Thank you once again for everything! I'm still writing! I do apologise it has taken ages to upload it, but I've just had a lot on that's all. Though there is no good enough excuse I can tell you. Maddy POV

Warmth rushes to my cheeks as I hide my face in my hands that rest on my knees. Shannon's hand has stopped the patting and her whoops are beginning to become silent. The four of us friends are still seated on the bench, laughing and joking together; we've been like this a long time before and after Rhydian joined us. The bell for break had finally sunk in and all four of us groaned as it meant we would have to go back to class. Although it was break, both Rhydian and I's stuff was there and no doubt Miss will be wondering where we all got to. Slowly, we all raised and walked back into the school building and down the halls to class at our own pace. When reaching the door, everyone was flowing out to get as much of their free time as possible. Miss came to the door and let Rhydian and I in. We walked over to our desks, packed everything away, and collected our bags. Only before we could leave we were stopped by Miss. She gave us a long lecture as to why Rhydian was sent out; she demanded to know what happened with me, and also why Rhydian ran off. Though there is no reason, which we can tell her anyway. I felt Rhydian's heated hand slip slowly into mine and he grasped it then moved them just behind his back so Miss wouldn't see. To be honest I'm glad he did, I was already missing him even though he was inches away from me. Obviously he must have felt it too, like a pang of sadness when thinking about what had happened about ten minutes ago. Because of the lack of response from either of us she threatens to call mam and dad. But I know once we get home and explain things to them they won't be mad at us anyway, so no harm done. Therefore neither of us came up with an excuse. It was probably down to the absence of the moon tomorrow, so it wasn't we couldn't think of an excuse, it was we couldn't be bothered to. Once she had told us she was just going to have to call them, we sighed and left before we had to do anything else. Our hands stayed linked together for all of break. The only time they parted was in the dark room.

Shan and Tom went to find Harry to see if he wanted to hang out after school with us. But because of the no moon day tomorrow, Rhydian and I thought it was best not to waste too much energy and therefore went to wait for them in the dark room. The problem was I hate waiting; it's the most boring thing to do on earth. Especially when you're a Wolfblood. There was no convocation between us, we just sat next to each other on the chairs and stared down at our linked hands. Rhydian began to stroke the back of mine with his thumb, in slow, light movements. But it was still too quiet, where is everyone? I know Tom and Shan have gone to the other technology building but what about everyone else? There's usually someone talking loudly in the corridor. Most of the time it's Jimmy showing off with his mates. Yet today there doesn't appear to be anyone. Just before I'm able to tap into my wolf senses Rhydian finally speaks up.

"Maddy, what are you going to do for your presentation?"

Oh no. I actually hadn't thought that much about it. "I'll think of something over the weekend," I replied. He just nodded therefore I spoke more, "Yours was really good, I have no idea where it came from, but it was good." He gave me a smile. But it wasn't his happy or sad smile; it was the one he knew made me go weak in the knees. I haven't seen it in a long while and have sort of missed it. Therefore I leaned in closer, closer, and closer, until our lips finally met after a long unwanted pause. His other hand that wasn't linked with mine instantly flew to the side of my face as he deepened the kiss. Suddenly he pulled away to look into my eyes, I glared right back into his and it was like watching an evening sky. So blue, so soft, and so Rhydian. He let go of my hand and put his free one under my legs at the back of my knees. He lifted my legs up and laid them across his own. His other hand was still resting on my cheek only slightly lower and the other one wrapping around most of my waist. While my two find the back of his neck. Not once have we actually broken the kiss yet and now things are getting cloudy. Somehow it's as if Rhydian and I am the same person or he can read my mind because straight after, he pulls away. Both of us are grinning lightly as our gazes settle on each other's lips. I light giggle leaves my lips as he lightly kisses my cheek. Obviously I return the sweet gesture and feel the heat rush to my cheeks.

"You're cute when you blush, you know that?" Rhydian says flatly and quietly.

Then I realise after he said it, a rosy pink showed up on his cheeks too. "And you can't talk Mr!" I proclaim as my right hand leaves his neck and grazes his cheek lightly. We both end up blushing and he kisses me deeply on the lips again. It won't be long before the rest of them will be back. But like Rhydian said 'live in the now' and that's exactly what we're doing. And we could be here for a long time.
