Okay so this chapter will take place about a day or so after the last chapter. Roxas, Riku, and XIon are still training but they won't be for much longer and in it we'll introduce another OC of mine so let me know what you think. Please review and let's get started.
Chapter 37 The Perfect Creation
Vexen sat there on a computer typing away clearly trying to create something.
"Aw yes quite interesting indeed. It appears that so many warriors on our enemies' side seem to hold great potential. It can be considered quite troubling if you ask me. Still the data I've received from watching all of these fools fight is practically irreplaceable. How helpful indeed. Now then let's see. Roxas, at first he showed no real sign of being a potential threat. But as time went on we are slowly learning of how powerful he can really be. Then there's Xion. Quite a mystery that girl is. She possesses all those armors but just how many different forms does this girl possesses. I honestly do not know but it does make me curious. Ah and then there's Riku, with his mastery over darkness. What about him. And finally Sora with all of those interesting Drive modes. Ah we have quite a few interesting specimens it's no wonder Xehanort is so interested in them." Vexen said laughing a bit
"Having fun talking to yourself you fool." Vexen heard Vanitas's voice say as Vanitas entered the room carrying something in a huge bag.
Normally Vexen would be quite irritated to have Vanitas enter his study. Vanitas acted like a bloodthirsty monster and only cared about violence and would usually prove to be a distraction to him. But of course this time was the one exception. Vexen had asked Vanitas to perform a special task for him and he had hoped he had accomplished that.
"I see you have returned. And what of my request Vanitas?" Vexen asked eyeing the boy.
"I got what you wanted." Vanitas said as he opened the bag and out came a cute looking girl looking around Sora's age. She had extremely light blue hair and was unconscious. She had pale white skin and was a little taller than Xion but shorter than Roxas and Sora. Most of her clothes were torn and she looked almost dead and had some blood stains on her body.
"Is this girl even alive? I swear I asked you to bring her to me alive. This girl looks half dead." Vexen said irritated
"She's alive. Or at least she was when I beat her unconscious. As for whether or not she is now well I'll just check for myself." Vanitas said as he walked up to the girl and kicked her in the stomach causing her to open her mouth in pain. "See she's alive. I just roughed her up a bit that's all!"
"How barbaric. There are better ways to check and see if someone's alive. We should've just felt her pulse to have learned. You'd be surprised by how easily you can tell if a person's alive." Vexen said
"Whatever you say anyway what do you need her for. You randomly asked me to find someone who possesses magic powers so I did. She tried to fight but she could barely even use basic Ice Spells. I doubt she'll be much use to us. She has the potential to use magic but it's small and there's no way in hell that she'd ever learn how to use a keyblade. She's practically useless. The only thing good about her is her looks and even they are just decent at best. I doubt she has any potential for anything whatsoever." Vanitas said with a smirk.
Vexen chuckled and simple shook his head. "Under most circumstances I would agree with you Vanitas. This girl is absolutely useless and only has a small amount of potential to use basic magic and then again almost anyone can use it. However I may have a way to make something great out of her. She will become a huge help to the organization." Vexen said as he smirked.
Vanitas rolled his eyes and sighed showing no interest in what Vexen was talking about. "Well then if you really believe this chick will become something great then I'll just have to take your work for it. I swear Xehanort has been gone for a few days and already you're busy doing whatever you want. You know he will be reborn shortly and he has chosen his next host. Once the host gives in Xehanort will return and if you mess up I'm sure he'll be pissed and beat your ass." Vanitas said smiling at the thought of Vexen getting his ass handed to him for messing up.
"Do not be so certain that I will fail. Allow me to explain my ingenious plan to you." Vexen said
"I think I'll pass and go do something that won't put me to sleep." Vexen said as he turned to leave but a block of Ice suddenly appeared in front of the door preventing Vanitas from leaving.
"I wasn't asking if you wanted to hear. Now sit and I'll tell you everything." Vexen said
Vanitas decided to give in and sit down nearby. "Fine what is your ingenious plan? I am so eager to learn it." Vanitas said in a bored and sarcastic tone.
"Watch your tone boy. Anyway I am planning on making the ultimate warrior with her. As you recall you and Ansem fought Riku. Sora fought Xehanort, and Xion and Roxas fought Saix. After each of the fights, I had collected data from each of them and I've been studying them and taking data on these fights." Vexen said sounding proud of his accomplishments.
"So you studied our fights and took notes instead of fighting yourself. If you ask me you sound like a coward." Vanitas said
"Perhaps but I am still alive unlike Saix so it honestly doesn't matter to me. I am still able to fight and create some new things to take down any opponent. Unlike most of you brutes, I don't use my fists. Instead I use my head to create warriors like her soon. Anyway I kept the data because I intend to use it and implant it into her brain functions." Vexen said
"IS that even possible?" Vanitas said
"For most people no but I'll just need to make some changes to her body. If I add in some technology to her brain and other body parts I can make her have all the battle skills of any other person who fought. She won't be as powerful as Xehanort of course but her power will most likely surpass any of those little brats." Vexen said
"By brats I take it you mean Riku, Sora, Xion, and Kairi. I suppose it would be smart to want to surpass those troublesome losers. Still I wonder how exactly will you be able to do this." Vanitas asked
"Well basically I intend to add in some mechanical features to make it so her human limits are nonexistent." Vexen said
"So basically you're adding in some parts to make her half robot. It seems like you're making her like Darth Vader huh." Vanitas said
"If you mean the guy from Star Wars then I assume that's the best example to make. Yes then I am making her like Darth Vader." Vexen said rolling his eyes at the stupidity he was hearing.
"I see well if you don't want her to have the restrictions of a human then why not just make a pure robot that is a killing machine? That way seems a lot easier and funnier. Plus this way we wouldn't have needed to find someone who we can experiment on." Vanitas said
"I wish it were that simple. But for someone to truly be skilled in magic they need to have a heart and a soul. A robot doesn't have either of them. Because of this the person cannot be pure robot but can have some features. Now then let's prepare the experiment. In it we will enhance her powers and see how far we can increase her strength." Vexen said
"So what are you going to do?"
"I will change her completely. I will need you to assist me." Vexen said
"Are you insane? I don't know anything about this nerd stuff you work with. Find someone else?" Vanitas said
"Believe me I wouldn't ask you to do anything complicated that your small brain won't be able to follow. Just help me change a few things in her." Vexen said
"Fine then as long as it's simple I suppose I can help but you're buying me lunch afterwards." Vanitas said as he picked up the girl and through her on an operating table.
"What happened?" Vexen heard the girl say as she slowly came back into consciousness.
"Looks like this little bitch is awake now." Vanitas said
"Yes it would seem that way. No matter though. You should be grateful girl. You will soon become part of a great experiment. You will change for the better and become far greater than you ever could in your pathetic life before this. Your pathetic old life will end today but soon you will create something great out of your life so be happy that Vanitas found you." Vexen said to the girl.
"Personally I don't see any point in all this but if you become a killing machine then I am interested." Vanitas said with a sickening smile.
"You, you're the man that attacked me. Let me go you monster!" The girl yelled
"Her scream is annoying. Vexen is she still going to be like this even after we change her." Vanitas asked
"Change me? What the hell are you going to do to me you monsters?" The girl screamed as she tried to get up only to be held down by Vanitas.
"I suppose I'll just erase all emotions when I make the change. Of course she will develop new ones but we'll just have to make sure to make her new ones to be actual useful ones." Vexen said
"Good then be sure to change her into some kind of evil robot then. Also let's get rid of any memories too. That could be troublesome." Vanitas said
"Took the words right out of my mouth. Her memory can prove to be a problem so let's get rid of it." Vexen said
"What the hell are you two doing to me? I have a life and I have no intention to do what you guys want especially after you attacked me." The girl said
"That's great she has a life. Like I really give two shits about that." Vanitas said growing annoyed.
"What the hell do you mean you don't care? Look I have a lot going on. I have a family, and a boyfriend and a bunch of friends. They'll notice if I suddenly vanish." The girl said
"They won't. I can erase all traces of you even you won't remember who you are. Normally I would have had to kill you but there are other ways. You won't even be missed. Your whole life will be gone. And no one will care." Vanitas said with a smirk.
"Just who the hell are you. You can't really believe you'll get away with this can-"
Before the girl had finished, Vanitas had stabbed her with his sword.
"Erase!" Vanitas said as the girl lost consciousness again and fell back down.
"Good now everyone outside of this castle will have no memory of her pathetic existence." Vanitas said with a smirk.
"As insane and violent as ever. Fine then let's get to work" Vexen said as Vanitas and he stood there and began the operation.
"Done" Ventus said as the girl now laid there unconscious.
"She doesn't look to different. She still looks like the same person as earlier." Vanitas said
"Of course she does. After all I can't change her body up and make it look like a robots. What we changed was simple. Her arms and legs have been replaced with metal ones. On top of that she now had half of her brain being a computer. How interesting indeed. I am intrigued to find out which side ends up being superior. The robot or the human." Vexen said
"I thought you made this thing to kill all of the keyblade wielders. On Yen Sids side. What the hell is the deal with making an experiment?" Vanitas said
"A wise person is always ready to learn Vanitas. While she does have a crucial goal, I still want to learn how she will act. Truth is told it's a miracle that she didn't die from this experiment. I knew there was a about a 50% chance of her dying but in the end she pulled through." Vexen said
Vanitas simple looked at the girl and saw her slowly open her eyes.
"Looks like our projects awake." Vanitas said with a smirk.
The girl sat there and looked around unaware of what had happened to her. She had no memory of anything before all of this and sat there calmly. She scanned the room confused on what had happened.
"Where am I" The girl asked in a cold and emotionless tone.
"Ah yes you are in my lab. I created you and made you far greater than what you ever used to be. Thanks to me you are now far stronger than you ever could've dreamed of before we performed the experiment." Vexen said
"Stronger? Why do I need power?" The girl asked sounding confused.
"To kill the Keyblade wielders. It is a simple task that I will give you as your creator." Vixen said
The girl sat there in confusion as Vexen bragged about her success.
"Hold on you crazy scientist. It's great that she was a success but can she use a keyblade." Vanitas said
"Good point. Girl try to summon the Keyblade." Vexen said with a smirk
"Summon the keyblade?" The girl said as she held out her hand and tried to bring something out. Much to her and Vexen's surprise her whole arm changed into a giant key weapon shaped like a gun. She looked and saw her hand was now gone and this weapon was replacing it.
"Interesting indeed. It appears your keyblade has different forms. See if you can change it into a sword." Vexen said
"Sword!" The girl said as she thought of a sword and her whole arm turned into a keyblade that looked similar to Sora's only this one was attached to her arm.
"This is very different from what I imagined would happen. Vanitas do you see this. Somehow the Keyblade is not only a weapon but its part of her entire body. How interesting indeed." Vexen said
"Hard to believe that such a little girl can do this." Vanitas said
"True now then are you ready to begin training or is there something you wish for beforehand." Vexen asked trying to sound kind
The girl looked down at herself and saw that she barely had any clothes on and what she was wearing was torn badly. She didn't know why but it bothered her for some reason.
"Clothes." She said
"Ah I see. You really are learning fast. YEs you would require something like that I suppose. Fine then take this." Vexen said as he grabbed an organization coat and threw it towards her.
The girl looked at the coat and felt irritated by it. "I do not like it. The color black irritates me." The girl said
"Well that's a real shame because it's all we have. Now put on the damn coat unless you want to fight a bunch of enemies naked." Vanitas said
The girl sighed and threw the coat on.
"Excellent. Now then let's proceed with practice." Vexen said as the girl stood up
"Can she walk okay" Vanitas asked
"Walking is a simple task. So yes I can walk." The girl said as she began to walk towards a room that Vexen was leading her too. She entered it and she heard the door close behind her and before her eyes she saw a bunch of white creatures appear before them.
"You have to destroy all of them. Good luck!" Vexen said
Before the girl had a chance to ask any questions the nobodies leapt towards her and attacked her. She quickly turned her Hand into the gun weapon she had earlier and started firing it. She noticed how she could shoot out two separate things. One was a bunch of Ice that would stab the nobodies and then shatter slamming into many others. And the other was actual bullets of energy that she could use to kill them also. With these two powers the girl destroyed all of the nobodies like it were nothing.
"Impressive indeed. I am glad to see you are living up to my expectations." Vexen said
"What am I exactly?" The girl asked
"You are a creature whose purpose is to obey us. You have to do as I say and obey my every command. You will kill all of the other Keyblade wielders who I tell you too." Vexen said
"What about my life before this. What was I" The girl asked
"You were nothing more than a pathetic little girl whose life was meaningless. We did you a favor by turning you into a fighting machine. Now then there are a few people I want you to kill." Vexen said
"I do not wish to." The girl said looking down.
"What on earth is the meaning of this? You don't wish too. You don't have a choice in the matter." Vexen said
"I feel it. I have power. Yet I must listen to you. No I do not like this idea. Why do I have to obey you?" The girl asked as she began to realize her power.
"Looks like giving her a will of her own was a big mistake you stupid idiot." Vanitas said
"Shut up I told you that since she is half human I had too. Still what a dilemma. Fine then Vanitas I created a last resort shutdown switch. Please get it for me." Vexen said
"You mean this." Vanitas said as he grabbed a switch that looked like it would be for the girl.
"YEs that is it. Now give it here." Vexen said
Vanitas smiled and tossed the Remote to Vexen but before it reached Vexen, Vanitas slashed it in half destroying it.
"What the hell did you do?" Vexen said freaking out.
"Sorry Vexen but I've been bored lately and letting this thing disobey you is just my idea of fun. I say let it live its own life I'll hunt it down and kill it anyway." Vanitas said
"You idiot. Are you insane?" Vexen asked
Before Vexen could do anything he got shot into a wall boy the girl. The girl then pointed her weapon at Vanitas and grew cold eyes.
"Allow me to leave. If you try to stop me I'll-"
"You'll what kill me. That'd be funny. Still I see no point in stopping you. Go ahead see if I care. It'll make things fun around here." Vanitas said
The girl quickly moved forwards and got right by Vanitas and left the castle.
"The girl had begun to run away from Vanitas and the rest of organization 13 when she was in a forest and got surrounded by heartless. The girl quickly began to fire at each of them destroying them and taking care of her enemies. However as she was trying to avoid them a few hit her and damaged her. She quickly destroyed what she believed were all of them when one appeared behind her. The heartless went to strike but it quickly got slain by someone else as a boy appeared before her.
"Man those heartless can be crazy. They can really be a bit of trouble." The boy said as he turned to her.
The girl didn't respond but stared at him and looked confused for a minute.
"Hey but um did you use a keyblade there a minute ago. Well actually it didn't really look like a Keyblade but more of a Key gun like thing. Wait a minute and you have a black robe. Are you with the organization?" The boy asked
"Organization. DO you mean people like Vexen and that Vanitas guy? Then no. They captured me but I escaped from them." The girl said
"I see that sounds crazy. Man those organization creeps have no shame capturing a girl. Come with me and I'll take you to Yen Sid. I'm sure he'll be able to help you." The boy said as he extended his hand.
The girl grabbed the boys hand and suddenly her head hurt as if she suddenly knew something. She then looked at the boy and almost without control she spoke his name. "Thank you Sora." She said
Sora stood there for a minute surprised. "Huh how did you know my name?" HE asked
The girl stood there almost shocked as well. She was bothered by the same exact fact. Just how did she know his name?
