Sorry for taking my time to do this chapter. This is going to be the most challenging duels I've ever done in my entire life. Please bare with me! I will try my best to make this the best duel I can make. Though, I will warn you, this will take up 2-3 chapters or more. Also, please don't get picky with the effects of the cards. Just enjoy the duel. Besides, most of them are correct anyways. Review please!
Each of the duelists: Jaden, Joey, Leon, Seto, and Yako drew five cards from their deck to their hand. They each gave each other glaring glances. Jaden made a huge smirk, since he got to play first. He drew his first card and came up with a strategy. A smirk grew upon his lips, biting his bottom lip.
"I'll start with bringing out Hero Kid!" Jaden declared as a kid with a space suit appeared on the field. "Using his special ability, I can special summon any number of Hero Kids!" Two more Hero Kid's appeared on the field. Everyone knew Jaden was aiming to sacrifice his monsters. "I sacrifice two Hero Kid's to bring out Elemental Hero Neos!" Two Hero Kid's disappeared from the field and were replaced with Elemental Hero Neos. "I place three face-downs and end my turn!"
"Wow, one full turn and you already got your ace! I'm more than excited!" Leon cried excitedly.
"Same here! I'll be coming out for ya, Kaiba!" Joey challenged Seto before drawing his next card.
"Then, looks like you won't make it by the next full turn!" Seto smirked, which made Joey's head boil.
"LISTEN HERE, KAIBA! YOU'RE GOING DOWN, YOU HEAR?" Joey shouted. "I play Scapegoat from my hand!" Four Scapegoat tokens appeared on Joey's field. "I sacrifice one Scapegoat to bring out Jinzo!" Jinzo appeared on the field and Jaden's middle face-down card was instantly destroyed.
"AW MAN!" Jaden whined.
"Just hiding behind your Scapegoats just proves your cowardliness," Seto insulted as Joey glared even deeper.
"I place two cards face-down and end it!" Joey finished.
"I GO!" Leon declared as he drew his next card from his deck. "I summon out Cinderella, then use her ability to special summon Pumpkin Carriage and equip Cinderella with Glass Slipper!" Cinderella appeared on the field, along with Pumpkin Carriage, and glass slippers appeared on her feet. She had a blue ball gown with her hair braided up like the Disney's Cinderella.
"NOT THIS CHICK!" Joey whined as Seto laughed mockingly.
"You're afraid of a fairytale character? Never thought I'd see the day," Seto mocked Joey.
"HEY! You have your Blue-Eyes wear those glass slippers and see how you like Cinderella!" Joey replied with a boiling head as all the other duelists burst out laughing.
"I remember that! Boy, does Red-Eyes look pretty with those high heels or what?" Jaden teased as everyone began gawking out laughing.
"I thought I heard everything! Now, I've heard it all!" Yako smirked mockingly.
"HEY! YOU COOL IT, YA PREMADONNA PEGASUS FANBOY!" Joey shouted, pointing his index finger at Yako.
"Oh, I'm quivering in fear."
"Get better insults. How about... gay Pegasus fanboy?" Seto smirked as Yako shot daggers at the rich CEO President. Seto put his hand in front defensively, making an over-the-top gesture. "Okay, okay, I get it, you're totally straight! I mean I'm sure the pink leather coat has nothing to do with the fact you're gay."
Everyone, even the ones in the audience except for Gekko, was bursting into laughter. Joey couldn't contain the laughter and laughed with everyone else. Yako noted to himself to take out Seto Kaiba just for that insult. Seto, at this point, didn't care what Yako did. For the most part, Yako would be more of a challenge, compared to Joey, as far as he was concerned.
"I also play Gingerbread House! I can select one of the effects of this card! On my next standby phase, I can gain life points depending on the number of cards I have on the field and hand!" Leon declared as a gingerbread house appeared behind him. "I place one card face-down and end my turn!"
"It's time I showed all of you how to duel, since Yugi's not here!" Seto declared drawing his card.
"Don't be such a wise guy, Kaiba! We all are duelists aren't we?" Joey glared.
"Relax dog. Let him get his ego going!" Jaden said cheerfully.
"I summon out Kaibaman in attack mode!" Seto declared. Just then, Mokuba began bursting out laughing.
"You CANNOT be serious! Is your ego so huge, that you had to fit it in a Duel Monsters card?" Mokuba mocked as Seto's head began boiling. "Seriously, what kind of an egoistic jerk... oh wait, this is Seto Kaiba we're talking!"
Everyone began bursting out laughing. Joey especially was trying to catch his breath from all the laughter. It took every ounce of strength for Seto to keep himself from strangling his little brother for that. He had to save the payback for when they dueled against each other. There was no way that he was going to let his little brother get the best of him in this duel! Not Mokuba!
"I use Kaibaman's ability by tributing him to summon out my Blue-Eyes White Dragon from my hand!" Seto declared as Kaibaman disappeared and was replaced with Blue-Eyes White Dragon, who let out a tremendous roar. Seto showed a huge smiling grin on his face. "I would like to see all of you face against my Blue-Eyes! Nothing can stand against the might of my unstoppable dragon!"
"Except my wall of Kuribohs!" Yugi mentioned as everyone chuckled.
"SHUT UP, YUGI!"
"Jaden, think you can bring out Winged Kuriboh to see how it stands against Kaiba's unstoppable monster?" Yugi asked Jaden from afar.
"Sure thing, partner!" Jaden winked.
"What? Do the main characters of this show get to draw whatever card they want?" Yako complained.
"Wish I was that lucky!" Jaden snorted. "Actually, I don't have Winged Kuriboh in my hand right now."
"I place two cards face-down and end my turn!" Seto finished up.
"It seems everyone is preparing with their ace monsters," Yako smirked before drawing his next card. "Not that I can blame them, since my brother and I carry the ultimate deck!" He peeked over his hand to come up with a strategy. "I summon Tellus the Little Angel, then, I will play my spell card Multiply to special summon three more Tellus'." A little angel-like creature appeared on the field, before becoming four. A smirk appeared on his lips. "I sacrifice three Tellus' to summon Wicked Avatar!" Three Tellus the Little Angels disappeared and were replaced with a huge black sphere, which then morphed into a black Blue-Eyes White Dragon with 3001 attack and defense points. "I'm sure you're aware of my Wicked god's ability, Kaiba."
"Okay, not good!" Jaden responded with widened eyes, staring at the Wicked Avatar version of Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
"I'll start with attacking your precious Blue-Eyes Kaiba, so you can learn not to mess with me!" Yako glared as Wicked Avatar, in Blue-Eyes White Dragon form, blue heaping black fireballs at Blue-Eyes White Dragon and banished him from the field, leaving Seto with 3999 life points remaining. "And you're open for a direct attack!" Tellus the Little Angel flew after Seto and attacked him, leaving him with 3499 life points remaining. "Now, I set one card face-down and end my turn!" Wicked Avatar then morphed from Blue-Eyes White Dragon to a black look-alike of Elemental Hero Neos with 2501 attack and defense.
"Hey, that looks like you, Neos!" Jaden told his ace monster with his perky smile.
Yako found Jaden amusing. Most duelists would be extremely annoyed by Wicked Avatar's ability to shape-shift into the monster with the highest attack points, but add an extra attack point to his monster. Jaden seemed to think this ability was cool. As a duelist, he was anxious to duel against this kid and see what he possessed. Jaden seemed to be the type of duelist who would catch Pegasus' eye. Just like Pegasus, Jaden dueled for the fun of the game and nothing else like competition or money.
"I guess it's my turn huh?" Jaden realized, rubbing the back of his neck before drawing his next card. "Your Wicked Avatar looks awesome, Yako, but I did promise Leon I'd take a crack at him. I hope you don't-"
"It's fine, go ahead!" Yako said with a calming smile.
"Yeah Jaden, let's see how your Neos goes against Cinderella!" Leon smirked with a challenge on his face.
"SWEETNESS!" Jaden replied excitedly. "My Neos attacks your Cinderella!" Elemental Hero Neos jumped up in the air and came after Cinderella, who was gasping in fear.
"I activate my face-down-" Leon said, before being interrupted.
"You can't activate trap cards, my Jinzo should've destroyed it!" Joey cried out.
"Which means it's not a trap card, you idiot!" Seto said, covering his face with his right hand. "How did you even make it this far?"
"As I was saying! I activate Buster Rancher!" Leon said as a large red machine gun appeared in Cinderella's hands and she showed a huge smirk on her face like she was Kill Bill.
"Now, there's something you don't see everyday," Joey responded with widened eyes.
"You know, I think I just might fall for Cinderella all over again," Mokuba smirked as Cinderella seemed to have blush appear on her cheeks as if she heard Mokuba.
"According to Buster Rancher's ability, if the monster equipped to this monster weapon has an attack of 2500 or less, Cinderella's attack increases by 2500 attack. Of course, it also has to be equipped to a monster with 1000 or less attack and Cinderella has 300!" Leon explained as Cinderella's attack increased to 2800. As Neos came on its way to attack the princess, Cinderella showed a huge smirk and held the red machine gun, then shot it right at Neos, destroying it from the field. Jaden was now left with 3700 life points remaining.
"NEOS!" Jaden cried out as Cinderella gave a blow kiss and a wink. He stuttered. "Uh..." Red appeared on Jaden's cheeks. Yugi was chuckling from the background.
"Guess Jaden has a fangirl," Yugi chuckled.
"That has to be one of the craziest pairings I've ever heard! It's like hooking Atem up with Sleeping Beauty!" Mokuba thought.
"HA! Like that would ever happen! I doubt if even a fangirl would think of making a story about Atem falling in love with Sleeping Beauty!" Hassleberry smirked.
"Sorry your Neos had to go, but at least there's some good news!" Leon said with a smile as Wicked Avatar morphed into a black look-alike of Jinzo and Cinderella's glass slippers disappeared from her feet and ended up on Jinzo's feet and Jinzo's attack dropped to 1400.
"NOT AGAIN!" Joey whined as everyone laughed their heads off at this site. "Great, I have both Yako's Wicked Avatar and this to worry about!"
"Not to mention that since Cinderella's attack only increases during damage calculations, Wicked Avatar can't copy Cinderella. In other words, Cinderella has enough attack to defeat Wicked Avatar as long as she has Buster Rancher, since it doesn't rise until damage calculation!" Leon smirked as Yako showed a slight smirk.
"Huh, go figure!" Joey realized, scratching his head.
"It seems Leon has found a weakness against my ultimate Wicked Avatar," Yako said, then facing Leon. "I'm impressed. I sense a very strong duelist in you."
"Thanks!" Leon replied with his huge smile.
"If he wasn't, I wouldn't have chosen him for a partner," Mokuba claimed with pride in his eyes.
"I play O – Oversoul from my hand to special summon back my Neos!" Jaden declared as Elemental Hero Neos returned and Wicked Avatar returned back to being the dark version of Jaden's ace monster. "I end!"
"Okay, heart of the cards, don't let me down!" Joey said to himself as he drew his next card. All the other four duelists stared at him dumbfounded. "What?"
"What the heck were you smoking? Heart of the cards?" Seto asked with a glaring look.
"SHUT UP!" Joey shouted before peering at his hand. "I summon out Time Wizard!" Time Wizard appeared on the field with its time roulette wand.
"Oh snap!" Jaden responded with two widened eyes.
"That's right, folks! Time to play a little game called Time Roulette!" Joey smirked as the arrow in the middle of Time Wizard's wand began spinning around.
"I can see where this is going!" Yako smirked as the arrow on the time wand hit the area with a red object, instead of the skull.
"AW YEAH! TIME FOR YOUR MONSTERS TO AGE A FEW HUNDRED YEARS!" Joey smirked as every one of his opponents' began aging. Their monsters were surrounded by a whirlwind and everyone on the sidelines began to gasp.
After the whirlwind disappeared, all the monsters were shown crippled and aged. Cinderella was now a crippled old lady, who fell onto the field and burst from the field, while Pumpkin Carriage was now old, rotten, and all black. Pumpkin Carriage also disappeared from the field and Leon gasped fearfully. Tellus the Little Angel also grew old and died, bursting from the field.
"Due to Tellus' ability, since it's destroyed from the field, it leaves out one Wing Token!" Yako declared as a small wing appeared on his field.
"Wait, why is Wicked Avatar-" Joey asked in shock, seeing the Wicked Avatar still on the field.
"Wicked Avatar is a god! It cannot be destroyed by mere mortals like your Time Wizard!" Yako smirked.
"Not that! I mean it still looks like Jaden's Neos!" Joey said, pointing to the wicked god, which still looked like Elemental Hero Neos. Then, it dawned on Joey that Jaden's monster was still on the field, unaffected by Time Wizard. "Your Neos is still on the field?"
"Neos comes from another planet. Aliens live longer than we do!" Jaden smirked, seeing his Elemental Hero Neos, who was still on the field. "I also activated Forbidden Lance! I can choose one face-up monster on the field and, until the end of this phase, it loses 800 attack, but is unaffected by effects, spells, or traps!" Joey saw that Elemental Hero Neo's attacks points were now 1700.
"Well, why did you give that whole speech about aliens living longer being the reason for my effect not working on him?" Joey asked, seemingly a little annoyed.
"I thought it sounded cool," Jaden shrugged as Joey groaned while rolling his eyes.
"Well anyways, Time Wizard first will attack Leon, for putting that stupid slipper on my Jinzo!" Joey shouted as Time Wizard twirled its wand and shot a blast of light at Leon, leaving him with 3500 life points remaining. "Then, my Jinzo can attack Kaiba directly!" Jinzo cupped an electrical ball in his hands, then shot it right at Seto.
"I activate Enemy Control and put your Jinzo in defense mode!" Seto declared as, what looked to be like, a Nintendo 64 game controller appeared and a hand pressed up, down, A, B. Jinzo automatically changed to defense mode.
"I end!"
"Looks like I go!" Leon said as he drew his next card. "First, I activate the effect of Gingerbread House by gaining 600 life points!" Leon's life points were now 4100. "I also activate Water of Life to bring back Cinderella and use her ability to special summon Pumpkin Carriage!" Cinderella appeared back on the field, including Pumpkin Carriage. "Now, I bring out Seven Kids!" Seven baby goats appeared on the field together. "And I'll use their effect by destroying one of my opponent's monsters when summoned! In other words, say goodbye to Jinzo, Joey!" Joey gasped as his Jinzo disappeared from the field. "You also take damage equal to Jinzo's attack!" Joey gasped as he watched his life points drop to 2600.
"AW MAN!" Joey whined.
"And due to Cinderella's ability, the glass slippers appears back on her feet and she gains an extra 1000 attack!" Leon smirked as Cinderella's glass slippers appeared on her feet and she now had 1300. "Now, I sacrifice Seven Kids to bring out Snow White!" A woman with short black hair, ruby red lips, and a light colored dress appeared on the field with 300 attack and 600 defense.
"How many princess monsters do you have? Sounds like a mary-sue deck if you ask me," Hassleberry said from afar.
"This mary-sue deck helped me win the Grand Pix and for the record, Yugi has five Kuribohs and a Watapon in his deck, so I'm not the only chap with mary-sue monsters!" Leon replied as Yugi rolled his eyes.
"Only real men use Watapons," Yugi muttered through his smirk.
"Now, for my battle phase, Cinderella attacks Yako directly!" Leon declared as Cinderella jumped in the air and kicked her glass slipper and it headed straight for Yako, leaving him with 2700 life points remaining. "I'll play Pot of Greed..." Leon drew two cards from his deck after activating Pot of Greed. Then, leave two cards face-down. That ends my turn! Though, not before I equip Glass Slipper to Jaden's Neos!" Elemental Hero Neos was now found with glass slippers on his feet and his attack points dropped to 1500.
"What the..." Neos responded as Jaden chuckled.
"Aw, don't you look pretty?" Jaden teased his monster as he heard Yugi laughing in the background, including Joey.
"HA! How's it like to have your monster try on glass slippers?" Joey smirked.
"It's funny," Jaden responded.
"You can't get Jaden down that easy, Joey," Yugi told his blond friend. "He's ten times more obnoxious than me, and that's saying something!"
"So I noticed."
"What these guys need to worry about is Leon's Snow White. That chick was the most difficult monster to beat," Mokuba smirked, looking out on the field.
"What do you mean?" Yugi asked curiously.
"Leon got Snow White from Pegasus by winning a contest. He agreed to make an official card of Leon's request and he requested a fairytale monster."
"So... what ability does Snow White have?"
"One that will probably put these losers on a loop," Mokuba smirked evilly as Yugi narrowed his eyes, while looking out on the field.
"Joey, watch out for Snow White!" Hassleberry warned Joey, who rose two eyebrows. He had overheard what Mokuba told Yugi.
"So, Snow White seems to have more to her than what it seems? Interesting," Seto smirked with enthusiasm. He began laughing aloud. "I feel energized by the heat of this duel! Even if a few losers are in this duel!"
"I HEARD THAT!" Joey shouted, shaking his fist at Seto.
"I do agree, things really are getting interesting," Yako smirked deviously.
