Melody shook her head. "No, it's not," she stated. "We did it all the time when we were kids, most wizards and witches lose the ability as they get older. But I learned how to hold onto it."
"Can you teach me how to do that?" Ablus said.
She shook her head. "I don't know if it's possible for you to learn it. You've already turned eleven and I've had years to figure it out." Ablus looked disappointed but didn't pressure her. "I'm sorry."
