CHAPTER 36
Harry gripped the paw and wished his way back to before he made the wish in the first place. Nothing changed, but this time Harry knew he'd wake up and things would be normal again. Sirius would be dead, but at least Harry wouldn't be an outcast.
Harry went to sleep that night peacefully, and when he woke up he was not where he went to sleep. He was in fact in the arms of Lilly Potter, being held and loved by his mother. Everything was indeed normal again, but Harry would have to wait a good 15 years to get back to where he was before he left. Worse yet, he'd likely forget all this by the time he hit 3 years old, and wouldn't be able to use advance knowledge to save Sirius.
