Fifty Shades Nanny
Chapter 37
Ana
I was fully exhausted after the little run in with Elena. I just wanted to deck her for so long and well her standing there before me acting like everything was just peachy ticked me off.
"How's the hand?" Sawyer asks as he turns around in his seat to take a look at it.
"I'll live. I would hate to say it doesn't hurt like hell, but she deserved it," I say smiling as he hands me an ice pack.
"Yeah, well we'll be the ones answering to Mr. Grey for your actions," he says smiling. I had forgotten all about Christian in that moment. I was mad at him for being so testy with me and snapping. I would just deal with the fall out.
As we pulled into one of our spots in the garage I noticed that Teddy was asleep. He sure has been sleeping a lot. I guess all the excitement wears him out.
"I'll take him," Sawyer says as he reaches in and pulls him out of his seat. He held him close to his chest wrapping his hands tightly around him.
"You do know he's only two, he isn't going to try to escape," I say just trying to point out the situation.
"I know that, but if he hangs around with you or Gracie too long, he's going to have the flight tendency down pat before I can redirect him," he says with a small chuckle. I laughed a little at that too because he wasn't totally wrong. I ran every time something got too big for me, and Gracie is a non-stop hurricane.
"Thanks, next time I ditch this place, I'll make sure to let you know. I hope you own a pair of running shoes," I snicker as I try to take Teddy from him when the elevator doors open, but he shakes his head.
"I'll put him down, have Gail get you another ice pack," he says walking past me into the hallway. I looked down at my hand and noticed that it was a little bruised, but when I moved it didn't really hurt too badly.
"Gail, could I get an ice pack," I say handing her the watery one I had in my hand.
"I am not going to ask what happened so that I can feign no clue when Mr. Grey gets home." She says handing me a fresh pack with two Advil's. I take them and the glass of water heading to the library top sit down for a while until Christian got home. I lay down on the sofa watching the fire with a book, but have no clue what it was about because before I knew it I was out cold.

Christian
I cannot believe she did it once again, God what I wouldn't do to give her a good spanking. If I didn't have this damn Twain conference call I would go home. I am about to walk out the door when my phone rings.
"Grey," I snap.
"Christian, stop answering the phone like a pain. I am worried darling about Ana," my mom's words strike me.
"Is she alright? Did she pass out?" I start questioning her ready to forget my meeting and head home after all.
"Oh, no she was quite well when she left the café. She surprised me by slapping Elena across the face as she left. I don't know what it was about, but she just gave her a good whack," my mom was telling me, but I couldn't help but laugh. Oh all the stressful things I was thinking could be wrong, mom was worried about Ana slapping Elena, if she only knew the real Elena.
"I'll talk with Ana. She might have just been having a rough day and got overwhelmed by Elena," I say trying to keep an even tone.
"Please do so, I mean Elena is a family friend. I would hate for them to get off on the wrong foot so earlier on in your relationship," she was still talking as Andrea interrupted me to let me know Ros was waiting for me.
"I have to go mom, but I will definitely have a serious talk with Ana about hitting people," I say smiling at my feisty girlfriend.
"Thank you," she says as I hang up the phone.
"Mr. Grey," I hear Sawyer say as I dial his number.
"Is there anything I should be aware of," I ask as I stand outside the conference room door.
"Miss. Steele took matters into her own hands at the café," he says quickly.
"Is she alright?" I question.
"Her hand was sore afterwards, I think it might be bruised, but nothing more than that. When we got in she took some Advil and is currently napping in the library," he says as I smile at the image of her slapping Elena. I am not too thrilled about her doing it, but glad she stood her ground.
"I'll be home just as soon as I am done with this meeting, talk with Taylor and find out why Elena was at that café. I don't pay you guys to let things like this happen," I say a little too harshly, but not as demanding as I could have.
The meeting with the head of Twain's company I am trying to buy out was just being inconsiderate of Ros. She is more than capable of taking the lead on this project, but they don't want to work with her because of her gender. The thought makes me a little mad, so I told them how I felt about the situation and hung up on the conference call. Ros couldn't believe I had done that, but I knew she needed the respect. I just hope I didn't blow the deal for that rash decision.
"Daddy, Dada" my two little babies say as I come into the great room. Teddy wobbles over to me as I sit down on the sofa looking over at Gracie as she is coloring a picture of her family from what I can tell.
"How was your day?" I ask as she hands me the picture.
"It was okay; the class pet escaped and ended up in the girl's bathroom. Shelly freaked out and ran into the wall trying to get away from it. I picked it up and scared her even more with it. My teacher sent home a note to tell you about it," she says in one breath.
"So what were you thinking about," I ask trying not to laugh because their class pet was a toad or a frog. It wasn't anything too scary.
"I wasn't thinking," she says mumbling into the floor.
"Gracie, I am not going to yell. It was a frog or toad. If it was a snake of a dragon, you would be in big trouble. Honey, not everyone likes slimy reptiles like you," I say pulling her into a hug. I knew she needed this. It was her first real parents talk involving a note home for being bad. Normally it would be about her being a loner of sorts.
"I was worried you'd be mad," she says smiling as I tickle her and Teddy.
"Just don't do it again," I say ending the conversation. Gail calls us for dinner, and I wonder if I should walk Ana, but decide to let her sleep. She seems to be sleeping less during the night. I knew that Gracie is still on edge about the whole thing at school, but that issue really isn't worth my time in yelling at her. As I watch her interacting with Teddy I realize she needs this to work more than anyone. Teddy has become part of her family as much as Ana has.
As I am tucking them both into their beds I know something else that needs to be done, but for the life of me I can't do it. I need to tell my parents about Elena, but that would hurt my mother and Grace doesn't deserve that. She has been friends with Elena for a long time. I just wish Elena had left Ana out of all of this. I run my hands through my hair as I continue watching Ana sleep. I am so lost in thought that I don't see her hand move toward me. I am just so content with my head on her some bump listening to my baby.

Ana
I could feel his eyes on me even with mine closed. I wanted to reach out for him, but decided to let him make the first move. I felt his slow touch of my stomach, then I felt a heavier touch. I peeked through my lashes to see him resting his head on my little baby bump. I waited a little while before reaching out my hand to run through his hair that was already sticking out.
"Hey," I breath out as his eyes open.
"Hey, back at you." He says smiling. "I missed all this with Gracie, I don't want to miss a moment of this with our little baby. Ana I think we need to lay all the cards on the table. I want you to be my wife. I don't want to wait another minute to call you mine. I want Gracie to be able to call you mommy whenever she wants to. I want to help you stand and make a mark on the world. I have too many wants to do it alone, but with you everything is new and fresh," he says as he moves up to look me in the eye. I have tears pooling in my eyes.
"Oh, Christian I want you too," I say kissing him on the lips as passionately as I can.
"So," he says smiling.
"So, What?" I question knowing what he wants to know, but wanting him to ask me.
"Ana, really," he says looking like he's wounded.
"Christian," I smile.
"Will you marry me?" he asks taking my hand in his and kissing it. I know now is the moment of truth. Do I want to marry him?
"Yes," I say releasing a breath. He stands up pulling me with him. He is kissing me everywhere. "Christian are you forgetting something?" I ask waving my hand out.
"No, I am not," he says as he reaches into his pocket pulling out a velvet box.
"I thought you already gave me a ring," I say surprised as he opens it up.
"I did. That band was the wedding ring. When I said one day I would put it on your finger to stay, I meant it, but first the engagement ring," he says smirking as he slides the ring onto my finger. This was my home. I couldn't really live without him, nor could he live without me. We are making our way back to the front of the apartment when I see Taylor talking with two police officers.
"Taylor," Christian says as the men push past Taylor.
"Mr. Grey you are under arrest for kidnapping of Gracie Grey. You have the right to remain silent, and that anything you say will be used against that you in court; You have the right to consult with an attorney and to have that attorney present during questioning, and that, if you are indigent, an attorney will be provided at no cost to represent you. Do you understand these rights as I have read them to you," the officer asks as he puts the second cuff on Christian's hand.
"Yes, Call my father Ana," he says as he is led to the elevator. The second officer rejoins us carrying a crying Gracie in his arms.
"Put her down," I yell as I reach for her.
"Ma'am if you don't want arrested stop," the first officer with Christian says, but I grab onto to Gracie.
"Ana, Ana," Gracie is crying as she is pulled into the elevator with Christian.
"If you harm a hair on her head, you'll pay," is the last thing I hear from Christian as I fall to the ground. Why can't we have a peaceful life? This has the bitch troll written all over it. I am sure of it.
**************Fifty Shades Nanny************
Elena
I can't believe that retched bitch had the nerve to slap me. Oh my, what to do with her now. I will destroy her as well as Christian. I thought things would be alright if he just left her, but now I know he needs a lesson as well. It's time to take away the one thing he loves more than money, the thing he thinks is his, but really isn't.
"I would like to report a kidnapping," I say into the phone.
"Okay, ma'am, my name is Shirley Martin how I might help you," she replies.
"The little girl that has been raised by Christian Grey was kidnapped," I say as I hang up the phone. That will serve him right. All this time and the ace up my sleeve is finally out in the open. I hope this will not only destroy him, but show that bitch just who he is.
******I know another cliffy, but I wanted to get it out. It might be a week or two before I post again so this might help.****
