bad as it was before.
"Had to use the rest of my energy just to heal us." Kasai replied as his eyes began to fade between yellow and red. "It really is a pain to try and heal such a big wound but whatever." Kasai said closing his eyes. Zancrow opened his eyes and immediately activated God drive rushing toward Qetesh and Kagu-Tsuchi.
"What the hell." Honou spat watching Zancrow slam a punch into Qetesh's face before grabbing the fire God, he was about to stop Zancrow until he felt someone latch onto him. He looked down to see Shizuka holding him with her claws dug into him.
"I won't let him get you Zancrow, please run!" Shizuka yelled despite how afraid she was. Zancrow looked at her before he growled and vanished with a stream of flames trailing behind him, the flames covered half the clearing including the spot Umiko was lying in.
"You bitch!" Honou yelled slamming a fist into Shizuka's side, it hurt her immensely but she held on even tighter. Honou repeatedly hit her slamming fist after fist into her until she eventually collapsed to the floor spitting out a bit of blood.
"That bastard punched me!" Qetesh yelled in anger as she picked herself up and floated over to Honou who was clenching his fists in anger.
"I can't feel his magic anymore, that second persona of his is masking their presence." Honou growled as Zancrow's flames dissipated revealing the absence of a certain water God slayer.
"What are we going to do? The other Gods would kill me if I let Kagu-Tsuchi get away!" Qetesh panicked but Honou just shook his head.
"He'll be coming back eventually," Honou said kneeling down and picking Shizuka up by her collar "we have something he cares about."

Zancrow ran as fast as his feet would take him but with the amount of magic he used activating God drive, hitting Qetesh, and blasting away at full speed he was beginning to feel the effects more and more. His lower chest was burning painfully, he assumed Kasai was unable to fully heal the lethal wound that Honou had managed to land. He rain in varying directions to guarantee that Honou couldn't find them.
"Why the hell did you grab me too you perverted freak!" Umiko yelled as Zancrow carried her over his shoulder with the fire God hanging in his other arm.
"Shut up, it was an impulse. I couldn't just leave you there to bleed out and die." Zancrow panted as he ran, Umiko was about to yell at him until he collapsed forward falling onto the floor with his panting becoming harder and harder.
"God slayer...you're really pushing your body to it's limits." Kagu-Tsuchi said as he picked himself up and sat beside the panting God slayer.
"Yeah, I know…" Zancrow said with a chuckle "pretty much everything hurts." He muttered as he picked himself up a bit.
"Just rest God slayer, you shouldn't move around while like this." Kagu-Tsuchi said but Zancrow didn't listen.
"Well I just gotta do one thing first." Zancrow muttered as she crawled toward Umiko who had already sat up and began to check her bloody side.
"That looks like it hurts." Zancrow said making Umiko glare at him. "Hey hey, just calm down I'm trying to help." Zancrow said as he approached her, she tried to push him away but it hurt her even more to move. Zancrow lit his hand with flames as he approached her and she immediately tried to back away.
"What are you doing?!" She yelled as Zancrow sighed.
"I need to catalyze it or you'll bleed to death." Zancrow replied making her eyes bulge.
"No, please don't...m-my magic...my magic can help me heal just don't burn me." Umiko begged much to Zancrow's shock, she looked so scared and defenseless all of a sudden.
'What were you thinking Umiko, he won't take off this collar he's your enemy. He'd probably rather burn you.' Umiko thought to herself but as she was thinking she felt a weight from her neck fall off.
"Alright then, just try to refrain from attacking alright...I'm kind of exhausted." Zancrow said as he fell back and let his body relax against the cool grass. Umiko stared in shock at him, he just let her regain her magic and then let his guard down right beside her.
"Why would you do this?" Umiko asked as Zancrow groaned at having to talk again.
"If you have a way to heal yourself then that's fine, it's not like I want to burn you." Zancrow replied before forming a grin. "Besides, you have pretty great looking skin I couldn't bring myself to leave a scar on it." Zancrow said as Umiko blushed slightly.
"I-It's not really a healing ability...it's just a way for me to maintain normal blood flow in the area of my wound to keep it from releasing more blood." Umiko muttered as she placed a hand on her side allowing her black water to cover it.
"God slayer, what are we going to do now? With these shackles I'm useless and you are in no condition to be fighting anyone." Kagu-Tsuchi said as Zancrow sighed once again.
"That's a pretty easy question to answer flippant God. I'm gonna get some sleep, then get something to eat, and finally I'll go fight Honou again...but this time I'll kick his sorry ass." Zancrow replied as he finally lost consciousness allowing his body to rest.
