It was the next day and Eryn didn't really get a lot of sleep. She kept waking up and noticing Sam next to her. She cuddled up with her but wished so much it was her mum that was there. She was terrified about what her mum would say. Her dad would be madder than her mum was so if her mum kicked her out she couldn't go there. She wasn't sure if Sam would let her stay at her house but that was her only choice. Eryn sighed wiping the tears from her eyes for the one millionth time that night and cuddled in with Sam again attempting to get a bit more sleep.
The next time she woke up Eryn noticed Sam was no longer there. She got up and walked into the living room.
"Hey, sweetie I just left you to sleep as I noticed you didn't seem to get much sleep last night" Sam said and Eryn nodded.
"Thank you, sorry if I woke you" Eryn said quietly.
"Oh you didn't" Sam said. Eryn said down at the other side of sofa to Sam. It didn't take Sam long before she sat up and cuddled into the young teenager.
"Your mum is coming over soon" Sam said and Eryn nodded nervously.
"Don't worry" Sam said. "I think she is really sorry"
Eryn just shrugged her shoulder. Sam pulled the girl into her chest. They sat there for a bit longer before they heard the door bell go. Sam jumped up and got the door. Zoe walked in. She was really nervous about this conversation with Eryn.
"I'll leave you two to it. I'm away to have a shower and get ready" Sam said and Eryn nodded moving her knees up to chest. Zoe walked over to the sofa and sat down next to Eryn.
"Eryn, I'm really sorry about how I reacted yesterday" Zoe said and Eryn looked up at her mum tears in her eyes. The look her daughter was giving her broke her heart and Zoe pulled Eryn into her chest and the girl sobbed. Gently at first but then they got louder and louder. Zoe was holding her little girl as close to her as she could not ever wanting to let go. After a while Eryn gently pulled away.
"Do you understand why I am annoyed?" Zoe asked and Eryn nodded.
"Because I got myself pregnant" Eryn said.
"Well yes, but I'm annoyed that you never told me. You must been a good few weeks gone to notice and you never told me that you lost your virginity. And I'm guessing that must have been how you got pregnant?" Zoe said sarcastically. Eryn laughed slightly and nodded.
"How far gone are you?" Zoe asked.
"Just under 12 weeks" Eryn said.
"You're kidding and you never said" Zoe said and Eryn nodded.
"I was too scared" Eryn said. Zoe sighed putting her hands through her hair.
"Eryn, be completely honest with me okay, did you have sex before you conceived?" Zoe asked and Eryn shook her head.
"No honestly. That was the first time and we have only done it once since" Eryn said.
"You did it again, was this before you knew you were pregnant?" Zoe asked and Eryn shook her head.
"No we did it once and then when I went to tell him. He kind of like tricked me into doing it again with him" Eryn said and Zoe sighed.
"What did he say?" Zoe asked.
"He wants me to get rid of it" Eryn said.
"Oh baby, did he pressurise you into it?" Zoe asked.
"Kind of, like I said I would do it but then I was backing out but he just did it anyway but I didn't regret it in the end" Eryn said and Zoe nodded.
"I'm guessing you didn't use protection" Zoe asked.
"We did but I think it must have snapped" Eryn said.
"Well, at least you were trying to be safe" Zoe said.
"Mum, we really didn't want this to happen. We used condoms but I guess they didn't work" Eryn said. "And I'm really sorry about it all. I should have told you"
"Oh baby, I know it's okay" Zoe said pulling Eryn into her chest.
"What do you want to do with it?" Zoe asked and Eryn shrugged.
"I'm not getting rid of my baby. I can't" Eryn said and Zoe nodded. She knew that Eryn wouldn't get rid of it, it's just not her.
"Okay, don't worry. We will go through this together. I don't want you to ever hide anything from me again. I promise that I will be there and go with your decision no matter what you decide. I will always support you. I hope you knew that from the start?" Zoe said and Eryn nodded.
"I'm really sorry, I was just so scared. I thought if I didn't say anything then it wouldn't be real. But then it started to show and well I needed to tell you it was just all too much for me" Eryn said.
"It's okay baby, don't worry about that now. You have told me now and that's all that matter. I'm going to be with you the whole way through I promise you. I will never leave you to do any of this yourself" Zoe said and Eryn nodded.
"Thank you" Eryn said and Zoe pulled Eryn back into her chest. She placed her hand on Eryn's stomach noticing the slight bump.
"How could I not notice? What a bad mum?" Zoe said.
"No, mum that's not fair. I just hide it so much. You are an amazing mum" Eryn said.
They cuddled up for a bit longer before deciding to go home. They thanked Sam and went back to the house. Eryn disappeared up the stairs to get ready and soon they had lunch.
After lunch, Eryn went up the stairs as she knew she was going to have to talk to Lucy.
"Luc" Eryn said as she walked into Lucy's room. Lucy looked up and sat on the bed with her sister.
"What's wrong?" Lucy asked.
"I think you deserve to know that I am pregnant" Eryn said and Lucy looked shocked.
"Really, did you have sex" Lucy said shocked and Eryn nodded.
"Yes, that's usually how people get pregnant" Eryn said and Lucy pulled a face.
"That's horrible" Lucy said and Eryn laughed.
"So I will be an auntie" Lucy said and Eryn nodded.
"That's so cool" Lucy said and then she was happy. She got on her phone and just started texting so Eryn decided to leave her.
They were in their room for the rest of the afternoon. Soon it was tea after tea they all snuggled up on the sofa.
"Right girls, I have a new rule" Zoe said and both girls looked her.
"No more secrets, okay. We are completely honest with each other no more lying or keeping secrets. Nothing you say is embarrassing and we will support each other through anything" Zoe said and both girls nodded before giving Zoe a massive hug.
